First time in here today, nice little shop.Good selection of freebase and nic juice. No building supplies but theres not much of a market for those things nowadays, so cant fault them for not carrying the basics. Some 3mm prebuilt coils and cotton would be nice.Friendly and very welcoming staff. They do have a few mod kits and pod kits as well as tossers.Ive visited quite a few vape shops here since moving from columbus and although none of the selections have been as grand , this shop and one other(started by former employees of this place) have won me over on their customer service alone.Will def be back! 👍😁

Great place to go,he has so many options to choose from and helps you find something that suits u. Great guy and great conversation he had me lmao!!! Amazing customer service as well as amazing positive vibes I recommend Retro 150% over any other vape shop.

Great place! James and knock (sorry don’t know how to spell that one) are both very personable and so helpful. They’re both so knowledgeable on any and all vape questions. There are other vape stores closer to my house and I’d still rather go to this one every single time. My only wish is that they were open later than 7 bc sometimes I’m in need of a vape later lol but hey I get it, it’s just the two of them.

Had an ongoing problem with tanks from another shop. Every time I had a problem with one, other shop would just sell me a new one. Decided to stop in Retro Vape to see if they offered different brands. The sweet guy working actually showed me how to fix my tank and prevent/fix future problems, saving me a lot of money. Will go here from now on. Excellent customer service :)

Came in to get a new mod and find a new juice since my favorite was discontinued. Got great service and great conversation and wasnt over sold like Ive been in other shops. Definitely plan on making this my regular shop. Its not often you find a place where they genuinely take care of their customers and actually work to create a relationship.

Absolutely grand! I love this place. Ive been to places like kings of vapor and vape central; none of them compared to this place. Retro Vape has fair prices, extremely friendly employees who are very helpful in not only helping pick flavors, but also teaching you the basics on maintaining your vape. What more could you ask for? 10/10 for Retro Vape and its employees. I will never go to another vape shop ever again.

The customer service is absolutely amazing... Not once have I been in there and not been taking care of not matter how busy it is.. The employees are phenomenal and the quality of product is through the roof. Ive never had any interest in going to any other shop because no matter what they are there to accompany you in getting you the best equipment you need and just making you feel comfortable about it. I love this place and anyone has my 100% recommendation for the best quality service and best equipment no matter what ... Retro vape is the place to go. These guys know what theyre doing and are there to give you the best deals on top of the customer service.

I have been vaping for a few months now, and this place is my go to for elf bars. Employees and clients at my job got me hip to the brand and this store is one of the few local shops that carry them.The customer service is always excellent And always makes my day. This is by far the most friendly, competent, well stocked Vape store anywhere in the area! Their staff is incredibly helpful always smiling and will find, or order whatever you could possibly need for your Vaping experience. Their pricing structure is incredibly competitive with the online stores so when I’m in the area it’s always a pleasure to stop by and see what’s new in the Vaping industry. I’m not sure what their actual policy is on this, however they allow me to bring my very well behaved, and leashed Great Dane puppy in every time I stop by!

Great customer service, they always have what I need, they are rarely out of anything I ask for, the person that works there knows your name after a few visits, makes you feel welcome.

Heres how amazing the dudes at retro vape are, I went to buy coils for my new tank, they dont sell the coils and dont plan on ordering them, because from what I assume they dont sell much of that type. That being said the owner spent 10 minutes with me on the phone directed me to a trust worthy website and walked me through exactly which coils to buy. He made 0$ from this. All he did was waste his time really. But because of that time he took out of his day to help me, retro vape has my business until the day I quit vaping. Absolutely stand up people. Very very knowledgeable and honest. Id recommend everyone to give them a chance.

I just went to get my elfbar and the guy was so nice... the have discounts when you buy more than one and you get options... good costumer service.

I dont know if the gentleman who Ive seen here the 2 times Ive shopped at this store is the owner or not. But lemme tell you he is so sweet and knowledgeable. The store has like every product imaginable and the presentation of the store is top notch!! So great to see a growing business like this for Youngstown with such great customer service! Will come back again and again!!

This is probably the best vape shop I have ever gone to. The employees and really nice, and they actually sit down and explain things to you so you will actually know how to use what you are getting. The prices are great also. I would highly recommend everyone to go here.

My first time in there and the guy working was super friendly and very helpful!! Recommended some good flavors and got me hip to the Elfbar vapes!

My brother and sister in law go here religiously and swear by it! Me being an on and off vaper, have had terrible experience in shops that dont know what their talking about. So I finally decided to come here and check it out. Its so home like and all the juices I tried were great! The employees were so nice and listened to my needs. I have a great vape now and will continue to go back. My only thing is I wish they had a website so I can order juices (currently in another country where the juices are over priced and bad).

These guys are always helpful. The discounted basket they usually offer is also a life saver when Im strapped for cash but still need juice. They recently recommended the Smoke RPM and I cant rave about this thing enough let alone the battery life. I send all my friends here when I get the chance.

Came in a few hours ago with my new vape and and the customer service was on point ! I am new to vaping and the guy working today was very knowledgeable and guided me to a very tasty flavor! Cactus jackfruit mandarin! Thanks dude I will definitely be back

Hands down the best customer service I have ever recieved every visit. I recommend it especially if youre not entirely sure what you are really looking for. They will guide you expertly into just the right thing so fluidly youll feel like you wanted it before you went in.

As the pleasant smelling clouds of vapor fill the room, you will say to yourself, I think I found my new favorite place for vape supplies of the highest caliber.

Started coming into Retro about a year ago, purchased my first vaporizer and have had constant assistance and more importantly support and help from both employees at the boardman location. Exceptionally clean shop and Ive never needed help and not been able to get it. Very knolageable, helpful, and pretty decent people! Would definitely reccomend for anyone either interested in vaping, or someone just looking for good equipment or juice!

My Eleaf, 100 watt mod, quit working last night, Ive only had it for a few months, I did not purchase it at Retro Vape, but when I called them, the associate I spoke to told me to bring it over and he would try to fix it. He tried really hard to fix it, but unfortunately it wasnt fixable. Him, the other associate and the customers in the store were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Im new to this area, but I definitely found the vape store that Ill be using from now on. Thanks guys!!

This is the only place to buy vape goods. I have been a loyal customer since they have opened and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and kind. The best thing about this location is the superior customer service. They always make you feel welcome and never make you feel uneducated. (Which is a pretty rare quality in the vape buisness.) They always have an updated selection of mods and the best juices. Definatly the only place worthy of your buisness when it comes to purchasing anything that pertains to vapes.

Service is good but price are much higher than other places in Youngstown. You can get 120ml bottles for about $19 at other shops, the same bottle of juice here will cost you $27. Huge markup.

Super chill owner, they won’t sell you anything you don’t need, and will help you with any problems you’re having with you vape. They also have some pretty unique flavors and equipment, they also work with you on what your price point or flavor style is. It’s the only vape shop I’ll go to anymore!
