NC SMOKE N VAPE

As I sit here at 11:30, the store is still closed. Owner needs to find better help that can be here on time, other than that great vape selection in great products overall the owner is losing so much money Ive been sitting here 30 minutes 30 customers Ive counted, come and attempt to enter the store. If this is how the owner expects business Ill take my business else where!!!

I purchased 4 vapes here at once. Throughout the week i open a new one as needed. I get to the last one and it is firing after hitting it. I go back to the store and they put up a sign saying they all need to be tested before leaving the store. That was not there when i purchased them. The short skinny girl behind the counter says she cant help me. So i had he call the owner and he apologized and said he couldnt exchange it but would give me one for half off. It wasnt what i wanted but i was willing to settle. As i am picking out my new flavor the girl says i need to give her the old one. I said no because it was not an exchange i was just buying a nee for half off. She then gets a attitude with me and tells me to leave the store. So i told her to call the owner again and she did. The owner said i did not need to give it back because it was not a exchange. The girl hung up and was being very rude/providing horrible customer service. When i tried to explain to her that i was getting a new for half off and not exchanging the old she told me to come back and argue with the owner. The owner and other guy that work in the store are very nice and they have a great selection. If the girl is working i would go to another store!!!

This is the best vape shop in Moore county. They always have my juice and coils and the service is always friendly and smiley. Thank you for always having my favorite juice, candy king strawberry watermelon bubblegum 3 or 6mg in stock and keep up the good work 😀

Back in 5 minutes, should mean 5 minutes. Not almost a half an hour.
