I had stopped in for the first time yesterday and ill tell u I was not disappointed at all. The person that was there was very helpful and very nolegable about the product they sell. Luv my new vape😍 she also gave me a quick run down on the buttons which was very much appreciated 😍👍

It’s cinco de mayo 20:04. Girl with black hair didn’t want to help me. I have terrible sight and can’t read the flavors and Brand of the vapes. When I asked her if she could help me locate the brand and flavor I wanted… she responded with “I don’t know” I just walked out. didn’t spend my money here and would never spend my money here. Just rude.

The staff was well mannered and informative. Any questions I asked regarding their products were met with surity and easily understandable answers. I left feeling more confident than when I walked in. Not to mention their top of the line merchandise and fair pricing.

I have been going to Tobacco Island for about a year and have seen many different employees inside. We had exceptional help and service tonight. Although, I did not catch her name, she had greenish/yellow and black split bangs and lip rings. She was super attentive and new her products enough to teach my boyfriend and I on what we were looking into. She is our new favorite employee and was so wonderful. Thank you so much!!

Claudette and Jay are the absolute best! I love going into this shop because they make me feel so welcome. It’s also very clean and has everything you’d ever want! Definitely coming back every time. :)

Had been a frequent customer these past few months. Have really appreciated the customer service until today. Normally when I have gone in Claudette was who I worked with. I have been buying the same amount of hemp flower every four to five days for the past couple months. Today Ryan was going to charge me twice what I have been paying for the usual amount. I tried to show him the charges on my credit card as evidence that he was overcharging me. His customer service is deplorable. I asked when Claudette would be in so I could come back when she was in, and was informed that he couldn’t divulge that information. Lame. Was a good customer, but won’t be returning as a result of his defensiveness and overall poor attitude. They should do their business a favor and can him.

Went in here for the first time today and was greeted by a lady name Makalya. She had the best customer service! Very knowledgeable and was very nice about getting items out so we can look at them. We will definitely be back!

The cashier was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about all things tobacco. Also greeted me with a very warm welcome when i walked through the door which is something you don’t see very often at this establishments. Would recommend any friend to this store anytime.

They sold me a a disposable vape that was used and completely empty out of the box. They wouldn’t exchange the product even though it had been less than 24 hours. The delta-8 products that they stock get clogged/break often, and are more expensive than other places.

I had recently bought a BLK Black Widow-vaporizer months prior to this review at this specific store, I was pleased with my entire visit however, After doing research on the product i had found out that you INHALE the melted wielding from the inside of this vaporizer because it is poorly made and does not have a isolated airpath. Don’t believe me? Look it up. I do not expect a refund however i ask that you may consider pulling this item from your shelves. Thanks. - A concerned customer

5/5 every time. The owner/operator is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and if he doesn’t have something you can be damn sure he’ll order it for you. Fairly priced, good selection, can’t say enough good things about this establishment.

Don’t go to this store !!! They have no return policy on their products. And don’t mention it till you return it but kind you the girl in there with dark hair said take the receipt Incase you want to return it. What a joke

Walked at 525 pm on March 4th 2022 and bought multiple things and after checking out he didnt even bag the items when I asked for a bag he tossed the bag and I had to bag my own items....didnt know there was a self checkout line

Way way over priced better off going to a different shop with same quality shii, better prices. (one vape there is $32 i went to a different shop and it was only $20…)

Tobacco Island is a great tobacco shop that’s celebrating is grand opening. Although it just opened this Friday. The owner is making great moves with his customer service great experience.
