Poor jess i stoped in today to grab a few thing a boy does she sound horrible! the fact she is sick and is still there and work you guys should give her props and a raise!!!!!!! ive been coming here for years and she is by far the best manager you guys have had in a very long time.she takes her time she gets to know her customers and makes them feel really welcomed. she even know what most people want before they even get to the counter! The staff there are TERRIFIC and they really know their stuff when it comes to growing cannabis. The selection of SEEDS, SOIL, NUTRIENTS & LIGHTING was amazing & very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend a stop by THIS location.5 stars ⭐️

Dirty out side the store smells like urine. The guy behind the counter was fighting with some one on the phone so I had to wait to buy rolling paper The rolling paper was pretty good so Ill give them a star..

Bought a bong that was not in the clearance or discount .and it has a crack in it and I already know I’m not gonna get a credit or refund so why bother but thought I’d leave my experience . Also bought a $20 torch filled it let the air out before hand doesn’t work I let it settle still nothing waste of time and money. Don’t judge a bong but it’s cover smh never again$60 down the drain and time

My second trip to my new found local favorite! My first experience was great. Lots of selection and the gentlemen who was training was so nice and professional 👏👍. Tonight Maria took care of me and she was so amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place to smoking needs and maybe find things you didnt even know you wanted.Nice job.

The store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly but all the products I wanted was in very short supply.

Normally I have a great experience there, However. I just left there after spending $50 and the product I bought was missing a piece. The guy working refused to do a return or exchange and also refused to get or contact a manager. Keep in mind, This was less than a minute after the purchase that we opened it and realized the missing piece. He was rude and obnoxious and was extremely unprofessional. I seriously hope the staff helps me with this poor business in the morning or I will be contacting the uppers and going to another establishment from now on.

I have been coming to this store for a few year and never have iv had such a bad experience!!!!!the new guy was absolutely rude and had no manners at all! on top of that he said there were no cash sales after 730 which is absolutely ridiculous if you guys close at 8 i dont know if ill be coming back for any of my smoking needs

The staff at this store was top tier. Met both Yasmine & Noel last week and the vibes were next level. The product was very fresh and affordable.

Spoke with the new store manager Noel & my experience was amazing. He was both kind and knowledgeable. Definitely going to be my smoke shop home.

Went in for cheap rolling tobacco, was $3 more than nyc prices somehow. I went in another time after buying a vaporizer and looking for a liquid refill. The flavors were all very sweet which I dont like and when I asked the man behind the counter if there were any he liked he made a snide comment about how he didnt like vaporizers. Not exactly helpful.

Went in there today 9:17 and the gentleman was very helpful and got me on my way. Unlike the establishment on Lark Street everything felt well normal.THANKS AGAIN!

I stopped in here about two weeks ago. There was a young man and a young woman working at the time. I was looking into a vaporizer pen with oil cartridge compatibility along with a few other items (downstems and slides) if you don’t know what I’m talking about, don’t worry about it. Anyway, both of the people working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable (each in their own way) as to what I was in search of. Not only were the people working there extremely helpful and savvy to what I was hoping to find answers to, but the prices were also really quite reasonable!!! Let’s just talk about price for a minute... now, I am a fan of our local smoke shops, I’ve always been pleased with my experiences in just about every one I’ve been to in the capital region, but I must say this: I went into Smoker’s Choice on Delaware Ave., paid about $60 and I walked away with 2 vape pens, 2 packs of Camels, 2 downstems, 2 slides, 30 sticks of fizzy pop incense, and 4 black rubber o-rings. Now, granted, the quality of these items could certainly be up for debate, but here is the point at which I am trying to get: during a recent visit to a local smoke shop (near fuller road) I was really disappointed to find that a single basic clear glass slide and downstem set was almost $20 ($9 for the slide and $8 for the downstem - or vice versa, I can’t remember which was which); while at Smoker’s Choice, I was able to purchase two of each of essentially the same thing for a third of the price ($2.99 a piece). This previous point along with the exemplary customer service and the vast selection of all sorts of products all bring me to say that Smoker’s Choice on Delaware Ave. is an excellent place to shop for any of your smoking and/or vaping needs. They also sell lotto there too. I highly recommend this place.

Suppose to be open at 8 a.m. which surprised me. So I walked over and nobody there. 8:40 left and went home. Surprised it opened so early wasnt surprised nobody was there because most staff looks like they dont want to be there when I usually go after work.

They always seem to have that one thing your out of ;) ! The prices are fair. The staff is one of the better things about the place . They either carry it or if they dont. They tell you who does!!!

Good place to stop if you are in need of vape supplies or juice and dont want to wait for delivery, you wont find very competitive pricing compared to what you can find online but they do have a good selection of juices, mods, tanks, and everything you need to build your own coils when in a pinch.
