Club Rio

I had a truly awful experience at a club recently. The bouncers were incredibly rude and aggressive. The atmosphere was also really unpleasant, with a lot of aggressive and rowdy patrons causing trouble. Overall, it was a complete disaster and I will never be going back to that club again.

This place needs a huge renovation or just abandon this building, never been to such a horrible night club visiting from el paso tx. For sure not returning

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF MONORS ARE GOING TO BE AROUND !! A chambelan went outside to get fresh air & the security guard did not let him go back in there . The quince girl had to go out side and tell them multiple times. And said because they weren’t letting minors in !! They have something against minors !

I dont recommend this place to have youre 15. Most of the time they were unorganized forgot what they were doing and lost most of the peoples fotos or videos. They also take a long time to give the photos back. We called in to see if the photos were ready what they said was oh Im sorry we forgot and on the day of the party we called in to see if they were at church and they said the same thing we forgot that the 15 was today.

Horrible place. Security was very rude and owner didn’t care about situation he just cussed my husband out and hung up the phone when he tied and asked for help.

What I find horrible is that they dont let people in until the dance starts. So its getting really cold and they have people outside freezing outside. I think, for what? If they are going to enter anyway, the logical thing would be to let them in, as in most salons that let in earlier.

I will never return to this horrible place...I had already had a very bad experience in this place before at a quinceañera we went to, I only came back because Combo was going to play, and they were excellent but that place is worse than a seedy congal, first we paid VIP and the only The waitress they had never came to serve us, plus their security personnel are aggressive and arrogant, ordinary people without the slightest education, we were waiting for a person to come out of the bathroom and they pushed us out, a huge lack of respect, they should train your staff so they learn to provide customer service.
