Cool place , way more chill and more polite than the cannabis oasis one at Carlisle and Menual, I was a longtime customer at that one until they tried to accuse me of stealing something behind glass that I bought for over a year every week. Some kids man, but this place was totally different and gave me hope back in the oasis vape franchise. Thanks dudes !

I moved to Albuquerque recently and this is the most honest and trustworthy vape shop I have been to. It also helps that they usually stock my preferred juice.

I usually see the closing shift or the people who work the same time as Alle. The product knowledge they have is excellent. They ask for feed back with new vaps and flavors even remember what I bought last week a lot of the time. The store is always clean and I always see them working. I am always impressed by them every time I go in. If they where apart of my retail team Id sleep easy at night knowing I have such good employees.

Worst customer service ever! And the reward system is a lie, I used to bite my tongue at the rude workers because the prices used to be unbeatable but as of last week their prices went up. Now it’s pointless to drive all the way over here. I spend $100 in vapes every time I come here unfortunately one of them was burnt out so I went to exchange it and when I tell you it’s easier to grow wings and fly I mean it, I went back with receipt in hand and these guys were so rude and didn’t do anything for me seriously with the volume of business I bring them the amount of money I spent I didn’t think they would deny the exchange, seriously today is the last time I’ll be giving Oasis smoke shop my money. Thanks for nothing arrogant (explicit) ✌🏼

Terrible parking, higher prices than other smoke shops. Wouldnt sell me a glass banger because my ID was expired by a week and he said for the sake of his job he would decline selling it to me. I dont understand if its a real ID and its not a nicotine product. Will not be returning will continue to shop Devons smokeshop instead.

The shop on Menaul right off Wyoming is my home base. I work right around the corner so it’s convenient, and the sales staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I’ve been a retail manager for almost twenty years, and it’s great to see a crew take pride in cleanliness and inventory replenishment, and greet customers kindly, asking questions to make sure they are being outfitted correctly to fit their needs. In the retail business, we refer to that as integrity. Every experience with the associates has been pleasurable, but Rayce in particular goes above and beyond for his customers, always with a positive attitude, which can be hard to keep in a customer facing business. As a retail manager, I imagine he’s always employee of the month, but if not he should be. Ask for Rayce!!! He won’t let you down!!!

I get all my vape juices here! These guys are always knowledgeable when it comes to their products for example I wanted to TRY a salt base juice not knowing they are extremely high in nicotine I thought I could fill my regular tank with it and smoke away but as explained I could have gotten very, very sick THANK GOD for the knowledge. So for $18.00 I bought this tiny thing that looks like a thumb drive called a minifit with replaceable /disposable tips that fit on top of the mod which the tips store the e-juice. Its pretty cool e~cig and more convenient than my big hog mod and tank plus the battery lasts along time over 2 days if hitting constantly. It charges within 45 minutes and its good to go, your juice lasts awhile as well..More convenient when going to concerts and such. I love it and I really like the salt base I only need a few hits off it and Im good for a while..

*Update*They gave me a e-gift for not being totally happy, which shows what a great business they are and want to keep their customers. so I’m going to try their different brand that has nicotine rather than their house linear brand which I had problems with.I love the people and staff here and they are always helpful and kind. The one complaint I have now is the juice! Not sure what the heck is going on but it’s burning all my coils. I thought maybe the pens(vaporesso solo plus) I was using might not be working with the juice so I bought a VooPoo Drag X , batteries and charger still having same problem. Now that I’m about 100+ in the hole, I think I better venture out somewhere else unfortunately. Anybody else having this problem? Suggestions please
