The owner Winnie is really nice and accommodating and ensures top-notch customer service for her clients. I love how easy it is to book time with them compared to other spa/massage places. They are open for long hours during the day so its helpful for busy professionals such as myself. I just had a head spa or scalp massage with them tonight and was in awe of the experience! Not only did it feel amazing but whatever treatment they gave to my hair has now made it so soft and smooth. Cant wait to come back and try their other services next time!

Great experience. Went for Mother’s Day and they took care of us. You can use the coupon online and pay when you get there. But overall the experience was amazing. The massage lady was very nice and she knew what she was doing. I was tense !! But definitely 5 stays definitely recommend

Tony was excellent. It was my first time here today. My gf recently visited and she recommended I try it to see if we make this our main massage place. The one we go to usually is near Springfield mall.Tony has excellent deep tissue technique. Uses hands, elbows very precise. Very professional. Music was very chill.I was caught off guard because half way into my massage, he just left and someone came to notify me that Tony had to leave for another client. If that was the case you should inform the customer before the massage starts so they are not caught off-guard. The person that came started working on the same side he already did and was asking me where should she focus on. I filled out my chart before the massage. I was too comfortable to think or even want to explain.If I come again I’ll make sure Tony is available for an hour.

Winnie and Tony are great! I came in for a Swedish massage and their new head spa treatment and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends. :)

I recently moved to Alexandria and I was looking for a facial place because I have sensitive skin—acne prone. I went to Aromatherapy and Winnie did the best job opening up my pores and cleaning my face. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. Great place and good price.

My husband and I have had a handful of chinese massages before but this is the best one. We called in at last minute today on a Sunday and they accommodated us when i went in 35 min later after i called. Free and easy parking. I had a Swedish while my husband had deep tissue. When you go in you fill out a paper explaining what areas you want to focus on. My male therapist ( i think his name is Tony?) really did well, went through the knots all around my shoulders and back. Pressure wasn’t too light or hard, just firm and right for me. My husband stated his deep tissue was right on the spot. Pleasantly surprised that they added hot stones in the end, they didn’t charge us on that. Prices are decent, it was $150 together as a couple with swedish and deep tissue not including tip.

My first time ever getting a massage and I tell you it was the best feeling after it was done. My body feel so good abd I will be coming back. They are very professional and courteous. I will definitely be coming back!!!

My partner and I had the most incredible massage experience with Winnie and Tony. From start to finish, they were so attentive, kind, and incredibly skilled. Both of their techniques were both soothing and effective, melting away every bit of tension in our bodies and leaving us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.I had Tony, who had a very intuitive touch. He specifically focused on the zones I asked for. He did some pressure point work, stretching, some cracking and pulling on my joints. Winnie always made sure my partner was comfortable. He was surprised by her strength. She was incredibly kind.We couldnt recommend Winnie and Tony highly enough. If youre looking for a top-notch massage experience, look no further! YueJiao is so kind and amazing at her job! She always has perfect pressure and never pushes down on bones which I’ve experienced at other places. I feel like she genuinely wants to make sure you have the best massage and most affordable in the area. I have gone twice for the deep tissue and it’s always perfect! The rooms are nice and clean. Every massage stroke is done with purpose and she has the best sense of humor! 5/5! I’ll be back!

Highly recommend!!! Booked a couples deep tissue + hot stone massage for 60 mins ($160 total not including tip) and was completely worth every penny. The atmosphere was very relaxed and soothing. I believe I had Tony and he hit EVERY spot needing attention. He got all my knots and high tension areas. He asked throughout the session if his pressure was too hard and/or enough - absolute professional! Will be coming back!!

This spa lacks professionalism. We had deep tissue couples massage with hot stones. We were not offered a choice of aromatherapy oils and while we were getting the massage another therapist was talking to my therapist and my therapist left the room for several minutes during our couples massage and she left the door open during our massage. She had to be asked to close the door for privacy. Additionally, then the massage was over, it was a different therapist than the one that initially started the massage. We won’t return to business.

My boyfriend and I got the couples massage with hot stones. The service was amazing and the facilities are well kept. We plan on visiting again very soon to get our cards punched again 😌👍🏾

I had a lovely experience with Winnie. I have only had a few massages in the past and had never had a facial. I decided to try the combo of 30 minutes facial and 30 minutes foot massage. It was heavenly! I felt very comfortable and relaxed, and Winnie was very kind to make suggestions for further care. I definitely recommend this spa and will be returning for a full facial!

Such a WONDERFUL experience here today! Excellent hot stone massage and my first facial! Both women were excellent, kind and sensitive to my needs. And if you are going to have a facia for the first time ever, Winnie is your girl! She explained every step & walked me through some of the steps I’d never experienced before with education & helpful info!

This place traumatized me. When we arrived we told the staff we didnt want hot stones, so they gave us essential oils for the massage. We went to the room were the massage was going to take place and the lady told us to take our clothes off and closed the door, they didnt give us a robe or anything. I looked at the massage tables that actually looked like two twin size beds, I also noticed that the hole where you place your face while getting a massage was not actually a hole, I have no idea how that was suppose to work with breathing. I left out the room and asked the lady if they had Robes for us she said just take your clothes off and leave on your underwear. That was my cue to leave. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone because First of All, when we came in, the staff at the front desk couldnt speak good English, they had to have a lady that could speak English come speak with us. We werent offered robes or even water, there main concern was how we were going to pay. The massage tables looked like regular beds with no place to put your face and breath properly. The rooms are dark and dreary, this place looks like a doctors office not a SPA at all. I had requested two female massage therapist when I made the appointment, they didnt have that, but asked us if we could wait 30 minutes. The straw the broke the camels back was them telling us to take our clothes off an lay down with out a robe or anything to cover our bodies. This place is Unprofessional, unaccommodating, unpleasant, and I didnt feel safe at all. The staff member that could speak English was very apologetic and offered a discount if we could come back. NO THANK YOU. This is not worth the money they charge at all. Im glad we left.

I’ve been to plenty of places and this one is by far the best one I’ve been too. Some real professionals in there performing miracles to sore muscles. Good massage but the manager walked in during the massage to ask if I would be ok if she switched the masseuse so she could accomodate other customers that had walked in. WHAT?!!! You read that right. Never ever have I had someone walk in during my massage, let alone ask if they could switch out the masseuse right in the middle so they could meet the request of other customers. Ironically when talking to the manager afterwards, she didn’t seem to think she did anything wrong. I am still in disbelief at what happened. It was beyond disrespectul, inappropriate and completely unprofessional! Totally ruined my massage and experience! I will never go back nor recommend this place!

A friend had invited me to come here prior to and I thought it was good as we got reflexology. I booked this year for my birthday and it was a nightmare. The lady agreed on a time then when I saw there was a Groupon for what I wanted and purchased it she said she could no longer do the time as that wasn’t for Groupon use. I lived in Brazil for years. Also have been getting Brazilians for years. She did a half wax and when I expected her to complete the full Brazilian she wrapped up and said where is the tip. Then didn’t want to keep my massage on the books after I told her I booked this during the weekday as you stated Groupons can only be used during week. If you plan on relaxing with this provider that’s not the case. Professionalism and time management went out the window and was a complete bummer for my birthday. I will have to find some place else.

I got a groupon deal for a facial and I was amazed by the quality of the service. Great face & shoulder massage post facial as a bonus. I will come back even without the groupon deal.

I have had many massages during my lifetime but the two I had here are the best. I had such a sense of well-being after the first massage that I bought a package for five more! It’s amazing how fantastic. Lily and Joey (a woman) both are. They found the areas that needed the most work and focused on them, which is what I wanted. Also the ambience is very nice. It is relaxing and tranquil. Treat yourself to a wonderful hour or ninety minutes!

I recently had a massage from Yu Yu. It was a wonderful experience with deep tissue and a focus on tight calfs and chronic sore feet.

I received my first massage and facial it was a combo special they have in office and I loved it. The massage will leave you a little sore but it did feel good. The facial was the best part for me. My skin looks really good now and feels very soft.

The first time I came on a Groupon and got an amazing massage from Tony, very promptly scheduled, great experience, except for the very aggressive upselling of aromatherapy and other services and being told to leave a positive review online (which might explain a lot of these other glowing reviews). The second time, apparently there had been no masseuse scheduled for me (even though I was texted 24 hours in advance to confirm and responded Yes), so the manager took it upon herself to give me a massage during which she took and made several phone calls scheduling other massages, and even left the room multiple times to answer the front door and talk to people, one time leaving the door open and talking to someone outside over my body laying there under a thin sheet. It was incredibly unprofessional and the opposite of relaxing. Afterwards when I explained the problem, I was told she’s doing the best she can and if I didn’t want someone taking calls during my massage I should have asked for Tony, like it’s the expectation that my massage be interrupted many times unless I specifically ask that it not be?

Absolutely loved getting a facial. I typically try a place and don’t go back but I will definitely be going back here. I can truly feel and see the difference on my face. I highly recommend going here. I also like the variety of services which I look forward to trying out. Winnie is amazing!

I have been to various massage therapy places in the DC metro area and this, without a doubt, is the best one. The place is super clean and comfortable. The environment is peaceful. All the materials they use are high quality. And the massage itself is exceptional. Winnie is a very knowledgeable massage therapist and I always leave this place feeling so much better and renewed. I called in the morning to make an appointment for later that afternoon. When I showed up they said they would not honor my Groupon because I didn’t “make an appointment” ……..never got the massage. Poor customer service.Next time ask the client if they have a Groupon and inform them that they need 24-48 hours for appointment. The Groupon website said “appointment required” which I did. But they did not honor the same day appointment. Bad taste. Poor form.

Place was nice clean and smells good, when we called they said 140$ per couple for swedish and 160$ for deep tissue. And i booked the swedish. When we got there she said its 160$ and when i asked her why she said that the swedish is “LIGHT” pressure and no focus and etc .. while on the phone when i asked the difference she only said that the difference was the essential oil. So i ended up getting the $160 package bcz i had invited my friend for her birthday and she embarrassed me infront of her arguing about the price after i made sure to discuss this part over the phone before booking.To be fair, my friend had a deep tissue full body massage with the guy personnel and she loved it. But the lady that did for me to be fair did a good job on the back ONLY which took the most OUT of the 60 minutes, but everything else was just too fast and i felt no pressure at all. She just wanted to finish so I paid for something extra already and i didnt get the service required.

Excellent massages!!! My mom (over 50) came here yesterday with very stiff muscles. She got the 90min Swedish massage and she left feeling like she had a brand new body!! She got the best nights sleep afterwards!!I came in today per my moms recommendation since i’m leaving for a trip tonight (going to be sitting 10 hours in the plane) and I got the 60min massage and Brazilian wax. Massage was so relaxing and therapeutic, much needed! Waxing was fast and efficient as well. Owner was super sweet and careful the whole time and listened to mine and my moms needs. The music is soothing, people are friendly, and the facilities are clean and tidy. I do projects on Extraction and Hydrodermabrasion Facial. Which make my face much smoother and cleaner. Shop assistants are professional and fully aware of skin conditions. compared my face situation after the care program at other store and this store, my face was obviously not swollen, the staff did not aggravate the inflammation of my face, the blackheads and comedone on my face were cleared away. Its recommended for others like me who dont want to aggravate facial inflammation but want to clean up their face.

I come every week. I am a bodybuilder and Wendy is wonderful. She has given me deep tissue massages every week for the last three months and I’ve always felt better. Her microdermabrasion facials are amazing and Brazilian waxes too.I am loyal to her and she takes care of me!

I did a facial 85 plus 25 $ extraction60 minutes but felt like 40 minutes the manager Answered phone calls left the room seemed like she was in a rush to finish took care of another customer I wasn’t satisfied with her facial and the products used are Herbalife products for the face i was happy with the extraction but the rest of the facial no Im spending my money to relax in peace and quiet and to be in total relaxation have a decent facial massage after extraction and she did it so quick and put a mask on me for 20 min and left came back took it off but teatree oil and done only thing that made it better was the 1 hour foot massage that helped me relax.

Very unpleasant experience with Winnie at this spa.I had a Groupon voucher for a Brazilian, and in the middle of my waxing she informed me that if I want the bottom be waxed also (which is already part of a Brazilian, as Brazilian removes ALL hair in the between-the-legs region), I should pay $10 extra??When I mentioned that Brazilian already includes the bottom and that Ive never been asked to pay extra for it, she said nothing, but proceeded very unwillingly and passively, with me lying on my back (??) as she proceeded on my bottom. She basically just reached further instead of raising my legs or turning me sideways. Spent 30 secs on it and was done. How can you effectively remove hairs like this. It was clear she was rushing the appointment and more focused on getting over with it.She also REFUSED to pluck my hairs, when every other estetician always did it. Thats the standard, you dont leave a person with a bunch of little hairs. My hair was not THAT short to not be able to pluck it with tweezers. She just simply didnt feel like being bothered with it.Then, when I was about to leave, she reminded me of the tip in a VERY demanding tone. What establishment does that?? Tipping shouldnt be deemed necessary unless the client themselves feels like it. I always tip, because Im never asked to. It should be voluntary.She tried guilting me into tipping her, referring how she makes like $10 with the Groupon discounts - okay did someone force you to set your prices?It felt like she was 100%  expecting the tip, and then when I said that I dont think I want to tip when demanded to, she became very aggressive and was shouting something as I was leaving (I couldnt exactly understand what).Also, compared to other places, this waxing actually hurts. Even now an hour later it still hurts my skin and I am sure Ill get a bunch of ingrowns now.She constantly tried pushing her other services, money is clearly on her mind way more than providing her clients with a good experience.I understand the attractiveness of the prices, but its simply not worth the terrible experience, pain, a bunch of leftover hairs and the treatment of you as if youre a walking dollar. Seems like my comment is the only genuine one hereEdit: 2 months later, I still have the WORST ingrown hair and it turned BLACK. its absolutely horrific looking and I hope it goes away but I knew I would get some horrible ingrown from this place.

I wanted to give my review of this establishment. I would not recommend her to anyone! I first saw her on Groupon, I contacted her and she said she would honor the Groupon price. So, I went to see her, first issue she wouldnt wax my behind, she said no. Ummm, thats what a Brazilian is. Then when I came back the second time, she charged me $10 for the back and she continued to try and upsell me on products, packages etc. I told her no. Then I try to schedule my last wax with her, she ignored three of my texts. I called her and it went right to voicemail. I decided to text her on my work phone and she responded, she obviously did not want to honor the package she sold me. Then when I came in for the last wax, she made me wait 30min after my appt time. I would definitely not recommend her.
