We signed up for memberships. The place is calming and smells beautiful everywhere. Its very clean. The entire staff is extremely friendly which I highly value. Tried multiple different massages here and they have all been wonderful. Highly recommend. I try to bring all my guests here and theyve all loved it as well. Highly recommend Jada for facials. I have horrible acne and she really knows how to take care of it.

I recently booked a massage and anti aging facial here for my mom. The people here are super friendly and informative. They helped me choose the perfect spa treatment for my mom .My mom called me immediately after her time at Origins and couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the massage was and how her body felt so relaxed . Her facial was also great ! Her skin was glowing and she looked more youthful and vibrant .She also mentioned that the place is very calm , clean and well kept . One of the best Spas in the area !

My experience with Origins spa in Alexandria VA was AMAZING. I had a 120 min Thai Herbal Massage and it was so relaxing. I truly appreciated the professionalism and relaxation during and after the services. The check in process was prompt and the team at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. DA was the best massage therapist! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage by checking in with me on pressure. I can not wait to return to the Alexandria VA location for a Indian Head Massage from DA

I LOVE this place. I originally signed up at the Arlington location back in 2022. When I moved to the Old Town area, I wondered if I would like the new location as much, but after my first massage with Steven, I’ve never booked any other masseuse, although I’m sure all of them are good! Every location of Thai Origins seems to do a fantastic job. Steven is my go-to person; I feel like a new person after my monthly 90-minute deep tissue sessions. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars!

A beautiful and relaxing space with great customer service. I was a first time visitor so I was nervous about locating the space in time for my massage. Luckily, it was easy to find (in a very cute courtyard at the corner of Duke st. and S. Peyton St. I was able to complete my first-time client paperwork just in time for my massage to begin on time. The masseuse asked about any issue areas and did a great job focusing on relieving pressure in those areas. Overall, this was an amazing massage and experience. 4/5 stars due to the price of the services. Expensive but worth the price if it is in your budget.

Coco was my esthetician for my facial and it was stupendous. She has a touch that is both firm, yet gentle with a thorough knowledge of skin care. She graciously answered my peppering of questions and and then let me relax for the remainder of the session. I had a fantastic experience overall and would highly recommend!

My third time at Origins Thai Spa Absolute at the Alexander location was great. The vibe was super chill and cozy, making it a really relaxing experience. Jada, the esthetician, knew her stuff and took her time to make sure my skin felt amazing. The facial was super pampering, and Jada’s massage skills were top-notch. I’d totally recommend Jada to anyone wanting a fancy facial that actually works.

I was late for my appointment. I tried to call to reschedule. I was told that they had redeemed the Groupon that my kids had given me for Mother’s Day and they would not be rescheduling because “that’s their policy“. Thanks for nothing.

I love this place! Origins Thai Spa will exceed your expectations. The spa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff is always friendly and very professional. You can get a traditional deep tissue massage or a Thai massage. Both are very therapeutic. Steven does deep tissue massage and is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. He is very knowledgeable and does amazing work to get rid of your muscular tension. You will certainly leave with a feeling of peace and relaxation. Highly recommend! Ask for Steven!

Let me start off by saying, I’m in no way affiliated with Origins nor am I getting anything for reviewing. I just LOVE this place.I have the monthly membership, and I highly recommend it. I think is well worth it if you’re looking to treat yourself monthly, and I love that I can do either a massage or a facial - whatever I want that month.I have been to the Arlington and Alexandria locations, and both are great. The Alexandria location has very cozy and warm atmosphere, and of course very calming. Every one of the staff is helpful and friendly.For facials, I cannot say enough good things about *Jada*. Jada (Alexandria location) is AMAZING. She makes my skin look brand new every time I see her. She is very skilled - my skin can be unpredictable and I’ve come in with a variety of problems (hormonal acne, dry skin, etc) and she always knows how to personalize the facial that day to make my skin glow. If you have those horrible under-the-skin, hormonal pimples: go to Jada. I don’t know how, but she really makes them disappear.If you’re local looking for a consistent spot, or just a one time visit, go to Origins!

I recently had a fantastic facial experience! Coco was professional and knowledgeable, and made sure to ask about my skin concerns and preferences before beginning the treatment. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm, with soft lighting and soothing music playing in the background.During the facial, I was treated to a deep cleanse, exfoliation, face massage, and mask. The products used were high-quality and felt luxurious on my skin. I could immediately see a difference in the brightness and clarity of my complexion.Overall, I would highly recommend this facial experience from Coco. It was a true treat for both my skin and my senses.

I love this spa! The services are always top notch. I had the most amazing facial with Coco. She was very gentle with my skin and and gave me some excellent advice on how to maintain it and prevent it aging. My skin felt so smooth, beautiful and refreshed after her facial. I had the most relaxing evening. The Spa is gorgeous, clean, and welcoming. First, AMAZING massage with Malika! She made my whole body feel better including my back which has an old injury. Its like she turned the pain switch off, thank you! Next, I experienced a magical facial with Coco. I had really dry skin and she brought it back to life. Searched this place near work. Trying to get a walk-in express session. When I asked if they have anyone available for the day, The girl at the front desk didn’t even look at the calendar or propose any appointment available for the day. She just directly said “I don’t.”Not willing to help at all.Not sure how good they are but spa place is designed to relax, not to feel being disrespectful or discriminated. Please work on your staff’s attitudes first before you pay many for fake good reviews.

I recently had a fantastic facial treatment with Coco. She used a variety of techniques to help improve the texture and tone of my skin. My girlfriend immediately noticed the improvement in my skin. The treatment was very relaxing and I would highly recommend getting a facial with Coco.

Such a beautiful ambiance. Walking in to the facility, my energy immediately changed. The staff was wonderful including my massage. The experience was really reminiscent of my time in Thailand. I have already been telling friends we must go!

I treated my cousin to a massage for her birthday. The welcoming as soon as we arrived was off the chain. But most importantly Ms Toi and Ms Jane were the most attentive in giving us our massages. I had a great experience at Origins Thai Spa. I had no issues with management, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. My 60-minute massage was really well done, and my masseuse was professional, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place was very clean. They seem to be taking Covid precautions seriously. Coco was my esthetician and could not have been more wonderful. She specifically addressed all my skin concerns and gave me the most relaxing face and head massage. I fell asleep! Will definitely be going back.

Nancy is the absolute best!!! Ive been having back pain, and been a bit stressed. Nancy, took her time and worked every muscle in my body (thats how I felt) got the massage on Friday, and slept and rested the whole Saturday. Thank you.

They have free parking in the back with the OTS labeled spots. The location is very nice, clean and well decorated. I was greeted at the door by the staff and everyone was very friendly. When going up to my massage location on the second floor, I felt like my masseuse wasnt personable at all. She literally didnt speak to me, she just pointed and ushered me into the room and told me to take my clothes off. She came back two seconds later (I was still undressing) and started prepping the space. I laid down and the massage itself was just decent. Maybe bc Im 62 250lbs so I typically need people who are either stronger or bigger and can apply the proper pressure. I left more sore and Im going to get my wife to finish the massage. I wouldnt go back

I strongly recommend Jada for both ladies and gentlemens facials. She is available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She takes the time to give you a facial uniquely suited to making your face look cleaner, younger, and more attractive. I cant say enough good things about her services.

I started coming here about 2 months ago because I found a Groupon. I have since had 4 massages: 2 deep tissue, 1 auyervedic, and one Indian Head massage. Everytime I have walked out feeling like I am floating, so relaxed and yet energized. I feel like I am reset by coming in. All the practitioners I have encountered are amazing, and their membership deal right now is good too. While they are a little pricey, it is worth every penny!

By far one of the best spas I’ve experienced. I wish they had more amenities because I would stay the entire day during my visits :-)

Recently went here with a friend for a deep tissue couple massage. He paid for the Groupon and called to set up a appointment. We were greeted with smiles, asked if we wanted refreshments and then we filled out the necessary Covid & Health forms. Escorted to our room. They had the lights low, the therapeutic music playing, and the beds warmed for us. You get undressed to ONLY your underwear and lay flat on the bed, separately. It was literally a HEAD to TOE deep tissue massage. Body felt reset after that hour. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

My friend gave me a voucher for a free 30-minute massage. I was worried about whether they would be skilled, but Mickey was as good as any massage therapist Ive ever had - - and Ive had a lot! Its close to the Metro, though I didnt see free parking.

Da was amazing and I look forward to my next traditional Thai massage! The service and massage was superb, from checking in to being served delicious hot tea after the treatment.

Opposite of a relaxing experience. The masseuse burped the duration of the massage and once we were done, she blamed it on me (???). I called and emailed management but never received a response.

I had a bad day that day cuz I couldnt turn my head to the left 🥺, thats the reason why I visited origins Alexandria. When I tell you by the time I walked out from their Zen establishment, I was a new person. Very clean and wonderful customer service. 10 out of 10. 👏👏👏
