Had my first ever massage here and I loved it. After going through excruciating military training my legs have been feeling awful and I had the 45 min leg massage with Maggie and she was amazing. It was very easy to go on the website and find the right time for bookings. Maggie did an intensive massage on my legs and I felt much better when I left, she knew exactly what to do for what I was feeling. The room was lovely too and I felt completely comfortable going through the whole process despite it being my first ever massage at a spa. Would highly recommend it again if youre feeling very sore!

I tried a new massage therapist- worst experience ever. I felt even more uncomfortable of my pain when I left. $$$$ waisted😣 went for relief and got nothing out of it. Pls ask for an experienced massage therapist before going. I haven’t landed on a massage therapist that knows what to do for pain relief and bodywork. I felt a 5yr old was massaging my body. Zero relief.. left feeling frustrated and cheated.

I just had the most lovely massage with their new Masseuse, Capri. She hit all the areas I requested and with the perfect amount of pressure. Can’t recommend enough. The receptionist was also lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to warn others of the awful experience my friend and I had with this business. Three times our appointment was booked incorrectly. I followed up once I got an email confirmation with the wrong information and was told the aesthetician isn’t available that day. This was the day before our scheduled appt and no one ever called to tell me. I rescheduled and then received another confirmation with the wrong booking. At this point I should have known better but it was for my friend’s birthday and now too late to find somewhere else so I just made two appointments for massages instead. We arrived yesterday morning for our appointments and the door was locked. We knocked per the sign and no one came to the door. There’s another sign that says to ring the bell if no one answers and it will go to an answering service. No one answered. I can’t speak to their spa services but management and the front desk are an absolute disaster. This is not how you run a business, extremely unprofessional!

Just had a very bizarre/disappointing experience. I called at 9:30am to see if there was availability in the morning. They booked me in for an 11am. I show up early and wait in the reception. At 11am the staff try to figure out where the masseuse is. Turns out he wasn’t there and no one in the business called him to inform him that he had an appointment. What was worse than the inconvenience of rearranging my work schedule for this appointment, was the fact there was no apology given or ownership taken for the mistake. The receptionist was very nonplussed and blasé about the whole thing.

I had my first ever prenatal massage with Reyna because I was experiencing some hip and back pain. She did such an amazing job! The pain completely went away! Since then, I have been to Reyna two more times and each time is the same wonderful experience. I leave feeling so relaxed and my body feels dramatically better! As someone who has had countless massages in the past, I highly recommend Reyna and Alexandria massage. The facility is clean and relaxing. Reyna used a combination of hot stones and cupping with me which made such a difference. I could even tell a big improvement in the quality of my sleep because my back and hips were feeling good again. Thank you, Reyna!

I immediately scheduled a 90 minute appointment after my very first experience.I have had my fair share of massages all over the world throughout my travels... and this may have taken 1st place.My friend got me a gift certificate for my birthday to Alexandria Massage Therapy. I didnt schedule my experience until months later (Which Im pretty upset with myself over, because now I missed out on months of an incredible experience).My session was scheduled with Charlotte who was more than incredible. I did not know what to expect, except I walked out of there with not only less pain in my shoulders, but with the ability to rotate them more after only finding out on that table that my rotation in my shoulders were limited.Charlotte was not only kind and communicated throughout my session, but had the ability to correct movement in my body that I didnt even know I needed corrected.Needless to say, Ill be back asap and planning to visit the area more for more sessions... wonderful establishment, amazing experience, and would highly recommend!

Only giving 1 star as my therapist was very sweet and I was looking forward to scheduling more appointments but will never come here again. They accused me of a no-show when it was in fact a reschedule that their reception team did not record properly. This resulted in me paying over $200 for a 45-minute appointment. It was for a prenatal massage, so what is supposed to be a relaxing experience, has turned into a nightmare. They are robbing innocent people of money and claiming their office staff did nothing wrong. I always try to support small businesses as you should, but when a company isnt able to even meet halfway, it is best the broader public knows. Their front desk/manager is extremely rude and does not have customer interests top of mind. Therefore, feel everyone should know this going into their session as I think it speaks broadly to the fact their customers do not come first.Please read reviews before booking - this pattern is a common one.

I saw Melissa, a new therapist on Sunday. Her massage was out of this world. I don’t ever feel like a therapist has gone deep enough and in this case I had to ask her to back off w the intensity. She toned it down right away. She was hitting trigger points and also incorporated some aromatherapy. She also soothed my muscles after they had released their toxicities and knots. I was blown away by this massage. I feel great 3 days later and taller. I have mobility and range of motion and energy!

I experienced a great massage from Avery! There was a stretching component to the massage that I had not experienced with any previous massages at other locations. It was really pleasant and relaxing! I plan to return for future sessions. I love the location too and that it is in a historic row house and felt very Old Town.

Yesterday was my first time at AMT. I received a full body massage by Reyna and I must say, it was splendid! As my massage therapist, Reyna made me feel very relaxed and asked me questions to understand how she could serve me best. There was no wait time, I was seen at the time of my appointment. There was also free street parking available in the neighborhood across the street. River (the receptionist) was also very accommodating and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in need of a massage. Will definitely be going back!

My first time at AMT exceeded my expectations.I received a full body massage from Avery. As my massage therapist he made me feel very relaxed and is a wonderful listener. He asked me questions to determine which techniques could accommodate my needs and worked on specific target areas.He assured my comfort and is very in tune reading a persons body language.I left the massage feeling de-stressed, relieved and refreshed.There was no wait time, I was seen at the time of my appointment. I loved the ambient atmosphere and music.I would definitely recommend Avery if you are in need of a massage.

CBD Massage with Avery. One of the best massages Ive ever had. Major tension relief, especially in my neck, shoulders, and back without pain. In the past, Ive had to grit my teeth for particularly tender spots, but Avery worked through even very tender points with only very mild discomfort. I feel great and highly recommend!

My facial with Nadia was AMAZING! The staff was welcoming and friendly. Nadia was very knowledgable and supportive of my skin journey. The products she used were earthy and relaxing. Following my treatment, my skin still feels moisturized and my pesky blemishes are finally healing. Im excited to visit her again soon and continue to work on my overall skin health.

Edit: Within 8 hours of posting this I called again, and have been called by the staff and manager and given a refund. Im revising the rating from 1* to 2* for resolving.Ive been a long time customer of Alexandria Massage Therapy (my first massage from them was in 2016), but now in 2021 Im going to have to find somewhere new to get massages. This review is about a couples massage I purchased for my wifes birthday, and how AMT will not honor what was purchased, and the manager will not return my calls to discuss it.The previous couples massages that Ive received have the couple in the same room, and two therapists give a massage to the couple. Its a fun relaxing experience with someone close to you. AMT will still sell you a couples massage on the website with no indication of the change; the couples massages are now individual massages in separate rooms.Ive called twice to speak with the manager about this policy to see if it will be ending soon, or for a refund. The receptionists answering the phone have been very polite and taken my name, number, and told me that management would call me shortly to discuss. Ive yet to receive a callback.This is unacceptable service from a spa that I had previously enjoyed. I cannot recommend that anyone in the NOVA area use the services of AMT; there has been a notable decline in service over the years.

I received my first deep tissue massage here with Che (1st deep tissue ever) and it was incredible. It was very painful because my entire back was a giant string of knotted beads and Che masterfully broke those knots down one by one. It was a meditative and healing experience. Despite feeling very sore the day after, I feel lighter and can hold good posture without pain or discomfort. I will be visiting regularly to ensure my body stays tension and stress free. AMT is in an old row home. The ambiance isn’t very spa like so just be prepared for that if you are looking for a spa. The room was cold and my masseuse was super nice but seemed very inexperienced and the massage matched. She was really nice and very attentive but the actual massage left much to be desired. I don’t think this is the place for me but clearly others really enjoy it. I just didn’t get what I needed.

This was my first time at AMT and I had Avery he was so amazing and attentive he was polite and I felt very comfortable with him he target all the areas that I explain to him it was very relaxing .He was very professional and recommend a follow up. I was really looking forward to a prenatal massage today and was disappointed with my experience. I booked Alexandria Massage Therapy specifically because the description of their pregnancy massage on their website states, “We have a special pillow that will allow you to lay face down throughout the duration of your pregnancy to maximize your comfort.” When I arrived my therapist stated that only a few therapists at the practice are trained to use that pillow and that she wasn’t (the receptionist told me only one, Che, uses the pillow they advertise). I went through with my appointment but it was awkward as the therapist kept apologizing and assuring me that no one else has complained, and I wasn’t able to fully relax on my back and side. I was made to feel guilty for expecting a service that was advertised (and that I paid for) but that was not provided.If you are going to offer prenatal massages on a regular massage table that’s fine, and I’m sure plenty of women would be ok with that, but it’s dishonest to advertise a special offering on your website (that distinguishes you from competitors) and then not actually provide that service. I will not be coming back.

If you are looking for true therapeutic massage, not a spa-frills overpriced massage, this is your place. Therapists help you work on goals of massage in a comfortable, convenient setting (lots of free 3-hour street parking), at a great price.

Yesterday was my first visit to AMT, the staff was welcoming & kind.I received a massage from Reyna who is the most skillful, attentive, passionate massage therapist I have ever come across.I’ve had several massages in the past from various therapists & locations. I always request a deep tissue, full body massage & I don’t always leave with having received a deep tissue, full body massage.Reyna surprisingly spent ample time on all areas of the body, she utilized different tools, such as massaging cups, various stones of differing temperatures & bamboo massaging sticks. She is small in stature, but as strong as an ox. She massaged out kinks & knots that’ve been around for awhile. She was attentive, not only to the pressure she was applying, but studying where my body held the most tension & working her magic. I am most appreciative of her efforts & energy used to take care of me.I will most certainly be returning.Leslie, thank you for employing a rockstar & thank you for operating a business that is clearly passionate about quality massages.

I have been going to Alexandria Massage Therapy for a few years now with a few visits each year. All my visits have been great! I grew up with a mother who is a massage therapist so I tend to be pretty picky with my massages, but I can say I have yet to have a massage disappoint here. I have done single and couples appointments, all have been easy to schedule and very affordable, in my opinion, for good body work. The coupons they send are great too!! The staff is all very friendly and the atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. I highly recommend AMT!

Truly excellent massage therapists are not a dime a dozen. It can be difficult to find a therapist who is capable of identifying the root cause of the pain and also skilled enough to successfully address its source. I cannot recommend Alexandria Massage Therapy enough.To be honest, I cannot remember ever receiving a better, or more healing, massage - and Im not a newbie in the search to find a massage therapists to help me with chronic pain. I am incredibly grateful to Leslie, the owner, for her own unbelievable talent and, moreover, her discernment in hiring such a talented staff. I would encourage anyone whos suffering to give a AMT a try!

I have suffered from neck pain for years. I am currently 6 months pregnant and my husband insisted that I get a professional massage. After meeting Leslie, I decided to give it a try. I also talked my mother into going. We both agreed, hands down, it was the BEST massage either of us have ever gotten! Leslie was professional and asked multiple questions to figure out what massage was best for me. She did a deep tissue massage, which I will admit was painful and I was sore the next day. I waited a few days to write this review because I wanted to see how I felt. The past 3 days I woke up with NO NECK PAIN! I totally recommend Alexandria Massage Therapy! We are already booked for our next massage and I cant wait!

Last week I treated myself to a birthday massage with Avery. I chose him semi randomly and semi from reading other reviews. GAME CHANGER. He is some sort of wizard. Used techniques I hadnt had before in a massage and I left feeling like I was on a cloud. Will be back for sure.

Booked a couples massage for my wife and I for her birthday. If I could recommend this place to 1000 people I would do so in a heartbeat. I have not had many massages in my life but Ive had enough to know this was by far the very best one. I feel like they truly made an effort to seek out problematic areas and then really focused on those to tune the massage to what I personally needed as opposed to just giving a massage theyd give to anyone else. The staff in general is very pleasant and the whole experience exceeded my expectations exponentially.

I visited Alexandria Massage Therapy for the first time about a month ago and was very pleased with the experience. I found the staff to be warm and friendly - and the décor equally warm and inviting. The massage therapist was excellent - knowledgeable of her craft and effective in addressing the areas where my muscles were tightest. All-in-all it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. My husband and I (Pre-Covid) used to get a lot of massages. Today, Asher gave me one of the best massages I have ever had, he was magnificent,! His pressure was great, technique was amazing, and just an all around great massage. Sadly we are moving out of the area but if I wasnt, he would be my go to guy for sure!!!!

I am a spa owner in Eugene, OR, so I have a well educated opinion. For many years now, Alexandria Massage, has been a tradition when we come east for our yearly family visit. It is our go to for gifts for our special people. We know they will be well cared for and have an excellent experience. The staff and therapists are wonderful and skilled. The environment is lovely, in old town. I highly recommend!

I own a salon/spa in Houston and was traveling here visiting my parents. Being on my feet all day and leaving Houston after a busy week I brought and aching body with me. Once I landed I called them and they were able to get me in within 2 hours for a 90 minute massage which was amazing! Brandon was my therapist and he did an amazing job! I felt great after I left and will definitely be coming here again next time I visit Alexandria.

Booked appointment on line, which was convenient.Not overly sales-y as some places are...while they have a good selection of products for sale, they dont push them.Will definitely return if in the area.

Ive gone to Alexandria Massage Therapy off and on for more than 15 years and have always received excellent service. I run several miles each day and have for more than 40 years. My own stretching routine has become inadequate, especially over the last 10, or so, years, and I frequently go to Alexandria Massage Therapy for deep tissue massage. The sessions considerably increase my range of motion and make my own stretching more productive. I strongly recommend Alexandria Massage Therapy to anyone with range of motion, flexibility problems.

Only one word describes Christina: amazing! She asked me up front what issues I was experiencing t& hen set about addressing them immediately. She has incredibly strong hands & went deep into the tissue / trigger points to relieve my discomfort. She also monitored my reactions to make sure I was doing okay, backing off where necessary. Not bad for someone who was a dance major!AMT staff is incredibly professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. It is a very clean facility & smooth running operation.If you are anywhere near Old Town Alexandria & need a massage, look no further than Alexandria Massage Therapy.

Leslie and her team have quite literally saved me from needing surgery. the treatment there is top notch and when I couldnt move my arm above my head--after working on it for 15 minutes--Leslie got it moving almost back to normal. After a few more sessions--I was back to normal! These massages are exactly what I need!

Was able to get the same day appointment when I called experiencing bad lower back muscle spasms. Che worked with emphasis on my lower back and was able to get rid of the back spams. Overall the massage was very good. As a first timer, I received a 10% discount for 1 hr. I was very happy, also that I could walk back to my hotel without any pain.

My full-body message at Alexandria Message Therapy was hands down the best message I have ever gotten before. I purchased my massage through groupon so the masseuse told me it would not be the full hour but it felt so amazing, I did not even feel that it was 15 minutes shorter. This review is based on this weeks experience. I have visited AMT in the past about four times and have had good massages.I scheduled a very, very much needed 90 minute deep tissue massage with a therapist Ive seen before for 4pm. I paid the $125.00 in advance online. After battling traffic and struggling to find street parking (only option), I made it with a few minutes to spare for my appointment... only to find out that I had no appointment. (I got an e-mail today asking for feedback about my visit however, so here it is!!)The receptionist did some research and found that she booked an appointment for a client with the same therapist at the exact same time that I was booking my massage with her and paying online. The appointment the receptionist booked stayed in the system - and it was as if mine was never made. But they took $125.00 out of my account the moment I hit confirm appointment.So, thats extremely unfortunate. I was in tears leaving because I desperately needed some deep tissue work on my neck and shoulders, and I left even more tense than I had been before arriving.The receptionist was kind and thorough in attempting to resolve the mix-up, but she wasnt able to give me a refund before speaking with the owner who wasnt available at the time. The receptionist called me 30 minutes later to state that I should receive a refund within 72 hours, and she apologized for the mix up.This is all that I asked for, a refund, and Im glad to get that without a problem. I would have hoped and expected, however, that the owner do a little more in the way of customer service to correct their error. I dont need to be offered free services; but Id like to think she would call me herself, as the receptionist had to wait to speak to her anyway. And Id like to think shed have invited me back to reschedule and give them another try to get it right. Additionally, if they received $125.00 from someone that was not attached to any appointment, gift card or other service - youd think theyd maybe catch that (or should start looking!), and reach out to see if they intended to make an appt, etc.None of that happened, so I will not be returning to AMT.Luckily, I found another day spa that was also open on a Sunday evening that took me at 5pm! It was amazing, $25 cheaper than AMT for a 90 min massage, and Ill be headed there from now on! :)

Ive enjoyed every massage Ive had here -- I think I have been 3 or 4 times. Each therapist has been great and I have never waited long once I show up for my appointment. I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and courteous. My wife and I received a couples massage. The massage was very relaxing. I would definitely return if the opportunity arose. We did this on vacation, so we are not in the area to return often. My only complaint was I thought it was a bit pricey.

My husband and I get massages regularly, we had a couples massage that we were able to somehow make the same day. AMAZING!!!! These ladies know how to do it right! Just the right pressure, the energy was great too! Not a spa but very very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I booked two massages for my moms birthday. They wrote happy birthday Mary on the door board or her massage room. I thought it was a cute touch.I found Alexandria Massage Therapy to be a calming and personalized experience that left me excited for MY birthday massage!Very professional and polite.

I am a long distance runner and had a groupon for Thai massage. I have to admit I was skeptical - but Sally Run did an awesome job! i got a great stretch as well as some knots massaged out. Very good for a runner. and the studio was very professional and clean.

Ive been to AMT numerous times and always have a positive experience. Maggie was wonderful for prenatal massages when I was pregnant. Brandon really helped me work through some neck pain. I highly recommend them.

Let me just say I had an AMAZING massage with Che this week. She was awesome...strong...careful....she found all my tight knots... I felt transformed afterwards! I immediately looked to see when she was working next to book another but have to wait a few days and see when she is there. I will definitely ask for her by name! Great!

Having dealt with widespread chronic pain for more than 15 years, Ive tried dozens of massage therapists and spent thousands of dollars trying to get some relief. Because of this Ive grown hesitant to try new therapists because I dont want to waste my money. Im SO GLAD I took the recommendation of a friend and went to Leslie! She is hands down the best therapist Ive seen. My pain level decreases with every visit. Less pain = more energy and happiness. Im 4 sessions in and for the first time in 15 years I can see the likelihood of a life without chronic pain. So very thankful for Leslie and Alexandria Massage Therapy!

This place is great. I went to go see Regina for facial reflexology. I had been suffering from pretty bad pressure headaches and after an hour with Regina the headaches have finally abated! It didnt happen miraculously right away, but when I woke up the next morning my head felt about 75% better (well enough to put in a full days work) and by the time the day ended any trace of the headache had disappeared. 10/10 would recommend.

I was recommended by my sister to go here and to specifically have Christina do my massage. Not that anyone else is bad or anything. Christina is just who she had and had rave reviews lol.I walked in feeling instantly welcomed by the staff. The whole place just felt warm and welcoming as well. The room I went in for my massage was relaxing, as I almost fell asleep lol. Everything there was clean and professional looking.I had 2 issues with my back and hip flexor muscle being in pain. Christina did such an amazing job focusing on those two points and everything connected to that pain I felt after we talked about it. After 45min or so, I felt stretched out and in no pain. The amount of pressure she can apply for being much shorter and smaller than I was, was impressive haha. The perfect amount of applied pressure made sure to take out any tense muscles and knots I had. She even showed me a good stretch to help stretch my hip flexor in the future after the massage. Shes a very fun person to talk to as well about this. Shes very knowledgeable and a major asset to AMT.I would definitely recommend this establishment and especially Christina if youre in any pain or just want to relax. I will be coming back often. Fairly nice massage studio in Old Town. Bit tricky to find parking and its actually inside an older townhouse but overall it was a pleasant experience. We did a couples massage and had one very chatty masseuse and one a bit more on the let-the-person lay quietly side.

Leslie and the staff at Alexandria Massage Therapy saved my hiking trip to Philmont with my son and his scout troop 4077. I had been training for over a year for our trek. Two months out, I increased my training to 2 hours everyday up and down the hills in my neighborhood with a full pack of 35 pounds. After a week I developed horrible heel pain. I could barely walk much less hike! It turns out I had developed Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. I was devastated and worried that I would have to pull out of the hike and miss sharing the experience with my son. Plus I would lose the $3K that I had paid. I scheduled an appointment with Leslie who has years of experience dealing with Plantar Fasciitis. She worked hard on both feet for over 30 minutes of my hour appointment. I felt 80%improvement after this appointment. I now had hope that I could get healed fast enough to be able to hike! I had 3 more appointments with Leslie, and felt 100% better. And thanks to her expertise ( and magic hands!), I was able to complete trek 27 at Philmont with over 100 miles hiked in 11 days with my 35 pound pack! I highly recommend Leslie and the staff at Alexandria Massage Therapy. They can help your body heal from all injuries and daily assaults, and keep you healthy to live your life to its fullest! Leslie is an amazing massage therapist! She has helped to relieve my soar joints and muscles and provides a level of personal care that I have not found anywhere else. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment to learn more.

In one session Andrew achieved what rheumatologists, internal medicine docs, reflexologists, acupuncturists, hypnotists, chiropractors, other massage therapists and various shamans made me think wasnt possible: he redirected muscles that I now know were the root of so much discomfort, and that I didnt know existed. Ive had MANY massages in all sorts of places, settings and modalities-- Andrew Jelacic is the best massage therapist there is. 1.5 hours is worth saving up for if you have to- my first massage with Andrew was worth ten others Ive had over the last year. I also highly recommend Rich and Ronna for massage and reiki, respectively. They have both changed my life. Bottom line is: you cant go wrong at AMT.

Ive had several massages at AMT -- both traditional and Thai -- and really enjoy the high quality practitioners, peaceful environment and friendly staff. Its a very welcoming atmosphere and conveniently located in Old Town. They always have interesting products in the waiting area that are fun to explore, as an added bonus :)

Hello readers! I relocated to the Alexandria area and I was looking for a massage therapist that specialized in deep tissue trigger point therapy because I need pain relief in my shoulders, neck and back. After googling, I found this site and Andrew was recommended so much. Let me tell you....Andrew is the man!!!! He knew what he was talking about and he got straight to the pain and relieved it. I feel like a new woman. He used his trigger point method in some places I didnt know had pain. I would recommend him to anyone

Ive been going to Leslie for a year now and this girl knows what shes doing! She finds all the spots where I have strain and really knows how to get the knots out with her deep tissue technique. She knows how to balance her strength and her trigger point. If you really need you body worked ask for Leslie. Once you become one of her regulars, she really goes out of her way to make time to take care of you!

Awesome experience. Deanna was professional and thorough. She asked about my issues and paid care with those areas. I felt great!Clean and quaint.

You book online (with a credit card) for a massage several weeks ahead, they charge the full amount, you call to cancel 2.5 weeks before the massage because you realize you dont have the money this month, your credit card is still charged the full amount (!), you call to resolve it, they cant, and then you wait for the manager to call you back to verify that theyll refund you the charge. Kind of a hassle, but fine.The second time you have to cancel with 30 hours notice (still more than 24 hours, btw), this time because your mother died suddenly the weekend you planned on getting a massage, when the manager calls you back, she snottily informs you that they will do you the favor of refunding you the money, but because this seems to be a pattern, theyll charge a nonrefundable fee the next time you book. You tell them youll never book with them again, and forget about this horrible place, until they spam you with requests for a review on their Google+ page. Well, they get what they ask for.

For an hour long massage with inexperienced masseuse- elbows, fists, and basically just rubbed massage oil I brought . Stay away

Honestly, its hard to know how it went. I purchased a massage for my wife for her first Mothers Day (we had our child in December). When our child was rushed to urgent care at 3 AM on Mothers Day with a high fever, my wife realized she couldnt make the 10 AM appointment. I canceled online, but then realized that there was no way to try to reschedule. I called, left a message with the above information and requesting to talk to someone. Nothing. Its been over a month and I never heard one word from the company. What is the point on having a voicemail if there is no intent on reaching out to the customer that left that message?

I dont know how lactic acid buildup in muscles works, but I imagine my deep tissue massage wringed enough acid out of me to tie-dye a tshirt.Pretty sure Ive been extruded enough that the claim on my dating profile saying I am 6 tall is actually true now.Great place for deep tissue.

Ive been here before and had decent experiences. Today I called and was asked to hold -- I hung up after 10 minutes. So I waited another 10 minutes, called back, and was asked to hold again. No, I asked, could you take my number and call me back? Excuse me? was the shocked and indignant response. I explained, Last time you put me on hold for over 10 minutes. No answer. Needless to say, I hung up and will not be calling back.
