Arlington Vape is my go-to spot in Old Town Alexandria! They have an awesome selection of products at great prices. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you find exactly what you need. I love that they’re open late until 3 AM—perfect for late-night runs. They even offer delivery, which makes life so much easier. If you need anything vape-related, Arlington Vape is the place to be!

Convenient location. Easy street parking. The owner is awesome and he went beyond to find what I wanted and discounted the product since he thought he was out at first. This was my second visit and there are more to come

I will say this shop is wonderful. It’s kinda small, BUT THE HOSPITALITY and customer service is great! The owner talks to you and helps with all needs! Super friendly staff! So I walk in and attempt to buy a disposable. I knew they were $22 but I was talked into getting 2 for 19$ each. That’s fine.The receipt was a $43 dollar exchange and didn’t say what I bought.I asked for a receipt that had the products I bought for and I was given horrible attitude immediately. Mind you I wasn’t being improper in any way, I asked nicely.The reasoning behind the $43 print out was because I paid in cash. I’ve never bought something with cash and not have the products on the receipt. It was also explained to me that $43 is because of tax.Because of the sales tax, 38$ is taxed to $40.28 not $43.So the store is also skimming customers? In what world of Alexandria Virginia that has taxes I give you $43 flat? There is change here that I did not receive and I received no math on the receipt itself just that I handed over $43.Avoid this shop, there are better shops in the area.

I recently discovered a new vape shop in old town Alexandria, which has quickly become my favourite. The owner is extremely kind, and knowledgeable, and provides exceptional customer service. As a freelancer who works late hours, I find this establishment to be a hidden gem. The owner patiently answers all my questions and makes me feel comfortable, even though I struggle with PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain. The shop has an excellent selection of kratom products, including vape, tincture, tablets, extract, and lemonade - better than any other vape shop Ive visited. I can confidently say that this place is a haven for me, and I always leave with the products I need to manage my panic attacks and chronic pain. Additionally, they offer a diverse selection of products that surpass the chain Tobacco Hut/Tobacco Kings. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and warm customer service.

I would give zero stars if there was an option for it. I called the number and asked the person if they had the specific flavor and brand I was asking for and I was told yes they do. Before arriving to the the shop I called for the second time just to make sure he did have what I asked for. But when I got there he made me wait for 15 mins and then just casually presented me with different options of different brands saying oh I have this flavor and that flavor but I don’t have the one you asked for. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go there again and never recommend it to anyone else either

This is not an actual store, its a mall kiosk. The prices here are extremely high. They take advantage that there arent many places in the immediate area. This is one of those places you go to if you absolutely need to. Theres no reason something is $10-15 online and $30 here, I get a $5-10 markup but $20?

Little pricy but merchandise is phenomenal. Had everything I wanted and owner was super friendly and nice.

So, the front of the store is boarded up with a sign written that says to call, they are inside. Sounded like a woke the guy up from a deep sleep. It was like pulling teeth to see what kind of juice he had, while we stayed on the phone. He says, we only carry z-cloud.So, when I finally just said give me a bottle of juice, he poked kitchen tongs out of the mail slot for my card. He takes my card, few seconds later, he returns it out, retracts the tongs and then slips out a bottle of juice.I looked up z-cloud after this. The bottle I got looked nothing like any picture thats out there. Was a cheap bottle of juice and had a bad taste. Never even saw the guys face that sold me this bottle of junk.

Went in to buy a mod (AL85) and the guy at the counter was trying to charge $118 for it. I found it online on multiple websites for under $45. I couldn’t believe how overpriced this place was. Ended up purchasing at another local vape shop for $60 since I didn’t want to wait for shipping.

Extremely disappointed with management here. I called ahead to ask if this store carried a specific brand of hookah: Khalil Mamoon. The manager assured me that he carried this brand. When I got to the store the salesperson there said she did not have any of this brand. The management here straight up lied to me. I called back the manager to determine if there was a mixup or not. The manager conferenced in the salesperson at the store to a three way call (who I was standing in front of at the time) and confirmed that they did not carry the brand. He did not offer an explanation as to why he would have told me they carried the brand when they did not. This store ruined my night, stay far, far away. Finally, the pictures on google are deceiving -- this store is a stand in the mall and has limited selection.

Poor customer service told me they had what I wanted when I came to the store he told me that he doesn’t have it and can’t do anything about. Made me waste my time and gas to travel out to the store for nothing.

Do not call the number on google, that is not at this location. I called bc I’m walking (tourist) & i didn’t want to make a blank trip for rellos (there are NO gas stations in the area). The guy on the phone told me that they have some but when i got there the guy said “i don’t even have a phone”. I had to pay $4 for papers.

Kiosk is all that remains, pitiful selection and uninterested attendant. Waste of time even finding parking to discover this sadness.

So, the pictures are misleading. Its a small stand. I asked the lady at the stand a simple shisha question and she had no idea what I was asking and showed me a vape pen.
