This was my first time in and let me tell you it was a great experience. I was greeted right when I walked in. Andrew told me about an awesome deal on the vape juice that was buy 2 get one free. They had my favorite brand in stock vapetasia and literally no one has it in stock I called over 20 stores before finding this jewel. Andrew was very nice and patient with me while I decided on a juice. He offered me a water or a soda while I waited. Overall is was a great experience and this will definitely be my new full time vape shop!! Thanks for the great customer service dude!!

Ive been to plenty of vape shops, and this one by far the best! Theyre super knowledgeable, and patient. I got to sample disposables, juices of a variety of flavors, and was able to buy everything I needed with confidence today. I was a heavy smoker(2packs/day), and turned to vaping for an alternative. It is cheaper, smells amazing, and lasts way longer. Having this place available to me is awesome. Not to mention all the CBD and delta options! Seriously if youre wanting to try your luck something different hit this place up. You will not be disappointed!
Just moved to the area and was looking for a new shop, our first couple stores were disappointing due to small variety and lack of knowledgeable staff , whereas when we walked in to Smoxx, we were greeted by Andrew who was happy to have us in, showing us multiple options with actual knowledge behind the product. Was very impressed by his knowledge on EVERYTHING In the store, seemed like he actually enjoys and appreciates his work! Also complementary sodas

Amazing deals and extremely good customer service! They are very knowledgeable, you can ask them what ever you want and they will give you an honest answer. They are very patient with you so no need to feel like you need to hurry up. There products is extremely good in all departments and if some reason that your product is not working or it’s not up to your satisfaction he will work with you to see what he can do. This place is awesome! Customer service is absolutely amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and the variety of products is unmatched in the area. I’m always offered a free drink before I check out and have received discounts just for being a loyal customer. Prices are fair as well, can’t beat it.

Stopped in here on a whim and found out it’s my fave smoke shop in Alvin. Bf is able to easily get any vape juices he wants easily, and the glass selection is fantastic. Help is also plentiful if you need it and not too nosey/over-helpful or bothersome when you’re just looking. We’ve purchased from the owner and from employees, and all are just really kind. We especially like Andrew—he always kills it with recommendations.

Every single question I had… was answered without fail! Their customer service is beyond awesome! They have every kind of vape products you need, as well as the CBD and/or THC products! Ali has been absolutely amazing in his knowledge and has opened my box into new products in juices, gummies, and delta products (even though Im still learning what I like and what I dont in delta products) Im an old school smoker/vaper and Im pretty picky on trying new things but Alis been pretty on point on suggesting flower, gummies, and new juice flavors that I never dreamt Id go for but instantly loved, so Smoxx has become my number one smoke shop. Excellent place for your vape and tobacco needs. They are also purveyors of other goods and accessories that you might wish to try. Their assortment is very up to date and have some of the newest tech out there.
