Redrum Smoke & Vape

The store setup is great and theyve got a variety of products. I would love to give it five stars but two times I ran into the same guy working. He doesnt seem to want to be there. He makes me not want to purchase anything. Perhaps someday Ill be able to change this to a five-star review.

Great folks. Good Selection. Great sales (need to ask what is on sale).1 star off for lack of product info.Been coming here 3 yrs, about a dozen times. Have met 3 dif salespeople. All have been great!

This is the best smoke shop in town, they got everything, all good prices and products definitely my favorite place to go.

Great place. I found a kratom I really liked, but they ran out. Its really difficult to find a trusted brand.

Beyond and above customer service everytime I come in to purchase something. Great prices that can’t can’t be beat. Shout out to Alex for always going above and beyond to help myself and other customers when coming in. Awesome store and great experience !

Try to get help for questions and to buy product. The guy was on his phone and was getting frustrated when I ask a question. Worst service I ever received at a smoke shop

I absolutely love this place. I had some issues with a product I bought I came in the next day and was greeted by mike. He did everything in his power to make things right. He was friendly and professional. I always come to this place on my lunch break and I will definitely always come back and give this place my business. 5 stars!

Idk what all these reviews are talking about but i walked right in, and the guy with the beard and glasses was the chillest guy ever. he even recommended me something that i’m definitely getting again. 10/10 service

Worst customer service ever. Way too over priced. If you ask for help the guy behind the counter will give you attitude the whole time. Its not a fluke its everything Ive been and thats like 3 this month. Ill drive to another shop further down the road.

Helluva selection but combined with a very aggressive rude salesperson doesnt get the dollars out of my pocket. I saw what I needed and hadnt seen it anywhere else but after hearing how he treated the two customers before me and then started questioning me while I was browsing I just turned and left. Theres other stores that appreciate the ppl who are the reason the business is open. Ill go to those stores.

Jan/6/2022. 2:30 am. Homie was cool. Helped me out with everything. Even took off with my product. Couldnt figure it out for a second. He was super quick to help me when I came back in, and empathetic. 5 stars.

I appreciated Jason’s attentiveness to my needs, empathy for my symptoms that had been ongoing for a week now and wanting to help. He answered any questions I had and made me feel confident in what I was purchasing. He truly does want to help others and enjoys what he does.

Everytime I have came in here the employee has been very helpful. He has assisted me multiple times. Very friendly and welcoming.

Awesome smoke shop crew. My first time coking here and got a sweet deal on 3 new dope pieces. Prices on these pipes are super affordable too. 30 minutes drive for me but worth it. Definitely my new go to shoo.

We walked into a empty store, thats key, when we got to the counter,I didnt even get acknowledged for almost a minute. The guy that was working kept writing on a notepad. I kept thinking to myself..am I ever gonna get service? The guy when I walked in left a VERY BAD TASTE in my mouth. He was extremely rude to me. I told him what kind of coil I needed and he kept telling me that basically i was a liar because he had a photographic memory and he does this all this day and he STILL MANAGED to give me the WRONG COIL. His phototographic memory must have failed between the five seconds it took between the time he looked at my vape and he went out and grabbed my coil.

I’ve been going here for a little 2 months now. And every time I go it seems like the guys that work there are rude, or cannot give me product information. I would prefer to know if a vape if rechargeable before I purchase it. Instead of spending 30$ to then find out it’s not. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to the employee working there by asking questions about the products they sell.

Its a cool, fun decor, the guys who work there are friendly, but I am not sure about the quality of their products. They said that theyre made in the USA but I dont find it anywhere. The CBD does not have lab results printed on the label.

I used to shop at Redrum for all of my water pipes and vapes, I would get charged a reasonable amount for all of the devices the vapes were consistent at about 10.89 but ever since the new member James had been hired on he over charged me and only my group of friends that go in there 15.14 instead of 10.89 Redrum almost lost my business due to me not wanting to be a 5$ Come up for some random guy I barely know, he refuses to give me the boss Patrick’s number. Thank god for the general manager getting things back in order hopefully I won’t be overcharged any longer if I am me and my friends will continue our business at the blue spot.

My visit to this store was really great. Mike helped me choose the vape that best suits me. He was really helpful by explaining the functions of it too!

If you send in a female they will give her 2 puff bars for the price of a guy trying to go in a buy one. Everyone knows this in Alvin. So send a chick to get double the puff bars for you guys. I’ve lived in Alvin my entire life. Bunch of creeps working here. Heads up. They’re open 24 hours but they’re trash. Wait till the next day for other shops to open.

Its like cracktown! Literally they are always asleep when you walk in there at any time of day and their products are old and expired and they do nothing about it. They will take your money and not give you proper change. Literally the only reason i have ever gone there is because its 24 hours but i wish they would get busted for their meth and close down!

I was surprised the staff was as knowledgeable as they are to be so young. Young to me anyway. Im 63, so ... I was looking for CBD isolates. They had the next best thing. CBD rich flower. Once the flame hits the flower, viola, the CBDa is decarbedand the smoke contains the CBD (isolate) I was looking for. Their line of products is impressive, but I would like to see more info on the lables. The information I needed was easily found online when one of the employees scanned the QR code for me. This may be the way to get product information nowdays, I dont know. I dont even have the scanner on my phone, but it worked for me. If youre curious or already know what you want, this is the place to go in the Alvin area for CBD products.

Good customer service and and good deals talk to Mike if you need the hook up.
