This was my second time at this shop and it’s worth the hour drive to get there.I brought a friend of mine for his first time and Ruben helped us out with what we needed and was knowledgeable about all the products Serrano had to offer. I left happy and excited about Try the new flavors I got. I totally would recommend this place because of the great customer service, awesome atmosphere , and fantastic product selection!

Was told when I bought a vape pen there was a 10 day warranty Incase anything was defective. The pen I bought did not work went back 3 days later a different guy was working and said they don’t honor any type of warranty that I would need to contact the manufacturer but that he would sell me another one. If they in fact do not have a warranty the person selling the product should not tell the customer that they do. Horrible customer service.

Normally the best and only vape shop I visit however I came here after work arrived at 4:05pm 12/05/2016 and discovered a sign on the door saying that they will reopen at 4pm I have now waited till 4:40pm still no one.
