My massage therapist, Shannon, was great! She graciously accommodated my request for less or more intensity in certain body areas and she did an amazing job getting some knots out of my upper back. I walked out of there like I was floating on a cloud. They handed me a water before and after my massage which I think is important to stay hydrated. Lastly, I was able to get a massage scheduled quickly.

Brittany was fantastic! She got right to the sore spots and used the full 60 min. She was kind and good at explaining what she’s trying to do and what would help in the future. I’d highly recommend her. (Just not when I’d like her)

Excellent masseuse! Very song hands! Top-notch deep muscle massage. Left me sore, but a good kind of sore. Stress totally left my body. I highly recommend them.

I am new to Massage Envy. The staff knocked it out of the park for me! Heather was terrific and helpful when she took my call. Told me there were appointments on Sunday. No one in MI takes appointments on Sunday. Amber was incredible when I arrived. Explained everything to me. Answered my questions when I misunderstood what she was explaining. She is a terrific asset to the front desk. Great people skills! An amazing personality. I felt very welcome and worthy of her time. Jordan is very polite and was open to my needs and very respectful of me as a client. He is very skilled and provided me with the level of relaxation that I was seeking. Listened to what I needed. He took it to the next level and gave me the remainder of the lavender lotion - my add on aromatherapy!

I have enjoyed my 10-11 yrs of membership at Massage Envy. Frequenting both the GB & Appleton locations. Ive tried out as many of the therapists as I can with many revisits for specific aches to certain ones. Especially enjoy facial following a 90min massage. Decadent indulgence.

The facials and massages have been great. But I went to schedule a routine massage and was never informed they booked me for 90 min instead of 60. And they couldn’t fix it. So it was either charge me the extra amount or cancel and still get charged 50%. Not happy with the customer service at all.

I am leaving a new review, as the company went out of their way to make things right with my husband and I after a not-so-great appointment conflict. We truly appreciate the quick response from the manager!! I went in today for my massage and it was amazing. I have a facial scheduled in two weeks as well, and can’t wait! Thank you again to Massage Envy for everything!

My best friend got me a gift card for my birthday and I went for my first ever facial yesterday with Addison. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing service! Because it was my first one, I didn’t know what to expect but Addison explained everything and answered any questions I had. It was so relaxing and I felt so good afterwards. I loved it so much that I signed up as a member and am looking forward to trying other services they offer! Thank you Addison and Massage envy staff for being so kind and welcoming! :)

My massage therapist, Kyle, is fantastic! His deep tissue techniques are The absolute best! But Kyle also is extremely dedicated and has been working even after recently going through emergency gal bladder surgery!! He is the best!! Merry Christmas!

Elizabeth is THE BEST. I have been seeing her for a long time. She takes the time to get to know me and understand what my issues are. She asks at each appointment what I’m currently having the most issues with, and makes sure to work on those areas. She understands anatomy. She’s not shy about really going deep to work all the knots out. I leave my appointments knowing that I will be a little sore, but it’s so worth it!

I have never been disappointed. Wayne is very thorough. He gets all the bad and sore areas that Ive asked him to focus on. Plus a very relaxing full body massage. I really enjoy coming there. Laura is awesome too.

Friendly and welcoming. Facility is always clean and has a peaceful ambiance. Addison is an excellent aesthetician. Addison really listens to my concerns and helps me figure out the best routine for my face. My sessions with Addison are the most calming and relaxing. I always enjoy my visits.

Dominique is a miracle worker, she has improved the quality of my life dramatically. Wayne is very knowledgeable and is amazing especially if you suffer from headaches. Jessica, oh my, soooo good at what she does. Worst problem going to this Clinic is deciding which of the amazing therapists I want to see. Best place ever!

Wayne did an amazing job with my 90min massage session. He is always very good at communicating and always gets all the sore spots worked out. Cannot say enough praise for Wayne. He is an excellent masseuse! Would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very informed and always has great recommendations after our sessions for stretches to work on at home. Very professional. I even booked my next massage to have one of their stretch sessions with him beforehand. I’m excited to see more results in my pain alleviating! Thanks Wayne!

Laura is the absolute best at what she does. I will not see anyone else but her! She always goes above and beyond. She also gives me suggestions on what and how to work on my problem areas at home. Thank you Laura for continuing to give the best massages ever! I look forward to our 90 minute sessions every month.

Jessica is amazing. She is really good at finding those knotted up muscles. While painful. The end result makes me feel better by the next day. Im sad that shes pulling back on her time there for personal reasons. But she deserves it. I mentioned to her that after recouping for a while. I would be the 1st in line when she comes back at full capacity. Great job Jessica.

I always get a great massage here! They are highly trained and professional. Wish I could afford to come more often. Id come every week if I could!! They help me so much :) My favorites are Wayne, Brittany and Kyle. Deep pressure and great results.

Brittanys style, approach and communication during each massage is spot on. She asks and applies client the feedback before and during the massage. Laura is AMAZING. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly, and I appreciate that even though Laura books out - if I have to cancel an appt they try to squeeze me in if she has a spot that opens.

Laura did an amazing job helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. I typically go just to get my head and shoulders done, but I added legs today and afterwards I felt so relaxed I wanted to fall asleep :)

I want to tell you that Kyle is horrible only because I want to make sure I can get into him. But he asks questions ahead of time and works on exactly what you ask. He is very professional at making sure you are covered. He checks if the bed is the right temp. He also is the first masseuse that can talk and massage at the same time. Most I have experienced stop when they talk leaving me frustrated.I will be bank as long as he works there.

Massage Envy is a wonderful, professional, and respectful health care facility. I have seen multiple therapists but as of the last few years I request one therapist, Wayne, who works well with me, and focussing on my areas of pain. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to find those darn elusive trigger points that cause so much discomfort. He is a genuinely nice person who cares. The staff is always nice

My massage therapist has been Mandy for over 2 years now and I absolutely love her! She helped me at my very worst when I needed to come once a week. Now with her help, I am able to come once a month.If you are looking for Medium to Deep Pressure massage... Mandy definitely could help!

My review is in response to Gigi. If you listened during the intake process they do tell you that an hour booked session is 50 minutes of hands on time, leaving 5 min up front for consultation then undressing, and 5 min at the end for redressing and recommendations. So your 45 is truly 50. As for the pitch being scam-y as you put it. I have been a member for 4 years now, they reason it felt that way to you is the fact that you must have been hearing it that way. I myself have a wonderful rate from 2009 and have been using my massages monthly. I paid no fee up-front, and pay a ridiculously cheap amount for any extra massages beyond my one free one a month.I am sorry you feel that way. I, myself, have had my bad experiences with Therapists as well as front desk people, but that goes for any business, you will not like every Therapist and you will not like every customer service person you meet. I hope you do reconsider going back to the Massage Envy and try a different Therapist, be specific during your call as to what you are looking for and they will match you up better hopefully. They prices are too good to let one ok not even bad experience ruin your thoughts on a place and possibly of others who might not come in do to your thoughts and may have truly enjoyed it.I appreciate your opinion, and I am not saying you are wrong, but maybe try my suggestions for a different therapist and see how you like it before you make your final decision on the place.Best Regards,Allen

Great massage therapists!!! We have been going to massage envy for many years and always enjoy a great massage. We usually get our regular therapists- my favorite is Laura and Brad and my husbands fav is Lindsay and Dominique. They have a very friendly staff at the front desk that is always willing to help. They offer many different styles of massage and they are open late. Check it out !!

I’d rather mark this place as a Zero star. I scheduled an appointment for 5:45 and showed up 10 minutes early. And I got the most blank stare saying I don’t have an appointment. Showed the girl my confirmation and everything. She just said how she doesn’t know how this happened. After stating that, another person walked in and while I was standing at the desk she stands up, looks past me and say “oh ma’am you much be out 5:45” looks at me and says “sir can you please move” fast forward 5 minutes and says “Well there is nothing I can do.” I can not believe how unprofessional a place like this is. 10/10 would never recommend going there as you never know if you’re even going to get a massage…

Wonderful experience! I am 37 weeks pregnant and my husband got a massage for me for one of my birthday gifts. I have never had one before and this was a great first experience. 1. Staff was professional and friendly upon entering the establishment. Danielle was very helpful halping me comfortable and also explaining how the whole thing works. 2. They immediately wanted to know how they could customize the massage for me. 3. The masseuse, Lynsey (sp?), was delightful and also so helpful. The massage was relaxing and comfortable and I felt like a million dollars afterwards. Overall, fantastic experience and will definitely go back after baby arrives and we get a schedule going.

I look forward to going every month. Elizabeth is one of the best massage therapist there! If you like a good deep tissue pressure shes definitely the one to ask for.

Jessica is thoughtful and intuitive; she pays attention to your body’s response during the massage. Jess creates an professional environment that builds trust and allows your body to relax and your mind to decompress. Outstanding professionalism, expert in her field.

For mothers day my daughter gave me a one hour massage and a one hour facial. I had never had a facial before so I was excited about that. It was great and I never even had to switch rooms! They have the therapist give you the massage and then the aesthetician comes in for the facial. I LOVED the steamer for your face! Such a wonderful gift!

Very disappointed. The massage therapists are nice & professional so this is not towards them. It is to the company. My yearly membership will be up next month. I asked the receptionist if it would be cancelled since the year is up. She said, why would you like to cancel? I told her that my membership is up and I wish not to renew it. She then told me that she would be able to pause it for 6months and why I was interested in cancelling. Again I told her that I wish not to renew it and its financial reasons. Told me that I would have to fill out a form and then have it cancelled. I was NOT told this when I signed up. Was told that it was for a year and that I could CHOOSE to renew at the end of my membership. I am very, very upset. Feel like once they have you. They have you trapped. I am very unhappy with Massage Envy. I will be calling asking to speak to a manager & will never return. Luckily I have ONE more massage left.Update: Wish I could give them negative stars. I am even more upset. I checked my statements and notice that even though I cancelled my membership, TWO WITHDRAWALS were made! I had to call them again and go through the struggle of getting my money refunded. The only explanation they had was it was a glitch with their computer systems and they would have to look into getting my money refunded. I am disappointed with Massage Envy and hope they go out of business.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled on me last minute - I drove 20+ minutes to the appointment only to be told they cancelled. The receptionist did not seem the least bit apologetic. she never did anything to rectify the situation. I will not be going back.

Brittany is an incredibly good masseuse. Notably, she keeps improving her craft and techniques, not just sitting back on old approaches. Very good at getting the proper pressure in the appropriate places.

Shiloh is very professional and always makes sure I am taken care of and my issues are met! I always leave feeling so much better! I should have been getting massages years ago!

If I could rate by letters, Massage Envy would rate about a C-. I went to this location to use a gift card and Im reasonably certain that I wont be back. I had both a massage and a facial. The massage therapist was nice, but didnt seem to know much more than one particular technique. I didnt talk much, as I was very tired, and she seemed OK with that. I paid for an hour massage, but my guess is that this massage was MAYBE 45 minutes, if that. I specified a couple of problem areas, which the therapist completely ignored. Ive had many, MANY massages and had never been that sore the day after as I was with this massage. Likewise, the facial was adequate, but not much more. The aesthetician was very young, which isnt much of a problem, except that I felt as if I was breaking in the new grads! Her analysis of my skin and her recommendations were very basic and didnt indicate any sort of knowledge or expertise. Again, I believe Id paid for an hour session, and at best, this facial was roughly 45 minutes. When I was finished, the real fun began. The receptionist tried her best to get me to purchase a membership. I have to admit I thought of it for about 10 seconds, but honestly, the whole pitch felt scam-y to me. Each time I refused, there were always new ways to save money, more fees that would be waived today only. I felt as if I was being rushed and forced to buy, which is the exact way to get me NOT to buy!Were very lucky in the Fox Valley. There are many spas and health-type service providers. Most are locally owned and community supporters, and very transparent and honest. I did not get that feeling from Massage Envy. The staff was very quick to tell me that they were expanding (2 more locations in the Fox Valley, 1 in Green Bay), which I guess was meant to be impressive. I only felt like I was being herded along. So, bottom line? I wont be back to this location and I wouldnt recommend the place to my friends or family. Im not comfortable with a business that seems eager to take advantage, which is what I felt here.

Addison was very good. He was knowledgeable and informative. I felt very comfortable with him. I look forward to my next facial with him.

I’ve had pretty good experiences with the massage therapists, however, my issue is with availability and scheduling. Every time I’ve called to make an appointment in the past year (at least) I’ve been told it would be anywhere between two and five weeks or more to see someone. Every. Single. Time. I just called tonight and asked for the first available and the soonest I can get in is November 30th at 5:00 pm. That’s almost three weeks away and also happens to be my son’s birthday, so ditching his birthday dinner is obviously not going to work. The next appointment? December 10th at 9:00 am. Um, I have a job and that’s a Tuesday. Not to mention the last two massages I was able to schedule - in June and July - I had to schedule in Green Bay (at their suggestion) because the wait in Appleton was so long. So if you’re someone who lives with chronic pain and / or can’t wait weeks or months for some relief, I suggest you search elsewhere.

This rating does not concern the therapists. I have nothing but good things to say about them.I went to cancel my membership because I have no time to go monthly to make it worth the money that is pulled. They have very few openings when I need to get in. Upon cancelling, they gave me some standard line about it taking 10 days to process the request. I said I did not give authorization to pull this months membership from the account since I signed the cancellation prior to the pull date. They informed me it will still be taken out. I let them know that I was calling the bank to stop any draft from Massage Envy, which they responded that they will have my account marked past due if I did that. After dealing with a very rude customer relations representative, I asked for someone else, and was given the number for their survey service. Unacceptable customer service.

I get massages covered by my flex spending account but the administrator of the flex spending is just a pain. They always need receipts with specific information and the receptionists at Massage Envy are always more than helpful and go out of their way to get me what I need.This business definitely caters more towards regular members and the costs for a massage as a member are very reasonable but for one-off visits, they are a bit pricey.While I feel some of the add on services are a bit gimmicky ($10 for an application of BioFreeze) the massage itself is excellent. I did try a few therapists before I found Brad and he is by far the best one there. He listened to me and addressed my problem areas using different techniques to address them.

Highly dissatisfied. Asked for full body deep tissue and received only on my calves and partial left side of back. Husband bought me a $100 giftcard for my birthday and received 2 free enhancements that were part of a special in December. My overall service was very rushed and even the masseuse commented service was rushed and 60 minutes was not enough time to accommodate enhancements. During my service as I lay on the table the door was opened to the hallway with my upper half exposed which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Halfway through the service, the masseuse left the room for a few minutes and these minutes were never added back to my 60 minute time. Ive gone to non-chain businesses and received superior service. I dont recommend this place and feel it was a waste of $100.

If you are wanting a facial, Addison was extremely professional, thorough, and answered any questions I had about my skin. Definitely recommend Addison, it was the best experience!

Had not been in for a minute due to life turning crazy. Addison actually reached out to me because an opening popped up and new I haven’t been there in awhile. 10/10 will always recommend Addison!

Massage was just fine. Enjoyable while it lasted. But the pain and muscle tension were not relieved afterward which was the reason I went in the first place. I was told it was going to be a 90 minute massage. I got 55 minutes - then upon checkout was told a $20 tip was standard. And the next time the price would almost double as this was an introductory rate! Paid $60 and they said next time would be $110 plus tip. Unbelievable.Will certainly NOT be back!

Worse company model for subscribers. They bill you monthly if you can get in to use the pre paid service or not. When contract expires they automatically renew the contract without notifying you. If you cancel services (account) you get 60 days to use the remainder of your balance. I suggest that if you have a busy life like I have and have to schedule stuff within a week because you don’t know what the following week or further out looks, to go somewhere else. They don’t care about the client, only the money they bring to them.

I love being able to schedule my self-care a month or two out. I love seeing Nicole. And she takes great care of me.

Laura is fantastic! I’ve struggled with back pain for over 5 years. After one massage I’ve had close to no pain for over 3 weeks!

Brittany gave an excellent therapeutic massage. After the massage she had a checklist for me explaining what was done along with next steps. I found this information valuable.

In general the therapists are very professional and do a great job. A couple members of the front counter staff can be a little less than professional, but the rest of the staff are great to work with!

The massage felt a little rushed after working on my main focus area. Overall though, relaxing environment, good communication throughout and clean building and massage room.

Brittany does a wonderful job of addressing my concerns and adjusts the massage each visit to focus on those concerns. She is the very best!!!

Massage Envy is like the Supercuts of massage studios. Of the past few appointments I had, each therapist seemed very inexperienced, and the sessions not very relaxing. I felt like I needed a massage afterwards to relax from the massage I had just gotten.

I like a deep tissue massage you can’t go wrong with Kyle, Shiloh, Wayne, Elizabeth, Brittany or Jessica. Always great service at massage envy and leave their feelings so relaxed

I can never get in for a facial. I called today and the first opening they have is July 25th. I have at least 5 sessions that I have paid for and if I quit I am out those $60 apiece sessions that I already paid for. I have been a member for years! This is unacceptable and utterly ridiculous!

Dominique and Laura provide excellent service. They listen to your needs and ask throughout the visit of things are fine. They are talented at what they do.

My masseuse was great, the prices are reasonable, however my claim needed notes on my invoice, Ive asked for notes, no reply, no notes. Its been a month, I will take my business elsewhere going forward.
