The worst place ever I bought a bottle of juice it was dark color and clearly Old and stale taste so bad I cant even vape it at all it hurts my throat My throat and they wouldnt do anything about it they wouldnt trade it back for nothing else Im a customer that goes there all the time and thats how they treat their valued customer thats ridiculous

I did a little bit of research online and found plenty of good reviews of this place. So I decided to give it a try. When I showed up I knew nothing about vaping. Previously I had only purchased disposable vape pens. As soon as I walked into their store I was greeted by Rob. Rob walked me through everything without confusing me. Rob even talked me into a cheaper vape pen because he knew it was best for my needs. There was also another gentlemen named Michael who also had plenty of input after hearing my needs. I never felt so comfortable at an establishment before. I will be back again, these guys put the customer first and treat you so nice!Thanks Rob and Michael! You guys made my day!

Very impressed with Good Nature EVAPOR. Just moved to the area and went to this store based on other reviews left. Staff was knowledgeable of flavor options, went in looking for a berry menthol juice and came out happy! They staff also isn’t pushy with sales and upgrades like other vapor stores can be. Will be coming back for sure.

Best vape shop around. Me and my husband drive from Oshkosh for this place. Customer service is great and they have an amazing selection. I dont know much about vaping and kept accidentally taking dry hits on my empty pods and ruining them needing new pods almost weekly. They helped me find a system that prevented taking dry hits and ive been using it for months! Every other vape shop Ive gone to I always felt unwelcome and dumb. NOT here, they always answer questions and are SUPER helpful. I love the tablet with all the flavors makes it easy to see what Im interested in without feeling pressured. I always recommend this shop to everyone ik that vapes.

These guys are awesome!They know me by name, they have an excellent reward program, their prices are great, and they are knowledgeable about all things vaping!I tried a couple other vape stores before them, but I felt more like an intrusion than a customer. Not here, not ever! I am not afraid to ask questions, they never make me feel dumb for what I dont know about vaping. Ive come in sometimes to see LOTS of customers and inwardly thought I was going to be waiting a long while - which it is worth it - but no, the guys here are efficient behind the counter, too! Never a long wait at all.It literally takes my entire lunch to go to Good Nature to restock on juice, coils, or replace (another) lost or broken vapey-thingy (Im kind of a klutz sometimes). I drive past other vape stores to get here... and I will keep on driving past them! Its totally worth it!

Excellent customer service. The guys here have really helped me understand the difference between products. I just had major surgery and I went in with my symptoms and explained how the pain control from the Surgeon is not cutting it. Michael reccomend some CBD oil and I have not touched a pain pill all day! They did not make me feel stupid with all my questions I had. It really was welcoming and a good experience at a vape shop. I do have to say this vape shop is one of the friendliest in the area, I have not found a vape shop in Appleton that has been as friendly!Thanks guys!

Very helpful staff, know their stuff, and they actually have a good selection of juice. Also a good stock of anything else you need. I bought a dripper and the dude there showed me how to make a coil and gave me cotton and some wire. Awesome place!!

Very good help.I did my LOT of research before going in (Im just starting out and dont like wasting money.) and they knew everything I was talking about.Great people. Good selection but I wish it was a little bigger for the BOX MODs, RTA and RDAs thats why only 4 out of 5 stars.Im turning 50 in a few months. Smoked for 30 years and now just dripping. These young guys were very helpful. Dont let their looks throw you off. They are very respectful to my wife and I.

The refill cartridge tank that I bought here leaks. The dude that worked there was nice, but I came back a 2nd time with same issue & it still leaks even after turning it upside-down like he said.
