Just expensive now, had no selection, bought a piece, and it was dirty (as in used by someone and put back) when I opened the box. The dude at the store was nice enough to replace it. But its still just inexcusable.

Sold me a burnt vape and one that didn’t hit. Came back in just to get told that’s why they are on sale. And he said he can get me another burnt vape for the one that didn’t hit basically. Big waste of money. And extremely unhelpful.

I highly recommend smoking glass! Marty was so knowledgeable down to earth and friendly both times my bf and I stopped in. The first time we were on a tight budget but left with 3 items and didnt even spend 20$! You cant beat the prices the customer service or the selection! Definitely my favortie smoke shop of all time!

I called the Oshkosh location and they had the worker rectify the issue so we are all good now i had a problem with a dispo not working, employee was rude turns out it was the whole box lol, guy was nice when I went back in, still in my top 3 shops

AWESOME!!!! I was in town the other day from out of state. Long story short, I broke some glass and NEEDED a replacement and it was getting late and close to closing time. I called up the store and the gentleman was terrific on the phone. He was also terrific in person! Really a great guy. I LOVE THE GLASS THAT I GOT FROM YOUR STORE. IT IS LITERALLY MY FAVORITE THING EVER.P.s. its an ash catcher in the shape of a fish and its name is Pisces and its my favorite.

Decent variety of goods and products. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere feels right. Prices are a little higher than other places, but they also have a few things other places dont.

Disappointing experience, they only carry imported glass here except a couple small shelves of american pipes. I bought a cheap piece and got home and found a crack in it right away, called about it and they said nothing they could do. Shouldve checked the quality better before I bought it, thats what I get for buying cheap.

Always a great place to get your pieces. I recently got a banger there that unfortunately didnt fit when I got home. Called them up and told him my situation. He told me to just swing by before 4 and hell switch it out for the right size, as long as it wasnt used. I live closer to GB and usually go to the one in Appleton. Definitely sticking to the one in Appleton. Thank you again 😊
