The only shop I go to now in the fox valley. Unbeatable prices and selection, great rewards program, and awesome recommendations from the knowledgeable staff. The two ladies there rock, and I especially want to shout out Maddie!

I Love this place! Great selection! Everything from vape devices to insence. cheapest prices on most things. Atleast in appleton. Good staff also! Especially the one girl whose a regular. Not sure her name but shes very nice and very helpful. Highly reccomend stopping there. If they dont have what youre looking for at a decent price you arent going to it anywhere else.

The employee was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. And damn, they have inexpensive products! The smoke shop my spouse and I usually frequent charge $5-$15 more, so we’ll be the new regulars at Marley’s.

Most reasonable prices around and plenty to choose from as far as product goes...we were going to a place further away and they changed management and raised their prices so Marleys just gained new customers 😀

I have always received tip-top customer service, no matter the reps I’m working with, but wanted to highlight both Lisa & Breccan. They were kind, courteous, and made sure that I was thoroughly in-the-know with the few questions that I had. 10/10 experience. (See?! TOLD you I’d spell it right!!) hahaha Thanks You Guys! ;)

They have a huge selection of stuff and I even found a frog which is rare but they have a no return policy and I didnt notice til I got home that 1 of my pieces has a crack... and I just know the 1st time I drop it, its gonna break

Great place to grab some glasswork, the glass work in the store mies up for its size and lack of selection on vape products or tobacco. Great location, friendly staff, Gorgeous glasswork, some of the best I have seen around, definitely have one on the best, most gorgeous glasswork in the valley. One of those places that even if you aint looking for anything, u still stop in just to admire the artwork only by some very talented individuals. Thanks and Im an Ageis fan. Geek Vapes all the way. I didnt see many of n e. The store also stopped carrying replacement glass sleeves for my vape I while back, did nothin to try n help the situation and didnt recomend or even try to point me in the right direction. I would order certain parts for a customer in this situation, just to keep the customer.One time of getting not getting taken care of properly n no show of concern for a customer, on top of being very rude is why u lost a star, it should be only three stars bu t I only saw the guy with the glasses the one time, and figured that I would knock the whole stores staff. Working in customer service no matter if the customer is wrong or walked in right before u close. I felt pushed out the store and almost disrespected. Every other employee that I have interacted with at Marleys was 👍.

Marleys is affordable they have quite a selection for such a small store. The workers that I have talked to on the few times Ive been in there are nice and helpful. I would go back. Not only for the good service but the selection and prices too. Its nice because parking is usually super close too.

Always get the best of quality and service when I go here. Their price is better than any other stores within the area and they always have a great selection of products to choose from. I dont know why you would go anywhere else! Keep up the great work guys! And on my Lookah seahorse I had a busted coil out of the box told them about it and they gladly switched it out free of charge.

ANOTHER UPDATE: the new staff has been exceptional, the music has been much better, my items are more regularly in stock(plus new items) and overall Marleys has been making a wonderful turn around lately 😁I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW! THAT NEW GUY NEVER LEARNED AND IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED! IM LOOKING MORE FORWARD TO VISITING THE STORE! :)Theyve had a new guy working here for a few months now that has no idea what hes doing. He can never answer questions and when you even ask for a product word for word, he has no clue what to grab. Ive gone in there multiple times to purchase a plethora of items, multiple juices, coils, and boxes of incense - I always have to ask for a bag. How am I gonna carry all of that stuff in my hands while walking to my car in downtown appleton?Whenever hes working, disgusting sexualized music is playing and bumping loudly to the point where you cant focus on anything. Today the song Cry Baby by Megan Thee Stallion was blaring. Look up all the lyrics to it and you tell me if thats what youd wanna listen to while shopping.Coming here used to be way more pleasant of an experience, but lately it feels like I should get paid for training this new guy. Hoping he can get proper training and taught better customer service soon or Ill eventually have to find a new vape shop thats farther away. My patience is wearing thin. I spend a minimum of $40 here every week.

Almost every time I can make my way there they have just what I need and some of the best prices around this area! Even the times they didnt carry or have in stock what I wanted the next time coming in i was greeted with a very nice hello along w/ the Surprise that they now were carrying exactly what i was asking for b4. They have a Great Local Artist Selection as well and its always nice to see local stores supporting local artists.

They sold me a piece of junk vape that worked for a few days, they admit they don’t sell very reliable products. There are other smoke shops that are more helpful

Marleys is a great local smoke shop that not only has fantastic prices and selection, but also some of the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered. No matter how simple or crazy the question, they always have a thorough and intelligent solution to what I need. I buy all my CBD wraps here and will continue to do so from here on out!

Marleys Smoke Shop has the best priced local and American made glass, that i have found. They provide a large and original collection from various fine artist for shape, color, and functionality. Ive been a dedicated customer for about 3 years, and always end up going back! Not to mention... the staff is awesome and helpful when you get them talking!

Had a good selection at fair prices, the worker was very helpful and knowlegeable. I ended up purchasing what I was looking for despite having no prior knowlege on what I was looking for. Very satisfied. I should have tipped 20$ instead of 10$. Will be back. Thank you.

I usually go here so I dont know much of anywhere else. Sometimes it is too busy and getting helped takes awhile. Overall its pretty good I wish they had more variety in the hanging bead curtains and other novelty items although

Can be quite expensive and I hate the fact that ur unable to return ANYTHING AT ALL whatsoever, regardless of whether or not its still brand new in the box etc.... Other then that I suppose it gets the job done... Minus the really rude girl that works there, or did around a year ago or more.... I asked what I thought was a pretty simple question and she acted like it was going to kill her to figure out an answer.... And the other girl was too busy on her phone nonstop to be bothered to even look up long enough to see if the male employee needed any help.. which he did... The store was kinda busy.... How can you be so completely ignorantly unaware of ur surroundings AT WORK??! How can you just be OKAY WITH being such an ignorant lazy person in general??? Anyways The end.

Whenever I have free time and around the area, i aways stop by marleys. Ill save you time by saying they are the cheapest around for glass and they have some pretty cool designs. Im terrible with names, but i always see the same dude working so I know hell give me good information on products. I Just bought a new piece actually here today. Highly recommended to check this place out!

Im staying down the street with my fiancé, and this is the closest shop. I needed more juice, so we walked here. I didnt know what to expect but these guys were really down to earth, mellow, and cool. They were knowledgeable too. They even rebuilt and cleaned my mod for me. Another thing, prices were unexpectedly low. Big thanks guys! This is now my go to spot!

Been going here for 8 years since I moved to the area, love the prices but that one skinny guy that’s been there since prolly high school is always dropping stuff and so high and outta his mind that 1. He doesn’t even know anything about half the supply they carry, and 2. I get asked for my identification every single time I go in and I’m a regular. I get the laws but geez I go in once a week. But not anymore. Hire some new people that aren’t off their rocker and maybe a little more friendly. Dude definitely hates his life.

On College Ave., like Right by the Richmond St. intersection. Parking on College.Staff isnt as knowledgeable about their products as they should be, I thought. Were pretty rude if I asked any actual questions about products. I wouldnt go back there. Theres Elfs, Satoris & other places to go where youll get treated alot better. Customers should be able to ask questions about products at a place w/o getting attitude on it :)

All about being open to different experiences/ trying local stores. Had a coupon wanted to check out the store. was not impressed. the cashier spaced out while trying to give me insight to what types of CBD products may help with expressed conserns. he had to ring me up in seperate transactions because he forgot there were other items being purchased, it was later found out that duplicate products had left the store, not what purchaser had selected. Thanks guys but Id rather stick with A to Z tobacco or Satori to get my needs met.

First time here but the staff look mad. I was looking for something and he gave me an attitude. Their price are expensive more than any other store. Will be the first and never go there again. Rude!

Andy the owner, is a super helpful guy. He will show you or explain any product you have questions about. If your looking at a high end water piece or just a simple color changer, Marleys has the largest selection of local glass in the Valley. Conveniently located downtown Appleton this place is my one stop shop.

Good place for vape. They dont sell any cigarettes or cigars so its not a true smoke shop. Just cape and thc-cbd products

Called Marleys smoke shop and they dont even carry Fonto or Leaf which is how their namesake smoked. What a joke.

I am so mad , I go in to get a coil for my vape and I told the guy that I need a baby T-8 coil and he says he’s out of them so I was like okay I’ll go look for a coil elsewhere , he then proceeds to talk me into getting a Baby Y-X4 because of the wattage I had my vape at he said it would work, I even asked him twice like are you sure this would fit my vape and he said it will so I believed him. I get home to put it in my vape and sure enough it doesn’t fit. I’m not very pleased with this. Maybe make sure it actually fits the customers vape before they buy it. I had even brought my vape mod in the store. Smh

I came here tonight wanting to buy some cbd products and I had some questions and the worker acted like I was a major inconvenience for even being in the store. I was given one worded answers that weren’t helpful whatsoever, an unfriendly demeanor and just an all around terrible experience. Dont waste your time at ealfs. Marleys has most of the same stuff and a lot of other stuff thay dont have. you wont find anything at ealfs for cheaper then at marleys. im so glad you are open. its time to start saveing mony

Don’t buy their batteries. I’ve bought batteries there several times and they’ve failed very quickly. Went to a different store and batteries have lasted a long time.
