I absolutely love coming here on Tuesdays! Not only are their products superior to other vape shops in the area, but the customer service is always outstanding and Amber and Angel are always so informative. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I used to be as regular customer here until today. I used to buy a pack of clove cigarettes every one to three weeks. They seem to be the only place in town that sells them. I also used to buy TCHA pre-rolled once or twice a month. Im 54 years old and got IDed for the very first time today after coming to this store for well over a year. I did not have my ID because I had left my wallet at work. The fact that the person who asked for my ID does not have enough common sense to be able to look at somebody who is as old as I am an tell that Im obviously well over 21 years old has dissuaded me from ever going to this store again. On a positive note: thank you for helping me quit smoking. I dont know of any place else that sells clove cigarettes in Appleton, so Im done.

Wont go to this store no more, this the 3rd geek bar that I bought from them that tast burnt/bad after a few day. I gave them a call to see if they can switch a new one for me since this one just opened and just went down 10% juice .they told me nothing they can do for me unless the device is not working..will drive across town to support someone that dont treat me like a first time customer

Stopped in to buy some pipe tobacco. They had multiple boxes in the case labeled $9.69 for a pouch. When they rang it up at the register, it came up as $24.95. When I pointed it out, I was told that they had changed a bunch of the prices a while ago but never updated the price stickers. When I pushed back and said they should honor the price they were advertising, they refused saying the price it rings up on the register is what we have to charge.Not impressed. Ill go to a better tobacco store next time. Appleton Cigar Co. would never have played that game.

Went there for a new mod and left and then noticed it didnt come with a battery. Just wanted to return it and was told theres no returns. Then asked for a battery...They charged me 15 bucks for the battery (which was 7 bucks more than my usual shop charges. and then I left the store and I put the battery in and it was dead...I took it to my regular shop and they gave me a battery that was charged for free and a vape juice for free too. The girl at this shop was rude and not very helpful.How do you sell me a battery that cant even be charged through my mod? Ill never go back

This place is amazing!!! The people here are so nice and helpful. Its my #1 spot! Will always recommend. I would like to also say I love the recommendations they give. They make sure to get to know what you would like and what is best for you not just something they like. Its amazing. I even dropped my drink in there because of a small seizure and they made me feel so normal. I had apologized and they told me it was nothing and it was all good. At first I was nervous and freaked out and felt so out of place but when they said it was all good, all that negative feeling went away. I was happy and felt great. Thank you guys for your great customer service. I wish everywhere had this kind of customer service.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Definitely the most un chill smoke shop Ive ever been in. Was accused of trying to buy vape juice for someone else because I had to read the name of the juice off my phone. Super ridiculous and not professional at all.

Went in for my annual fathers day cigar, upon entering I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who were able to help me find what I was looking for without even asking them. The selection is really good with cigars, vape items and other tobacco needs. I was really impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Very impressed for a non smoker with the exception of the yearly cigar.

Ive stopped in at two of the locations in the fox valley and was very impressed with both stores. The people are knowledgeable, and provided amazing customer service. Their selection of products is outstanding and their price points are from reasonable to better then most. I spent more then I intended to, and still felt great about my purchases after I left. They went out of their to show me anything I wanted to see, show me how different items worked and what made one a better fit for my use the an other. They gave opinions based on customer feed back and their own personal experiences, and so far as Ive seen, they were spot on about everything they recommended. I will definitely be making these stores a regular stop. Besides the regular tropes that you get from most smoke shops, they have a great selection of cigars and cigarettes, that are priced below other places. My friend who I went with buys his cigarettes from them because theyre at least $1 less then the gas stations, or grocery stores. He figured that just getting his cigarettes there, he can save close to $500 a year. Even if they werent an amazing store with great people, it would be hard not to recommend them on that alone.

Selling 2/$20 Escobar disposable vapes that taste burnt from the moment you open them leaves a really, really bad taste in my mouth (literally). The cheap price doesn’t justify this, at all. Like putting glitter on poop. Each flavor was different, but had the exact same burnt taste. If this is the case with all of them, please do yourself a favor and eliminate them from the sales floor. There’s no reason you need to discount vapes that are faulty in order to get rid of them, they are TRASH and where they belong. Yuck! If you are aware of this and it is how you are running shop, I will not be back. Perhaps this is a sign to quit vaping!

Useless for buying a vape products was told if the item was defective I could exchange it for another one , upon going to the store 10 days later after the ecig stoped working I was told they cant do anything for me unless there managers is there and told me to contact the vape company who made the ecig that I had thats defective. Whats the point of buying a product from a place when only one person can help you with swapping out a defective device when they are around or available? And then told to try to catch him again tomorrow cause hes busy..Plenty of other vape stores in the area to support with much better customer service.

They have a cool variety of pieces, however I wasnt impressed with their disposable selection tbh. I like that its not behind a counter tho! I feel so weird looking behind the counter and having someone wait for me to make a decision

I was greeted immediately as I walked in.I was taken care of and was told I could save money by purchasing my vape cartridges in multiple. I bought an Ezig, they gave me the wrong battery so I had to drive back. Once It was charged and I went to use the Ezig, I got an error code. I had to return the the store and the store attendant was rude, argumentative, disrespectful and refused to help. I asked for my money back and he said they dont have a refund policy. That if we apologized he would help. I asked if he was the owner and he said no. That he would not help because we walked in upset. With the price of gas and having to make extra trips for an item I purchased that should work, he should of fixed the issue.

One of my favorite Smoke shops to go too. I go eat at Dennys for great prices and walk right next door to the smoke shop! There is a huge selection of glass wear and other things as well.

This is the only vape shop ill go to in the area. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, plus theres a rewards program so you can get discounts after you spend so much. They also offer a wide variety of vape flavors that are all made in-house which is a nice option thats a little cheaper. Tons of unique glass pieces as well.

You have to be 21 to buy glass. Not nicotine…glass. What a joke of a store, they are the only place in Appleton that does that, everywhere else I have been no issues whatsoever. Also the older worker with gauges in his ears and dark hair is blunt and rude. He’s obviously not a happy person, but that doesnt mean you are rude to your customers. If you need glass, go to Smoking Glass instead, 1000% better then this joke of a store. I could understand if every store in Appleton made you be 21 to buy glass ,but no store in Appleton is worried about it except you guys. So Im assuming you have some shady stuff going on behind the scenes that you dont want the government involved in since you guys are so worried about the FDA lol.

I am a long time customer here and I refuse to go anywhere else. The customer service here is phenomenal, as well as decor and general ambience. I typically buy vape things, but I have bought a few other products that I was very impressed with. They have a huge selection of in house flavors as well as premium and if you go in not knowing what you need, they usually know better than you, which is so helpful. Particularly, there is an older gentleman that works here that everytime I come in, always has great advice and product knowledge as well as friendliness. Thank you!!!

I will ONLY be coming to this store from now on. Its across town from where I live, but its worth the extra drive. The staff is so friendly and helpful and go beyond to answer any questions customers have. today they helped me figure out why my coils kept burning up- coils a different store sold me and wouldnt refund... This was only my second time ever being at your store. Id give a -5 review. I bought a cbd vapor thingy. And was told by the guy that worked there that if anything happens to it I have a 90 day warranty. Well a month later from purchase date. I cant even charge it. Its fried. I went into store today. Got told in a round about way too bad so sad. Not their problem. So Im never going back there again. I do not recommend them to anyone. What a joke!!! Outstanding customer service!!! The place is a joke!!!!!

I bought a Mr sky Solo 5000 Puff vape from this place and after 3 days the battery had died. I went to return it and the clerk had a smug look on his face and stated that it was 3 days, my wife bought the same brand and it began to run nonstop and get hot, they replaced hers but not mine, clearly they are putting profits above customer value,we will never shop here again.

Ive been coming here for about a year now, going between this location and the Oshkosh one. I liked the shop when I first came in, but loved it after have and amazing experience. I walked in one day needing a new drip tip, coils, and juice. Im always patient when coming here because its a busy place. Its my turn at the counter, and I asked for the drip tips, and all the other things I needed. Unfortunately idk the mans name, but he had noticed I was waiting a long time and told me the drip tip was on him. Because of that experience, this is my go to store.

Appleton store: Had a great experience here. I accidently dropped a brand new bottle of juice and instead of paying for a new bottle the staff offered another bottle free of charge. Stuff like this is what brings people back to your store. Also another employee was working past his shift to help me. 5 stars

This place is ok. But the older white guy sucks. he needs to be fired. he will act like hes knowledgeable to get u to buy. But 90% of the time its not what you want. So not a good place for people new to Vaping. and forget trying to get a refund. I bought 3 bad items and tried to return and had to go through hello to get my money back. ( but to sum it up this place is just Okay)

I have been coming here for disposables. When i first started coming in, everything was fine. But recently, not so much. I bought two guava ice puff plus bars(i only get those) and i left, opened one up and it tasted HORRIBLE. so i scratched the code on the back(always do that!!!!) and it said it was counterfeit. so i didnt open the other one and i went back and the guy was super nice about it and opened other ones to let me try and NONE of them worked. like what??? i got irritated and just said f it and left with two of them. its been two days and i couldnt handle them so i had to throw them both away.. $27 wasted for possibly counterfeit disposables. Ive bought counterfeit ones from gas stations before but you shouldn’t have to worry about buying them from a VAPE SHOP.

Always expect good, friendly service from the staff here. We ended up staying about 30 minutes longer than expected just to chat and try out vape flavors. Will be back soon for some more of their e juice and conversation

Ive had nothing but good experiences with the Appleton location up until today, got my mod (Smok GX350) replaced that I got through the shop, good selection of juices etc. Today I walked in and a customer (Dont know if this gentleman was a friend of the owner or what was going on) was talking to Ryan (Owner) about his job for approximately 10 mins and I was pushed for time I just wanted a quick and easy fix for some e-juice, Oshkosh location has Fruit Punch so I just wanted a simple yes or no answer if this location carried it or not. The store employee I talked to was new and couldnt point me in a definitive direction so I figured just like any other retail store the associates will prioritize customers with an intent to purchase vs. gib-gab about personal things that dont relate to business. I was wrong, owner seemed displeased that I attempted to grab his attention and exclaimed with a stern tone that he is talking to a customer when it was very evident the conversation was going nowhere with any relation to the store. Owner also smokes inside the shop before store opens which isnt very business professional and is illegal.Update: When I went back into the store for the second or third time after my unpleasant experience I was pulled aside by the owner for a chat. That I should change this review or be banned from the store and find another vape shop. Again with a very stern and rude tone. He also told me that its not even his job to be out on the floor of his own store and that he should be in the back while his store associates handle customers as a reprimand for his rudeness. Not a motto most small business owners should uphold in my opinion.

I love this place. They keep it clean and I am never concerned about how well Ill be treated when I do venture in. Very professional. They also go above and beyond to find solutions to any problems Ive presented with.

STEVE sold me a defected Nova 3, and on the bottom of the receipt clearly says “Can be returned within a week if has receipt & the box”. So I called him a day later after I bought it and he said he can’t return it and didn’t have anybody that I could talk too higher up. I lost $50 and will never go back.

I asked someone if they had Unicorn Breathe in zero and while the owner was stocking shelves he chuckled and said, no. As the nice young man helped me. Ehhhhhhh a-screw you dude sorry Im not addicted to nicotine. Seriously step down and give the store to the Fiat 500 Abarth driver hes the coolest. Also the owner uses a minion box mod so thats kinda all you need to know. Stop being the way that you are.

I just moved back to Appleton and needed to find a new vape shop. Was glad I found AZ, a really nice store with lots of vape juice selections and vape units. They also have a huge supply of glass and other products. Salesman suggested a new vape called Dragons Eye which is GREAT !One thing I might suggest, my old vape shop had a purchase incentive, where once you reached a certain dollar amount you would get a $10 credit towards your next purchase. Would you guys consider adding that?
