*STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!*I dont understand how this company is still in business. They claim to be a producer of luxury massage chairs, but their support is a borderline scam. I purchased a very expensive ~10K massage chair as a gift for my mom. We paid extra for the 5 year warranty, and lucky that we did as the chair had issues basically from Day 1. Though their support was slow, they did respond to the earlier issues. Then my mom moved to a different house and they claimed that we needed to inform them that we were moving to a different house, and since we didnt, our warranty was null & void!I have never in my life had to inform any company that I was moving in order to maintain a warranty that I had already paid for, so this was clearly an excuse for them to not stand behind their product (btw, we used a very reputable moving company to professionally move the chair). After much complaining, they finally said if we would agree to pay for the labor, then they would cover the costs of the parts needed for the repair. To put this whole thing behind us, we reluctantly agreed to this and jumped through all the hoops they wanted to help remotely troubleshoot the product.Then, after all this back and forth, they pulled another bait-and-switch and their Customer Service person Lynn Brown got back to us and said, Sorry, I wasnt able to get the approval for the parts, so now you have to pay ~$1K for both labor and parts!! This is while were still technically under the 5 year warranty and after I had already agreed in good faith to take their previous offer of paying for my own labor costs even though they should have technically been covered as well.So, save your money and DO NOT purchase these “luxury” chairs that are full of defects as they will make you jump through every possible hoop and then go back on to the arrangement later to nickel and dime you!!Instead, go buy 2 Brookstone chairs for the price of 1 of these garbage chairs and youll be much happier.
I have owned my I9 Max massage chair for a little over a year, and I love it. The dual engine is Genius! Allowing the chair to massage two places on your body at the same time. My 2nd engine stopped working, and Luraco was amazing in responding quickly, sending a new engine, and having it installed by a knowledgeable tech., all in a 2 week period. The chair is a little pricey compared to other models, but well worth the extra money. The peace of mind knowing you can get repairs done, because it is American made, with all the parts easily obtained, and superior factory technicians, eager to help the customer at no expense to me! I do not recommend this company.Really disappointed for both products and service.We bought a massage chair from this company in 2015 as a gift for our parents who have been 80-year-old.We spend 10K for this chair to hope giving our parents a comfortable massage as their advertisement. After having a consultation with the sale person with so many promise that this chair was the best massage chair and a lot of Vietnamese old people love it, and they promise this chair will last perfect in 10 years, so we drcide to spend $10,000 to get this chair for our parents.Howrver, just after 4 years, the chair look like a mess, the leather taken off and we are so surprised about how they can make this bad leather for a $10,000 chair. Plus, my parents are 80 years old and they barely seat on this chair, Not even everyday.We took the pictures of how bad the chairs condition just after 4 years and send to Luracos customer service to get a fixing from them.We do not ask them for the return, but hope them can give us a solution to fix the leather, so my parents can use it.But it turns out they do not want to solve the problem as they promised when they tried to get it sale.They costed us $4000 to fix the leather which is almost half price.And now they ignore all our call/emIl/messages like they abandon their custometsReally disappointed
My mother bought a brand new nail file and despite the code for the promotion not working, I was very pleased with the product as well as the customer service. It is very prompt, and the design is very sleek. Excited for her to use, she seems to be a big fan of the design.

Purchased the i9 Max Special Edition and we love it. Hanh, our sales specialist, was forthright and gave us all of the information we asked for and more. She spent 2 hours with me at the show room and continued to follow up afterwards very closely to make sure the entire experience was perfect. Everything was as she explained, everything was as she promised. It was the perfect surprise birthday present for my husbands 40th birthday, delivered exactly on time in white glove fashion.Michael, the tech who installed it, and his associate were professional, expedient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and returned quickly the following week to install and updated remote control.Most importantly, the recipient--my husband--loves it. We both agree that we have never sat in a massage chair quite like this, one that actually treats your bodily ailments. He previously had a difficult time lifting our kids onto his shoulders, and would sustain back injuries like clockwork. Since we purchased this machine, he reports overall improvement in his back, and is able to swing our kids around and onto his shoulders without issue.I work with my hands a lot, and my two favorite aspects of the chair are the patented arm rollers and the stretch mode. Highly recommend. Call Luraco directly to purchase. You wont be disappointed.
EDIT: They contacted me and refund me. Thanks for the costumer service!I purchased a product that costed me $440. The product came broken and ai just knew that because I had to open to use it. They asked me to sent the product back for a evaluation so I did but requesting a NEW product because that’s what I paid for. They sent me the same machine. How do I know? The machine doesn’t look like new, the box is the same, the product is dented/scratched. I tried to resolve calmly over email, noticed I was blocked. Texted and the lady called me saying she is from sells but that she would try to help BUT wouldn’t be able to full refund because their policy is for 14 days un-used product (detail: it is un used since I got from the first time. And because of me sending it back and waiting for a supposedly new one it passed the 14 days) that’s how they get you. So now she is saying I won’t have my money back and the only thing I can have is a new machine which AT this point I refuse to have anything from them. I just want my money back. So NO I do not recommend them. Horrible costumer service and they eat your money for a product that probably won’t come NEW to you.
This drill has been the strongest but smoothest drill I’ve used. I’ve been weary of trying new drills but was recommended to buy this one and I’ve been missing out. It’s quieter than my old drill and more efficient.

I recently had some issues with my chair and they went way above and beyond in helping me to get it back going. The staff and all the people that helped I would just like to say thanks!! In 2018, I purchased a chair with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a constant source of problems. Despite the companys efforts to send technicians to fix it, the issues persisted, leaving me frustrated and exhausted. I made countless calls to the company, even requesting a return, but they refused my pleas. Instead, they suggested that if I could bring the chair to their factory in Texas, they could accurately diagnose and fix the persistent problems. In 2020, I relocated to Texas and immediately reached out to the company, requesting their assistance in repairing the chair. Thankfully, this time they were successful, and the chair has been functioning properly ever since.Curious about what had gone wrong, I asked the customer service representative at that time about the chairs previous issues. To my surprise, they explained that the technicians in California, who were hired as contractors, had failed to diagnose the root cause correctly, leading to the recurring problems. I couldnt help but express my disappointment, realizing that I had essentially lost two years of warranty coverage while dealing with those issues in California. The customer service representative assured me that they would honor additional warranties for my chair as compensation, and I commended them for their excellent service.Now, as the chairs warranty has recently expired, a new challenge has emerged. During the process of moving, the remotes screen cracked, rendering it unusable. Eager to resolve the issue, I promptly contacted the company to inquire if they would still uphold their previous promise of assistance. Unfortunately, my interaction with the head of customer service, a lady representative, proved to be far from satisfactory. Throughout our conversation, she consistently interrupted me, preventing me from completing my sentences. She even raised her voice, seemingly attempting to assert her dominance. Instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue, she vehemently argued about the companys policy regarding my massage chair.I recognized that I lacked tangible evidence to support my claims. Nevertheless, as a customer service professional, it is crucial to remain calm and composed, treating customers with respect and empathy. Regrettably, this representative failed to adhere to these principles, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Ultimately, after a contentious discussion, the company informed me that they would repair the remote for a fee of $175, in addition to $25 for shipping. Alternatively, if I desired a new remote, I would need to pay $450, as the previous promises made by other customer service representatives were not documented and thus not honored.
We got our massage chair more than 6 years, an issue came up. When we call a customer service, Van Pham guided us through troubleshooting and recommended replacement part and links of how to replace parts. Few days later, parts showed up we got not only part to fix the issue but upgraded mother board and new controller, very easy fix with no extra expense even return old parts. Highly recommended products and customer service. They make use feel very comfortable when talk to. Thank you very much for your service.

I initially had a really bad experience with a Luraco massage chair that I purchased through Massage Chair Planet. It wasn’t the chair that was bad, it was the service from the retailer. If it wasn’t for Luraco who stepped in to assist, I would have canceled the order altogether, probably ending up in a lawsuit.I have to thank profusely, two professionals that made everything wrong into everything right. We already have a massage chair, but after trying on an i9 Max Special Edition, I fell in love with the massage chair, so we decided to have an upgrade. As a mom of two young boys, I feel guilty whenever I leave the kid at home to go and get a massage. By having the chair in my bedroom now, I can use it anytime I need it. I love this chair because it feels like you have more than one masseuse working on you. Have you ever tried the four hands massage at the Thai massage place? Yeah, it feels kind of like that. You save time but get most of your body parts massaged. We are pleased with the purchase. If you are in the market for a massage chair, I highly recommend Luraco’s i9 Max Special Edition massage chair.
Great company. Almost 5 years of owning a great massage chair . I called for technical help. A real person answered the call and promptly got me to another person who attempted to help me solve my problem. After we could not resolve the issue the tech put in an under warranty order to send me replacement parts. 2 days later I easily swapped out the parts and sent back the old parts in the same box with their pre-paid return label. Easy repair, no waiting on hold or pressing a number of buttons to get to the right person, they knew their product , no use-less questions asked, my issue was their concern. And now my chair works as good as it did when I purchased it. If I needed to buy any of their products I would without question.
I purchased message chair Luraco i7 about four years ago, last week the remote had an issue with flurry screen. I email customer service and spoke to Alex Nguyen, the tech support, she gave me some advice to trouble shoot to fix the problem, but the issue was not resolved. Alex sent me the new remote and a mother board, the parts on the next day. It took me 10 minutes to replace new parts and the massage chair works like new again. Luraco customer service is really stellar. Weve had our Luraco i7 massage chair for a few years, with no issues. When the remote control went on the fritz, I called, they found our chair in their system, and immediately sent a replacement remote, as well as a new updated motherboard to be installed. They sent two YouTube videos with instructions on how to install both, followed up repeatedly with calls and emails to ensure that I was able to make the changes and that the chair was back to working, and then followed up even more afterwards to ensure that I was satisfied. Each of the two customer service reps with whom I dealt (especially Lynn, who I spoke with several times) were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and genuinely cared that the issue was fixed quickly and properly. I love my massage chair from Luraco, and this experience (my first with their customer service group) really solidifies just how fantastic they are. If you are investing in a high-end massage chair, Luraco is your best choice by far from my perspective.
Last week ,My I7 robotics chair had an issue. It stuck at Zero gravity . I called customer service and spoke to Van Pham, the tech support, she gave me some advices to trouble shoot to fix the problem, but the issue was not resolved. She asked me to send her the pictures of the chair to review.Van sent me the new motor the next day. It took me 20 minutes to replace new parts and the massage chair works like new again. This is a very customer-oriented company, and I could not be more satisfied with all the communication and responses Ive received from them. Over the past 3 years Ive owned the Luraco i7 massage chair (great chair btw), I’ve had a few occasions to request some form of technical support. Regardless of whomever I spoke with over the years, I always received the highest amount of care and compassion, in quickly resolving whatever issue I called about. The latest example of their outstanding support occurred earlier this month - one of the mechanisms inside my massage chair went out. As expected, Reaquel and her staff were very professional and supportive, first helping me diagnose the exact issue. Then, after diagnosing the problem, they promptly sent out Michael, an expert technician, who obviously had the required knowledge and skills to fix this chair. Result; I am a happy customer of Luraco, and will continue to recommend them to anyone interested in buying products from a great company that stands by its customers. I wish all the other companies Ive dealt with were this focused on customer satisfaction. Theyve earned my trust, as well as this 5 star review! Now, I just need to save up for one of their newer model chairs:))
Our hand-held remote stopped working, so our chair was also therefore not working. I emailed and called Luraco customer service and was helped shortly. Luraco shipped replacement parts which we installed easily, and our chair is working just fine now. We are very happy with our Luraco chair and with their fine service!

Ive owned a Luraco iRobotics 7 massage chair for just about 5 years now, and its been running flawlessly under regular usage (4-5 times a week) for almost the entire time.Unfortunately, the control unit died recently, and it rendered the chair inoperable.I contacted Luraco straight away to get this issue fixed. Luraco support was prompt, professional, and since my chair was still under warranty, they were able to dispatch replacement parts to me in days.They gave me information on how to replace the components (very easy, easy-to-follow procedure), and the chair was back up and running in no time. The chair seems like it was designed to be easily maintained.Id give Luraco 5 stars and my unreserved recommendation. I believe the true measure of a company is how they address problems (because problems inevitably arise... no product is perfect), and from this experience, Luraco has exceeded my expectations.
We purchased the Luraco i7 plus about 3.5 years ago, and I use it 5 or 6 days a week. The only trouble we ever had was when, a few weeks ago, the leg rest would not retract. I contacted my seller, who put me into contact with Luraco. They had a very quick and easy diagnostic process, then mailed me a new part (the bar and mechanism for extending it), plus a new motherboard and a new remote control. I suppose the last two are needed to ensure compatibility with the new part. The parts arrived swiftly, and someone from Luraco customer service was good about checking in with me every few days. Once I had the parts, they emailed me 2 video links that showed me how to install them (I was out of the labor warranty at this point). The videos were very clear, and accessing and replacing everything was way easier than I had imagined. The chair works like new again. The customer service process is very well set up, so that someone is tracking your parts, watching the calendar, and checking in with you so that you dont have to call or email and wait for answers. I have never had such a smooth customer service experience with any company, and this includes much bigger, better-funded companies (who could take a lesson from Luraco). A+ job, folks. WE bought Luraco message chair about four years ago. Regrettably we had some noise problem with this chair and had to call the service department. The service dept. people was so friendly, fast and efficient that is really beyond our expectation. Now we not only can enjoy the chair like we always do, we also feel good to know that there is a group of capable people who would help us whenever we need them.
After several years of trouble free operation our Luraco remote suddenly froze and we were unable to reboot it, and the chair stopped working. We contacted Luraco support, they asked some questions and trouble shot the problem on the phone. They shipped out replacement parts within one or two days, we installed them when we got them and the chair is working perfectly again now!!! Rarely in my lifetime have I had such a positive experience with customer service. Luraco makes great, durable and long lasting products and their customer service is second to none....two thumbs up, keep up the great work guys (and girls :-) !!!!
3 years ago I purchased the Luraco iRobotics 7 massage chair and it has been one of the best investments Ive ever made towards prolonging my health and fitness. Im 70 years old and I run 10 miles every other day and I rely on my massage chair to assist in my recovery.Recently I had an issue with the footrest not returning to the start position.So, for the first time since my purchase, I made contact with Luraco and Reaquel, their tech support person. She responded quickly and efficiently and helped me to resolve the problem. I usually dread calling customer support for assistance because it often involves long waits on the phone and not necessarily resolving the issue.This was not the case with Luraco. Reaquel was very knowledgeable about the chair and quickly sent me a replacement part. Thanks to her assistance and a couple of video links she sent me I was able to replace the part myself and learn more about using my chair. My case is now closed and Im confident that in the future I wont have to worry if my massage chair does not function correctly.Thanks to Luraco and Reaquel for displaying model customer service practices and attentiveness to customer needs which leads to customer satisfaction. They did everything right and I honestly cant think of a single thing they could have done to improve on the service rendered.A supremely satisfied customer

We bought Luraco i7 two ears ago with delivery to Monaco. Electricity problems with our armchair were solved during a few days! Even company do not have representative in Europe, they work amazing through the distance! Thank you for a professional service, fast (keeping in mind that there was 9 hours difference) and precise communication.
I purchased the Luraco i9 massage chair mainly for my wife but I knew I would use it nearly as often. We both have bad backs and in my wifes case, serious skeletal-muscular issues that cause her pain nearly every third day throughout her entire back, shoulders and neck. So, after reading all the great things about this i9 chair, we were very excited to purchase it for our particular ailments.Upon delivery, and during the very first massage, we quickly learned the chair was not functioning properly. To simply get the chair to do anything, required us to do a reset (unplug and wait 10 sec and turn back on) multiply times just to get one massage complete.We called Luraco the next business day and spoke with a technician who helped us to get the chair working about 50% of the time but over that first weekend things just got worse. Ultimately,the chair would not perform a body scan or give any kind of massage. We were very upset about our very pricey investment in healthcare.The next Monday, we called and spoke with a new rep, named Reaquel. Quickly, she helped us to determine what was wrong with the chair by asking us to perform easy procedures that helped their led their engineers to determine what was wrong. Once they determined what the corrective actions would entail, Reaquel had the parts overnighted to us and I was able to replace the faulty motherboard easily. They provided YouTube video links that showed me exactly what to do. It took nothing more than four screws and two electrical connections to fix the problem.Reaquel was the only reason I didnt return the chair for a full refund. She was the perfect person to speak with in this particular dilemma and many kudos for her support.Rest assured the chair is now functioning perfectly and we look forward to our daily massages. I chalk this up to a simple malfunction of a piece of electronics. It was simply Reaquel s customer service, knowledge and abilities that prevented me from returning the chair. Heres the short story to a long and mind numbing ordeal. I had purchased an i7 Massage Chair manufactured by Luraco, from a friend who was moving overseas. Unwittingly, the movers who were packing him and his family out had disassembled their Luraco massage chair. And when I say, disassembled. They took it apart in ways it was not meant to be! After taking the chair apart, the movers placed all the parts and accessories into a duffel bag and left it as is. Somewhere between getting their household packed, loading everything out and cleaning the house. The duffel bag was misplaced or thrown away. We looked in vain, but the duffel bag was no where to be found. Several days later I reached out to Luraco and explained my situation and inquired about the missing parts of the massage chair. Received a message from, Robyn Readicker, International Sales and Marketing Manager. She forwarded my message to, Luraco Health & Beauty, customer service. Were I was informed the i7 Massage Chair was a discontinued item, however, I had the pleasure to meet, Lynn Brown, customer service rep. Who in my humble opinion, epitomizes the very best in customer service! So after several emails and phone calls, Lynn tenaciously searched and investigated to find what I was missing. Which included; the remote tablet, blood pressure/heart rate monitor, power cord, chair back inflatable pillow, and a slew of specialty nuts and bolts. At this point I wasnt very optimistic, but I hoped for the best. Several days later, Lynn had called me on my cell and requested a FaceTime video chat. Once we connected, she had located an engineer to help identify the missing hardware. He needed a visional guide (my disassembled chair) to figure out what was missing and what I needed. This is the point I found out, the movers had gone overboard taking the chair apart. While I moved my phones camera around the pieces I had, the engineer was clearly dumbfounded at what the movers had done and kept exclaiming, No, whyd you take that apart?!? Thats not supposed to be taken apart!. It was obviously painful, the movers had done a number on the chair, but he had a pretty good idea what I needed to put it all back together and assured me, they still had the parts in stock. Afterwards, he said he would put everything together for shipping. Unfortunately, it would have to wait for the next day, because their office was closed and had been for the last hour or so! I couldnt believe it, Lynn and this unknown engineers work day had been over for the last hour and they were still there helping me. Needless to say, I was absolutely floored! They had put in so much time and effort on my behalf. So now, I am happy to say, everything I need is in the mail and on its way. I cant say enough about everything, Lynn did. She really went above and beyond. Her commitment to customer service and unfaltering drive was amazing. Considering all that was involved, she did not have to do everything she did. She could have easily brushed me aside and dismissed my situation and left it at; the chair was discontinued. I wouldve been none the wiser, but she didnt. Instead, she persevered and made it happen. Outstanding job, Lynn Brown! You have done your yourself and your company a great service. She should be openly commended and it broadcasted aloud for her exceptional work and service. WOW! Excellent company that stands behind there products. Had a bad motherboard and they replaced motherboard, power supply and keypad. They had parts at my house in less than 48 hours. They take customer support seriously! I am glad I bought a Luraco and my next chair will also be a Luraco.
My mom had an issue with her massage chair, I called Luraco and they sent me an email with instructions to take photos of the chair in various positions and described the issue. They then sent the replacement part to the house and said the technician will call to schedule a time. He did so and arrived on time. There was an issue with the part and the technician had to call Luraco. They dealt with it between them and the chair was fixed. The entire process took a few weeks with scheduling and emailing back and forth. However, the instructions were clear, and everyone did what they were supposed to do. My rep, Reaquel, was amazing. She followed up afterwards to make sure the chair was working properly. I was incredibly impressed with how genuinely nice and helpful everyone was at Luraco. More businesses should be run like this. They were efficient, did what they say they would, followed through and followed up.

Ive really enjoyed my I7 massage chair and recently it stopped kneading, i.e. moving the rollers in and out. The chair was just under the 5 year warranty but the attention I was given by Van Pham and Raquel was more like I was buying a chair. They sent me a circuit board that wasnt the right fix and followed with a whole internal back roller assembly that did the trick. Im thrilled.In this day, customer service is a thing of the past....except for at Luraco. I cant say enough about the quality care and communications. This chair wasnt inexpensive, but in this case the old expression you get what you pay for turned out to be true.
Had an issue with my chair. Customer rep, Van Pham was very helpful and attentive to my problem. Although the issue was not resolved, Mrs. Pham assured me that technicians were on it and I would be updated.Other companies should follow Luracos example for good customer support.
We have the Luraco i7 for several years now. We only called for support 2 times, and each time I have received very quick response. So, I want to give a shout out to Van Pham for her excellent customer services. she is very nice, knowledge and goes extra mile to help getting the massage chair fix for us.
I bought the i6 massage chair 4 years ago. This is a top quality and very durable chair. My wife and I have been using it everyday and its still working flawlessly. Its so relaxing and it makes me fall asleep every time I sit in it. My back pain due to arthritis is gone and I am so happy about that. My wife and daughter love it too. Whenever we have a party, our guests enjoy the chair so much when we let them use it. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who has back problems like myself and finds it difficult to go to sleep. Thank you Luraco for making such an amazing chair.

5 star from me.I had some issues with the back rest mechanism and the seat angle actuator. Ms.Van Pham guided me to pin points the problems then sent the replacement parts within 2 days with the video how to replace them. It took me 5 hours to do the work. It quite a challenge but also the excited of learning experience.Thank you Van Pham for patiently helped me through the process.

Chair is great. But Had a problem with it shutting down randomly. Emailed tech support that evening and had a response that morning. Did some troubleshooting with them over phone, had parts in a couple of days. Problem solved. Its nice to a responsive and knowledgeable tech support when you have an issue.

I purchased a Luraco Pro-40K efile. The handpiece had slipped out of its holster and fallen onto the floor. It no longer worked to its fullest potential. I contacted Luraco and the customer service representative, Alex, assisted me. I took my e-file and the following day, it was ready. This has been my best experience ever with customer service. The e-file works beautifully, I love it.

Ok here’s the deal a friend of mine purchased the wrong spa chairs for her nail salon (long story) and the company wouldn’t exchange them so she’s STUCK ! She asked for my help to fix the problem, after two days of phone calls I found REAQUEL at Luraco WHAT A BLESSING THAT WAS. I purchased message chair Luraco 7plus about three years ago, last week the remote had an issue with flurry screen. I called customer service and spoke to Van Pham, the tech support, she gave me some advices to trouble shoot to fix the problem, but the issue was not resolved. Van sent me the new remote and a mother board along with the instruction how to replace the parts on the next day. It took me 10 minutes to replace new parts and the massage chair works like new again. Thank you Van very much for your excellent services. I am very happy with my message chair and Luracos tech team, especially Van Pham.I highly recommend.
