This is a true haven of relaxation! I have never had such a relieving and healing massage as I did here. The therapists are truly skilled and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and learn what is going on with your body to help heal it. Pricing and packages are a great deal for your pocket. Highly recommend this as one of DFWs best massage studios!

I have had a lot of chronic neck and back pain. Also a lot of body paid. After my neuromuscular and deep tissue therapy message I feel a whole lot better . He very understanding and listen to you about my pain and this was the best massage I ever had. Thank you Mr. Dia. Atmosphere was very clean and calm. Can’t wait to see next time

The place is okay. The first time I came I had pain in my neck, shoulders and my left ankle. I paid for an extra 30 minute and the therapist fix all the pain that I was feeling at the time. I bought a package of 10 massages for 1 hour valid for 1 year any type of massage that they offer. The therapist is very persistent to sell. I thought at the time that it was a great idea because I could bring my husband with me. We dont really have the much time during the week to make an appointment and go do to work and family, they dont really take appointments on the weekends because they are full. It is really hard to get intoch by phone but if you leave a message they will call you back. So I eventually had to find time to come by and get my massages during the week. Out of the five massage only two I felt relieved from the pain I get in my shoulder from stress and knots.The other five massage my husband said that only one felt good. Then when you have like one more massage felt he tries to sell you another package, if you tell hem no I cant or I dont want it no more he says that no package the massage is like $90.00 for one hour or so. They dont really understand that life happens and it can be almost impossible to balance every single day. I need a different experience and something that really helps with my pain with and more flexible with services. I dont want to settle for good I want great.

This place has helped me with my recovery from my c5-c6 disc replacement. Mr. Dia is very knowledgeable and I always feel good after my massage. Highly recommend if you are looking for a massage that is more comprehensive thank just pushing on knots this is your spot.

Me and my cousin walked in and we were greeted by the owner. The owner was very friendly and inviting. He blessed my cousin with a massage that helped his arm pain. The spot was clean and serene. Awesome place and I look forward to future visits!!

I bought a massage package from the owner Dia. I still haven’t used them all but I hope to. Dia’s always given me a great massage. He’s very friendly and chatty, but if you request that you prefer not to talk, he will not talk unless it’s about your pain. I’ve just booked an appt for me and another one for my sister for next week. I can’t wait.

The first time I came was great the second time I hated I went back. I felt like I was at a car dealership buying a car and honestly that bothered me even more because the last cars I purchased I didnt have to go through that. The owner kept trying to sale me a message pkg. I know what I want and I dont have to be convinced of it. This kind of pressure turned me off totally. Even during the message he wouldnt shut up I was so stressed during the whole thing. Worst message ever. He kept saying Im not trying to sale and I said thats exactly what youre doing and what it feels like obviously he didnt care.

Started off great. Dia was great , then I was assigned to the owner who was nice; however talkative, always late and massaged with one hand. I brought a total of two package. The first package I used with no issues, the second package I only used once. Every time I call to setup appointment, I could not reach anyone, voicemail always full and no call back. I was at the point that I was not returning for service anyway, however I spent money on a service I couldn’t use.

This massage stores quality declined as they aggressively pushed massage packages. While it was once a reliable spot, securing appointments became challenging, with frequent rescheduling. The focus on selling expensive packages compromised the overall experience, leaving customers frustrated with the diminished service and scheduling difficulties. The owner also asks for leaving a good google review. But not this time.

Serenity Massage has never given me anything less than exceptional service! They are a wholesome and warm family-owned business. The owner is so kind and even treats me like I’m part of his family. The therapists were skilled, personable, and attentive. They are also considerate enough to ask for your preference (from body areas of focus and preference of male or female therapist). They do neuromuscular massages and therapeutic massages that can be tailored to any person regardless of age or injury. I went with my boyfriend who had returned from his military deployment with a herniated disc in his back and he left feeling so much better with less pain. This was very important because he was in pain and I was overworked. We both got exactly what we needed. This small detail created a serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The variety of massage techniques offered allowed me to tailor my session to exactly what my body needed. The therapist also checked in with me to ensure that the pressure was appropriate. The music was light and not overbearing and my therapist only spoke to me to check in. I appreciated that the building was SPOTLESS and I visibly saw the therapist sanitize everything before I came in and after I left. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I wholeheartedly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a top-notch massage experience. Five stars without a doubt!

I went here a few years ago. The owner gave me a great massage teh first time I was there...and while getting the massage pressured me into buying a package that I had to pay for up front. I did so, and then for the rest of my massages had very awkward experiences......stretching me out and lifting my chest up off the bed made me uncomfortable and made me feel exposed..i asked to have that stopped and so he did stop....my second massage he used one hand only and poked around at me...while texting..nothing like my first massage...i decided to give one more try since i bought the package...similar experience of a terrible massage....i decided not to use the rest of my package

My hubby bought me a massage for my birthday. Got a 1 1/2 hour massage, one of the best massages ever. Dia was great , he explained everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I have been to multiple massage places and this is the best one I’ve been too. Tension in my shoulders and lower back and my headache was gone. Definitely going back!

Booked a package after Dia promised some amazing massages back in March after keeping me on the phone for 45+ minutes. After my first 3 massages I realized that I didn’t want to come back because the massages aren’t 1 hour total. More like 30 minutes because he kept having to go to the front desk and answer the phone. I didn’t get my full hour. He kept asking for a review while I was there and I told him I would. But he kept saying please give my 5 stars. Right next door to a shoe store that blast loud music and reeks of 🌲 . Now anytime I try to get ahold of him to get a refund I can’t. Don’t go here!!!!!!

Ill make this short and unsweetened. The owner is very, very chatty to start with. I get massages for therapeutic reasons and would like to do so in quietness. The owner said the 1-hour massage would usually cost $89 but would give me a deal for $69. The young lady, Brita that was assigned to me oiled me up so heavily and did not take a warm towel to wipe me off. I left there looking like a greased monkey. NEVER AGAIN

They treated great until I brought $300 the massage package. after that it was all bad! Ihad the hardest time getting appt to get a massage. it was always filled this week,or a call back from Brita to cancel your massage for a different time and you cant set appt online or leave a message because they have the phone set up that way. they will call you back when they are ready. or she would ask you if you have the massage package before leting you know that she can get you in that week or not. and the answer is usually no. the owner will talk your ear off and make the massage hard to enjoy to where you dont want to come back again. he will also try to force you to give him a good review right away. I even asked him if he could stop talking to me while massaging me, and he still didnt listen and talk to me even though I told him I wanted to relax my mind as well as my body. and my last massage he did such a terrible job that my body hurt and it only 30 mins long instead of a hour. I think he did that so I would not come back since they already got paid for it. Its not a good place to go to. I got ripped off. I only recieved 6 massage out of 10and I brought this massage package last year August 2022 and here it is july 2023.

The pre-covid prices online are not updated to what they are charging now. I tried to pay online and it did not work, so I called instead. This is when the front desk guy told me that they are charging $69 each for me, my mom, and sister. However, he apparently accidentally charged me $79 each and, only after I checked the numbers, did he apologize and mention a refund for the difference. Upon arriving at the facility on time, we filled out some paperwork and were ready to start our massages 5 minutes into our appointment time. However, the 1 hour massage I booked did not start until 20 minutes in because the guy was chatting in the front. The massage itself lasted only 45 minutes. The front desk guy was the same one who gave me the massage and kept talking to me about his issues with Verizon and the business phone line, marital problems, and kept calling me baby. Very little oil was used and the room itself ran cold, however the massage itself was okay. Overall, this was not a comfortable booking or massage experience at all.

My husband found this business and scheduled me a prenatal appointment. I had Dia as my masseuse and I really enjoyed my visit with him. He has a calming and relaxing demeanor about him and made me feel really important. I’ve never had a professional massage before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I did enjoy the service I was given and am happy to come back. The facility was clean and comfortable as well.

The place is clean, sanitary, neat, relaxing atmosphere, professional, and I’ve never had an issue here. Went to get a massage as a gift from my friend and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. Dia is fantastic. Extremely kind, and his experience shows in the quality of the massage you receive. I did purchase a package deal and am so excited to get my much needed relaxation time.Update: Went for my first of 12 massages and can already feel the difference in the quality of my sleep. Prior to my first visit my shoulders and neck felt so tense and I would have to actively concentrate on getting my shoulders to relax. It’s incredible the difference I already feel!

David gave my girlfriend the best massage of her life and Brita gave me the best massage I ever had as well. They listen to what u want and address the pains your experiencing. Visited the site 1 time and the massage was great. Convinced to purchase a 10 spa package. Now that I paid for the 10 pkg 2 weeks ago. I have not been able to reach anyone to schedule another massage. I feel I have been taken advantage of and my 600 dollars spent on the massage pkg. I will reach out to my bank to get this transaction reversed.The massage parlor very clean and well sanitized. The professionalism and knowledge of the lymphatic drainage system was very informative. I went into Serenity Massage Therapy not knowing what to expect. I was tense and very achy. The last time I had a massage was approx 2 1/2 years ago. I knew I was way over due. Long story short , my experience was AMAZING! The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by awesome staff! It was clean and the perfect environment. Mr. Dia was my therapist and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He focused on the stressed parts of my body and made me feel more than comfortable. My husband and I came in and received the couples massage and hands down, this is the best massage I’ve ever received! Mr. Dia and Ms. Brita was incredible and very warm and inviting. I was having really bad nerve pain in my wrist and forearm so I decided to try massage therapy. I had never had a professional massage before and was pretty nervous but, they made me feel super comfortable and reassured the whole time. Dia did a lymphatic/neuromuscular orthopedic massage and it worked wonders. After my arm felt much better along with the rest of me! I figured I would try it once and that was it but before I left I was already booking another session.I would definitely recommend!

All of the massage therapists are amazing, especially Ms. Brita. I would give her 5 stars any given day! This place provides great professional services. I had a Lymphatic Massage, the therapist made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Very clean, relaxing atmosphere, and most importantly very sanitized! How this place has any good reviews is beyond me. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I STRONGLY advise anyone wanting a massage here to take the bad reviews seriously. From the time we walked in the door (my boyfriend and I), we knew we should have walked right back out, but we didnt. We were in the couples massage room and the lady started on my boyfriend while I waited on the guy therapist to even get there. After 20 minutes, he arrived and started my massage. It was absolutely horrible and horrifying. He was popping and cracking my back and neck like a chiropractor and i had to stop the massage. I have never been to a chiropractor before and surely not what I signed up for the day I got this massage. Ever since my massage my neck has been killing me, and i got my massage 4 months ago. I have reported this company to the BBB and STRONGLY recommend you rethink your decision to use this place. Yes, it is cheap, but this guy is not licensed to do what he does to people and can and has really hurt people by his malpractice. Never again.

Went for my first prenatal massage here with Dia. He was awesome and tailored the massage to my needs. Ive been having bad pelvic girdle pain this pregnancy and can already feel after one session Im moving around more easily. The massage table was heated, ambiance relaxing and I will definitely be returning!

The owner helped my lower back get better after just one massage! Bretta does most of my massages and she is incredible as well. Im hooked Lol. I am not one to usually write a review. But today I was very pleased. I work a crazy schedule and have been trying to get in to take advantage of my purchased massage package. In all fairness I have not been able to give serenity massage a few days heads up for an appointment. So I explained my situation to Tracy last week and I truly felt she was genuine about trying to help and accommodate me. Unfortunately I never got a follow up reminder about my appointment that was set up for today. She apologized and took accountability and said that the day we spoke they were very busy. And took the extra step and I felt she made things right. So thank you Tracy! And a big thank you to Shay the masseuse for being super attentivattentive to my problem areas. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a local business to support. This is hands down the best place Ive personally visited for a professional massage. My therapist was nice personally but her massaging skills was highly questionable. The background sounds being played was not soothing and the volume didnt make it serene. Besides these, I could hear the outside noise. The receptionist was indeed professional and thorough with each and every guest. The $299 12-month deal offered to me was a great deal but it has no value for me. With its great location, I can see this place thrive but I will not be returning anytime soon.

I’m a high risk pregnancy and received a prenatal massage here from Dia and it was wonderful! Was nervous at first being high risk, but once here realized there’s nothing to worry about. They make you feel comfortable and take very good caution with you and any high risk needs. Very clean facility and awesome people! Will be back.

My husband and I just had our first couples massage and have no complaints. My husband had Brita and she made sure to work on the spots he needed the most. This was my first massage and I had Dia. He made sure I was comfortable and communicated on everything. We would recommend this place for sure.

This place is a gem! I got a GREAT deal on a long massage. I recently had surgery, and my shoulders and neck have been tight and painful every since. I found Serenity Massage while I was going to see a customer in Arlington, and decided to let them have a crack at working out the tightness. What a great job! They were careful because of my surgery, but very thorough. Made me feel a LOT better, and they didnt try to talk me into any contracts like some of the chains do. Ill definitely be going back! Worth the drive.

I had a lot of pain and tension in my neck and back and Mr.Dia was great at addressing all my pain and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I got a lymphatic, neuromuscular, and orthopedic all in one hour session! The area was also very sanitized.

Dia was very friendly and made me feel more than welcome. He paid special attention to the areas I requested and made sure I had plenty of water before and after the massage. Gotta stay hydrated to get out all those toxins! The massage tables are also heated! Which is something I found positively delightful since it was cold and rainy the day I went. Great experience!

When I first started coming here a year ago, the place was great! I even bought a 12 massage package for a great price. Ive never had any issues with employees being rude or anything, but the last few times Ive gone have been horrible. There is never anyone at the reception desk anymore and apparently many of the massage therapists just dont show up so they are so short handed that they have to stop my massage to go talk to costumers walking in and the entire massage you just hear the phone ringing continuously. Ive always gotten decent massages here and have always been treated respectfully, but its just very very unprofessional to leave during my massage to go check customers that walked in.

Amazing place! Ive had 2 professional massages in the past and both experiences were terrible. I have had a lot of irritating tension pain all throughout my back and after those first 2 massages, I thought maybe massages just werent for me. After having a lot of trouble and pain even while sitting down I decided to give it another shot and after this experience- I will be going here again for the rest of my massages. The staff is so nice and inviting, the atmosphere there is so friendly and relaxing and my masseuse was seriously the best!! He told me that he has been doing this for over 10 years and it definitely shows in his craft. He really wants the best for all his clients and wasnt pushy with sales on a membership. My first visit here was great and very helpful. I have had severe, chronic migraines for about 15 years so I was hopeful that this would be of help. BUT. . . at the end of my first visit, they were extremely aggressive to get me to purchase a package and to leave a review. I did as I thought that I would experience the same level of service. That was not at all the case. My next appt - I arrived and they had scheduled someone else for the same time and I had to reschedule. The next time, I waited in the waiting area for over 30 min and no one even came out to see what we were there for. I called and asked to talk with a manager twice. I never heard from one. I made another appt - the person I had scheduled for that time did not show up - the person who gave the massage that time was not very good at all. Bottom line - they clearly valued my money but not me as a customer. Shame on me for paying for the package; lost money for me and not the help I thought I would receive.

Ive been to Serenity Massage Therapy 3 times and I had great experiences. I went because of the pain in my back and foot. Each time I have went Dia, the massage therapist, help with the knots out of my back and sooth my foot pain. When I leave, I walk and feel better.

I received a 90 min neuromuscular massage from Dia. He was informative and I learned a lot about trigger point and preventative stretches to help me day to day. It was sanitary and comfortable. Extremely family oriented!

I had been doing some research and checking out other massage parlors but when it came to Serenity I could not be more satisfied with my visit than anything else in this world and quite frankly when I see bad reviews I honestly cannot picture any of it. Serenity makes you feel warm, welcome, and almost like family. They take superb care of you while youre stress, aches, and pains dissipate, or your mind just wanders on a journey of peace. The owner really goes out of his way and tailers his massages to your personal needs and wants. I will recommend this place to any and everyone and the prices are very reasonable, clean, friendly atmosphere! This place is heaven sent!!!

I read fantastic reviews on Facebook and Google, only to check Yelp the night before my massage and I chose to go anyways, despite the terrible reviews I read there.Let me start by saying there’s no receptionist or staff other than the owner Dia and one other therapist. The hours on the door said they were open, but no one was there until 5 minutes before my scheduled massage and the owner was on the phone with a client almost 20 minutes into my massage time. He made up the time by keeping me later, it was still an inconvenience. The lobby is dirty and the furniture is in a state of disrepair. The restroom and the massage room and linens were clean, but the rooms have bifold slotted doors so you can see inside and hear everything going on.I went in at 28 weeks pregnant for a prenatal massage, I did call and was assured the therapists are certified in prenatal (they are NOT) and ended up having the worst massage of my life. Not only did I have to TELL Dia not to pop my back (massage therapists are not EVER supposed to do this) but he popped several other parts of my body and put so much pressure on my hips that he pushed my pelvis out of alignment and I had to seek chiropractic care to realign it.I felt okay walking out, tipped and scheduled a second appointment but within an hour I was in terrible pain and couldn’t even walk.I called a week later (still in pain I might add) to cancel a future appointment I had made and requested him to refund my mother in law for the gift certificates she had purchased but he has yet to return her calls or answer the messages we have both left. I spoke with him briefly over the phone following the incident and he did nothing but deny responsibility and blame me for pain he clearly caused me. Extremely unprofessional to blame ME when I literally went straight home after my massage.

I had very bad shoulder pain, could not sleep on that shoulder that’s how bad it hurt for years. I had a neuromuscular/ orthopedic massage and it was such a relief. I can sleep again on my shoulder with 0 pain for the first time in years! The message establishment is always clean and has that great spa atmosphere. Me and my husband went to Serenity for a couples massage Saturday we were serviced by Dia and Brita both of them were very professional and friendly and even though our massage started late Dia apologized and once he began my massage I forgot all about it, that massage felt like just what their name is Serenity. After our massage we ended have a great conversation with Dia cant wait to go back.

Me and my husband were in town for the weekend and scheduled a couples massage. The room was very clean and cozy. Temperature was set cool, but the blankets made a very relaxing combination. I even think that the tables were heated or had heating pads. I asked for a medium pressure massage and my therapist Monique gave me a 5/5 star shiatsu. She really relaxed my tense back and hamstrings. Thanks Monique. Great conversation with Dia afterwards. Thank you for your service. Will be back for sure when we come into town.

I have been to this location on several occasions. I joined the membership to benefit from the package and I need to go twice a week. Dis and Brita are both very warm and great at there jobs. The location is clean and very accessible. I would highly recommend this location to all.

I went for a massage I left with so much pain its been the worse massage experience I had ever. My neck is in so much pain now every time i move it hurts. He cracked my back and neck im pretty sure he messed my neck as the pain is getting worse. During the appointment I was trying to enjoy my massage however the guy wouldnt stop talking about buying a package. When I left he kept on talking about it despite the fact I told him i was not interested and he wouldnt stop. I wouldnt recommend this place. The place is clean but the service terrible. Dont let him crack your neck ...

I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for a long time and have had many massages but this is the first time my back has been completely out of pain. If you have chronic pain, I recommend a deep tissue from Dia. They make you feel so comfortable and the prices are very affordable. I will definitely be returning.

I was very cautious coming in, because my last group massage (not here) was NOT a good experience. With that being said, my husband and I wanted to do something different for us, for Valentines Day and scheduled us a couples massage. Amanda made me very comfortable. The room was very peaceful. The lighting and music were dim and soothing. I expressed my concerns to Amanda from my last massage and she took it to heart, making this massage SO much better. Afterwards, Dia made a deal my husband just couldnt refuse, so we purchase 12 more massages. I cant wait to go back!

It started as a good experience 6 months ago, but the place has gone downhill since. receptionists dont seem to last long, and neither the masseuses . They only have Dia and Britta now, no receptionist. It is annoying that if I am having a massage and I am currently being interrupted because someone is at the front door. Also, the masseuse does not make up for the time, and I end up having a 30min massage when I paid for 1hour. I have had them call me on the same day as my massage, I was on my way there and they said your masseuse is on annual leave, we need to reschedule, time wasting as I was on my way there.... also, last time I was there there was a stink of ammonia at the front desk....at least I hoped that was ammonia and not pee.... will not go back.

I have been going to another masseuse for 2 years ,one of the top chains and never have I ever got up and felt almost intoxicated from toxins released in my body after massage and this was by far one of the best massage Ive gotten it was an hour it was great ! I was on vacation with my boyfriend and we wanted to get couple massages. So when we got there I was not impressed with the decor. When we signed in the lady at the desk said that she would be working my boyfriend but said she cant do hard massages because of her hand. I regret not reading all the review because them running late seems to be a thing and we were supposed to meet up with people. They informed us that the couple massage tables werent as comfortable as the individual rooms so we ended up splitting up. I waited for the man to do my massage for 20 minutes. It was a nice massage but the lady who worked on my boyfriend had to stop 15-20 minutes in because of her hand. The people were nice but I didnt like the fact that they charged us for it when only one of us got the full hour.

My husband got me a massage here for mothers day and the experience blew me out of the water! Literally the best massage I have had in my whole life. I got a package and have been 4 times sense (5 total) and have been treated like family, I love the fact that it is a mom and pop shop and the owner knows his regulars. Diya is the best at what he does, super professional and courtious and really cares about your comfort and well being. Not to mention he is a veteran which in and of itself is a reason to support his small business. I recommend him to anyone who will listen, I even booked my in laws a couple massage and my best friend a prenatal massage. Im athletic and have a super tight back and Diya used shiatsu technique to pop and loosen my back and I leave feeling better and better every time. I could literally rave about the service and massage all day long. I HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit over any corporate place, you just dont get that family feel from a corporation!

I am staying in Arlington for a while and I hadnt had a massage in a few weeks. The owner got me the same day and I was extremely grateful. From the moment he went to work, it was obvious he had many years of experience and a thorough understanding of the muscle/nerve/skeletal system.As a person who gets massages regularly, I HIGHLY recommend Serenity. I will be making this my regular place for as long as I am in Arlington.

My husband and I enjoy the massages we get at Serenity! I have arthritis in my hips and knees, and just one session with Dia has me walking better and pain-free quicker than steroid injections in the joints, and (to me) is better than going to the chiropractor! His deep tissue technique has worked out knots I didnt realize I had! He is very attentive to my needs, and listens when I list off (ok, complain) all my aches and pains. It is a true talent for him to do what he does! The rooms are very calm and clean, extremely relaxing, and the price cant be beat! When we come in, we are not treated like clients, we truly are treated like family, which is hard to find these days!

I located this place by searching “prenatal massage” and it’s by far the best massage I’ve had. Tracy, the receptionist, is very kind and always fits me in. I’ve gone to spas, used Soothe and Massage Envy and Olivia, the masseuse who I work with at Serenity, is a natural. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. This place is a diamond in the rough, for sure. Ask for Olivia! Bonus: the prices really can’t be beat.

Ive only been going a couple weeks but I can tell a huge difference already. Came here for a massage shortly after injuring my self playing soccer. I was having neck and back pain. I usually stick it out since I always play and feel soar, but I must of pulled a muscle bad. I was recommended to come by and try this place out. I was very impressed by the ambiance as it was very welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. I was also very impressed by the customer service, and most importantly the massage, I definitely will come here again.

Working in the ICU during COVID has really taken a toll on my back but thank God I found this massage place! The staff is amazing and it is very clean and sanitary throughout the entire building! Mr. Dia gave an awesome massage and even explained the neuromuscular system, TMJ, sciatica and the proper nutrients to intake to get rid of inflammation. He even prayed for me! This place is amazing! I’ve had massages before, but always left feeling like they could have focused more on a certain area. Dia is absolutely the best! He personalizes the massage so that you’re getting maximum benefit and doesn’t miss anything! I suffer from debilitating chronic pain due to injury and fibromyalgia. So sad to say I have never wrote a bad review so this is my first one. I recently moved to Arlington so I was looking online for a massage places near me and I came across Serenity massage I saw that they had good reviews So I went to there website were it said $59 for an hour which is the average price for them so I call to schedule the appointment surprisingly she had availability the next day so I took it when I asked her the price she told me $79 (should have taken it as a red flag) so I told her online has a different price so which she said there website hasn’t been for sometime and she mentioned the packages they have too but I told her I would do the $79 for right now if I change my mind will let them know after my appointment regardless it being $20 I decided to make the appointment thinking it would be worth it since they have good review but not only did I have to pay $79 I also had to pay for it before services were render (another red flag). The next day I get to my appointment I get taken back to the room the place looked clean I am not going to lie about that and 15 minutes after my appointment Dya walks in apologizes for being late (which honestly is no biggie I know things happen) seem like a nice he touching/applying pressure to my back and tells me I need a lot of work done but instead of massaging me he starts talking ALOT none stop for a straight 1 hour not to sound mean but I paid $79 for a massage not for a psychological counseling so here I am laying down waiting for my massage to start (already in my head thinking I am never coming back here) when he says I am going to need 30 minutes since your back needs a lot of work but in my head I am like if would have started to massage me like an hour ago instead of talking He wouldn’t need extra an 30 minutes but I agree another big mistake I made at the end of the session he starts trying to sell me his $348 package which he was “only having it that day” and “only for me to help me” mind you when I called to schedule the lady offered it to me and from reading the reviews he has been having those package prices for years.I kept telling him I would think about it and comeback and buy it if I wanted it but nope he kept insisting he even created his hand made certificate after I had told him I was going to think about it and to make matters worst he tells me that if I get the package he would not charge me the extra 30 minutes which was $55 more than what I had already paid the day before. He was so pushy it made me so uncomfortable that I told him just charge the $55 because I had to go I had already wasted more than I had planned too and although I knew that wasn’t right what he did to me was not worth $134 (1 hour of talking and 30 minutes of light massage ) at all I have been having massages and adjustments for years never had I had this type of experience I rather drive far than to comeback here. This was very stressful and uncomfortable experience not relaxing at all. Sad to say I definitely do not recommend this place very expensive if you don’t fall for his sale pitch of his “one of a kind made specially for you” packages. I feel like the owner does all the new clients in order to push his packages on us and if he doesn’t get you to buy it he throws in those extra 30 minutes for $55 extra (for free because in my case I didn’t even get my first hour of massage when I had to pay an extra $55 for 30 minutes) as a away to make extra money regardless it’s sad that this business is ran like that I really had high hopes but my search continues.

We got there 20 min early and they set the room up and we started 10 min early! They were very respectful and very nice individuals! Both my boyfriend and I will be going back! I am much worse than I started. He caused nerves to be pinched that werent a problem beforehand. He was too vigorous. I am in severe pain. In addition to my pain growing he kept pushing me to buy a package. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. The door was locked and he kept talking throughout the massage that I was there for 2 hours. He said they lick to door for security. I left and on my way to the hospital.

I just had a massage today for mothers day! It was so amazing! My husband gave me the best gift! Im a nurse and Im on my feet for 12hrs a day, the massage therapist did a amazing job on my back, legs, and feet.

Couples massage today, my therapist was Dia and husbands was Latoya. We both give a 5 star rating! Dia knew exactly where my trouble spot was without me telling him and I left feeling great, my pain was gone and I was so relaxed. He did several types of massage and answered the questions I had along the way. As a nurse, I appreciated the explanations given and know that he is very knowledgeable about the healing power of massage.

We booked our couples massage on a whim because it sounded like fun. It was honestly better than king spa for me. Dia was my massage therapist and i am in awe. I havent had a massage this good in 4 years! The therapist i was working with then was not nearly as reasonably priced. I hurt my back a few weeks ago, and my back was so sore and stiff and the knots between my shoulders were especially intense. Dia worked so dilgently to release those knots and listened to me when I asked for the pressure needs i had to work my back out. My back feels so much better, i can bend fully for the first time in weeks, and i honestly cant wait to go back.

Highly recommend this place!I had been dealing with severe shoulder pain for the past 6 months. After my first treatment, I noticed a change in mobility almost immediately. Im now able to pick up my children without the annoying pinching pain.

Ok, i must admit, i havent been back since either my regular therapist named treasure either quit or got fired, i dont know. she was the best masseuse ever. Ive dealt with several, at least 11 therapist from all over dfw and she was number 1. she was friendly and very professional. i usually set a 2 week appointment with her but after my last one, which was my best one, we said see you in 2 weeks. so fast forward 2 weeks later. i show up 25 mins early like i always do and me and the receptionist talked. but 2 mins before my appointment she told me that i have to take another therapist and didnt tell me why i couldnt see my regular one named treasure? she said i dont know. so my new therapist and i wont say her name hurt the heck outta me. i felt hurt for 3 days. she was so rough. the place is nice but i havent been back and wont come back until they get treasure back. that is why i gave the 5 stars because of treasure.

Called for a last minute appt and they took me in. Awesome prices, Britta did an amazing job and I felt super comfortable with her. She is highly recommended and will have you feeling healthy at the end of your session.

Im a Veteran who is in constant pain. Some old Army injuries that had always been a problem for me (off&on) started acting up again. The Neuromuscular with Deep Tissue massage combo relieved more pain than any of the Doctors and massage therapists (all over the world) that I have been sent to!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this recommendation and schedule an appointment - you will thank me for it!!!!

I give a one star because of customer service! Please be warned don’t ever cancel or get sick because it seems like they are hard up for money and won’t give you a refund. I even offered to let them keep a big percentage due to the inconvience of canceling. They didn’t budge! Which was a real disappointment because being a business owner, customer service is everything, especially if it’s a legit reason. I was even going to sue but my lawyer said it wouldn’t be worth the cost of small claims court. I could understand no refund for a $25 massage but I was coaxed into buy an expensive gift certificate. So don’t be duped into getting a gift certificate and God forbid u have to travel or get sick cause they won’t understand! I pray that no one else gets played like we did. Just say no! If you went because of the $25 offer that they use to entice you through the door say NO, when he offers u a gift certificate that “he claims they don’t offer any more” but I got it anyway! You been warned, put your life on hold if you plan on being a repeat gift certificate holder, because they won’t bend or budge...

I am a veteran and get massages regularly, and this place is a nightmare! Terrible customer service. For the last few months, Dia, the owner manipulates and doesnt call back when you leave messages. He will not refund gift card packages that ate already bought. I live in another city, couldnt make it to the remainder of my gift package, about 6 massages, which was sold To me because my girlfriend wanted to cancel and have a refund, but dia wouldnt let her. He uses personal info to manipulate and gives a little TOO personal the massages.

I went to this facility after receiving a flyer in the mail, I was surprised beyond expectation. I am a health care provider practicing Family Medicine, typing all day causes me to have several muscle aches, tension headaches and shoulder tightness. I really wanted to receive a massage which would relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders and allow me to feel relaxed at the same time. Let me tell you, this was the most unique massage I have received. the shiatshu manipulation technique which my therapist used left me feeling very relaxed, mobile, and limber. Dia, really surprised me with his gentle yet firm strokes, he was able to work out a lot of my muscle tension. He spent almost two hours (since he had time to really release my tension with precise reflexology, heat and pressure at certain trigger points) He did have some adjustments which he did after he sought my permission. He constantly was assessing and gauging my responsiveness to the technique. His attention to detail was exceptional. He was very professional in his treatment and assessment. Being in the healthcare field I very much appreciated his professional approach to individualize my massage. I have a lot of tension which has built up so, we will have to conquer the tension with multiple sessions. However, I believe this is the beginning to a great revelation.Thank you! I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who needs a professional massage for any need from relaxation to prenatal massage. The options are limitless.

Best massage I have ever had from Mr. Dia!As a photographer and a mother the stress and the muscle soreness get overwhelming!!Serenity Massage is my place now to get rid of my pain and stress! very professional staff and they treat you like a family!! I will recomend them to everyone I know!!!

Came here because I read such great reviews on Google, but our experience hasnt been great :(Booked 15 massages for my husband due to his work - owner pushed them heavily over the phone... wasnt worried due to high ratings.- The voucher is a physical paper coupon that youre supposed to bring with you every time; they had no records (electronically or other) in case you didnt have it on you - pretty lame since its paper thin.- Weve almost had a different masseuse every time, with VERY inconsistent practice. Weve had an older woman who sat while giving a massage & barely tried, a younger guy who admitted he was fresh out of school & very timid, to better ones, but ragged on not following the rules of the boss the entire time of massages.- Wasnt told that our voucher only was for 1 year, so we didnt get to use them all in time. Each time weve gone to pay afterwards, theres an issue with the computer or other that either 1) made the admin stressed & incredibly vocal about it, making everyone in the room nervous, or 2) charged our card incorrectly.I *hate* being that person who rags on companies, but dont fall for the mistake that I did. Just because others have rated it well, you can find higher quality massages and customer service elsewhere!

You know what is a pain in my neck? The pain in my neck! I slept funny (I think) almost 2 months ago. I thought it might be a quick fix - a little crunch crunch from the chiropractor and I’d be on my way. I went to the chiropractor, and she spent all of 2 minutes doing just that (and taking my $150) with no relief. She told me to stretch in the shower. So I tried that, and put a hot rice sock on my neck. Still bothering me. After a few weeks with the pain still bothering I finally gave in to visit a physician. Now, I will say, I went to medical school. So I know how pain works. And I did all of the conservative things before opting for meds. I even went to the Osteopathic physician in the hopes they could slide around some bones/muscles/fascia, and still, the pain remained. So I tried the hefty muscle relaxants and pain meds. All they did was make me sleep all day, with neck pain. Finally, I remembered about a local massage therapist somebody had posted about in the neighborhood message boards. Let me say that my experience at Serenity Massage trumps all of the other professionals I visited before. The massage therapist is not only working on soft tissue massage, he also has Shiatsu techniques up his sleeve, and spinal manipulation (if you like) that I find even better than any chiropractor or Osteopath (and I went to medical school). And you get a full hour (more than the 5-15 minutes I received from other manipulative workers). Serenity is the only relief I have had from neck pain in months. I recommend it as a seasoned massage customer, as well as a trained medical practitioner. I hesitate to even post this, because I need to selfishly save room to continue my own weekly appointments, but I’m doing it as a service to the community. You deserve to relax, and what better place than right here in our neighborhood.

I had a massage from Mr.Dia. It was great, I recommend it fully to all of my friends and family. It helped me relieve lots of stress and made me feel completely better. He also has lots to say about massage therapy which is very interesting and helpful. I love it here !

I had a massage from Ms. Brita and it was a good first experience. Nice clean Spa, with a calming atmosphere. She performed a deep tissue and lymphatic massage on me!!

November 27, 2016As an update to my review:I would like to notate that the business owner cares about rectifying customer service and has attempted to reach out to rectify the bad experience that I had. The business owner also refunded the money for both of the messages.Written: September 3, 2016While I normally do not give bad reviews over locations, I can say that I slept on it before reviewing this location.With that being said, this massage location is not one that I will be returning to.If you are interested in chiropractic practices (like seeing a chiropractor, then by all means this is the location your looking for and you can request Mr. Dia).However if its your first time at this location, never been massaged by this individual before and are a new customer it has been my experience at massage places that the masseus will ask the client politely if it is all right to pop your back.During my massage, I was not asked if that was okay, Mr. Dia just applied pressure and popped my back. Truthfully I should have ended my session and requested to leave the first time he applied pressure to pop my joints. Needless to say I woke up this morning with pain in my lower back, back, and spine that was not there going into the session. Even my wrist joints hurt as well and I feel pain in my lumbar area.I am new to the area and was looking for a place to have a massage, a full body couples massage. The couples massage room was awkward and the two beds where not next to each other horizontally but vertically one bed behind the other bed.There was another therapist that performed another massage on my partner and his review of her massage is better then my review of my experience; however, he would give her a 3 star review. He felt she did a decent job but it was far from a 4 star review and galaxies away from a 5 star review.Then after the massage, we came out to sign our receipt because the session was prepaid for. It was then that Mr. Dia went through a more aggressive/ insistent sales pitch and request for a tip. The massage was prepaid for so according to him you had to do a separate transaction for the tip, then he added the $2 fee onto the total you wished to tip. Basically, at that point from a customer standpoint, the tip we wished to leave should have been just that and taken the $2 fee out of the designated tip.After the tip, he went on trying to sell a package, a series of 12 messages from $29 each. To act today and to pay in advanced/ upfront. Then he went on to say Were not making any money here. That this is our way of doing charity and at the sign of us not being interested he even offered to take payments. Ill give you $1,000 if you can find any massage place that will give you this deal for less. We tried to leave but he was persistent and it came to the point that my partner basically put his foot down and said we have to go, we can not do that at this time and even then, he wrote on a card with the package he was offering and told us to come back before the end of September. These sales pitches are more like the aggressive style you see from Time Share sellers and really do not have a place in a business like massage therapy which is suppose to be relaxing and comforting. I have been to many facilities to receive massages and this has never happened, and in turned caused stress to the customers that where suppose to be there to de-stress.Just be weary, if your looking for a weird pressure/ stretch / pop your joints and not know if this person is a licensed chiropractor then Mr. Dia must be the person your looking for. However, if you want a high quality massage go somewhere else.

If you want to feel amazingly relaxed and have a good nights sleep, this is the place for you! I went in with a bad headache and in need of some relaxation. Mr, Dia went to work (orthopedic, neuro-muscular massage) and thankfully, my headache was gone! Everyone was friendly, informative, and professional.....I came out feeling like a million bucks!

I had surgery a week ago and needed a massage to release all the fluid and pressure I had and Dia did just that. I came in swollen and had a hard time taking off my faja but once he was done with me I put my faja on with no problems. He knows what he’s doing and i left there a different person. I highly recommend Dia for lymphatic drainage massages.

This is by far the best place to get massages. Dia is such a caring and generous person. He is very sincere to his customers and to his work. Hes served in the military and is very respectful. Ive been coming here with my wife and I for a year and will continue to being regular customers.

I saw that this Massage Therapy practice had great reviews so I decided to make an appointment for a deep tissue massage. Mr. Dia was my Massage Therapist, and I’m very thankful that he was. He gave me an hour and a half deep tissue massage with some manipulation, and I walked out of there feeling like a new person. Dia is a really great guy and is definitely in the business to take care of people. As a plus, Dia is a veteran of the US Armed Forces and is a former Police Officer, and he understands the time and care that is required to care for those that have served. I highly recommend Serenity!

I called for a same day appointment. I was acknowledged and well received by Dia. The place is immaculate and smells great. He attended to my every need. Dia is keen and talented. I never get my full 1 hour full massage always go answer the phone while she massage me, every time i called to make appointment no one pick up the phone, very bad customer service, be careful, i will never go back again.

Wife bought me a prepaid year supply of massages from this place . Nobody answers the phone meaning I have to physically drive to the business to get an appointment. My back has been purposely cracked without my permission, I was so shocked I was speechless.... They seem to have a rotating crew of therapist because I never see or get the same one each time I go eventhough I was sold on the ability of the first therapist and assured I could keep coming to her.... This business is run horribly although there are some decent massage therapists that work here....

I have a received massages by Dia sporadically over 10yrs. Each time has been great! Due to not receiving them on a regular basis, on my last visit he spent more time then normal to help me without extra charge and performed multiple types of massage e.i. shiatsu, deep tissue, neuromuscular and sport massages all in one session. Finding that theres a difference in my body in having blockage that needs more attention, I agreed to continue these services in order to increase my life by relieving these toxins and blocks from my body. He listened to what was going on with my back and he addressed ever issue plus more. Initially it was a gift for our anniversary, went in for a couple massage. I have issue with my shoulders & arms. My husband has back pain..Over all the experience was nice... the problem I have is the scheduling for appointment , when call no answer and very limited time set up for couple, even called a week or so ahead...I was told they I could just come in if by myself. well, not true ...I needed a massage for stiffness in the neck , try to call them several time but no answer, stopped in there was told that they don’t have anything, call tomorrow for any opening!!!!! What???Sign on door “walk in welcome”??? Lol called next day phone just ring.....no answer and couldn’t even leave msgThe therapist worked on me is great, but it wouldn’t do me any good if I can’t get in, therefore the 3 ⭐️. Hope you guys get thing organize, I known I’m not the only one experienced this problem.
