This place is fantastic. They have several therapists that can accommodate the 2hr sessions (schedule permitting). Rachel in particular is fantastic, and I intend to stay a regular as long as I stay in Texas

I just got my massage by Rachel. She’s the best. I’m extremely tense and tight from work and everything but I feel so much better since she’s worked her magic. My official go-to for the rest of my massages.

Very clean; inside and out. Immediately greeted with a smile and genuine concern. The bed and music selection were very relaxing.First time visit and well deserved after a rough flight. Valencia was wonderful. I felt great afterwards!!!

I HAVE FIVE MONTHS OF PAID SERVICES TO USE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THEM! I had FIVE credits on my account AKA 5 months of payments for massages that have rolled over. I had scheduled a facial and a massage a couple weeks ago and was cancelled on by the person who was going to do my facial. I rescheduled the facial to this past weekend but before then my monthly payment did not go through. Upon checking into my facial, I was told that i needed to pay the membership fee in order to have my facial that morning and if I couldnt then I needed to pay the cancellation fee of $35 (yet the person that cancelled on me the weekend prior did not have to pay me $35 for cancelling the morning of of course!!!!!!!!!!!!). this is the most unfair rule that massage envy has. I HAVE FIVE MONTHS OF PAID SERVICES TO USE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THEM even if my current payment did not go through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff cant do anything for the customer like override or make an exception for the customers because you dont have upper management in the building. You leave the employees crippled by not allowing them to make certain decisions. I have had this membership for over 3 years. that is 36 months PLUS, that is over $2000!!! You guys need to refund me for the credits that I have paid for AND cancel my membership. you are losing a long term customer. It saddens me because I have three children and I work full time, and I enjoy this personal time, it is a gift to myself and you rob me of this. REFUND!

Liam is the best for a genuine deep massage. He always addresses my stressed shoulders and neck and always asks what the problem areas are before we begin the session. Highly Recommend.

Had an appointment at Champions Park location on Friday morning. Massage therapist didn’t even bother to show up. Was scheduled with different therapist the next morning. That one did not bother to show up either. Be advised I learned about the first no-show a minute before I walked in the building. I learned about the second no-show after I had been waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

Not happy with my experience for several reasons. Probably won’t be returning. I get massages regularly and have had many massage therapists. I’ve gone to several Massage Envy’s as well. This one was off. I have two major issues: my initial feedback wasn’t considered properly and the wrong questions were being asked to identify what I needed. I left feeling like I didn’t get what I had needed. Areas I didn’t want overworked were overworked and the areas I actual came for were not handled at all, or only very little. And now being the next day, my body is not as relaxed as it usually is after a massage and it’s impacting my mood, and I wasn’t able to sleep last night. Methods were not helpful or considerate of my body. Disappointed.

Rachel was amazing. She took her time, focused on tense areas and for this being the second time being a client of Rachel’s, she never disappoints. I fell asleep AGAIN! Thank you Rachel.#TipYourMassageTherapist 🩷

The massage itself was great. Valencia was very pleasant. A suggestion would be to provide the full hour paid for. I arrived early, was escorted back late, and was done early. The actual massage was maybe 30 to 40 minutes at best. I do recommend it though and would go back.

Received a hot stone massage and my massage therapist (thin woman with curly hair & glasses) made me feel like she didnt want to massage me and that I was disturbing her. She was very short with me and never smiled. Aside from her odd attitude, she wasnt gentle when repositioning my arms, legs, and head which made me tense up every time. Couldnt really relax... I had high hopes for my massage as I used to think that massage envys hired professional massage therapist, but this one is just not it. Will not be going back. Hope they do better job of hiring... front staff was superb though.

I dont normally get massages, however, I took advantage of a gift card given to me and I discovered that Anita is The Baker of Therapists.

I have been going here on and off for a couple of years. Today I tried a new masseuse due to the old one I liked leaving. The new one was Valencia! And WOW!!!! I like a productive and medium-firm massages that works out my soreness and she did it without pain. She was professional and her technique was some of the best I have ever experienced with her. I immediately fooled my next 3 sessions! If you all need a good masseuse she is your girl! I can not giver her a high enough review!

The massage was good no complaints there; just felt like the masseuse could’ve been a little bit more personable.I’m used to the person waiting for me once I come out the room. In all the years that I’ve been with Massage Envy this is the first time the masseuse was nowhere to be found after the massage was over. This was my first time at this location so I don’t know if that’s the norm.

I wasnt interested in a membership but after my service I definitely signed up for one. I had a great 1st time experience using a gift card i got for my birthday and I am looking forward to my next service. If you are thinking about trying this place you wont be disappointed

I was experiencing headaches the last 2 days with pain and aches in my neck into my shoulders (it’s been a stressful week). I wasn’t too sure what kind of pressure I needed as I can tend to be sensitive. I scheduled an appointment last minute over the app and Terrance was available and it noted he works with all pressures. I came in, explained my situation and he explained the pressure he would start with and other pressures to expect. It was AMAZING! Needless to say I woke up this morning and my headache was GONE!! 10 out of 10 experience. I will be coming back next month.

I was supposed to have a 2hr massage today, but less than 3hrs before my massage, they called to cancel. Im very frustrated. We are expected to cancel within 24hrs or be charged for the service that we were going to have done, yet we do not get the same courtesy on our end when they cancel on us. All I was offered was a reschedule for another day or do you want a facial? If I wanted a facial, I would have booked one. I needed a 2hr massage, thus why I booked it. So, am I going to receive the cancelation fee of the 2hr massage for yall canceling less than 24hrs from my appointment? Its only fair, right?

Received sports massage and some stretch assist. Masseuse was very knowledgeable, sharing with me some exercise tips. Will definitely return.Excellent spa environment -- relaxing / soothing.

Tonya my therapist was great. But the people working the counter do not understand HIPPA laws or that peoples medical history is private. I was asked to fill out the forms of a first time customer orally instead of being handed the forms to complete. After having to insist on privacy (there were 3 other staff members and two other customers listening) the counter staff person finally handed over the tablet for me to complete the forms. I wont be back and the manager of this place owes me an apology.

At the beginning it was awesome.. made my next appointment but therapist no longer there another appointment with the one they gave me. Two days before appointment texted to let me I have to reschedule with someone else because that therapist had left. Turned around made another appointment showed up made my appointment before I walked out again so they called me and told me again that the opposite left and after all this, I try to make an appointment to get a massage a few months ago and they’re telling me no because my payment did not go through. I told him my payment went through due to the fact that I have it my credit card was charged and now two months later still have not made an appointment but they’re trying to charge me for something again I canceled and they’re giving me a hard time that I can no longer go in even though they’ve taken two payments without me getting an appointment in due to there running their office so I would never recommend nobody there

Alba was amazing. She listened to exactly what I asked for, asked clarifying questions, and delivered an amazing massage. Alba also educated me on how my body could be reacting to stress and tension and made recommendations for future massages. After the experience, I signed my husband and I up to be Massage Envy members so that we could be returning clients once a month. We are so excited to make this commitment to our health and become regular clients with Alba.

Good pressure, concentrated on areas I asked (lower back and shoulders)and then also said to do regular too.Wish she massaged feet too but only squeezed both heels a couple of times. End of session. Oh well. That is an 80.00 massage

Massage therapist was amazing and friendly. As a massage therapist myself I appreciate Liam a lot as he helped me with my shoulder pain. Sometimes as a massage therapist you got to get someone else to help you get rid of pain.Payment was okay I wasnt in a rush. Atmosphere was and is amazing 👏. The front desk girls were tired obviously because they sit there and have nothing but to clean which gets really old cleaning the same things again and again constantly trying to stay busy. Which I understand their situation. They are wonderful.Liam was awesome. But he was a little rough on stretching out my legs. Im 220 pounds I have a belly and Im not going to stretch very far. I think it would be good for him to practice on the stretching of different body types that way hes not hurting anyone.Im 19 just starting my career and my whole life has been around massage therapy due to my mother who is a massage therapist since I was 5 years old.

Liam is the BEST! He listens to his clients’ needs and always provides amazing service. Going to Massage Envy once a month or more, for over a year now, has really improved my quality of life! :)

Great staff. Front desk is always present and helpful. Tonya is a great deep tissue therapist highly recommend!!! If you are a person with not a set schedule they text out available appointments daily which helps a lot.

I specifically go to this location all the way from North Fort Worth just for Liam because he always does a great job and helps with my migraines. But there is always an issue with the front desk, every single time. This last time they didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathroom and looked at me crazy when I asked. I was told I needed to use Kleenex. For how much I pay for a membership you can run up to the store and buy a roll. It’s absurd.

***Must read before getting here***Ive been a long-time customer, and it really gets disappointed when you expected to get a good massage and you dont. To start, I ask for shoulders,neck, and sciatic nerve areas while on the rapid tension. This is 30 min supposedly, just got 18 min total. Then jump in to a massage with different provider and as for the same spots, 😮really😯... Any person with no experience could have put me the oil, literally very soft hands while even asking to put more pressure, the response was, Im putting all my body and Im not so heavy, sorry said Gracie. I had pain and discomfort on my sciatic nerve and came out worse from just laying down. Did my arms when I never asked for, put a hot towel on my feet, the first time ever, even without requesting the service, and on top, she tried pressing more my foot than my sciatic. The pedicure massage chair is better next door.

Terrence best massage I have ever had. But get a massage and get out of there. DO NOT get a membership. When I decided to end my membership, I ended up being charged 2 additional months. No one in the front office explained the process of ending my membership and when I called they would say they are going to make a NOTE for the manager. The manager Amber would never call as I requested and then they began screening my calls. The last straw was when I called from my co workers phone they answered, told me she was not in office, I ended up driving to this location to find Amber IN OFFICE. She gave everything but an apology. Completely unprofessional, poorly ran.

Liam was fantastic! Very skilled and was able to find all my trouble areas...the scalp massage at the end was everything!

Terrance is phenomenal. He has the innate ability to find the knots and works them out without pain. I have a difficult time relaxing but I always can with Terrence. He has been blessed by God with amazing hands that heal.

If youre thinking about booking an appt, just DO it. Especially if youre pregnant!! Tonya is my massage person. She educated me, gave me a perfect massage & talked to me as if we knew each other for years. First experience was everything to me! The ladies in the front, OMG! Top tier! Everyone was such a sweet heart! The place smelled so good & it was very clean! I meet a male employee too & he was so sweet! Ill be back soon!

I promise they hire some of the best male masseuse ever. First it was Maurice, he left and I was lost trying to find another to provide the same experience. Then came Terrance. He’s there now. Call and get on his schedule. He’s beyond professional, previously worked in medical physical therapy, and is focused on helping your body relax and/or heal. They are hands down two of the best.Thank you!!

Ive had several massages at this place. Tonya is new and by far the best therapist who has worked on me. I like a firm massage and she does amazing! She is very good at finding knots and working them out. Thanks Tonya!!

This was a great place to relax after a long day. However, the under trained staff at the desk, who told me i could cancel my membership anytime, which is incorrect. Now that Im leaving the country to travel due to business for an extended period of time, the very unkind manager refuses to cancel the membership i was told could be. Companies like this are the reason i use privately owned businesses vs corporate. Truly a great massage, however a poorly run business.

Beautiful facility, and a great experience overall. I don’t book massages often but when I do it’s with a specific need or goal in mind and I had a fantastic massage with Mr. Liam. He took the time to ask questions and listen to what areas I wanted to focus on and even offered some tips to address muscle tightness at home while I’m in between appointments. Highly recommend!

Members of the staff were professional, patient, and courteous. The atmosphere was soothing and everything was conducted in a timely manner. I would recommend this Massage Envy to anyone looking for a professional, safe, relaxing massage.

This is my second time with Rachel and her service is not working for me. In my personal opinion she does NOT listen to the client and she is going through the motions. These have been two poor experiences. My husband had her and he does not complain about he was highly upset. We paid for CBD enhancement and it felt like no difference.

This was my first massage and I must say Joel did an amazing job. He asked me what my preference was and went to work. The front desk staff was awesome as well. I will definitely return. If I could give Joel 10 stars I would.

Tonya is hands down the best one! She does the best Prenatal Massages as well. I wouldn’t go with anyone but her for any massage!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since 2016 and have used my membership at multiple locations. I recently gave my partner a massage for her birthday and a few days later noticed the office charged her $120 for the full price of a massage. I called the office to explain that I had transferred the credit to her account and requested a refund, but they claimed that they could not do that. They told me to call my home office in Houston, which I did, and my home office called this location multiple times only to be avoided by management. After several attempts to have this issue resolved, it is clear the customer service here is nonexistent. I even came into the business for a massage today and while I stood there, heard the office staff talking poorly about other customers. After repeated negative experiences with this location, I am officially terminating my membership and taking my money elsewhere.

Joel was amazing!!!! I told him that I needed to focus on my back and he did just that. I’ve been stressed due to my home flooding and me staying in hotels but recently I was able to go back home. It was so much cleaning and throwing away things that were not salvageable so I knew my back was a wreck. I went to see Joel as tense as I could be but left possibly to relaxed, if that is a thing. He’s great and did a great job on my back and I want to say thank you. Thank you for 60 minutes of taking my mind off things that were bothering me. Thank you for relieving the tension in back. Thank you for those magic hands you have and thank you so much for your professionalism. 5 stars isn’t enough he deserves so many more.

My physical therapist, Ms Joline really worked away the stress in my neck, upper back and shoulders! She’s very considerate of my time. She started promptly and gave me every minute of my hour! She listened to my concerns and addressed each area with great precision. She gave me some positive feedback on how to stay relaxed and when to return. I highly recommend her for a medium pressure massage 👌🏾

Had a great experience right from the staff at the reception desk; they are always friendly and helpful. Angela is a wonderful therapist. She always makes me feel comfortable and does a great job working out those trigger points and helping me relax. Highly recommended!

Joel has consistently done a fantastic job. He listens to concerns and preferences, and adjusts with every session. I drive quite a ways to this particular location so that I can go with Joel as I can trust he’ll do a fantastic job. The staff at the front is always courteous and kind and the facility is always clean and tidy.

I came in stressed with aching muscles. DOUG literally got every aching muscle in my neck shoulders, back and even my arms. I got up feeling so much lighter and in zero pain. Hands down a great massage therapist if you want someone that will get in there with pressure Doug is the guy. It was that pain that felt great. Definitely requesting him again when I need a deep pressure massage.

Hands down best message I’ve ever had! Terrence was friendly, professional, and a master at his craft. He helped relieve my specific tension in my upper body, leaving me feeling very relaxed. If you need a deep tissue, he’s the one for you!

I had an appointment today at noon when I checked in my therapist turns out wasnt even there After waiting for over 10 minutes I checked in and then I was when I was notified after 20 mins of waiting she wasnt there. I told them I needed an appointment that day due to work. Instead of telling me they couldnt do that I waited dor an hour thinking she was coming or one of the other therapist was going to take care of me. I checked in again and receptionist was rude saying I told you she was not coming in which I was never told and she knew I was still waiting and couldnt even be courteous enough to come and tell me I wouldnt be able to be seen. I have surgery soon and really needed to release the tension. This is the 2nd time Ive had this issue at this location. I will be canceling my membership

I lucked out when I found Joel. He is hand down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had...and I’ve had several! I most always need deep tissue. He listens to my needs, always gives special attention to my problem areas, and consistently leaves me feeling relaxed. The staff is great, the facility is clean, but I drive out of my way for Joel! I give him 10 out of 5 stars!

I have always had a good experience until today. I am being charged for coming in on a day, that I didn’t come in on. I rescheduled like you are supposed to and because some one did their job incorrectly, I am having to pay for it and be treated as if I am lying about it. The lady behind the counter today had a bad attitude with me from the get go, when I told her I was not here last weekend and that I rescheduled for today. I find the way this was handled very unprofessional and no one in charge was here to help me today, I had to wait for back and forth phone conversations between her and her supervisor. I asked when her supervisor would be in next and she would not tell me. Very disappointing.

I was having incredible left lower back pain when I came in to get my massage. Joel had a 60 minute opening, and I was able to schedule it. He worked on my hip and psoas, and it worked magic. The rest of the massage was amazing as well. I scheduled an appointment with him before I left the spa. Thank you so much Joel for being so thorough. You’re very knowledgeable, and it shows. Can’t wait for the next one!

The massage was great ! Just did not last the entire 60 minutes I paid for . Also I arrived earlier before my appointment and was asked to sit in the waiting room to answer questions I already answered when I set up my appointment a week prior . Also I wish the massage therapist would have rubbed everything down evenly

It was my first time last night and I loved it so much I signed up for a membership, Ms.Angela is who I had and she was GREAT!! So nice and honestly I came in wanting to relax but we got to talking and I could’ve chatted with her all night!! I will definitely be back to see her.

Angela is great. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Her experience really shows. She is always able to pinpoint my problem areas. I highly recommend a session with her, but, good luck getting an appointment as she is usually booked up. You may have to wait several weeks to see her. That’s a pretty good indicator of how good she is.

Honestly best massage Ive ever gotten. Doug was fantastic. Other than only telling me to come back, like most masseuses tell all of us, he suggested stretches for me to do to help my back. I definitely will be back though, and I suggested for my husband to go as well.

This was my first time at this location…I normally have an awesome experience at Massage Envy but this time was not good at all! I felt like my masseuse Liam was new. He was all over the place. He acted like he was nervous or maybe he was new. He was too rough and even when I said “easy, that hurts “ he still was rough like he was massaging a man! My body is sore today due to my massage. I have never had an experience like this at Massage Envy. I will Never go back there! And also I was not offered water at the end of my massage!

I am visiting Dallas area and wanted a massage before driving back to NC and Massage Envy fit me in. I had a wonderful massage from Tonya - she was awesome. I highly recommend this place and especially Tonya.

Customer service overall was great. Doug was nice. I talked throughout, so he did too. The massage was also good. I admittedly was so relaxed afterwards, I was sleepy the rest of the day, and it was an 8 a.m. appointment. The only thing is he took his mask off during the session. Overall a solid three.

I cant even begin to explain how much i love this place! My husband and I both come here and we are so happy with it! Right by our house and the staff is wonderful! Kristy is the girl I see and she has helped with back issues, Im finally able to move the way I want and sleeping better too! Jose is the guy my husband goes to! He is so sweet and has help my husband with his injuries from the military. Ashleigh the esthetician is AMAZING!! I have never had a professional facial until I started coming here and She has helped me so much with taking care of my skin. Staff is amazing here!!

The receptionists had a very pleasant and professional demeanor. I always feel welcome, like at home when I visit the N. Arlington location. My masaage therapist, Stephanie, is the best. She listens to me as I express my pain areas and addresses them with care.

I signed up for a year membership September 2021. I only had gone into the facility a handful of times. I have 10 massages that I havent used. I called to tell them I want my membership cancelled. I was told I still owe October. I explained I havent been in months and my membership should have expired after September. Why would I owe for October? I moved out of the area and am not interested in being a member any longer. I also dont understand why my membership continued w/out my confirmation. It should have expired. I just found out they charged me again for October! I tried to call and had to leave a message. I was not impressed with their therapists and now definitely not happy with how I am being treated. I dont feel I should owe for October nor should i have to go into the facility to fill out paperwork in 2022 to cancel my membership. I am completely frustrated and disappointed.

Mothers Day 2021 was my first time at ME - North Arlington and Doug was fantastic. Very respectful,interactive, and knew exactly where my knots were located. He checked in frequently to ask how I was feeling. Easily the best massage Ive ever had and Ive had quite a few. I will definitely be visiting him again and I HIGHLY recommend Doug!

I give Joline more than a five star! Joline listened to my concerns and addressed them!I highly recommend her. I can write a long review about how great she is, but you need to book and see how awesome she is for yourself!!

Hard to get an appointment! Called 2 weeks ahead for a female therapist. One hour massage I got only 43mins massage! Massage therapist never asked me about the pressure during the section. Front desk and therapist are all like on their own job, Feel like the product line, I just go through the process without feeling being “serviced “ . I won’t go back

When I ask for firm I mean firm and William was amazing giving advice on what to use as a supplement in between massages his pressure was on point! I had the best massage I’ve ever had with the company as a whole and I’ve been a member on and off for over six years.!!! Thanks so much!

Raykeitha is absolutely fantastic! I’m an All American Athlete, so 9times out of 10 my muscles are sore or tight. I find it very relaxing & comfortable when Raykeitha takes care of me. She is definitely my recommended go too at this location!!!

Sheri at the Arlington/Collins location is Amazing and does an exceptional job with her massages and the care that she gives. She has a very pleasant and inviting attitude... I was in pretty bad shape with stress and tension yesterday and I left feeling Better💜

Joel provided probably the best massage Ive ever had! I carry a ton of tension and he spent more time on my neck than I ever thought Id need. This location is 30 minutes from me but Ill definitely make the drive again.

Though I live near a Massage Envy in Fort Worth, I specifically go to this location in North Arlington. This location has very reliable staffing and keeps its appointments. They also are well staffed with experienced, excellent therapists. I highly recommend this Massage Envy location.

I always have a great experience here. Stephanie is an amazing massage therapist and is very experienced and knowledgeable. Im pretty sure she is actually an angel sent by the massage gods to bless us with her skills!

Honestly the guy who gave me a massage did a terrible job.. it wasn’t relaxing at ALL. It just felt like someone rubbing on me for 45 minutes... but without that good relaxing pleasant feeling that a good massage should give you. I wasted $115 but thankfully the manager was nice enough to discount me and to reschedule me with another therapist. I’m still wary of going back because it was THAT lackluster... I’ve had better massages from a Tinder date lmao

Do not ever go here. They took payment for someone elses massage and charged us for it then tried to get a refund and couldnt even get it all back they kept making excuses and saying it was coming back and never did they still owe me 80 dollars I gave up because its never getting fixed. So if you go better watch your final payment because they mess them up

Everyone at the front desk was nice, informative, very helpful! Janeisha was absolutely wonderful - she was nice and easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted! I would absolutely recommend visiting this location to anyone!

Tonya is always great! She listens to what you want for each session and tailors her work to your needs.

My service provider Raykeitha was not attentive and I feel like my service was rushed. The table was not warmed and the massage lotion/oil was cold. She could not adjust to a comfortable pressure for me and she used a fast rubbing technique instead of slowly kneading which I prefer. Feel like she is inexperienced and doesnt know how to focus on releasing toxins. Oh and I wasnt offered water at the end of my session.

Kristy is my fave and also gets the job done I have been seeing her monthly for a little over a year in a half now. She knows my body and even sometimes find things I didn’t know was a problem area.Highly recommended!!!!!

Honestly, was a little disappointed with not being contacted sooner about having to reschedule a couples appointment massage the day before it was supposed to take place. They asked me to confirm my massage and when I responded yes, it wasn’t till after did they tell me it will have to be rescheduled. We have waited 2 weeks for this and we were told we would have to wait another week. Not to happy.

Valencia was very professional, timely, and made me feel extremely comfortable.Cant wait to go back for my next appointment.

Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had, perfect pressure and appropriate amount of time on each body part. Yay. :) definitely much needed for working mama of 3 with pretty sever back and leg issues.

The ME on Collins St has a wonderful staff. Made me feel at home. Jolene was an excellent masuess! She recommended several things to help my authorities .

Facials every where in the world include, neck and top if chest and shoulders. That should be included in that price always loved my facialist!!!!She was very kind and professional!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. This location will not honor your gift cards or promo codes. I had the gift card number and promo code on hand with me. They refused to validate them because I did not have the physical cards with me. I was given these cards as a gift and took a picture of them in case I lost them. I ended up having to pay our of pocket because they need the physical cards. UNBELIEVABLY STUPID!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Ms Kristy is the absolute best! She reviews her notes from your profile first and she is really good at getting the knots out.
