I love my experience here! I feel special when I walk in and they know my name. The waiting room is nice and relaxing, although my masseuse never keeps me waiting long anyways. I love love my masseuse, even after 2 years she surprises me every time. The space is relaxing and comfortable. She also went above and beyond while I was pregnant.I believe the staff here love their jobs and it shows. It’s always so easy and quick to rebook my future appointments right before I leave as well. The communication before massages is perfect, and they’ve been so accommodating for special circumstances such as pregnancy, and group bookings that I’ve had as well.

Jade was incredible! She took the time to really make sure she addressed all my knots and sore areas. She even helped show my stretches to help manage my pain in between messages. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been a member at Elements Massage for nearly 4 years. I’ve tried massages before and always felt unimpressed.That is… until my first massage with Sujika. She asked me how I’d like my massage structured, what level of pressure, areas to focus and avoid… all leading to an amazing massage experience. I’ve been seeing Sujika once a month ever since! She always checks in before each massage to see if I’d like anything different and ensures a relaxing, comfortable environment.Be sure to book your appointment in advance if you find a therapist you like as their schedules can fill up!

James was a great massage therapist. He was kind and attentive to the type of pressure I needed and asked for in my massage. He even gave me some stretches to do afterwards to help my shoulder/neck pain. I will be back to visit very soon.

Faith works the front desk, she was extra accommodating for my request! My friends and I chose to have a girls day and wanted massages from the arvada location. I walked in and Faith helped me promptly with a smile and answered all my questions. Thanks for making this easy Faith!

Amazing experience. Their subscription program is also amazing but the massage itself was an 11/10 experience. Truly a delight. Cannot wait for my next one next month! Also found out the massage therapists are paid well for their work and are happy with the position so that makes me feel better about going, compared to not so reputable places like massage envy which has become the Walmart of massage in all the worst ways.

Rachel in Arvada is the best therapist, and I have had many. My job is intense and my body pays the price. I see Rachel regularly and am able to forge forward or mindfully and relaxed.

Was all around a great experience - checked in quickly, filled out necessary paperwork, and were lead back by our massage therapist. Nicole was very clear about instructions and checked multiple times throughout the session to ensure pressure was okay and that I was comfortable. The bed was heated and was difficult to want to get out of after my time elapsed - lights, music, and temperature were adjustable as well. It was so good that we signed up for the membership after!

The front desk was friendly as was my therapist, Rachel. Rachel was great about asking if everything was perfect (lighting, pressure, bed temp, music volume, etc) She was also good about explaining what she was doing and why. Im looking forward to my next appointment!

Very Expensive for 45 minute massage.Very good job on shoulders but did nothing on the legs

The therapist was really good and understood my need.I had serious neck and back pain but was afraid to go to a chiropractor. I requested for deep tissue heavy massage and that’s what I exactly got!Really loved it.

I booked a massage online a week earlier and received a confirmation email. Today, I went in for the massage this morning, but was told that I wasnt on the schedule. I showed the office staff my confirmation email. They agreed, but gave me an excuse about new software. Either way, no openings fit my schedule for 2 weeks. The staff did comp aroma therapy on my next appointment. Normally this is a great location without any issues.

Me and my husband showed up for a massage today but my therapist never showed up so I had to sit and wait for my husband to finish. They deeply apologized and comped my husband’s massage which was very nice. They told me I could come back and they would comp mine as well but unfortunately we were in from out of town so not able to come back. Giving 2 stars as the owner made it right by comping my husband’s massage. The receptionists were extremely nice as well.

So wonderful!! It was my first time ever getting a massage and i was extremely nervous. Lets face it, getting naked in front of a stranger and allowing them to touch you isnt the easiest thing to do. But the store owner and massage therapist did amazing at making me feel at ease and comfortable. The environment was so warming and comforting. They really educate you on your muscles, why massage works, ways to stretch and so on. I couldnt be happier with my first massage. I arrived in so much pain and unable to stand up straight. I left feeling amazing and able to stand up straight and sleep great that night!! Definitely recommend to anyone! I cant wait to go back in 2 weeks! Thank you Elements Massage!! :) :)

Molly is fantastic! But I also love the atmosphere, the care that Elements gives to each and every client and the fact that I always feel very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Elements over Massage Envy 100 out of 100 times.

This edit was posted after your response.The massage was decent, I have had better massages from places that were far cheaper. They did not apply enough pressure to my muscles after i kept asking them to. But I was fine with the company and planned on going again because I really like the environment and felt like they needed a second chance. This is when the actual issues arose. I had something important come up and would not be able to make it to my appointment, so as requested I called and left a voicemail over 48 hours before. I wanted to make sure my cancellation went through, so I called again the next day and somehow they did not receive my voicemail and three missed called from the previous day. Jen explained how I would now would have to pay for the massage and a $30 cancellation fee. At this point I was more willing to go to the massage than the event that had previously come up because this is a significant amount of money. I called and said that I could make it to the massage, but they had already cancelled it and there is nothing I can do. I am done going here and if you are a human being who also has a life and sometime has to change plans, I do not recommend going here. Thanks

Sujika is a top notch masseuse. She is SO talented and knows EXACTLY how the muscles in my body connect to the areas of pain that I come to 👀 see her about! I cant give her enough referrals.George works on my husband and is also TOP NOTCH!! He is just like Sujika in that he knows which muscles connect to his areas of pain!!The front desk employees are always courteous and efficient. Plus they ALL are friendly, happy people who truly care.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS studio!! I will never go anywhere else.

When I provided feedback that I didnt get what I was looking for in a previous massage I had, Elements made it right by having a manager speak with me to hear what I had to say, and offer another massage on the house to make it right. And boy, was that a great massage! I am extremely pleased with Elements customer service, as well as their facility which is really professional and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely work very hard to please their customers and make the experience the best that they can for them--this is pretty much the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks, Elements! Definitely will be referring my people to you!

Worst place to get a massage or do business. Ive been a member at the Arvada, CO location for several years now and we have some issues. Over the years, I have given 20% tip at this location which the front desk modified to 30% or more. When I asked them about this, they said that they tipped 20% of the non member rate for a 1.5 hour massage session instead of 20% of the member rate. Ive had numerous issues with them trying to set me up with male masseuses after Ive repeatedly told them that Im not comfortable with a male masseuse. They have had the nerve to call me a liar, claiming that they never tried to set me up with a male masseuse at any point. They are the liars on this particular point. For the last few 1.5 hour sessions at the Arvada location, they broke up 2 monthly credits each time instead of using the remainder of the money from the previously broken up monthly credit. I started going to the Colorado Mills location instead of Arvada because that location has much better massage services. Ive suspended the account at the Arvada location because of my complaints which Ive received no response for. The Colorado Mills location says that they cannot let me use the $90 worth of credit on my account at their location because the Arvada location will not allow them to do that. Ive called the Arvada location several times to figure out what we can do to resolve this and they have never called me back as of yet. I called them last week and the girl working the desk at the time told me that she would have their manager Mia call me back to figure out how to resolve this. I called them again yesterday and left a message and have still not received a response back. I also called them about these issues last fall and never received a call back. Im going to be closing my account with them in the near future and will no longer do business with Elements.

I absolutely love this location - the staff is always incredible and Mia, my masseuse/massage therapist, is absolutely incredible! Not only is everyone extremely personable, they are good at what they do! I always leave feeling like a weight (both proverbial and literal) has been lifted from my shoulders. Theres a reason I come back every month!

Alexandra was my massage therapist today and since she did such a great job, I decided I needed to be a member at this location. She is great at what she does. I felt comfortable the whole time I was in her care. Everyone at this location has been a pleasure to work with and I didn’t feel pressured to pay for anything I didn’t want. Awesome customer service everyone. Keep it up.

I had never been to Elements Massage. From the moment I called to make an appointment till I left the spa, it was an amazing experience! The woman on the phone was kind, helpful and enthusiastic. I walked into the spa and they were having an event. One of the owners was there and she personally came up to me, welcomed me to the spa and thanked me for my business. My 90 minute massage with Sujika was incredible! She was kind and made sure I was comfortable. When I left, the same owner asked how my massage was, thanked me again for my business and left me with a smile. Just WOW. Like I said, from start to finish Elements Massage was above and beyond amazing. Customer service was fantastic - so rare these days. I will be back and will recommend to friends and family.

My 90 minutes experience at Elements Massage was wonderful experience! My massage therapist Ella did a fantastic job. She put some extra effort in the the areas where I needed attention, really good work on my neck. I felt like a new person after the massage :)!

I love that elements has an affordable plan to provide monthly massage therapy. Ive worked with multiple therapists, including Danny, Lisa and Josh, and all have been wonderful. Each took the time to all me questions in what my body was needing and then really finding the problem and working it out. Not only are the therapists great but the front desk staff is wonderful as well. Tamara and the Jennifers have always been so welcoming and engaging. I just love the Arvada team and highly recommend them to anyone.

The first thing I noticed was how soothing and relaxing the atmosphere is here. Then I received one of the best massages I’ve ever had from Kristi. She took the time to listen to my wants from the massage and to really cater to them as well. Massage therapists usually have trouble getting me to relax and she did it with ease! I’m feeling so much relief and she gave me an easy stretch to do to continue improving.

My first time ever getting a massage. 3 months prior I got a back injury at work and physical therapy has helped but was recommended a deep muscle massage to help the healing as well. Oh my gosh, what a difference!! I selected the Himalayan salt stones add on and it was an amazing experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely going back and highly recommended!

Recently had my first session here at Elements Arvada and I am very happy with the care I received. My therapist was extremely professional and listened to my needs, while offering solutions and discussing different massage therapy treatment prior to the session. The front staff were also very kind and professional. I felt welcomed instantly. I am very happy and eager to return!

My experience at Elements was top notch! The staff was welcoming and warm when I walked in and the therapist I saw was the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. The management was very attentive when I asked them questions about their wellness plan. Ive already recommended them to family and friends!

Where to begin. 4 cancelations in the last 6 months, no attempt by management to correct the situation or compensate me or my SO for our time. Staff has repeatedly made scheduling errors and simply shrugged their shoulders and refused to respond professionally. I fully understand the complications of covid 19 on staffing but at this location i have been treated as second class since day 1. Ive been a member of elements massage since 2016 but the complete lack of respect from this location over the last year is a stain on the brand and I will be seeking service elsewhere. Save your time and find a spot that respects you as a client, not a monthly direct deposit.

As with most massage places, theres a high turnover. But Ive had some really excellent people the past several times. Barbara, Julia, and Becca have all been completely phenomenal and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, and the people at the front desk are always incredibly nice.

I saw North and she was amazing! Very good at judging pressure ranges and very professional. The lobby is very clean and laid back. I signed up for their wellness program to get 1 massage a month for only $69! Nornally theyre like $99 for existing customers! Im extremely happy with the services there. The front desk staff was so helpful and knowledgable as well !

I paid for a full hour massage, I was brought back about 5 mins late and time had already started. It took forever for her to actually come in the room and again time started. The massage I asked for was completely different then what I was getting. I understand my muscles are tight and she was doing what’s best for my body, however that’s not what I asked for. When I asked to change what she was doing she immediately got an attitude. My massage was also ended early to have a “chat” with me because she was visibly upset with me asking for a massage and not a rub. It was still a good massage but not for the price and not for the time. Overall my one hour massage was about 40 mins and I clearly upset the therapist even though I am the client. Again I know she was doing what’s best for my body, but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted to relax not be in any pain (sometimes massages can be painful). And I don’t need to be told to have a “little chat” and my session ending early. I paid $105 and got like $55 worth of service

UPDATE on review posted last month. This place (the staff) continues to impress! On this visit, I was greeted by Mia and Lorenza - awesome as usual! These folks get it...they understand what great customer service is all about. My wife and I joined the monthly membership in August and were so glad that we did.

I have been going to this Massage Elements since 2012 and they have won by business for all of these years by being so awesome! I really appreciate the friendly employees there. They are so professional and knowledgeable. My favorite masseuse is Sujika. She has really helped me feel better and become healthier over time. I also would like to mention the cleanliness of the business and the safety precautions they stick to so everyone is safe. Thank you Sujika for such amazing services!

Elements employees were incredibly kind and caring during a difficult Family Medical crisis. They were very accommodating in helping to arrange 5 massages for my whole family, and so understanding when I had to cancel most of them due to an emergency. My sister and I were able to come to the spa and it was like an oasis in the desert. The atmosphere was peaceful and the massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. Just what we needed! The whole experience was a lovely blessing. Thank you so very very much.

I you get the membership you can never get a appointment. They have a few good therapists that you have to book over a month out. The therapists you can get are not great. If you cancel your membership you loose your massages that you paid for.

I had a massage with Danny yesterday, and he truly is The knot whisperer! I have so much work ahead of me to resolve the issues in my back, hips, and legs, but he did a tremendous amount of work on them and made me feel a million times better than I have felt in almost 2 years! I highly recommend Danny, if you enjoy deep tissue massages and/or have severe knots and pain. He was great at making small talk as well throughout the massage, so there was no awkward silent moments, and when he hit some deep areas in the muscle, he talked me through it and reminded me to breathe. I would absolutely go back!

I have been getting massages regularly for 15 years and last night was the worst massage Ive received. I told the therapist over 20 times that her pressure was too deep, and eventually gave up. She didnt seem to know what she was doing. I should have walked out but I didnt.And, when I was leaving, the receptionist pulled A GUN out of a drawer and handed it to a customer saying, Dont forget to leave that at home next time. It is not legal for someone with a license to carry to give it to someone else for 2 hours in a business!The manager is refunding my massage, which I appreciate. She rudely told me that she would not refund the tip I left because I should have ended the massage if it was bad, and not left a tip. Both of those are true statements, but I didnt want to embarrass the therapist. My mistake. I also was uncomfortable being asked verbally what tip I wanted to leave instead of writing it on the receipt, so I left one. The manager seemed to just be digging her heels in by not refunding my tip, because she was upset I didnt like my massage.

Im giving this location two stars and heres why, although the staff is very friendly the communication on levels of pressure is a little off. Over the phone the lady explain the 1-5 pressure levels. And I said a 2 would be fine. I came in this afternoon and received my two hour massage and left in worse shape then I had when I walked in. The therapist was very nice but only used her finger tips almost the whole time and pressed very hard. I asked for a little gentler quit a few times. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing two hours and relieve some horrible stress and a bad week, this was my first mothers day gift as well and it just ended up adding to my horrible week. I wish I could be giving a good review but I just cant with how sore I am.

I came in yesterday to get a 60 minute massage. Heather was very kind and did a great job with my back and shoulders. I will use her again. Kudos to Heather!

The ladies at front desk are very kind and helpful! I had an issue with a gift card and Alesia (sp?) was on the phone with SpaFinder for quite some time putting in great effort to resolve. The atmosphere is soothing, calm and quiet. They offer many massage options. George asked lots of questions about my needs and made sure he was using the accurate pressure by asking how it was throughout my massage. He even suggested and demonstrated stretches I could do to help my lower back. Wonderful experience!

Staff was very welcoming. Joe was very informative and made me feel as I have been there before even though it was my first time. Mason did an amazing job on the massage using the right pressure and releasing the tension on the correct areas.

Sabrina is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and focused on the individual. I cannot believe how much better my range of motion is after seeing her for 90 minutes! She has experience with proper lifting technique and stretching, knows how to access deeper tissue, and thoroughly understands how muscles are interconnected. I will definitely be going back!

This place will treat you really nice to get you in there. Once they got your credit card number and theyre taking money out of your account. Good luck on getting what you paid for.

My husband surprised me with a prenatal massage here. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and this was quite the treat for my body! The receptionists are super friendly and welcoming. I received a massage from Mamiko and she was awesome!!!! I highly recommend this place!

My last spa closed so I was looking for a new place and someone recommended me to Elements Massage on 88th and Wadsworth. Luke at the front desk was friendly and professional. And Jill, well she is just amazing!!! I have sciatica, so not only did she give me a great massage but also did a few stretches that reduced the pain in my leg. I was so impressed I bought a monthly package deal.

I love this place! Relaxing atmosphere and the receptionist Tamara is the best! She always offers me water and makes sure my needs are met prior to getting my massage. I love my massage therapist and Tamara at the front desk is the icing on the cake. Thanks for always being such friendly face Tamara!

The therapists are all friendly and professional. The quality of your massage can vary person to person though - I recommend Danny and would ask the experience level of your therapist before booking as my recent massage with a newer therapist was just okay. They also have a lot of therapists who do prenatal massage.

I’ve been coming here for years. The $69.99 hour massage is actually a 50 minute hands on massage, with 5 minutes consultation before and after. I’ve been with probably 20 different therapists.... not ONCE have I heard of this 50 minute policy. So don’t call a massage a 60 minute massage unless it’s an actual 60 minute massage. Maybe call it a 60 minute “massage package,” and explain it a little better upfront, at the very least. You can spin it in a positive way. But deceiving your loyal customers is not a good long-term business plan.On to my next issue: The owners will make every excuse and blame the therapists when there is an issue (this pertains to the above complaint as well). I was overcharged $99.99 at one time (when I had a pre-paid account credit, they charged my credit card) and I was the one that caught it. They wouldn’t have caught it. It had been weeks if not months. Clerical mistake! So, I would have paid $170 (PLUS THE TIP) for a 50 MINUTE massage!!Another time, I was 10 minutes late because I realized too late that my appointment was on the day that we spring forward our clocks. They said it would cut into my massage time, and that they would not pro rate or discount my account or next massage, and could not do anything for me.Oh and be aware that you have to cancel your membership 30 days in advance prior to your next monthly charge. I don’t see value in going here. If you have the money to blow, go for it, the massages are great. But corporate, management, and clerical tasks seems to be pretty fudged up at this location. I hope this review helps everyone.On the flip side, every single massage therapist has been very skilled, knowledgeable, and receptive. I havent been to this massage center since 2020 and Ive had to report fraud on my credit card multiple times because even though I have documented proof (via email communication with the manager of this store) I continue to be charged monthly. HUGE pain. Totally scammed by this business. DO NOT recommend.

11/30/ 2019: At the last minute, I scheduled a 1.5 hr massage for 7 PM on Saturday night November 30. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by an exceptionally friendly associate at the front desk. . I believe that her last name was “Bush”. From the moment I stepped in the door I sensed her professionalism, sincerity and product knowledge. She addressed a problem that I had created earlier in the day when I purchased some gift cards on the elements massage website. I needed to increase the dollar amount of the gift cards and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and seamlessly Miss Bush made it happen! She quickly laid out all of my options and very quietly steered me towards the best one. I’m very impressed with how she represented the organization. And I hope that her future there is bright!BTW, my 90 minute session could not have been better. Great technique and attention to my feedback made this latest massage most enjoyable & worthwhile!12/3/2019. Today I called this location to purchase one more gift card. This time I was greeted by a very friendly voice whose name I believe was “Elyse”. I hope that is the correct name because Elyse once again stepped up with a knowledgeable, professional and friendly demeanor. It is so rare these days to find one person at a business that provides exceptional customer service. This place has at LEAST 2!I believe the Arvada Elements Massage ownership has hit the proverbial “HOME RUN”with their staff. I had the most amazing prenatal massages with Lisa. Her hands hold special powers. The bed setup was more comfortable than anywhere else I’ve tried while pregnant, too. I can’t wait to go back now that I’m not pregnant.

My massage therapist Nicole, was Wonderful she listened to all my needs, perfect pressure. The room smelled like cleaning products and essential oils. That is the only thing from scoring Elements a 5 star.

One word: wow! Went yesterday, as an extension to my physical therapy for a pinched nerve. Not only did Mason help to relieve my hip & leg pain, he provided self care recommendations & insights for improving my understanding of underlying causes. Thank you 🙏

Upon entering, I was imediatly welcomed and was served a refreshing cucumber water to enjoy while waiting. Shortly after, I was greeted by the massage therapist who led me to a beautiful and clean room where soothing music filled the air. The heated massage table was a pleasant surprise and the extra blanket helped with my modesty with disrobing. The massage was very professional and the harder pressure was able to work out the extreme tension and knots I was suffering with upon arrival. As I was leaving, I was given a bottle of water and a mint which I really enjoyed. I engaged with the woman behind the front desk and found that she is local to Arvada and that our children go to school together! I had an AMAZING experience and highly recommend Elements Massage!!!

I got a same day appointment with Danny who addressed all my aches and pains in an hour! The receptionist Tien was wonderful and very pleasant on the phone and in person! I was very comfortable and well taken care of! The environment was clean and neat and to top it off I received complimentary cucumber H20 and a Ghiradeli chocolate! I highly recommend this place!

Set up to do their monthly plan. After a few months I realize that the plan was not for me. Called to cancel. they sent me over the cancellation form I filled out the cancellation form, then I got a phone call and it was high pressure sales to try to get me to keep the plan. After I said No, Ill just cancel they continue to bill my card. Even after I several phone calls and disputing the charges, they continued to try and bill my credit card. Seems to me like shady business with this particular office, I do not recommend.

Mason was highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me pinpoint my neck pain and where my headaches were originating from. Im so grateful to him for all of his help! I will absolutely be returning.

The Arvada location was very tight in scheduling. Took the first appointment in the am the next day and the therapist was having some issues for multiple time. They asked if I could reschedule with the same therapist an hour later? So hungover? Cant make it in on time? I can only imagine the quality they provide here. Will not attempt again. Unfortunate.

Molly is absolutely amazing! She listens, checks in as she works on me, and even suggests things to help me with my care. Without her I would be living in constant pain! Cant say enough great things about this place and the people that work in it!

Danny and Tonette are absolutely incredible massage therapists in every way! The girl at the front desk (I didnt catch her name) is so pleasant and helpful on the phone and creates the perfect welcome environment when my wife and I walk through the front door.

Lisa was amazing and attentive. She listened to my concerns, came up with a plan and spent her time on the areas that we discussed with the perfect amount of pressure. I felt refreshed and relaxed like I hadnt in months!

After feeling lots of pain in my hands and feet due to hysterectomy surgery 6 mos ago, I tried massage yesterday to see if it would help. Brian was my therapist and I explained all my issues. Today was the first day in months that I woke up and was able to immediately stand on my feet in the morning with no pain. Thank you Brian for listening and helping me manage my pain!

Amazing customer service, the therapist are knowledgeable and thorough. They always take their time after the session to explain the exact areas they worked on, the pressure points as sharing stretches I can do at home to continue treating those stress points.

I recommend Elements Massage to everyone I know for three main reasons. 1 - The great deal when you get a membership 2 - Alyssa is the best masseuse Ive ever known because she knows how the body works and knows exactly the right pressure and movements to make you feel like a new person again. 3 - You get chocolate every time.

I love the relaxing atmosphere, from the front desk clerk and check-in process, to the massage room and masseur himself. 10/10 every time, they always meet my needs and I always leave feeling relaxed and calm.

They take a credit card upfront which is not unusual.What is unusual, is how they run their business.When I arrived 15 mins early for my high-school daughters appt, they failed to let me know the parent needs to sit in the dark during the appt in a unreasonably small room the entire service which is a strange request. If that’s the case, do not offer sports massage to teenagers.Then when I explained that was not noted to me on the phone when appt was made or I would not have made the appt, the receptionist had the attitude, it was my problem not theirs and my card will be charged even though they did not do their job on educating the process.Then I proceeded to call my credit card to stop payment due to not getting a $69 service they wanted to charge me for...and she threatened to call the police!Stay clear of this unprofessional behavior and business sense.

I absolutely love this place. They squeezed me in last minute tonight which I am so thankful for! Sujika was able to work out some very angry muscles for me and even sent me home with some epsom salt to soak with later. Ive been here many times and have never experienced an issue. This is and will always be my first choice for massages

Alyssa is a magician. She made me feel comfortable and catered to my every need. She even did a little extra muscle therapy work and thought me how to do self care too :)

I had an appointment but still had to wait 15 minutes. The massage was so hard even I chose level 2 which was supposed to be more gentle?? Not good experience with this place!

They came in halfway into my massage saying they had to end a massage because they felt I was under the influence. I came in with a can that originally had a wine cooler in it but has since been filled with seltzer water hours earlier and it was in their trash. How dare they! At no point was there any activity or concern of being under the influence !

Danny is awesome! To be honest hes the only person Ive ever used as a massage therapist because he is so excellent. The front desk staff is always been great as well

Ive gone a couple times allways had great massages 💆‍♀️....... I went today to see Danny and he literally gave me the best massage ever!!. I went in with neck and shoulder pain and walked out with no pain. Thanks Danny I feel soo much better!!!

This place is awesome. They truly have great customer service. Loved coming in my room and having the ability to adjust my own lighting, volume on the music and they even left a chocolate on the table. I would highly recommend going here!

The atmosphere was very relaxing walking into the waiting area the staff humm friendly, they offer water that was great the downfall I waited a bit passed my appointment got their 17 mins early someone just walked in got called to the back before me when I got to the back the lady seem like she was nervous or something and wasnt ready at all so the took away some minutes from my 90minute I asked for a mid deep massage number 3 with salt stone I got a RUB DOWN with salt stone not a massage at all I went home with knots still was not worth the amount paid my husband paid like $170 I added the salt stone for $25 more I would not recommend or return Ill stick to massage school and therapy theirs more but ill leave yall with this.

I love this place! They are amazing and do great job. The therapist I see is amazing and is helpful with giving me stretches to do if I cant make it in for a while. I will keep going here

A friend saw a deal and went for a message with gift cards from family and friends. We all know gift cards are like cash. Well my friend was charged full price instead of the deal. This place does not except money from your family and friends in the form of gift cards to use on a deal they have going. This place is not worth your money or your family and friends money...

Worst service ever. They lie about having appointments and staff they will change appointments on you at will they will take money out of your account and not pay you back and not give you the services they said they would.
