I was sold a fake Elf bar here today. Ali removed the vape from its packaging before handing it to me to try before I left, probably so I couldn’t see the fake box. The first hit in store was okay but it started tasting burnt almost immediately after. Next to my real Elf bar, the difference is obvious. I included pictures, the peach ice is a real Elf bar and the peach berry is the one I bought today. The text on the peach berry isn’t the right font, and is printed in a different material that has a completely different look and texture than it should. You can tell from the picture that the logo and text are not raised on the fake, and are raised on the real elf bar.He tried to upsell me more than once, and pressured me to leave a positive review several times while I was in the store. He’s charismatic, but he’s just trying to distract you and get you out before you realize what happened.

I’d give this smoke shop no stars if I could. The owner try’s to over price everything sold in his shop. His pieces are cheap and break within a week of being bought. Instead of selling what the customers ask or are looking for the owner will try to convince the customer to buy something more expensive with cheap quality. Pretty much everything here is very cheaply made and over-priced. On top of that the owner consistently will try to hustle you. Whether its accidentally double-taxing the sale, or flat out adding more to the before-tax subtotal, Ive been charged considerably more than I shouldve been, and on several occasions. The last time I was there (over a year ago now), I checked my online bank statement immediately after leaving the shop; Ali (the owner) charged me I believe $14 for a pack of cigarettes that shouldve cost less than $7 including tax. When I was in-store making the purchase, he did never tell me my total, which I thought was suspicious, and his receipt machine was conveniently broken that day. I called the store within minutes and he acted clueless, but I could tell by the tone in his voice he knew exactly what I was talking about. Not a good businessman. Spend your money elsewhere.
