CO VAPE&TOKE (ARVADA)

Purchased a new tank and a box of coils come to find out later they sold me the wrong coils with the brand new tank try to get it exchanged for the right coils and they refused so essentially I wasted $20 for there mistake. I left the coil. Will never go back. Cant even make there mistake right. Who should want to shop somewhere like that. Agine I WILL NEVER SHOP AT vape & toke. Hope anyone that reads this will go elsewhere

This place is my new favorite, Emily was super cool and is very knowledgeable about the store and all the products. I’ll tell my friends about it for sure

Not much selection here and price is high. Ohm tech batteries are typically 2 for 13$ here they are 20 each. More then 3x the price

Update**The owner was great at communicating and made things right. Thank you again.I come here often. They are out of what I buy more often then I like. Unfortunately they are the only place that carries it so i have no choice but to keep coming back. Also they need to update their hours . Someday they are consistent and other days they dont open their doors until noon eventhough they are supposed to open at 10.

This place is helpful even when I asked for help on to quitting and expressing I won’t be spending my money with them anymore they still helped. Luis is the best!

Great deals at this place

Excellent store! Inventory and employees were great! Only thing is I stopped in on my.lunch break to replace my mod and tank as they have gotten older. I looked online and found what I wanted for about $100 on their website. Went in store to grab that and some juice and in store the kit was $180.. didnt make a lot of sense as I could have just ordered it online and picked it up in store. Great spot but order ahead online and save the money.

I don’t take the time to leave reviews unless it’s extremely worth it, and let me tell you.... Vaportoke is 100% with it! I was helped by Tara, she went above and beyond to help me. I was ready to give up but she was determined to get me exactly what I needed and she did! I’ve been vaping since 2011 and have visited vape shops from the east coast to Hawaii and every state in between and Vaportoke has the best selection of any vape shop I’ve been in, and I’ve been in A LOT!!! Went in, tried to buy some new pods for my Caliburn. Guy up front sold me some. Opened them in shop, they were wrong. Wont accept returns Employees dont know what theyre talking about.

I sure hope there are returns because I went in for some juice, found one that looked tasty, was disappointed to learn there wasnt even a bottle I could smell. and as it turns out the juice I thought looked good is actually intolerably nasty and tastes like the cinnamon challenge

Gotlieb went above and beyond by helping me get a replacement glass for my tank he was out of stock so he took one of the display tanks cleaned it and sold it to me so I would be taken care of thank you so much!!! Made my night sir

Wow , Beautiful store in Arvada, they have so many flavors I don’t know from where to start. Salt Juice is my fave , they carry that too. And don’t get me started on the hookahs, oh and my friend couldn’t believe she could get her Juul pods. I love it. Thank you guys.

Buyer beware, strong use of bait and switch poor salesman tactics changes the price after its been stated, has acted inventory and refuses to use from it. All in all will not be returning.
