It had been a long time since my last visit to this location, and I’m happy to say that nothing has really changed!Although I had never met Devin or Dustin before, If I was the owner of this location, I would be counting my blessings as team members like this are extremely hard to find.Operating within an industry that has such a large amount of competition, You have to go out of the way to do whatevers necessary to set yourselves apart from the place down the street.Well, Devin & Dustin are doing exactly what is necessary to go above & beyond the competition to keep customers coming back; creating authentic, lasting business/customer relationships.Their customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is filled with good vibes. I appreciated the sincerity of our conversations; they genuinely care about their customers.The store remains super clean and well-organized, while offering an absolutely massive selection of all different kinds of products.They still have the best prices on Kratom and everything else in the Greater Denver area.If youre looking for a great place to shop, I highly recommend checking them out!

10/10 recommend Smash glass and vape. One of the few smoke shops where I can actually find everything I need without trouble. Devin and Kenzie were super cool and super helpful.

Recently found this store and have stopped going to any other. Awesome staff and inventory selection - was looking for a new disposable and Kenzie took the time to figure out what flavor profile I was looking for and I think we found some winners!

Ill be in this area more often soon, so I stopped in today because I was running low on vape juice. The place is pretty easy to miss, but Ill definitely be back. Im awful with names! The staff (Devin? David?) & Kenzi (only recognize the name from other reviews) were both super friendly. They took the time to make some suggestions, because I tend to get stuck in a rut with my flavors, and never branch out. Prices are good, and selection is amazing.

This place is a bad business. I had bought a vape mod that I thought was the same as my old one only for it to be about 33% bigger. I wasnt a fan and drove right back to return it. Bear in mind it was 30 minutes later and the employee was refusing to take it back despite it being unused and giving major attitude as if I was asking something major. I had him phone the owner who was more than happy to take it back. Immediately the employees attitude changed. They didnt have the mod I wanted so to be cool I bought other things including a Lookah vape. The battery on that doesnt function properly so i had talked to David and he said to bring it back and they would exchange it. I brought it back the next day and they refused, despite having a defect exchange policy, and said I have to go through warranty. Needless to say this place sucks and the employees are kind of rude, just go across the street to Vibez Vape because they know how to treat customers.

Been coming here for odds and ends for about 5 years now. It has been fun to watch the store grow and change over the years.I was in today and helped by David. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the exact battery I needed. I look forward to coming back and recommending this place to others.

This store is awesome. The variety in products, knowledge on products, and customer service is 10/10. They always have great deals and fun things going on in the store. Would highly recommend!

There staff is Always friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even make it a point to remember what I want. Their pricing is great and they have a Massive selection too!! If they don’t have it they’ll even try to order it for you. Here’s an example: I was out of my juice, last one was discontinued so I Finally found a new one, however it’s scarce now. The gentlemen helping me said they have 2 at their other store and seriously!!! They managed to get them Both to me the very next day. They go above and beyond. And one of my Most favorite aspects is their environment, it’s Awesome. Plus those staff members that do know me always make a point to check in with me, see how life is and I’ve had so many fabulous conversations with a number of the staff. Everyone that works at the store is super awesome and helpful and know what they’re doing. Where it falls short of five stars is that it seems like whoever orders product doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing. Because more often than not things that customers want is not available and I go to other stores to get what I need. Especially in the Kratom area. Warehouse…get better!

Excellent headshop!!! Just called asking for a replacement mouthpiece for my Lookah Seahorse Pro seeing they were a little pricey online. I was told theyd just 3D printed one, and they sold it to me for just under $10 after tax.The folks here are always really friendly and have a great selection of most everything you might be looking for from a head shop. My personal go to head shop in the general area.

Alssoo I cant stand going into a shop and the people working have no idea what theyre talking about, that is not the case here, very knowledgeable staff!

Careful!! This place will sell you expired product. Bought some Kewi Shisha from them today, and when I got home after smoking it already, looked at the packaging and it showed that this product expired back in June of 2023. That’s really bad and I am so surprised that they still have license to sell. I used to come here a lot and spent a lot of money over the last 5 years. I’m just so surprised that they would let that happen.

Little blond girl was very rude. Sent my son in to get me a little pipe while he was shopping. He grabbed a larger pipe than I wanted. So I walked right back in to get a smaller one, less than a minute after the sale. Nope denied, even offer to let them keep the obvious difference in price. Nope she got even ruder and her work mate enjoyed how rude she was with his huge smile. NEVER GOING BACK!

Honestly the best smoke shop weve been too! I forgot to grab the employees name who helped us but he had long dark hair. Super cool person and super knowledgeable about every question I asked, and I ask a lot of questions. Soo many options, deals, great prices, great recommendations, and great company! I was majorly in need of a dab bucket and I called them 10 minutes before they closed. They were super knowledgeable about the sizes and what a good quality brand would be. Then they even waited 10 minutes past their closing time for me to show up. Definitely a great spot with great service.

I always have a good experience with anyone who works at both locations.I have mad respect for this company for pulling the Potion pills/enhanced extracts (phenibut and tianeptine) off the shelf. Those pills ruined my life more then any street drug ever could.I barely made it out alive! Used to come to this store at least once a week, spending a couple hundred dollars at a time. Until one day I came in 5 minutes before opening and the owner told me to wait outside for 20 minutes on him. I left and took my business elsewhere and I havent been back since. Thats no way to treat loyal customers who spend good money with you.

Walked inside to a small and clean smoke shop, stocked to the top shelves with everything I could possibly need. Nikki greeted us and was super polite and knowledgeable about the products. Fantastic shop, highly recommend (pun intended). Tito was extremely knowledgeable and helpful the last time I was in, I wanted some shisha and some glass. I was well taken care of, quite pleased with the product, and will come back the time I need anything!

Went in the other night to look at some glass, Tito was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable as to what glass was what. We were in there for about 20-25 min asking questions and looking around. Ultimately ended up buying some new glass and will definitely be back for a mystery bag.

I will most definitely give 5 stars to this shop and all of its employees I have had interactions with this far. Especially the nice lady that helped me narrow down my Kratom wants and needs. These people are awesome! I go here at least once a week to get a certain type of kratom, and Christy is great about always making sure they stay stocked. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming too. This is the only smoke shop I go too. Definitely recommend!

Edit: I no longer recommend SMASH Glass and Vape for a couple of reasons. First off they frequently did not have the coils or juices that I had become accustomed to purchasing. The final breaking point was when they sold me e-juice that had expired close to two years prior which ended up hospitalizing me with bacterial pneumonia! Once out of the hospital I returned with the expired juice and receipt only to be told they were unwilling to do anything about it as their return policy is all sales final. I was disappointed that the gentleman I spoke with didn’t care and offered no remedy but instead asked if I wanted to buy another bottle of the juice at full price. I have yet to return and never will!! Buyers beware if you choose to shop here check your products before you leave the store. It sucks because they did have a large selection of vaporizers and glass wear at fair prices. Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Vapor Clouds/ VIBEZ Smoke & Vape! Been going through this business, for a little over 8 months or so, for my 120ml bottles of flavor monster e-liquid. Best quality and cheapest prices Ive found. The staff always has a smile on their faces, a friendly, helpful demeanor, and are very knowledgeable about what they sell. Big shout-out to Alex. Shes a real doll and helped me find some really good e-liquid today for dirt cheap!! I love this place and hope they will be around forever so I can always be a customer of theirs! I ordered over the phone yesterday and drove all the way from Lakewood to pick up. When I got there no one came out to our vehicle and no one would answer the phone. We finally caught some employees coming out to help someone else. Long story short he never gave me our order because their systems were down. It wasted quite a bit of time and I’m still out all the supplies I was excited for. Super bummed bc I went there a few months back and had an amazing experience. Just couldn’t believe they just didn’t get me my order. I am currently hunting for somewhere in Lakewood with similar products as smash.

Do not shop here. First time here and the last. Picked up 2 glass rigs and one had a hole in it the size of a pin. Called to see if i could exchange it, you talk about some rude and hostle people. They didnt exchange it even though it wasnt used. They dont care about doing the right thing even though they sold me a defective glass piece. I asked if they are ok with doing that and i was told yes. The reviews are misleading.

Very EXCELLENT customer service and my journey began with Paul, who was very helpful providing my friend and I with everything we needed!! Very helpful, knowledgeable staff on EVERYTHING inside the store!!! I will be coming back for the CBD flower and CBD products---Very good deals on flower as well ($89/oz)!!! My friend bought a goody bag, CBD drinks, and vape juice---under $60 for everything!!! Its my friends favorite place to shop 1st and I think I may have found my new spot for it all!!

Isnt it hard to find a place these days that you can say ALWAYS the staff is friendly, upbeat, helpful, and knowledgeable?! I look FORWARD to my trips to Payless! They use the Five Star app point system and have great discount and they run specials frequently. The staff is also loyal to me and my needs... And they dont go through rounds of employess (same happy faces) so you know theyre being treated right. This is NOT the closest store to me that I could visit, I make the trip because its worth it! In my opinion its more of a head shop than a tobacco store though. They still carry what I need, example is, if I am shopping for cigarette tubes (because I roll my own) this place only has literally two options... One brand of king size, and one brand of 100s as opposed to Smoker Friendly, which has about 4 different brand tubes of both 100s and Kings. Heres the thing though... It doesnt matter, because Payless is a better experience!!!Kratom selection is good, and you will find new manufactures on the shelves and they will be stocked to take care of you with this product.They bring in new and interesting products to their shelves. When I was shopping for fidget spinners during the mad rush with the new trend, this is the place I got mine. You can also grab a soda while youre here. Dont expect the wall to be lined with cigarettes and cigars, thats not what this place is. Do expect a memorable experience, good price, interesting selection, heady eye candy, and good vibes.

One of the best shops around town! Awesome, and I mean AWESOME selection of Glass and Vape! And so much more! This place is great, with an amazing staff! Even better! They actually know what they are talking about, or will go out of their way to find out for you! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Super nice people, but the detox drink I bought (X-pulsion) did not work at all. The gentleman told me hes never heard anything negative about the drink, and I think he was being honest. This is why I am doing the review so that people will KNOW in the future not to buy that drink if trying to pass a UA.

Great store and all usually has what I need but for some reason they wanted to ID my 10 YEAR OLD SON I came in the store with my child and as I pick my normal flavor and everything else he asks for my id I show him then he asks for my 10 year olds ID. Wasted my time so I had to go down to the other vape store down the street and they let me buy my juice. I could see if I was asking him what vape do you want or even if he was older but cmon guys really and they’ve never asked for his id before(not old enough to have one he’s 10) it was the short guy didn’t get his name but he definitely had little man syndrome

I left a nice review I have to change. Went back after a good first experience to a bad one. They upped a price by over 30% when the item whole sale already is less than 80x their mark up. Then I asked to use my incentive for signing up last time and showed them the text message updates I get from their incentive program, and they didnt honor it cause it wasnt on the computer, but I clearly had the texts and showed her. Just an oh thats weird haha nope paying our 80x mark up that we upped the price from less than 30 days ago

I was interested in CBD vape juice and I did a Google search and decided to call the first shop that came up and it happened to be Smash Glass and Vape. I called and Andrew answered and was very helpful and super knowledgeable. I was out and about today and decided to pop in. The store had quite a few customers (which is a good sign) so we enjoyed the amazing collection of glass!!! Not long after we got done looking at the glass wre greeted by Demetrius and he elaborated on what Andrew had told me about cbd vape juice and the differences. As Demetrius was gathering the products for me I noticed a jar of what looked like cbd concentrate and I asked Chloe about it. She was just excited explaining it to me as I was excited to learn about it. Overall this store was amazing! The staff was/is second to none. I will be a return customer and recommend!

I truly love this headshop as I am a regular customer here. The variety here isnt too big. But if you come often enough you can request them to order certain items to their shipping sheet. The prices arent too high they could be worse. I love the rewards program they have here, if u spend $2000 over a lifetime you get a free waterpipe/bong/vape device valued at $400 for free. Its pretty awesome. All the employees seem to know what they are doing. A lot of the products they have there are old and not up to date in this year but still very high quality. Highly recommended. Conveniently located as well being right off of wads.

These guys are the best one-stop shop for hookah and vape supplies in the Denver metro area! Its so nice not having to mess with going to multiple stores to get what we need. Al Fahker shisha, Golden Desert charcoal, coils for whatever resistance you need, and of course a great selection of vape mods, hookahs, pipes, and bongs. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and the prices are pretty good. Cant beat it.
