Will was awesome, checked in multiple times to see how I was feeling, made sure to prioritize the places I needed work on. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Asheville!

Book with WILLIAM, hes an amazing therapist and you will be so glad you did. Backpacked for 5 days and he opened knotted muscles, relieved spinal compression, stripped fatigued tendons in my hikers feet, melted muscle aches and sent me home so relaxed I was amazed. THANK YOU WILLIAM!!!

Highly recommend a massage with William. I usually choose female therapists, but William’s reviews convinced me to give him a try, and I’m so glad I did! I wouldn’t change a thing other than booking a longer session.

Cant recommend this place enough!! Excellent service every time. William has always paid close attention to my concerns, answered every question I have, and been careful to make sure I always feel comfortable. Hes helped me get relief from painful knots caused by whiplash from many years ago and tech neck from my work. The staff is also very responsive even though its a small location. I couldnt be happier!

My whole experience was fantastic! It was my first time visiting this place and my first time getting massage here in Asheville......and I will definitely be back for more! Kyle was amazing!! He took his time to listen to what I needed work on, was soft spoken and asked me what my comfort levels were (very much appreciate that)! He encouraged me to check in if I needed more of something or less during massage! The energy of the place was calming and quiet, which is perfect when coming for a massage! My partner and I had a 90min couples massage and it was great! Jessica and Tim were both wonderful, and therapeutic and healing in ways that other places we have been to weren’t (and we thought the other places were great, but this place really sets the bar high!) We both feel great the next day.Super accommodating, I was able to schedule pretty last minute. Booked the afternoon of and was able to get in the same evening.Really cute place, not hard to find or access. Glad there’s parking in the back too!I’d definitely recommend and we hope to be returning again soon! Thanks!

William did such a good job on my very tight and knotty back!! He asked my preferred pressure and where I’d like him to focus on. He was also very respectful, asking for consent to be massaged in various places before beginning. I bought the 90 minute package on Groupon which was an excellent deal and had such a relaxing time. It’s a little hard to spot from the outside and parking felt kinda tight but it was totally fine. 10/10 would absolutely come back.

Had a wonderful 90-minute deep tissue massage for my birthday here. I am not local to Asheville so I came across this business on Google maps. The original MT that I was scheduled with wasnt feeling well and they kindly reached out to me in advance to ask for approval for Carmen (the owner) to provide my service instead which I thought was both considerate and professional. The massage was wonderful; Carmens massage technique was impeccable. She was able to locate problem areas without me pointing them out which is a testament to her knowledge and skills. She is also a very kind and thoughtful person. Overall great experience and I would gladly return on my next visit to Asheville!

I had a perfect relaxing and productive massage with William. He was attentive to my problem areas--like my back and shoulders--and he diligently worked a lot of the tension out. It was amazing how quickly he zeroed in on spots that needed to be worked out. He also checked in regularly with me about adjusting the pressure. Even though I used a groupon this time, I would pay full price for the experience!

My partner and I were visiting friends in Asheville and i surprised them with a couples massage here. We were not disappointed! We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pain free. Carmen and William were incredibly receptive to feedback and were very attentive to our respective pain areas. The aromatherapy was a nice touch,too. Wouldd absolutely recommend stopping in and we will definitely be back!

I had an emergent situation with my hip. Kyle was lovely! Very patient with me checking in, (takes patience with me). Kyle took time to really listen to my woes and needs, he devised a plan of treatment, went over it with me and we started. Kyle is very intuitive, gentle and effective with his technique! Soon after leaving my gate and pain improved to barely noticeable! I will return

Kyle is the absolute best. One of the most relaxing and healing massages I have ever received. When I first arrived, we sat down and he asked me if there was anything specific that brought me in. He listened to what I said and focused on the areas I mentioned during our session. I had told him that I had a hard time speaking up regarding pressure and he went out of his way to check in during the massage to make sure the pressure was what I needed. Kyle is very professional and kind and really listens to his clients’ needs. I highly recommend.

Wonderful massage my Toni. If in the area I will go back. I will say if you want sound proof massage this is not the place. You can hear when there are sirens outside and a some walking around as it is an old house. But the massage itself was so relaxing it didn’t bother me.

William zeroed in on the muscles that were tight and knotted applying just the right amount of pressure to bring some much needed relief. Very pleased with the results.

My lady and I went here to celebrate another state traveled and we visited this establishment. Hands down THE GREATEST massage I’ve ever received. The atmosphere was welcome, William and Carmen were beyond personable they made us fell right at home had a open session before hand laughing and joking. William applied the perfect pressure in all the stressed areas. He even know what hand I wrote with based off my bodily reactions to his pressures lol. What can i say except very unprofessional establishment. spouse and i were planning a weekend in asheville. i found asheville massage and wellness through google. seemed like a nice establishment. i paid in advance as requested. 3 days before appt. carmen calls to say they cant find record of payment. i proceed to give her last 4 of card used and mentioned this wasnt such a great way to start business. carmen was not understanding of my concern. carmen stated she would do further research and call me. wasnt 30 mins and i received a text stating payment was located, refunded, and our appt was cancelled since they didnt meet my expectations. wow no i should of had no concerned over a 190.00 payment not accounted for. so it will be a great husband/wife weekend. thanks for all your concern carmen. i wish you the best in your business endeavors.

This is Dave on my wifes Google Account. Were so lucky to have Asheville Massage and Wellness here on the North side! Our regular massage therapist has been unavailable since March and finally said we should find another therapist and what a find this was! This is an Asheville style salon not a cattle call, box store arrangement. Carmen greeted me at the door of this warm and welcoming setting. After our session, we spoke briefly and she simply suggested I investigate their website about special offers and packages--no high pressure sales or lock in memberships with down payments. Carmen is an artist, as is my wife and we spent more time talking about that. If you want a personal touch from people who really cares about you, not your credit card, this is the place.

After every massage I feel relieved from pain and so relaxed!! I was involved in a major car accident 6 years ago and Ive had over 40 reconstructive surgeries. I live with chronic pain.
