Friendly staff, good prices, decent selection. Nice selection of products and THCa. It seemed like the staff knows the products very well. I still prefer OG for most things, but Smoke Rings definitely have a selection thats worth revisiting.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely useless in terms of an exchange policy. Bought a dry herb vaporizer here, took it home and ran one LEGALLY BOUGHT CBD flower, the same kind being sold in the store itself. Product didnt work, basically sold me a broken product. Refused to take it back because it had been used? How do you test a product without testing it??0/5 stars. Would never recommend.

This store is the best smoke shop & vape shop in Asheville. Their products and customer service are above all. Penny, Judy, and Mae are very helpful & friendly. Will definitely be back!

This place has gone severely downhill over the past 6 months. I honestly only go here when I’m in the area, for sake of convenience when I’m working up the street. Some of the employees here have major “get you out of the store FAST” vibes. It’s almost like they want you to come in; make your decision, and hurry up so they can get back to whatever it is they’re doing. There’s only two employees here who don’t make me feel rushed. Also, the owner of the store is constantly changing rules around. I went to get a drink from the cooler today, only to be reprimanded by an employee bc apparently “it isn’t allowed anymore”. Not to mention they yelled at me for hitting my vape last week. Don’t these people sell vapes ???? Won’t be coming back.

The arden location has gone downhill never answer phone calls never have product needed (i.e.coils for vaporizers)or always have low stock or theyll sell you vaporizer they never have coils for

I work just down the road and frequent often, staff are friendly, straight forward with deals, return policy, and are always very welcoming. Good crew you have here and reasonable prices.

I went there to buy CBD oil for my girlfriend. I buy the wrong one for $85 and they say I can’t return it even though I made the purchase 60 seconds ago. They say only store credit but there is nothing in the store I would buy as it’s the only CBD oil they carry. As a small business owner myself I think a strict no returns policy is shady and unethical.

This used to be my go-to vape shop. Theyve been nothing but rude recently and I recommend giving your money to someone else. Like literally any other shop in town. Just drive like a mile in any direction youll find a vape shop with better deals and nicer customer service

Super cool and friendly; great service. They were able to help me find a coil that was out of stock at my usual store. They also have amazing local glass, functional & wearable. I will definitely be stopping in again!!!

All was fantastic until the vape i got leaked 3 days later, I drove 40 minutes to hopefully exchange it, but they would not. So that sucked. Not too happy about that. I had bought over $100 of products there, and they wouldnt exchange my vape.

Why host a raffle advertised at a specific time when you start before that advertised time? That’s bad business. I suggest making people aware that they need to come much earlier. I know this business inside and out. Hosting a non private event and then imposing rules that don’t make sense are out of order. Today 6/17 it was advertised to start at 4:20pm. I arrived and walked in at 4:20-4:21 to a crowd of people already having their raffle tickets read off. No longer excited to shop here, I’ll go online for small supplies.

The young man that was there the day I went was a beautiful soul! You are very lucky to have someone so pleasant helping your customers. This was my first time at your establishment, but I will be back if in the area again and need anything!

Nice people, but declined to accept my return after promising me a couple of days prior that I could return it if I didn’t like it. They said it was because it was opened, but the woman who said that’s why she couldn’t accept it, is the same person who opened it, set it up, and told me I could return it. Charges disputed. Giving 3 stars because the people here were very kind and helpful. But the return policy needs some work.

The owner should know that his employs makes him lose money. I was on my way there took Uber to get there I got there at 9:59 when he holds the door about to close it and didn’t let me in saying I have to close the register at 10. All I needed is one thing that would have take a second but he didn’t care he just wanted to go home

Purchased a glass pipe, with a gel inside that I was told to freeze by the counter person, and it busted. When I called to ask them about a replacement they just said I put it in the freezer too long, and offered 30% off of my next purchase. They never told me there was a specific time to freeze when being purchased. Might be a good idea to go to another place that has intelligent staff that can explain how to use the products correctly. Many other options for pipes and tobacco devices with educated staff that can explain how to use any product.

Great prices on delta 8 but everytime I go in there it seems like the girl with the nose ring doesnt really want to be there or is lacking in enthusiasm I dont like my job but I still put a effort into making people feel welcome. Forsure but none the less good pricing!

I purchased a $400 item here after i was told i could return it if it didnt function properly as long as i didnt use it with a product. So i charged it up turned it on and it didnt work. I return to the store and am i told i cant return it for my money back or even store credit i was left with a broken item. Worst store experience ever.

Great selection and good customer service every time I go. Most things are priced well and they have sales events every couple months it seems. Worth a visit if you are looking for vape juices and delta 8 options. :)

A weird experience to say the least. My girlfriend, a few friends and I (total 6 of us) went into Smoke Rings late last night to check out some new glass pieces. Since we are locals, we know Smoke Rings has some of the best variety in town regarding glass pieces. We go in, and the staff were very helpful. They imminently started pulling glass pieces out of the displays so we can inspect and feel the pieces before buying. All was well there. Where we ran into a major problem was during the checkout process. The lady who was helping us, decided to ring us out on a total of four glass pieces (instead of the two we found and wanted to buy). The total comes out to over $300... and we absolutely had NO intentions of spending $300 when we walked in. We were confused on the price, and she tells us that she accidently rang up all four pieces we were looking at. IN NO WAY did we make it seem like we wanted four pieces! Where the two stars come in is here: the staff said even though they charged us an extra $100+ (AND IT WAS THE EMPLOYEES FAULT), there was NO WAY to refund us the extra money. WHAT?? What type of point of sale system has no refund button? Regardless of company policy, or the POS system, if the employee made a $100 mistake, it should not be on the customer to bear the burden. This instantly put a terrible and negative taste in my mouth. So, instead of walking out with two glass pieces like intended, we walked out with an extra $100 of random junk we didnt want, because we had no other choice. What a terrible customer experience at the end. I highly recommend Smoke Rings changing company policy, and or investing into new point of sale infrastructure. If you go to this store, BE 1000% sure you are paying the correct price. From this experience, I will no longer be giving my business to this Smoke Rings in Arden, or any of them for that matter. I refuse to do business with a company with such policies ever again. This is a major shame for me, since I enjoy the store, the atmosphere, and typically the customer service. Take this into consideration next time you shop at Smoke Rings, at any location.

This place was so cool!! Has so many peices to choose from and a wide range of prices for everyone!! Beautiful glass peices and also glass art as well!! I ended up getting a couple Christmas gifts from here and Im so glad I did because everyone loved their gifts!! Check this place out, its got alot to choose from and its a really cool place.

This is my go-to place for CBD and vape products in town!! They have a larger variety of vape juice flavors than any other store I’ve been into, and best of all, their staff is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I love browsing all the new products they get in, especially for CBD, like face masks and water which are some of my favorites. After my many great experiences, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Thank you Smoke Rings ❤️☺️

For a smoke shop, it is kept very clean. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff seem to get along with both customers and each other. There is an abundance of glassware, if that is your style. CBD, Kratom, sub-ohm juices, and salt-nic can be found as well, including the devices. They host frequent sales and raffle events and are conveniently located next to a CBD-centric business if you need different CBD items.

The workers were super helpful when I needed help choosing a new kind of cbd gummy. I will definitely be a regular!

Bought 3 delta 8 edible gummies 500mg for around $34 a bottle (discount for buying more than 1) this product is top notch and lab tested. Its easy to scan qr label on the bottle to verify the lab results so you know that the product you are receiving is safe to consume. For comparison to other shops I bought 200 mg of edibles from sweet leaf smoke shop in waynesville NC and I was charged $25. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! Do yourself a favor and buy from Smoke rings. Best prices and better product.
