OMG! This place is Everything and more!!! The staff is a 20 overall!!! Surprised my guy with a Couples Massage for us/his birthday.The location in Buckhead is so seductive and nice.I highly recommend this Spa to anyone that’s in town or coming from outta(like us). Ohhhh, the young ladies that did our massages was the BEST!! I, literally slept through my entire massage.Go book a massage ASAP!!!

Where do I begin? Today is Mothers Day. My boyfriend booked an appointment for me to get a massage and placed his card on file and asked they charge his card when service is complete. The woman he spoke to over the phone said that would be fine. The service was good but the receptionist still charges me after I explained my boyfriend was covering with his card on file. The receptionist response was “ we prefer to swipe. You should tell your boyfriend to give you the money back later.” I went ahead and paid for it because I didn’t feel like going back and forth. There are better places I will not ever come back and I do not recommend coming here.

My wife and I went to Buckhead Grand Spa for a couples massage on our anniversary. The facility is very nice and the staff was friendly. We both enjoyed our massages. We highly recommend

Received the most exquisite massage I’ve ever experienced by Sherrice. Going back next week for a facial with Sherrice who was very warm and welcoming and very attentive. She made me experience a 10/10! Highly recommend requesting her.

Where do I begin! The atmosphere is intimately amazing and the masseuses are exceptionally professional! A good friend and I enjoyed ourselves in a very relaxing setting. My personal masseuse was Kesi and she was PHENOMENAL! Her attention to detail was spot on. She focused on the areas I was most tense in but made sure the rest of my body was given the same professional treatment. I am pretty sure all of the massage therapists at the Grand Spa are top notch but for my money I will put in a request for Kesi upon every visit, which will certainly be sooner than later! Thank you Buckhead Grand Spa and most certainly thank you Kesi for the physical rejuvenation my hard working body needed!

I went here at the beginning of the year to start my year off right. Marisa was my massage therapist, and she did phenomenal!!!! Spas are my thing, and I can definitely say that was one of the best massages I have experienced. Also, it was a “hot stone massage” that made it even better. I don’t particularly like that this spa does not have a lot of amenities like I am used to. But Marisa made the experience a 10/10!

Sherrice is amazing at what she does! I got a facial and full body massage from her and it was very relaxing and incitefil. I learned a lot from her and my body and face both felt amazing after! I will definitely be recommending her!

If your body needs a good relaxation and deep tissue treatment!!!! Ooooooo my god! Merissa is the best! She released areas of stress, I didn’t even know I had! I was snoring before I knew it! Worth every penny!!!!!!

Received a full body massage and facial from Sherrice who was very pleasant and informative with giving me pointers on my skin! Face felt flawless and hydrated considering my dry skin!! Establishment was professional and clean.

Staff is friendly enough.The services menu I have is, I guess outdated.. I signed up for 90 minutes deep tissue thinking it’s $140 as the menu states (See picture attached). At the time of my massage I was told it’s $175 and it was more of a take it or leave it demeanor with this news. I moved my massage down to 60 minutes. The Aroma therapy is not worth $20 but this is the cost at most places.Although no one said anything about presenting it before the massage, I was made to feel it was an issue and inconvenience for me to provide my gift certificate after my massage. When I presented it to pay, I was told 2-3 times that I should have provided the gift certificate upon my arrival..Massage was lovely. Walls are thin though…Overall, wasn’t the experience I was looking for and I wish I had been gifted a better experience elsewhere..

I had the best massage ever from Marissa! She was absolutely incredible and incorporated different massage techniques that was exactly what I was looking for (combo of deep tissue, cupping, and Thai massage). I have already recommended her to a ton of family and friends. Trust me, you’ll be super happy with having her as your knowledgeable and fantastic masseuse!

Wow! I was gifted a 60 minute Swedish massage for my birthday and it was the gift I did not know I needed. Kesi was absolutely incredible! She was so professional & did an amazing job. The use of hot towels & her way of creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere could not have been better. This experience has turned me into someone that wants massages regularly. It was that good!

I had a massage with Emily and she was amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made sure I was comfortable with different pressures throughout my deep tissue massage. She gave detailed instructions and advice for aftercare to get the most out of my time spent there. The spa was a very relaxing and a comfortable environment. Everyone was very helpful, pleasurable, and punctual as well. I would highly recommend Buckhead Grand Spa!

I had a beautiful experience here at Buckhead Grand Spa. What better way to bring in another year of life than to be pampered from head to toe. Ms. D did a very comprehensive facial, my first one. I left glowing. Merrisa did an amazing hot stone massage with the perfect amount of pressure. She has a very fun personality. I would recommend anyone come try this place out. Location is convenient as well.

I visited this beautiful spa last week and had a 90 minutes deep tissue massage which was out of this world. Calm music and cleanliness of the facility was impressive. The staff was very friendly and professional. When I am back in town for my business I will definitely come back to this classy place.

First time going here and having a facial and Natalie was great! She looked at my skin and pointed out what she saw as concerns, kept me informed of what she applied to my face and constantly checked to make sure I was okay and not having any side effects to anything. Beautiful, cozy place and good customer service.

My hubz decided to surprise us with a couple massage. This spa is located in such a beautiful area. As you walk in, the ambiance is perfect. The entry way is just absolutely calming. Our masseuses were Ashley and Karen. They were beyond phenomenal. We got the deep tissue massage. Both were very knowledgeable and applied different pressure to certain areas. My hubz calf was bothering him, but when the masseuse got to that area she was able to adjust and still deliver a fantastic massage. This place is a must. If you are looking for quality, cleanliness, kind and warm encounters. They will not disappoint.

I got a chance to use this spa for a hydrating facial and a hot stone massage and have to admit it was beyond my expectations. Very relaxing 2 hours in an upscaled place with attentive and knowledgeable staff made me feel rested, pampered and recharged.Highly recommend and definitely will be back

This place is amazing . Daiva, especially, is so experienced and knows so much about skin needs . After every facial, I get a ton of compliments about how glowing and healthy my skin looks

Marissa gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. No joke. She is superb at her craft. “Ms Dieva” - the skin guru esthetician - gave me a hydration facial w/derma-planing & brow color/fix & I feel like my skin is glowing. Highly recommend this spa & these two ladies!

The staff was nice, but for the cost I was expecting a little more overall. Very small establishment, no showers or spa feel.. the massage was nice, I requested a Swedish massage, but was unaware that the technique can vary, so it was quite different than the Swedish massage I received in the past. Lastly, I would have liked my therapist to wear a mask. Other than that it was an ok experience.

I had the most calming massage with Merrisa! My back was killing me and she knew exactly what I needed. Merrisa is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs. When Im back in town I will most certainly come back!

My husband scheduled a massage, reflexology & facial for my birthday. The best 2.5 hours EVER!! New to the area and not knowing what to expect I was very happy with the spa..very clean, the service and masseuse! Natalie was excellent, she questioned , explained and was very nice and patient. New to Georgia and Buckhead Grand Spa but will be returning for future appointments.

I had a lovely experience here. I loved my massage person, Emily 💙. I didn’t like the fact that my facial person was also the receptionist. She was getting up a lot and my hand and foot treatment felt rushed. I also didn’t understand parking and got my car locked behind a gate for a minute but I got out. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

I went for my first facial three weeks ago and it was AMAZING!!! Diva did the facial and she looked at my skin and told me exactly what I needed. Diva also told me they offer eyebrow tinting/coloring. I had microdermabrasion, waxing and tinting of my eyebrows. I told her I wanted it to look natural, and my eyebrows have never looked so good! It was very calming and soothing. My skin was so hydrated. It looked like she turned back the clock for my skin. My skin was absolutely radiant!! Diva is amazing and I had to go back for a second facial a week ago. She suggested several products that they sell and I bought a few. Friendly staff and amazing service!! If I could give 10 stars I would !!!

My husband bought me a half day of beauty 1 for my birthday. It was such a wonderful experience! The massage was absolutely perfect- good pressure but relaxing. The facial was on another level- seriously the best facial ever! It felt amazing and my skin looked and felt great afterwards! I felt very pampered the whole time.

This was the most amazing spa experience I’ve had in a very long time. The deep tissue treatment was amazing. I started getting facials there as well and my skin has never been healthier. I would highly recommend. Aaron was extremely welcoming and kind. A wonderful experience all around.

This place is wonderful. Staff is professional and attentive and massage therapists are phenomenal. I had Mariah for a prenatal massage; it was heavenly and purposeful. She is clearly very experienced. My husband had Emily for a deep tissue massage and he said she worked all the spots in his back that he never knew were problems. Excellent overall. Warning all first time visitors!They didnt have good communication - I asked her to tell me what she was going to do, and I only got do you want me to do your eyebrows? I said Yes Then she started to do whatever she wanted.End up I cost 225 for micro dermabrasion which is the one I try to avoid before I made that appointment. And 30 for eyebrows wax which is I really asked for it, but thats not really line up and shape clearly them still left some for me have to pull out by myself after I see in my bathroom mirror. Yes, they wont give you a mirror to check what they done during the trip.you dont know the thing they put on your face is what you need or even the cost.And the bed and pillow under your knees are extremely uncomfortable.My husband had a 90min hot stone massage. Thats good. But it costs 225 dollar also come with the uncomfortable bed.Please only come here if you really know what you want.

This area is pretty upscale; therefore, the Grand Spa presents the same upscale expectation. I scheduled a spa day for my sister during her visit! The customer service /experience was excellent, location & cleanliness of the spa perfect. Upscale comes with a tag for some the service was about 150-200, well worth the investment. My sister was satisfied.

I had the most amazing massage and spa experience recently at Buckhead Grand. I arrived just in time for my appointment and was immediately greeted by the owners like an old friend. My (deep tissue) massage was just what I needed and the masseuse was very respectful and considerate. The spa is clean, peaceful, and a wonderful place to disconnect & relax.This was my 3rd massage at Buckhead Grand Spa and I plan to book my next massage there very soon.

Such an amazing spa. I’ve been to many spas and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. My wife and I got facials and a couples massage. We felt incredible afterwards. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. The decor and ambiance was beautiful. Highly recommend and will be going back soon.

Came once for a service and that singular appointment was fantastic.When I called back to book my follow up service a few things went wrong...they couldnt pull me up to book me with the same person for the same exact service I had just a few weeks earlier.Once they finally got me booked they changed my appointment 3 times, I completely understand when staffing changes happen or something comes up but if that were me, calling to change my appoint 3 times I would be charged a fee or charged for the appointment etc.They offered nothing in return to me for rescheduling over and over, not a $5 off or hey well do xyz to make up for our error....nothing, just a hope you call back and book again, byeI saw it as unfair, was hoping to make this my go to but am searching for some other places in the area now.

Relaxing environment and good customer service. Prices are higher than other places that have the same or better level of service.Parking is difficult and needs to be paid > $15 after an hour!

Been going to this spa for years. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Natalie gives the most amazing facials! She is very knowledgeable and tailors to each client’s unique needs.

I was a bit nervous to book an appointment due to COVID, but Im definitely glad I did! I planned to visit the city for my birthday, and they were able to accommodate my last minute request (called near closing time the day before I was to arrive). I treated myself to hot stone massage and reflexology, and my experience here was absolutely wonderful to say the least! The staff wore masks, and had sanitizer available. The atmosphere inside was serene, and it smelled amazing. There should be a sign posted that reads Relaxation Central. My massage therapist, Mariah, was PHENOMENAL!!! She asked about any problem areas, about the type of pressure that I liked, and I also had somewhat of a therapy session during the massage. Ive visited several spas, and had many, many massages but this was by far one of the best! Will definitely return

Magnificent! I booked a service here during a quick turn around trip from Charlotte to Atlanta. I had just finished moving and still had to travel in the middle of still living out of moving boxes in my new place. Physically, I was exhausted and my back hurt so bad I had schedule an appointment with a chiropractor. But I booked the four handed massage the day before my chiro appointment. Oh. My. Sweet. GOD! It was amazing and worth every single penny. I had never experienced anything like it and I get massages once a month. But this place?! And the massage?! I cancelled my chiro appointment after I left my massage. Thats how good it was and how much it relieved ALL of my back pain. I will absolutely book again.

My fiance and I had a couples massage on Friday, September 6th and could not have had a better experience. The service was impeccable and we were treated as 5 star guests for the entirety of our visit.You definitely leave relaxed and I would highly recommend the deep tissue massage! I will definitely be back soon and hope to make this my monthly Spa!

I really hoped to get a great experience but unfortunately I can give only 2 stars to this place. Ive been in many spas and usually, when you come in, you get to take a shower to feel fresh before your appointment starts, also, it will be up to you to take a shower after. Unfortunately, the room where I got my massage looked like a little storage closet. It didnt have a shower or any spa essentials to take a makeup off etc. I was trying to ignore it and just get to my massage. My masseuse was a really nice woman but i didnt feel like she knew what she was doing. She pat my back a little, burned my skin with very hot stones and put enormous amount of oil on the entire body. I was just laying there and waiting for it to be over. When the massage was finally over, i asked if I can take a shower. Came out that there is only one room with a shower and it was already occupied by a client. I was wondering if they suggest me to wait but they were just so ready for me to pay and leave. When I left, I felt extremely disappointing. I had to cancel a meeting with my friend because I just couldnt meet her while my entire body was dripping with oil. My dress absorbed it as well and now I cant wash it off. My hair was oily and in general, I felt nasty. I dont think that is how you are supposed to feel when you are leaving spa. I dont want to come to that place ever again!

DO NOT patronize this establishment. My friend and I were scheduled for a Massage last Saturday. However, due to illness in her family she was unable to make the trip from Texas as planned. As such, she called and asked to reschedule for the following weekend. Not only was the guy who answered the phone extremely rude to her, he stated that she couldnt reschedule the appointment and charged her card for 50% of both massages. Their website doesnt say anything about rescheduling, only cancellations. I called today to again explain what happend and request an appointment for this Saturday using the funds already charged. However, I was told that the SPA MANAGER said, We were not allowed to book another appointment with them because my friend left a bad review and they feel as though we need to find another spa. Flabbergasted is an understatement. Instead of trying to fix the situation which wouldve resulted in a better review, they chose to retaliate against us. I dont usually right reviews but this is 1 time I have felt the utmost disrespect and it will not go unheard.

Few days ago my wife and me had a couple deep tissue massages. We had such a wonderful experience. We were greeted very nicely and really enjoyed our massages. We cant wait to go back. I highly recommend it to all of the other people.

Wow! My clear and glowing skin is a testament to the awesomeness and serious expertise at Buckhead Grand Spa! Ive visited many medspas and skincare clinics around town and no doubt this is the best. Through the door, I was greeted, given nuts and chocolate and completed a brief skin analysis. Thankfully, theres no extreme waiver stating the company is not responsible for incompetent employees ruining the skin.The treatment was so peaceful and thorough! I appreciate the esthetician using a timer since Ive had incidents elsewhere with my treatments ending before the booked and paid time. The temperature was just right, the soft music, and cozy table... I napped during half the facial. Products used contain active ingredients so you can feel and see an immediate difference. My pores never looked better, and my face never felt cleaner. I felt like a queen during the process and finished feeling like a diva.The prices arent terrible, so Im certainly saving $ to visit when recommended. Buckhead Grand Spa is officially my home beauty care spot.

My brother gave me and my mom a massage and facial as a gift for our birthdays. Supposedly this is already pay by my brother, they gave us options with out letting us know that the other options were going to be extra money. If my brother gave his debit card for a specific payment why give us options to choose just to charge extra. They should off at-least discuss what the gift package contain so we know. Secondly it was not a great experience to find out that the card my brother gave for the payment could not be charge because he was not physically there to sign. Secondly we end up paying extra money for add ons that we were not aware. Lastly, it was not relaxing and when I got the Dermaplaning my face was burning since it was cut. Not to mention that the person who answers the phone is very rude. In all I will never come back to this place and Im not the person to ever leave bad reviews.

The worst experience I ever had a spa, the facial was absolute torture and the massage was worst than my 5 year old nephew would have done, I have a hard time either person is trained and licensed. I have never been in more pain leaving a spa than when I arrived, they have no lounge area for you to relax and they rushed through the services. They didnt even offer me a cup of water after the services. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,

It was alright, Ive had many massages before and this pales in comparison. I almost had to cancel and they told me that we would loose half of our gift card. This was a nice gift but Ill likely try another place in the future. They uncharge for the weekends and their website should be updated to reflect that.

I had a pretty bad experience at this place. I have a lot of back issues but was really wanting a nice relaxing massage, so I tried somewhere new with seemingly good reviews. When the therapist started, she asked me if I wanted deep tissue and I told her not really because I was seeking relaxation vs work. She proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage that did nothing but hurt. I couldnt figure out why but figured, hey my back is really tight, and she is trying to work it out, oh well. Then I go to check out and realize the massage was more because I had a deep tissue I didnt want or ask for or enjoy. Its not a money thing, I went in for a 90 minute massage, I wasnt looking for the cheapest massage out there. Very disappointing experience, you should really listen to what your clients want, not just up-charge them and leave them in pain. Have not and will not return. Terrible massage and worse customer service.

I have been going to Buckhead Grand Spa for several years now. I have received both massages and facials and have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to have a nice and relaxing time.

Must ask for Ashley. She listened, was diligent, and actually gave me a massage for the full time! (I’ve noticed if you get a 60 min massage most places only give you 50 min of service). Not Ashley!! She did the full amount and I appreciate that!

Mariah was absolutely excellent! I called on my birthday last minute and was able to get in and truly get relaxed. I told her the areas to focus on and with the right amount of pressure she got all the kinks out. Hands down one of the best I’ve had in Atlanta thus far.

I am a beauty professional as well and was inquiring about their spa for my students. I was specking to someone that told me her name was Diana and she was rude and disrespectful. She told me she did not have time to answer any of my questions and hung up the phone on me. I felt this was very unprofessional and would never have my students to apply to work there neither will I ever refer any to go there. Do better about who answer the phone and how they treat your customers.

I took my younger sister here for her college graduation gift, hoping it would be a perfect day. To my disappointment, this spa day turned into a miserable experience. After booking for a massage and facial for each of us, the lady doing her my sisters facial added 4 add on services to her facial without asking either of us. I feel she took advantage of a young girl having her first facial. Then she and the owner lied and disputed it implying she had asked for it. These add ons added $150 to our bill. Additionally, my facial was not very good.....my skin seemed exactly the same when I got home, as it did before I went there. Ive had a facial before at Spa Sydell, and it left my skin radiant. This place....not even close. The massage was mediocre. Ive had better massages for much less. It was weak and she didnt even touch my back....only my shoulders. I read lots of good reviews, which is the reason I chose this spa, but I only feel cheated and disappointed. This place is overpriced, dishonest, and just not very skilled in their services. I also think there is a language barrier between the staff and the clients. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage and it was absolutely fabulous!!! We asked for two female massage therapists and got Mariah and Sherry. Couldnt have dreamed of a better experience - so worth the price!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! My grandmother passed away the day of our appointment with them so of course we had to cancel. We tried to explain we had an unexpected death in the family and they refused to give us a refund or re schedule our appointment. We still had to pay $180 for the couples massages that we weren’t able to receive. I could understand if I cancelled for no reason but I can’t control a death in the family. They were very rude and heartless. Book at your own risk.

I have visited many spas in Atlanta and this is easily my favorite. I love the quiet atmosphere with relaxing music and low lighting. You feel lighter just walking in the door. Daiva is my aesthetician and she is very experienced and pays attention to your specific needs. I leave with my skin glowing and feeling like I just had a mini vacation. I cant wait to go back for my next visit.

I had the best experience in this spa ever. This Spa was very clean and their customer service was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone else who is looking for a good quality experience. I really enjoy my massaged every single time ai go over there. Cant wait for my next appointment!

I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!! From the minute you walk in, the environment AND the people are both welcoming, calm, and serene. The ambiance is everything; so much so that you instantly forget that you’re in Atlanta, lol. I first went there last month for a couples massage and it was AMAZING!!! We both had a deep tissue massage and when we left it felt like we were floating (that’s how effective they were in releasing ALL of the tension out of our bodies, lol, and might I add that I had A LOT of tension because I only had 1 massage in my entire life prior to that visit, and it was over 6 years ago :-( ) My boyfriend is over 200 lbs and he said that his masseuse, Belan (I may have spelled that wrong), worked him out and was amazing!!! My masseuse was Mei and when I say that she did her thing, I mean SHE.DID.HER.THING!!!! I was soooo pleased that I had to get her name because I KNEW I would be back and I was; I went back this morning *happy dance!!! I live all the way in Buford, but the 40 minute drive and the price WELL WORTH IT!I actually didn’t want to write a review about Mei in fear that it may fill up her calendar even more, lol, which may make it difficult for me to get in, lol. But I just can’t be selfish and keep her all to myself. This will be my once a month self care treat to myself :-)

Ive been going to Daiva for a monthly eyebrow wax for seven years now. She is truly the best - taking her time to make sure they are done well every single time. Im so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend!!!

Ive tried a few spas in Atlanta, but this was by far the best massage Ive had. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my brother who lives out of town so he did a lot of research to figure out where to send me. He did a good job!First tip... park in the parking lot with Bed Bath & Beyond for free (but I was warned to make sure a parking person doesnt see me walk the other direction). The garage attached to the Buckhead Grand will charge you.I was very politely greeted and filled out the necessary forms. My wait was not long and the ambiance in the waiting area was nice. My massage therapist was Latissue and I had an amazing 90 minute Swedish massage. She made sure the amount of pressure was right and politely asked if I was ok a few times during the massage.There was nothing super fancy about the spa, but they had soothing music, the right lighting, everything was very clean and orderly, and Latissue did a great job. I definitely recommend this to others and hope to go back soon!

The owner is extremely rude and so is her husband. She doesn’t give her employees there full paycheck and uses her husband to intimidate the employees which is extremely unprofessional. There are plenty of amazing spas in Atlanta to work for and go to, but this is not one of them.

Only spa I will go to in Atlanta! After having some bad experiences in the area, I was nervous I would not be able to find a reliable spa. Fortunately, I have loved every visit! The staff is friendly and professional, and has always provided exceptional service.

I had an excellent facial with all the trimmings including brow wax and tint. My esthetician explained everything in detail and is a very interesting person as well. I’ll come back the next time in Atlanta.

I had a really relaxing pregnancy massage the pressure was perfect and the therapist that I had was so good at what she did. The establishment is clean and neat it is a upmarket spa worth every cent.

I just love this place. It has a very warm and intimate feel! The spa specialists do it all!! They are very knowledgeable, precise, and always show they care. A sweet young girl (Lorda I think) working at the desk complimented my broach. She is such a jem! 10/10 will be back!

I had a great experience. However! Before undergoing microdermabrasion with glycolic acid peel. I was not notified of what I will be experienceing the following days after getting it done. It has been a week and my skin is still very sensitive, dry and sensitive to breakouts. While all of this is apparently normal, if I would have know of the outcome I would have not chosen to do it since I was recently diagnosed with melanoma. I do not need my skin to be this sensitive even more so now after being diagnosed.

I go to this spa for about a year and half right now. Daiva takes care of my eyebrows as well as my skin. Since I moved to the USA from Europe it was such a big challenge for me to find a good specialist that could take a good care of my face. This European buckhead grand spa is totaly a miracle!!!!

Called to tell them I was running behind the man said it was ok and that they will do a 30 min massage instead of 60 (which we was fine with) then a lady called to say we can’t do that so we turned around then 20 mins later the same guy called us back saying where we are and we told him what the lady said then we missed our appointment cause they wasn’t on the same page so we just wasted $200 and they won’t refund or give a partial refund
