I enjoyed my services. Very clean & comfortable. I had an energy healing w/Tatiana that was very enlightening & 1st time doing oxygen chamber. The oxygen chamber was smaller than I expected, I am claustrophobic😳 however Lala was very patient w/me🤗 Lala is a wealth of knowledge on wellness.

I just had a life-changing cranialsacral massage paired with facial reflexology by Mei. She customized the massage to focus on a prior injury. Other massages, I feel good that day, but the old aches and pains return. With this massage, I feel like it repaired decades of wear and tear I put on my body. I highly recommend Mei!

I have never had a better massage and body healing journey! Mariah is my massage therapist and she has removed pain in my shoulders and back through deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and reiki in different massage sessions. I keep going back to her because her hands are powerful and effective! I drive a lot for work and have for years so my back has been through it! She’s improved my posture by recommending a customized healing plan for me and it works! It actually works! I don’t walk around with back pain anymore! Even exercising is easier because I have a lot more range of motion when strength training. Heal Thyself knows their stuff.

This past weekend was special for my wife and me—it was our wedding anniversary. I have been coming to Heal Thyself for about four or five years now. My first massage was when I was 21 or 22, and since then I have both gifted massages for people and continued to get massages. The staff is always so kind and gracious, but I want to talk about my favorite masseuse ever, Mai. Mai is the sweetest, kindest, caring, most talented masseuse ever. Her and I have truly bonded, and I will forever refer to her and choose her as my massage therapist. Recently, I tried a thai massage for the first time for my birthday and it was the most blissful massage I have ever had. Mai is truly gifted and so so special and truly a brightener in anyones day. I love Heal Thyself and absolutely adore Mai and will recommend her always.

At one point, I enjoyed coming to this place, however I will be taking my business elsewhere. Word of advice, do NOT book a package deal, because when life happens and you even call to reschedule the appointment, they will take the package away that you have already previously paid for and refuse the service. I understand policies and even cancellation penalties BUT a PRE-PAID $100 service being taken away for calling to reschedule is outrageous for a business that is geared towards healing. Sad to say that MONEY IS INDEED THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.

Wow. What a find! I originally went in for a colonic service and ended up learning about their massages and facials. Next thing you know, I treated myself to a whole spa day! The staff are extremely knowledgable and caring. Make sure to get a wellness consultation from Lala. Also ask for their package deals for the best price. You will come out knowing so much more about your body!

One of the best spas in Atlanta . With the best prices as well . I go to this spa monthly for a facial & massage . Sadé does my facial & she’s so gentle and amazing ..she literally knows what my face needs everytime . And Mei !!!! God bless her hands !! She gives the best massages ever . Maetove the receptionist, was extremely professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions via phone effortlessly, and even let me know about the specials they have going on. She was amazing and I will be back.

Jabril and Mei are AMAZING!!!I had an injury a year ago that had flared up again and was gifted a deep tissue massage here. I’ve always seen it in passing but never gave it a try until January. Once you arrive you receive a warm welcome from reception and offered water as well. (Please drink water before and after your sessions). Jabril and Mei were awesome and paid attention to all of my concerns as far as my upper back and neck. I nearly fell asleep during some of the sessions, they’re that good! I cannot recommend them enough!The space is very quiet and relaxing. You may hear children outside playing or sirens because they are on a busy street, but that’s out of their control and they play relaxing music, so if you go just enjoy yourself.You won’t regret it.10’s across the board.

Rolene is an absolute gem of a human being. I’ve been raised with a talk therapist and have had many come and go in my life. You often come to clarity on your own or from talking to friends. Yet it doesn’t heal on a cellular level. This is where your emotions are held. Once I saw Rolene that all changed. The method she uses heals you not only on a cellular level. My experience during the actual facial was great! Loved the space and my esthetician has a really good energy.This was my first ever facial and during it she recommended I go with a less harsh treatment (all good so far). I took her recommendation of dermaplaning. During the facial, she was good about warning me of sensations that would be unpleasant. She told me all after care instructions and a skin care regime recommendation would be sent in a text end of day. I specifically asked if there was any makeup, products, or activities I should avoid in the following days and was told no. From everything I’ve seen on google this was not true and luckily I checked before doing my face wash routine in the morning or I would’ve had an even worse reaction than I am now.I did not receive the follow up text for two days. It was incredibly generic. Basically just cleanse, tone, serum, moisturize. No recommendations personalized to me like I was told to expect.Also the text said to ask if I have any questions. My skin has reacted very poorly and I have cuts all over one side of my neck (picture attached) . I sent pictures and politely asked if this was normal and if I could do anything to resolve it. No response so far and that was over 24 hours ago. I understand there is no way to know if skin will respond negatively to new treatments but the cuts on my neck and lack of responsiveness to my concerns are what drove me to leave this review.In summary, don’t go here if you don’t already know what your face will respond well to and proper aftercare. Also avoid dermaplaning here all together. Really wish this had gone differently bc like I said I really enjoyed my time during the treatment.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for a few years now & have received many services from facials to colon hydrotherapy. Sàde is my go to for facials! I love how she gets into my skin care regimen during our time together. She’s always offering suggestions, looking over ingredients & sharing her personal skin journey. 10/10 recommend :)

I absolutely love this place. They help me cleanse both my body and my mind. I am very appreciative of people who dedicate their time there serving others. Lala is awesome, and so are Emma, Tati and the other lady whose name I forgot! They remind u of ur upcoming appointments and always take the time in helping explain things to you. They are very good with answering all questions u may have, with examples and referrals when needed. I usually go to Heal Thyself for inner (mental) and outer (physical) works and they have been great. I recommend!

I have visited twice now and will call this my place of healing and cleansing. Had 2 colonics with Lala. Extremely informative. They also have great packages to save. If your have a Sunday appt beware of the limited parking. Its the grant park farmers market.

I see Susan for a wax every 4.5-5 weeks! I love her and heal thyself so much. It’s always clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly and down to earth. I’ve hadaestheticians that ripped my skin and left bruises and marks before and Susan would never! I’ve recommended her to so many people even some of my friends go to her now!

Great services for wellness. I got a first colon hydrotherapy here. It was a bit intimidating but LaLa was great in assisting. Be sure you try everything ! Renetta is amazing with the massages. I got a fertility massage and it was very healing and relaxing. Lala does a great job allowing you to feel comfortable at ease for all services. Bah’dori is so so excellent. Her reiki services and facial services are a necessary element to your wellness day here !

Wow what an experience! My first time doing colonic and it was a bit uncomfortable at times but Tatiana made me calm down and relax …. She is so full of knowledge and such a positive energy individual….. the lady upfront was also so positive and welcoming! I had my first colonic / colon hydrotherapy yesterday with Taty, and let me tell you — what an experience. It was not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it was going to be and never painful. Taty is also perfect for this treatment. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel very at ease. Today I feel really clean in my gut and more energized. I will absolutely be back & would recommend this service to anyone interested in a happy gut!!

I was excited to book an appointment with Heal Thyself as a new client. I went on the site today to book an appointment and chose a person and time that was available. I was impressed that there were openings.I then received an email and text stating that the appointment was not accepted. When I called the place the gentleman that answered the door said the therapist didnt want to do it.I get that it was last minute and we all have moments. The professional thing to do would be to update your scheduling system to avoid people making request.This place has holistic services but gave me bad energy. I hope that this feedback is acknowledged and corrected in the future.

I get a Full Body Wax once a month with Suzzan and it is the best thing ever. Your experience at Heal Thyself is top tier from the moment you walk in. It always smells so refreshing and relaxes you. Amazing experience! My Masseuse and cupping was done by Mei. Highly recommended her at 90 minutes, she did deep tissue, acupressure and fascia massage on my entire body. I felt like jello leaving. At the end of the session there was a wonderful cup of wonderful hibiscus waiting for me.

Came here to help with my liquid detox. I did three sessions of colon hydrotherapy, fertility V-steam, foot detox, biomat. Before my visit to Heal Thy Self I was experiencing headaches, nausea, bloating and I had not menstruated. The next day after using the biomat, I had my cycle back and the next month I discovered I was pregnant! The colonics helped me loose a couple inches from my waist. Lala was very helpful with helping me identify the toxins that were released from my body. I came back for the best pre-natal message at 25 weeks pregnant.

First time visitor and will definitely be making a trip back soon. Although i wasn’t a big fan of the foot detox, my massage was perfect!!! Jenelle was so patient and really made me feel so comfortable enough that I fell asleep during my session. The atmosphere is calming and the staff there was very nice.

I really connected with this place and wanted to visit as soon as I found out about it. I love all of the holistic healing and I received a Reiki massage from Maria. It was one of the best massages I have ever had and I am already booked for my second one. Lala is the owner and she was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right service.

I had the best Cranial Sacral massage by Ashley!!! Everything seemed very clean and they were taking the usual Covid precautions, for example wearing masks, which made me feel very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with filling out the electronic form. The only advice I would give future patients is to make sure you pay attention to the tip at the end if you are paying by card. I was so relaxed and out of it after my massage that I just did the 30% auto button. But this was 30% of half the amount since you already pay half when you get booked, instead of 30% of the total. It was my own fault, but goes to show how wonderful the massage was. I hope to be back soon and make up for it!

I came here for a colonic. It is a beautiful spa but I had to take away a star for lack of professionalism. I was on time for my 5pm appointment but my colonic did not start until 5:33pm and when I paid in advance the website said the colonic would last an hour. I was on the Angel of water for maybe 25 minutes. I’m not new to colonics as I get one once/month but this was my first time giving this spa try and it will be my last. In all of the colonics I’ve gotten I’ve never had anyone stay in the room with me the whole time. I understand all spas are different, but that was very awkward for me. I feel like my time was rushed because the young lady said she agreed to take someone after hours. She never even apologized for starting with me so late and I do feel like I was cheated out of time despite paying $100 for the service. She was a nice lady but again, I won’t be back.

First ,everyone was so professional. This place is very clean and so are all the techs. Anthony gave me the most awesome massage one could ever get. La la is very knowledgeable in her work and made me feel very comfortable during my colonic session. Amber gave a wonderful facial and was very patient and explain each product and process which made me feel very comfortable. Had a massage with Janelle today. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I was pretty stiff from an extended work schedule and we discussed those problem areas. She did an excellent deep tissue massage! Reasonably priced to boot!

Ive been seeing Rolene for mental wellness and wow, is she a fantastic healer! I took a chance on a guided Journey session and it produced immediate effects. I felt a weight removed from my life - one that I was unaware of, and didnt know how to reach.Rolene has helped me remove multiple sources of constant mental and emotional stress. She is incredibly positive and makes you believe that you will heal yourself, which then becomes reality. I was mildly skeptical going into all of this but now Im a believer after seeing it work. I absolutely love this place! The staff has radiate energy and the womb massages from Renetta are amazing. She even gave me a list of herbs to make tea with to help my menstrual cramps and it actually works! I’ve experienced horrible cramps my entire life and I now drink my herbal tea instead of having to take Aleve every 4 hours. Definitely recommend them for all holistic and spiritual needs

Heal Tyself has offered me an experience and healing that is indescribable. I have been attending Life Journey sessions with Rolene for about a month now. About 6 months ago, I began taking a family member to the doctor because of issues “going”. After receiving the traditional medical advice to give her Miralax a few times a day for several months. I knew there had to be a better more homeopathic way to get things moving. After some research, I came across Heal Thy Self. Upon calling, I was fortunate enough to speak directly to Lala, the owner, a gem of a human and a wealth of knowledge in all things healing. I immediately booked an appointment and both my family member and I got hydro therapy sessions. Lala, of course sat in, and literally “read” our poop. She called out everything that we saw and explained how to eliminate it for good. The most important suggestion that she made was a recommendation for a series of hydrotherapy sessions. Just one session isn’t going to cut it-for anyone! And she was so spot-on. For a series of 6 weeks, we came to see Lala and Kay, who comes from a family of hydrotherapists and works directly with LaLa to get our cleansing. The results were life changing. My family member, who was going to the bathroom 1-2 times a week was now going 1-2 times daily, her body was no longer toxic and causing other issues triggered by being so backed up. And I was feeling less bloated, more energetic and less stressed.Bonus: in addition to the hydrotherapy, we received recommendations on vitamins and supplements that would help us cleanse issues and boost our immune system based on our individual sessions.Facility: sparkling clean and sanitized. Appointments are spaced out. This is the only place I feel comfortable getting a v steam.If youve never tried it or youre thinking about trying.. please do so. They have different blends. It has so many benefits. I did a v steam one time last year to see if it would help me conceive and it did.

I absolutely adore this place. It has been my haven for the last few months. Every time I come in for a service, the owner, Lala, always goes above and beyond. I feel so much more relaxed whether its a colonic or a massage. Cant wait to try their facials next! This is definitely the spa to goto if you live anywhere in the Atlanta area.

Ive done two sessions of Guided Emotional Healing with Rolene. I had no idea what to expect but Im so happy the universe guided me here. What an experience. In two sessions Rolene has walked through two different traumas that have impacted the way I show up in my relationships. Without giving away too much because everyones experience will be different based on what your body is ready to work through. I will say Rolene created a safe and peaceful environment. She asked all the right questions based on what I initially brought up and she let that guide the experience. I had such a release by discharging past emotional trauma. I feel more empowered, centered, and at peace. If youre looking to make shifts in your life, tackle emotional blocks then consider doing this. Happy healing to you all!

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff. I felt like I had been going there for years. It was my first colonic and full spa day. They did not disappoint. I had one bad experience out of the 3 times Ive been previously and the owner immediately called me upon getting my email to resolve the situation. She hired a contract employee who she knew wasnt good, but she recognized this and that employee is no longer there. The rest of her staff is great and I will continue to go back. Thank you for your level of service.

Heal Thy Self is amazing! Beautiful space with a serene ambience. Lalas a beautiful soul, very compassionate. Everyone there is incredibly pleasant and loving and a wonderful customer experience coupled with professional yet warm treatment is always rendered. Lala is a gifted herbalist, very knowledgeable and dedicated to your total body /mind well-ness. She tailors herbs used to your specific needs and goals and uses the highest quality essential oils and sells only top quality products that promote wellness and healing. I myself have had a foot detox (they REALLY work) v-steam/ korean hip bath, used the bio-mat (GREAT experience!) , and brought a quality vitamin/mineral supplement. The prices for the services are great! I cannot say enough good things about Lala, her facility, staff, how clean it is, how well treated you are as a customer, how safe and top of the line her equippment is. 5 stars just doesnt do it justice. Its a fairly new business but its a newfound staple in my life. Go see for yourself, you wont forget it!!!

Lala is heaven sent! Heal Thyself Is nothing short of a safe haven and divine Miracle for me. I absolutely adore this impeccable place of healing! On my journey to full body, mind and spirit healing, I came across Heal Thyself from being interested in a V-steam. I had choices to choose from, and a Private room with loose leaf organic herbal tea. Lala was very hands on, beyond helpful! It was absolutely refreshing. I personally had never experienced just meeting someone who instantly cared about my health and well-being. Immediately after my colonics , a probiotic & chlorophyll water was given to me and I was asked how l felt, what can be done to make me feel better. I instantly felt loved, appreciated, cared for. I had never in my 26 years of living been to a business establishment that in my spirit, I felt a connection. Lala has changed my life. My back pain has extremely diminished, Lala has educated me about Colonics, herbs and how important detoxing my body was. Very disappointed. I went a few years ago, for a colonic. I ended up purchasing a package, and an abundance of herbs. I wasnt told about a time frame for using the package, as I travel extinsively for a living. Time did pass, and I attempted to contact the facility to set up an appointment for the HBOT , because the colonic was a bit too much for me. I was informed that I could use my credit for other services. I was told the HBOT was not in use, and there would be a follow up. There was not. Time passed, and I remembered that I had a credit. When I contacted them again I was told that my credit expired. My credit was a substantial amount, and this was unacceptable. I was then told that I would have been told about the expiration date. I wasnt. Traveling 100% of the time, I would not have spent the money I did knowing I could lose it. They chose to allow me ONE HBOT service, and when I inquired about an appointment, they told me I could come immediately. I was not prepared to come in at that moment.So I lost over $200 to a company that was less than informative. Horrible communication. Horrible follow up. Nothing but thieves.

Great place! Ive had about 5 or 6 colonics in my life, and my first one here was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt so much better afterwards. I lost a few pounds, and I felt less food cravings and less bloated and constipated.

I started With LaLa (Owner) I was so unhealthy fitness and nutrition lifestyle . I came to see this young lady and thats when the magic happened. She changed my life for BETTER!!! Found this place on Groupon but loved it so much I started going more frequently. Amazing service! Love Lala! Very relaxing environment. Definitely an essential business. I recommend their Ionic foot detox service and/or Colonic. You’ll be a new person walking out 🙌🏽

I have never been to this place but I have had the worst customer service experience by phone from this establishment. I purchased a groupon for my mom. When we tried to schedule the owner states it can only be used Tues-fri...but it doe not state that when you purchase the groupon. I tried to explain that to the owner and she argued with me stating I need to read. First off I am a faithful groupon customer so I DO READ..That was the second strike. She did agree to allow to let my mom use the voucher on weekend day because of schedule conflicts. We scheduled the appt and sure enough when my mom arrived they didnt have her scheduled..third strike. The owner is rude and doesnt listen to customers concerns... by the way do not purchase a groupon if you cant use it during the week. The owner over talks you and thinks she is right obviously. I do not spend my money with businesses that are rude. NOT ONLY IS THE OWNER RUDE, THERE IS A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING WHEN USING GROUPON FOR HER BUSINESS. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is quickly becoming my second home. The staff here is absolutely amazing, they show genuine concern on getting you to a very healthy place. The prices are also very reasonable for the awesome services they provide. I love Heal thyself!!

I visited Heal Thyself about a month ago around July 5th. This was my second visit here. My first visit about 1.5 years ago was amazing. This visit left much to be desired. I made an appointment for a 1 hour massage at 2pm. I arrived at the spa at 1:55pm and checked in with the receptionist. She was very kind and understanding (will explain why.) I then waited in the lobby. At 2pm, I was acknowledged by someone else in the spa who asked if I wanted water. I declined and continued to wait for my therapist. At 2:15, I started getting anxious because I had to work at 3:30pm. If my appointment had started on time, I would have made it to work on time. Around this time, another person asked if I wanted water. I declined again. There also was another customer waiting for service in the lobby. We were both genuinely confused about the delay. At 2:25pm, I finally got up to inquire about canceling my appointment and share my frustration about being late. I was a bit frustrated because I had to give a deposit to book this appointment and didnt feel like my time was valued. At that moment, the receptionist said the therapist was coming and said maybe the manager would see what she could do after the massage for the delay. Despite my upset, I was kind and composed throughout this experience. My therapist came down around 2:30. He was very kind and apologetic. Though the massage was amazing, I felt anxious throughout because I knew I would be rushing to leave after. I only noticed a sense of urgency and concern on the establishment’s part after the massage was over at checkout. I mentioned to the receptionist if there was anything that could be done for the inconvenience (as she suggested earlier) and the manager offered me $5.00 (less than 5%) of my massage. I was completely exhausted with this experience at this point and left. I did tip my therapist appropriately because he did an amazing job and I support tipping. For the record, I didnt have an issue necessarily with the wait, but the lack of communication and poor resolution.
