This place is a whole vibe! I love that they have a quiet room you sit in prior to your massage. Very relaxing and the robes are comfy. Everything about the atmosphere puts you in a relaxed state of mind. The gentleman that did my massage did a good job and was very nice. The style was different from what Ive had before. It was mostly more of a rub down. Wasnt initially sure if I liked it but by the end I was completely relaxed. In fact, I went back to the quiet room to sort of wake myself up to drive home...lol. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Pros:I had Theo for my deep tissue massage and it was great. Very professional and he got all my knots out of my back. I had Karen for my facial which was equally enjoyable. Both Theo and Karen gave very helpful tips and advice as well which was appreciated!Cons:•I was supposed to have a female masseuse so this threw me off but was still happy with the massage.•Cleanliness could be better, especially in the nail salon.•There is no sauna or steam room so if you like these amenities maybe pick a different spaOverall good experience! I would probably come back.

I visited the Spa Sunday (7/21) with a girlfriend who was visiting from another state. We were looking forward to a new and exciting experience as we had booked the 4 hands massage along with a facial. However, this was not what we received. We checked in, waited for our therapist and when approached I questioned if we were in fact receiving the 4 hands massage as I noticed it was only 1 therapist. The therapist responded no and that she didnt think it was offered anymore at that location. Instead of the 4 hands we received a very sub par massage that I believe the front desk indicated was reserved as a sports massage, a selection I would not have chosen had I been given the opportunity.Our spa day was ruined and a TOTAL disappointment. We left feeling very unfulfilled. When we expressed our disappointment, the front desk staff discounted the services and apologized for the miscommunication. However, the discount could not make up for the disappointment my friend and I experienced. I dont know if Ill return to this spa again.

I literally just had the best massage ever by Leo! As a makeup artist my neck, back and wrists are always in need of some therapy. He exceeded my expectations and read my body like a book. Will definitely be back to see him

Front desk staff is great and facility is as expected - changing room + quiet room with tea and snacks. Unfortunately, my massage therapist worked on an area that Id circled and marked as a spot to avoid. Over a week later, I still have pain. She waited until the last possible moment to start the massage with no sit-down to discuss my body ahead of time. I assumed that meant shed reviewed the intake paperwork & I was wrong. Dont go with the flow if your therapist feels disinterested or detached here and assume thats just their style. Make sure they understand your needs! I am still paying the price for that mistake.

I had an excellent experience getting my first facial at Woodhouse day spa in Dunwoody. Maya was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to assess my skin and discuss my concerns before starting the treatment. Throughout the entire process, she explained each step and the benefits of the various products she was using, which made me feel well-informed. After the facial, my skin looked and felt amazing. Overall, my first facial experience at the spa was nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial at this spa - you wont be disappointed!

I recently visited Woodhouse Spa Dunwoody for my sisters birthday and was disappointed with the experience. This location doesn’t offer champagne, which we were looking forward to for the celebration. They also don’t have any AMENITIES (NO steam room, sauna, patio seating, or salt room!) They only have a quiet room.The massage I received was the worst Ive ever had. The masseuse merely rubbed lotion on my body instead of providing a proper massage. It felt more like a prenatal massage, which was not what I expected or wanted.Additionally, the air conditioning was out during our visit, making the environment uncomfortable. Although they gave us a 10% discount to accommodate for this inconvenience, it didnt make up for the subpar massage. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind enough to give us gift bags for my sisters birthday, which we appreciated.Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the service, and I wont be returning to this location.

I usually love coming to this spa and have been a regular for about a year for facials with Emily, who’s an amazing esthetician and does a fantastic job every time I see her, but the spa’s AC has been out for probably almost 2 months now which has caused a huge inconvenience. I’ve had to reschedule my appointments numerous times because I don’t want to spend money on costly services if I’m getting to be hot and uncomfortable in what should be a relaxing environment/experience. I really hope they prioritize fixing the AC ASAP so that I don’t have to find somewhere else to go.

Receptionist had a disgusting attitude. There was a bad accident as there frequently is in Atlanta, I called ahead to try to see if theyd be willing to work me. Nope its going to cut into your time,Not even a question about it. And so I said well Ill just cancel then. Well then Im going to charge your card 25%. And hung up on me.Good thing I froze my card. Wasnt going to pay 40$ for terrible customer service.Lost my business forever. Maybe they should learn to be human beings.

Booked massage well in advance. The day I went, I was charged more. When asked, I was advised its on the website that prices could change due to wknd and demand like hotels. Thats interesting because someone in the same party as me was charged $15 cheaper. 2nd issue. I tipped $10. My receipt showed $20. I had to request a refund. 3rd. Service was not up to par, they knew thar so agreed to refund everyone in the party 50%. I was told because they already refunded me $10 (their error) and that some charges were on a giftcard, I would need to wait until 7/31 and the gm could override it if I didnt want a giftcard. I decided to wait. No refund nor call on the 31st so I call 8/2. Explain the situation, placed on hold and the lady said, she is working on it and will call you back. Its 8/5, still no call and no refund. I have visited other Woodhouse spa AND never had an issue. Make sure you look at your receipt...uncharged added and tips they decide vs you. I wonder if the gm will call me back today...will keep you posted

Booked this experience for my wife and did not get the services I paid for. Originally paid for her to get a body balance massage with a female therapist and a luxury foot and hand retreat. I specifically said this was for my wife and gave them her name. They ended up confusing her with someone else and provided her with a massage and facial. I explained this to the front desk lady and was told I’d receive a discount which I do appreciate. According to my wife it was a decent experience but what bothers me is she had a male therapist when I specifically booked a female therapist for her comfort.

I had the best experience. I booked a 50min deep tissue massage. My massage specialist was Leshawndra. She was absolutely amazing. 10 out 10 I recommend.

I enjoyed my massage with lashawndra she was very attentive and pleasant. I went to book with her again and do not see her listed as a option for any day.

I had an amazing experience here and I look forward to returning! The guest waiting room that you’re brought to pre-massage (after you put on your robe) really sets the tone.

I had a great experience at this spa. The ambiance is set as soon as you walk through the door. I had a fantastic massage with LeShawndra! She was very attentive and took her time to ensure that I had a great experience. She was kind, patient and professional. Overall 10 out of 10!

WOW - I just had the most amazing deep tissue massage! It was the perfect balance of rejuvenation and relaxation. I feel like a new person!The spa is clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the healthy snacks and hot tea in the relaxation room. Changing into the robes beforehand is such a nice touch of pampering. I cannot wait to come back!

EDIT: management called and it’s obvious they really care about their customer experience. Management contacted me about the issue and apologized and let me know they will be looking into heaters for the rooms. I will definitely give the spa another visit.My experience was not the best. The massage itself was great but I could not enjoy it because of how cold the room was. The table heater was working but I still had goosebumps from how cold the room was. I mentioned to the woman at the front desk that it was cold and she said it’s because the temperature is controlled by the mall.

Unfortunately my experience here was not the best . They “checked me in “and forgot I was there . I spent 45 mins in the waiting room . I had to go out front and ask if I was going to be taken care of . And they realized they didn’t check me in all the way . I was really upset cus they just wasted my time . Thank God for the masseuse she did all she could to give me a 40 min massage cus I was half way already into my booked time . And she kept apologizing . When I checked out , they decided to offer me a 20% off when next I “visit “ lol .. like seriously 🤣. No I don’t think I will be coming back . I was so disappointed with the treatment from the staff at the front desk . I only gave a three star cus of the masseuse . She was nice .

I treated myself to a massage for my birthday today, phenomenal service. From the ladies at the desk to my masseuse. Danielle did an extraordinary job. I enjoyed the quiet room they had for us before our appointment. Very kind of them to offer refreshments as well. Can’t wait to return!

Came for a celebration and it was definitely not worth the experience. I cant remember the therapist name but it literally felt like she was just giving me a rub down not a massage and I also didnt get my full allotted time. Im only giving them a 3 to be nice because the receptionist gave me a small discount. Anesthetically nice place but not worth the price at all.

Update: the owner called me and was incredibly kind and diligent about going through how to make the experience better. Her customer care was incredibly kind and she went above and beyond to refunded and rectify my experience! Would recommend because of her care and attention!I’ve been saving gift cards here to visit when I really needed it. I visit the Avalon location regularly and am always greeted with a smile, customer service that is intentional and staff that accommodates by giving you your robe, shoe size, showing me around the place. I’m always offered a glass of champagne throughout my visit and anytime you want to be in the quiet room. I walked in and the staff was extremely loud all around the hallways and reception desk. When escorted to change I was told to find my own things and offered a deer field water bottle (usually I do not care about these things, but when you’re spending $200 for a spa experience - you notice). I had to ask to figure out the lockers, I had to ask to close the quiet room doors from the sound. I’m extremely disappointed in the difference in location, management and staffing. My massage therapist gave me no pressure and never asked how things felt when beginning. Mid-way through I literally thought “this is a waste of money” - bummed overall would NOT recommend. For me to leave a review is so out of character, so just letting that represent the experience.

This is a spa that I highly recommend! It has a very relaxing and soothing ambiance, and the vibe is so peaceful. I actually felt like I was transported to someplace else because of that. The staff are helpful and accommodating to your needs. All of my interactions with staff were stress-free. They provide all the amenities I would expect from a 4 star or better spa. This is critical for me! They also are thoughtful enough to leave hot herbal tea and snacks for the guests. A beautiful experience 🙏🏽💎

I enjoyed my 50 minute massage. Sue Ann was awesome as well as the young ladies at the front desk!Very clean, personable & peaceful place. I loved it so that I booked another appointment!

I paid for a deep tissue, stone massage and it felt as if someone was lotioning body. The stones did fell great but it was among the worst massages I’ve ever experienced. I definitely will not go back. For $168 with tip I’m sure I can get a better deep tissue massage elsewhere.

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, please please please come to the Woodhouse Spa in Dunwoody! Although there are no speciality amenities, the ambiance and atmosphere make up for it completely. This was also one of the cleanest spas I have ever been to, period. Amber was wonderful as always and does amazingly on deep tissue! My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and he had LeShawndra and he was RANTING AND RAVING over her massage, especially since it was his first. We will definitely be coming back!

I visited Woodhouse Spa for the first time today and had a wonderful time. The whole visit was an experience. From the robe and slippers to the quiet room you feel pampered. I had a CBD massage and a deep cleanse facial and left feeling relaxed and renewed. I would definitely be visiting again!

I had always wanted to visit the spa. I received a gift card from a client and I couldnt wait to book an appointment. The facility is spacious and very serene. The staff members were great. Paris was my massage therapist. She listened very intently to my issues. She provided enough pressure to work through some of my stress points but in a very relaxing. Very comfortable. Overall amazing experience. I will be going back regularly.

I really enjoyed my facial and my skin looked great after. Relaxing environment. The massage was not like one Ive experienced in the past, and not quite as relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

The treatment I received on my birthday was phenomenal. The staff were so accommodating, kind and my 80 min massage was superb. It was so what I needed that I stayed in the lounge after my massage for almost 1.5 hours. I didn’t want to leave but I will definitely be back!!

Update:Tried to give it another try and got the massage service. Everything was wonderful! The service was very good and everyone was very friendly! I even brought my mom too!Received the calming retreat service. Overall, it was a good experience with great service provided. However, the massage table/bed was broken and not warming up. It was a bit cold for a supposedly calming massage. For a service that costs $260, I would expect everything to be working properly.

This Woodhouse Spa is immaculate. I was on a business trip in Atlanta and found this gem located right in the Perimeter Mall (with inside and outside access). The staff was very helpful and friendly and there are many different massage/spa treatments available. I will definitely be coming back on my trip next year.

I was well satisfied with the spa treatment I received from Danielle. The environment was calming and relaxing. The team at Woodhouse did a fantastic job!

My experience was amazing from start to finish. The aesthetic is peaceful and serene. In the quiet room there are snacks, tea, and water available. I received a massage with Paris and she did a great job. She was welcoming and professional, as well as the other staff. I highly recommend.

Always have a great experience here! They sometimes seem a bit rushed since the schedules are somewhat tight, but it has never affected the quality of service from the providers. My go-to for pedicures, and Ive also gotten a facial and swedish massage. A nice place to treat yourself!

Firstly let me say Theo has great hands !!He was warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.The massage bed was warmed and the room had a lovely ambience.My only suggestion would be to warm the oil in the towel warmer - yesterday was a cold day and so was the oil !The massage was a gift from my husband whom I havent seen in 2 years due to being separated on opposite sides of the world due to Covid.I was super excited to finally use my gift card !!I own a beauty salon in Australia so its always a treat to have someone else do something nice for me.So...the reason for only 3 stars....The website describes the waiting room as luxurious .In my opinion it desperately needs an update.The furniture is tired .The snacks and beverages are a nice touch and I appreciated them at the end of the massage .Whilst the massage was lovely, it wasnt anything exceptional to justify the price.I really wanted to love my experience so that next time Im back in Atlanta I would book again .I left feeling that it was OK but not anything to say Wow that was awesome.

I normally go to the Alpharetta location, but I think I’ll come here from now on! Azarie was incredibly kind and took the time to understand my needs before my massage. Svitlana was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and recommended a better option for a facial than the one I had booked because of my skin type. I can’t wait to come back!

I had amazing experience there yesterday ! Debbie was fantastic as far as the hot massage and Mia gave me a first class anti aging facial. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are super clean and smell amazing . I will definitely be back very soon.😀

I wanted to like this spa so much however I was not impressed at all. I was expecting more. My facial was great the staff is great but the furniture needs updating and I just wasnt impressed with this location.

When I arrived, the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and professional. The waiting room was clean and relaxing. I was then greeted by Sonja for a pedicure. She introduced herself to me and stated, “Before you enter this room you must wear a mask.” That was fine with me. She took me to the room and had me sit in the chair. She snapped at me because I accidentally knocked the towel off the bowl into the water. She then asked me what service I was getting. I told her the service and the add on I requested online when making the appointment. She then abruptly stated, “I’m sorry ma’am, but I was running late and I didn’t look at your appointment!” She then stated that I should’ve just got the premium service. She then started complaining about her allergies. She was also slinging her tools around. In addition, she put the wrong polish on my toes. She indicated that her allergies were affecting her sight. The reason I paid double to go to the spa, than I would at a nail salon in the neighborhood, was for the relaxing ambiance. I am very disappointed and I feel I wasted my money. Sonja was very rude towards me. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or was angry that I didn’t select a “premium service”. I understand that we have bad days, but to take it out on the customer is not right.

**update 8/2022I want to call out two of the regular salon service folks! I drive past two other Woodhouse Spas to come here for them: SONYA- for pedicures and manicures (she’s amazing!!) and SVITLANA for facial and eyebrows (she is magic!!)These two are worth any length of drive! They have been here for the last 4 years (if not more!) and I would recommend them for anyone who wants pampering and an education of how to take care of your skin/nails/face! I always learn something useful to do at home from them!**update 8/2019After my lost reservation, the manager, Ashley I think her name is, was wonderful and went over and beyond what I expected to make my next 2 experiences stellar. Thank you for caring, it meant a lot!!*update 7/2019For the first time ever, I was disappointed with this woodhouse location. I specifically made my last massage appointment 1 month in advance so I could get into an 80 min deep tissue and they lost my reservation :-/ I was supposed to get a call from the manager, which has yet to happen. I sincerely hope that the 50% discounted service on the new date I scheduled, in person, is honored since I have been a loyal client for many years and many thousands of dollars.5/2019I love this place. It is calm and peaceful and luxurious inside. I had the deep tissue massage with Hannah and she is just the sweetest. I recommend this place and Hannah for anyone with chronic muscle injury and any aches and pains. Just remember to hydrate after all massages!

Probably the worst spa experience I have ever had. I had a microdermabrasion facial and it was done by the most inexperienced aesthetician I have ever encountered in my 15 plus years of receiving various spa treatments. Not only was the facial AWFUL, the steamer wasn’t working. The manager was friendly and ended up comping the facial- but honestly I wasted my time regardless if it was free or not. On the other hand, the Alpharetta location is my usual go-to and it is PHENOMENAL. Steer clear of this Dunwoody location if you want a quality spa experience. I rarely leave reviews- but my experience was so poor that I felt inclined to warn others, as I wish I had been warned.

UPDATE: The manager called me and resolved this issue. Thank you so much for your prompt resolution!I would not recommend this location. I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I for my upcoming birthday trip. Since Im traveling from another state, I booked weeks in advance. They called me less than a week before my appointment to advise they had to cancel my appointment because they are closed that day. I called 3 times and left 3 messages as an attempt to get it rescheduled. On the 4th call, they answered and were booked for the days Ill be in town. They offered a 30% coupon. I asked if it could be used at the Woodhouse Spa in my state and they said no. Most of the massage businesses are all booked up for my birthday weekend. I wont be getting the birthday massage I was looking forward to. Their response was we can notate your account so you can use the coupon the next time youre in the area. I have no idea when the next time Ill be in Atlanta and if I do come, I wont be booking a massage here.

Experienced this place for the first time with my cousin for her birthday. The employees were very helpful and pleasant from the time we entered until we left. Our massage, facials and pedicures were amazing. Helen the esthetician was super sweet, gentle and informative. We will be returning again. Highly recommend for everyone and anyone ready to pamper themselves.

My experience at WH Dunwoody is always GREAT! Charlotte was amazing! I had her for my body balance massage and she did a great job working out all of my problem areas and was so nice!

My experience from beginning to end was incredible! I initially spoke to Ashley about booking services for my sisters birthday. I wanted to include services for three of her friends also who were coming in town to surprise her. Ashley stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes going through and booking services that were available. From the moment my sister and her friends arrived the service was stellar and the services received were amazing. She said this was her best birthday ever. Thank you for making my experience a great one!

I had one of the BEST massages ever with Laurie (in my top 10)! She is extremely thoughtful with her body work and is able to zero in on areas that need attention. I highly recommend her! If you have the time, take an 80-minute massage! You wont regret it.The spa is lovely and my first thought was I dont feel like Im in a mall environment. Very relaxing and serene atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk and in the locker area were polite and helpful with smiles to share!I will be back for more massages with Laurie!

Two key things I like about this spa - the staff is excellent and the facility is super clean. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have had a variety of services that definitely exceed expectations. They have a great (small) locker room and the quiet room always has great snacks and is constantly maintained. The massage therapists are well trained, have great technique and will really listen to your needs.

I had the best experience at this spa! I had the minkyti facial, and it is the best facial I’ve had in my life - my skin is glowing!!! The spa is extremely clean, and I like the precautions they’ve taken to keep the clients safe. The staff offers extremely amazing customer service – they are so nice! I can’t wait to go back!

Woodhouse Spa- Dunwoody is a lovely place to visit for a spa day. Tatiana is the best aesthetician and I highly recommend her. Waxing and facials are services that I receive and I would NOT go to anyone else in Atlanta.

This was my first massage since COVID began, and I was hesitant to make an appointment. But my back pain had gotten pretty unbearable and I read good reviews about the Woodhouses safety protocols, so I gave it a try.Im so glad I did. I felt safe the whole time - temperature checks at the door, limited capacity, both my massage therapist and I wearing masks throughout the massage, etc. The massage itself was amazing too - it was my first time with Nancy, an it felt more like physical therapy than a massage (in a good way!). She even recommended stretches to do at home to alleviate pain.Excited to pay a return visit soon!

Tatiana was just wonderful. She took time to talk about our options. My daughter had her first facial and absolutely loved it. I was relaxed and enjoyed mine as well. Everything smelled good and was very clean. The robes are super cozy.

Love this place! The ambience is soo calming and relaxing. The locker room is always nice and clean. The manager is very helpful and accommodating. I love the massage therapist as well. I highly recommend Kerry, Theo and Azarie . Those men are amazing and have amazing hands! Definitely come here for your next girls day or self care!

I had my first appointment this past Sunday for a massage. It didnt go as expected, however when I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, it was handled humbly and apologetically. I am very impressed with the management of this place. Simply put, we can’t always control when things go wrong however it’s how we make it right that counts. I will be back, based on that level of professionalism alone.

Theo was Amazing . 10/10 Recommend him . He took his time to target my problem areas as he gave me my massage and some helpful tips when he finished .

My overall visit was absolutely AMAZING in every way! From the time I walked through the door, I was immediately catered to by the front desk staff, and I was warmly welcomed by Elizabeth who was my assigned Therapist. She made awesome product recommendations that I gladly purchased, and my girlfriend and I could not get enough of the relaxation room!😁 I will definitely be coming back and will be requesting Elizabeth again!👍🏽

The environment was perfect. The locker room was clean and stocked with anything you could possibly need during your visit. The sitting room was peaceful and stocked with delicious treats. The reason Im not giving Woodhouse 5 stars is bc if our message experience. During our massages my boyfriend fell asleep - after we left he commented on the loud noises that kept waking him up. I had to laugh, i was relieved he felt the same about the massage. It seemed like my therapist kept slamming things - lotion bottle, drawers, cabinets, everything. This was the first time Ive experienced this while getting a massage. At the end she made the comment happy Valentines, I survived so I can only assume shed been very busy for the holiday and was tired. The environment was worth what I paid, but not the massage experience.

So disappointed. I made appointments for my husband and I and had the spas reservation system send us both calendar reminders. I received a call an hour before the appointment telling me that I had missed my massage. I did not. When I made the appointment I was in CDT so the appointment read 1215 CDT, but the spa is in EDT...hence, a 115 appointment. We arrived and showed the receptionist the calendar reminder and her answer was I dont know how phones work. Really. Then she said she had called me the day before...I did not get a call from them. I showed her my call log and she dismissed it as unimportant. I am extremely disappointed that I didnt get my much needed massage, but I really hate being lied to. And not smart isnt great either. Maybe we got lucky--- incompetent and dismissive spa employees dont translate into a relaxing experience.

My friend and I scheduled the Classic day spa, it included a massage, pedicure and facial. I love the atmosphere and enjoyed the ladies at the front desk helping out and showing you were you needed to go. Everything you needed was provided for you to enjoy your stay. I enjoyed my facial and love that the esthetic was very knowledgeable about my face. My pedicure was the most relaxing pedicure I ever had. Ms. Sonya was awesome and I appreciate her for being so nice and hands on. I did not care for my massage, the two other service were great and a wonderful expericer. Overall everything was good and I would be back.

I had a fantastic massage with Debra but I wont be going back until they fix their sound system. The music constantly fluctuates between too loud, cutting out, cutting back on at low volume and then back to too loud. It was like that the last time I had a massage 2 months ago so clearly they havent fixed it. I had to ask the therapist to turn it off in the room. Come on WDS! Music is part of the spa experience and to have the sound system messed up ruins the experience, especially when you are trying to enjoy a massage. Ill be going to Avalon instead even though I live across the street from you.

Sonya did a fantastic job doing my manicure and pedicure I highly recommend her and Woodhouse spa always enjoy going there.

I have been very privileged to have a lot of massages by many talented therapists so trust me when I say my prenatal massage with Kerry at Woodhouse Dunwoody was top notch! It was shocking how a male therapist could be so very in tune with exactly what my body needed. If you are an expectant momma (or even if you aren’t) do yourself a favor and call to set up an appointment right now! And if right now isn’t good then go ahead add a gift certificate to your Christmas list! Not only did Woodhouse provide excellent service in all aspects but their safety and sanitation procedures are definitely on point to make sure everyone can relax while staying safe. As an expectant mother in a pandemic it is scary to do anything that requires leaving the house. But with all their safety protocols in place they put me completely at ease without taking away from a my relaxing experience. Now excuse me while I have the best nap I have had in 22 weeks!

I have never been to a spa that left me feeling this relaxed. The signature facial had my skin glowing and the blissful night treatment was heavenly. The staff were beyond pleasant and made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. The products in the changing area were well stocked and quality. I cannot wait to return for my next experience.

I was so surprised to find a spa located in the mall to feel like anything but that! It was so relaxing with the beautiful locker room area complete with great samples, luxurious robes, and a private sitting room. I received a package of a massage, facial and pedicure. My favorite by far was the facial. The pedicure was significantly more upscale than a typical place I would go, but it was a little less relaxing and organized as the rest of the treatments I received.

01/29/2021As I was walking through the mall, my sister and I saw an advertisement sign that said 50% off manicures and pedicures. We decided we would give them a try. It was approximately 6:00. We told the representative we would like to have manicures. The representative walked to the back to check. When she came back she said they are no longer doing anymore manicures. Additionally, they said we must have an appointment. I feel that this is false advertisement. If you needed to have an appointment, the advertisement signed should have stated, “ 50% off with an appointment.Moreover, I was disappointed. Especially since my other sister and niece from out of town gave the spa top ratings. They encouraged me to give this spa a try. Both of them had facials and rated this location as 5 stars, but after my experience yesterday.. I will never go back.Needless I to say, I went and had my nails done somewhere else paid same price I would have paid there without the discount.Two years ago I was literally ignored.... I see that nothing had change. They have been inconsistent in providing great customer service.2 years ago (2018)I waited for a long time before I was helped.

Today was my first visit to Woodhouse Day Spa and it was an absolutely relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional at check-in and during the service (a pedicure) and the facility was clean and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again and also plan to take my mother when she is in town visiting.

I picked Woodhouse spa for my Birthday. I enjoyed my massage until I started inching and discover I was bite by an Arachnid. My facial could have been better I was so bothered by being bite by something. I explained to the cashier about my services and the bite on my neck she was very combative about the facility was clean due to Covid-19. Later that evening I had to pay a visit to the urgent care because of the bite on my neck.

I used to love this spa but my experience was just ok. I was very disappointed in the snacks in the waiting room. They had cookies, apples and oranges. Cookies make no sense in a spa designed to promote health and wellness. I also tried a new treatment which I dont think was well explained on the website. The therapist got some of the product in my eyes. Once we got past that part, the massage was nice. Also, I couldnt use most of the products as they have gluten and toxic fragrances in them.

My mom, sisters and I went to this spa as a Mothers Day gift for my mom. We got her a gift card. While all of the services we received were great and the aestheticians were very nice and knowledgeable, we did not have a great experience. My mom was excited to try out a stone massage for the first time so thats what she booked online. Halfway through the massage she realized there were no stones being used. They had just given her a regular swedish massage. When she told the people at the front desk, they didnt seem to care. She even showed them the confirmation email where it showed she had booked a stone massage. My mom didnt want to make a big deal about it, but I pushed them further on why she didnt get what she had booked. They did not offer any explanation, and shockingly, they didnt even apologize. Someone had made a mistake on their end yet they refused to take responsibility. The services were fine, but we were very disappointed with the management quality here. Not a good look.

Great services and staff, have really enjoyed my appointments there and the customer service is impeccable. However, if you go on a weekend, be prepared for the quiet room to not be very quiet. People meet in the room next door to the quiet room and loud voices can be heard, including too many loud people walking the hallway right outside. Would be great of staff could help keep column lower, though my choice will be to just avoid services on the weekends.

What an outstanding experience. The facilities are top-notch, the support staff are friendly and helpful. And my massage therapist, Liz... words can’t describe how awesome she is as a person and at her craft. Highly recommended.

FINAL UPDATE--10/14: Alright, lets set the record straight. Ive removed the majority of my initial review because I recognize that it was an atypical experience. I commend the spa for taking the steps that they did to make things right by me.As for the redo massage? It was fine. Not bad at all, definitely relaxing, definitely the appropriate amount of pressure. Honestly though, it was nothing special. Maybe my expectations are too high and Ive been spoiled with amazing massages in the past, but this one was a solid meh. Again, it wasnt bad--and for most people it probably wouldve been acceptable--but I will probably go elsewhere in the future.So to recap-- Customer service is 5 stars; massage quality is 3 stars; overall experience gets a reluctant 4 stars.--2ND UPDATE--9/24: I really could not be happier with the response to our unfortunate first experience. It turns out that they have some new front desk staff and that we were originally booked under the wrong type of massage, thus the wrong masseuses were on duty, and we didnt get what we expected. Thats a bummer, but I appreciate the transparency and know that mistakes happen.Ashley the manager has worked closely with us to not only compensate us for our poor experience, but also offer us a chance to try again with some vouchers. Normally I would hesitate to return to a place when the initial experience was sub-standard, but given the circumstances, I can make an exception. I will follow up once more after we go back for what I hope will be a better experience.Thanks again to Ashley and Woodhouse for doing what they can to make things right by us.--EDITED 9/24: My girlfriend and I have been in touch with the management at Woodhouse. They seem genuinely apologetic and are working to make things right with us. Love Woodhouse for the services, but its not a spa you can plan to spend half of the day at leisurely. If you want a service I definitely recommend if you want a day spa experience for the amenities its not really the place to go.

Beautiful spa and great location.There was an issue with my appointment today, however, general manager Ashley went over and beyond to rectify the issue.I will schedule another visit.I only gave it 4 stars today since I was not able to experience the service. All 4 stars go to the manager for her empathy, professionalism and resolve.

I had been to the Avalon location a couple of times and loved the service there but since its kinda far I decided to use the dunwoody location this time. Annnndd the quality of service is polar opposite. I had the black sand body scrub and of the 50 odd mins only 10 mins is the scrub portion and the rest is just shower or changing in n out of sheets. I was very dissappointed with the servicr and feel ripped off as I feel like I paid $150 just for an expensive shower

I have been to multiple Woodhouse Day Spa locations and this one is at the bottom on of the list. It didn’t have the spa like vibe. No relaxing vibe. Everything seems cheap, thrown together, and broken. I ask for sheet of their services they offer at this location to take home. They said, that they were out and handed me a business card. I am giving it three stars because the gentleman that did my massage was amazing.

I had the most amazing facial today at the spa! The minkyiti facial has anti-aging ingredients including seaweed, but this is no ordinary facial! It includes a very thorough, Swedish-type massage on the face, arms, neck, chest, lower legs, and feet! A heated bed helps with complete relaxation. I’ve never experienced anything like it! Tatiana is a gifted aesthetician!The customer service is top notch, and the relaxation room is cozy. They had plenty of fruit, water, and multiple healthy teas. The cookies are a nice touch because sometimes, I just want to treat myself. I can’t wait to go back!

I booked my first hot stone massage with Paris who took care of all my areas of concern! I had an amazing experience and will be back!!

This is a beautiful, relaxing spa. My massage by Kenyatta was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was a pregnancy massage that gave me great relief from tightness and soreness in my back, shoulders, and feet. The massage and facial beds were so luxurious and comfortable...the softest sheets ever. This is my new favorite spa...they just need a steam room and it would be perfection.

Relaxation and pampering from the moment I stepped into the Woodhouse. The service was impeccable. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and the massage was amazing. Best decision ever after a couple long weeks of travel. I will be returning often!

So facial and pedicure was really nice here. Facial personnel area knowledgeable about many products. Pedicure is a nice one, better than your basic ones you get locally.Massage, Id go somewhere else. Weak massages, focused on random body parts for no reason.The room they let you sit in while waiting is nice and peaceful. They offer you tea and neck warmers while waiting which are nice.They have reserved parking which is a plus in such a busy mall. Its a nice high end looking spa.Would have gotten 5 stars if the massage was better.

I love everything about this location and the service I receive when I come here. I was hesitant about visiting after Covid; however, upon arrival I was comfortable with the safety precautions implemented. The waiting room is so peaceful as you wait for your therapist. I highly recommend Azarie! He is always able to relieve my back pain and I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I almost hesitate to mention his name here for the fear that he will become to popular and wont be available when I need him. I will take my chance because he deserves all the accolades.

I booked the illuminating facial 2 layer peel. I appreciated the front staff getting me settled into the women’s locker room. It was calming. The relaxation room is small. The teas and treats are a nice touch. I didn’t like being rushed from the relaxation room. I just sat down with my tea and neck pillow to fill our the health intake form and my esthetician called me back. I think her name was Miriam. She was quiet. Didn’t explain the process or ask me questions or if I had concern. Her massage technique was so light I barely felt it. She didn’t communicate with me she didn’t ask “too hard to light” on pressure most do. She didn’t communicate the steps to the peel. Sat there for a good five minutes with nothing. It seemed like she was waiting for the clock to run out before putting my final lotion on my face. Just communicate next time. Everyone appreciates it.---update , the manager contacted me and apologized and recommended another esthetician . Thank you- update new facial the signature mitaki with seaweed wrap was great. I had Svetlana. She communicated everything to me we had a long talk on recommendations for my skin. Luxurious and relaxing.

My husband and I treat ourselves to this spa every now and then and its the best Ive been to. The atmosphere is so relaxing, everyone is ver nice and professional. We always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

I stopped here to inquire about making an appointment, parked in the spaces marked for the spa. When I left my car I accidentally walked past the entrance thinking you had to enter through the mall, an employee opened the door and rudely said I couldnt park there and needed to move. I was confused and went to explain I meant to come into the spa but the employee with curly red hair just said bye thank you and shut the door. Guess I wont be making an appointment.

Great decor, very relaxing, all the staff very nice. Nails looked amazing, massage was good and facial was great. Nice place to spend a special day but definitely very expensive, the services and the products...and I thought the robe would have been a nice complementary gift....

The Woodhouse Day Spa has a very relaxing vibe. They have a nice relxation room for you to enjoy hot tea, water and refreshments. I received the relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage for 50 mins. To start the massage table is heated which is perfect especially since the room is cold. Also they give you a warm beanie to put around your neck which I loved also. Even though i requested deep to firm pressure for my massage it didnt feel as such. When I requested more pressure the masseuse advised it would be 10 dollars more for deep tissue. This is when I really started to enjoy my massage. I wasnt blown away by massage I have definitely had better. I would have liked to have an 80min session for this massage but it isnt available. Also if you are looking for deep pressure to get those kinks out I wouldny recommend or they will charge you more. I felt as though I may have gotten my monies worth with a full body deep massage and also potentially trying another masseuse. Overall my best experience was really just the environment but I may try them one more time

The Woodhouse spa is so professional and relaxing! I enjoyed my first facial there this past weekend. It was such a treat! Svetlana did an amazing job with the Minkyti treatment. She was so knowledgeable. I appreciated my connections with Mallory and Nakeda at the front desk, so helpful!

I only went in to purchase facial products. I absolutely love Woodhouse however, I will say that the attendants responsible for the upkeep of the client waiting area should check it more often. Dirty cups, empty snack plates and the empty water pitcher with random slices of cucumber is not a good look for such a nice spa. In the restroom Ive found myself closing open lockers and placing stray hangers into the basket so it doesnt take on the look of a gym locker room.

The place was very nice and clean. I had their signature facial. It was lovely and very relaxing. My only disappointment was that I really wanted to discuss other options based upon my age and skin tones, but I didnt get a chance to ask any questions. Overall it was a great experience.

This was our first time receiving a professional massage, and it was perfect. Everything was set up and ready to go. Celebrating my 1 year anniversary my boyfriend and I decided to make it our yearly tradition. The only reason i’m giving it 4 is because my boyfriend said his masseuse was breathing hard in his ear lol, there was no tissue in the bathroom stall and we weren’t able to receive the couples massage in the same room but it’s understandable considering the pandemic.

Love!!! The hot stone massage was amazing and I will now be coming here for my massages! So Relaxing! This place is so clean and wonderful! Only criticism was pedicure was basic for $90 i expected a lot more! And snacks had cocnut and not good as im allergic so couldnt taste but they look delicious! Tea bar was very good! I highly recommend this place for a massage and then walk across to ruscello food was delicious!

My husband and I were visiting Atlanta for a work related event and I wanted to make sure we got in some R and R as well. I booked with this spa and Im so happy I did. I felt like they paid attention to the details (Im huge on details) and we were treated like VIP the entire time. It was an unexpected treat! Thank you Woodhouse Day Spa!

Set up an appointment. 4 days pass, it’s now 20 min before my couples massage appointment and the lady calls and says they can’t do it today they been trying to call, yet they called Sunday the day before our massage and confirmed we was still coming for the massage. Canceled on us when we paid for it and took a day from work.

Stellar experience. I didnt expect such a lovely day spa setting in a mall but it was just as quiet and lovely as any other. From the changing room/lock room, quiet room, and services, my visit was an all around treat. I left feeling awesome and relaxed.

My daughter and I went to Woodhouse in Dunwoody for Mothers Day. We both had 110 minute massages. Mine was done with HOT ROCKS Indigo. She is such a professional. Such a great gift!

Called to confirm an appointment for a friend and was told the GIFT card on file would be used for the appointment. I received an emailed receipt of my debit card being charged instead of the gift card after the appointment. I was able to call and request a refund onto my debit card, but what is the point of purchasing a gift card and requesting that be used if its not used? Now I have to wait 3-5 days for the refund. This is inconvenient.

I have never felt so pampered. The interior design and atmosphere were very calm and clean. The massages were wonderful. I felt safe and relaxed with all staff members.

Great hydrafacial with Svetlana. I am very happy with the results. She was very experienced and knowledgeable about the procedure and kept me informed of all the steps she was performing throughout the process. She also provided me with good feedback on my skincare regimen.

My therapist was Michael and he is the most intuitive and passionate massage therapist that I have ever encountered. I am a therapist as well and have had issues finding an equally amazing person to work on me. Today I have to search no further.
