Massage Envy

She was running a little late. So they offered me a foot treatment. I was grateful for that. The place was clean and staff was very pleasant. The masseuse on the other hand if she was knowledgeable of what she was doing didnt actually act like she knew. Maybe she was going through something. That was the worst massage I ever had. This was to be a full body massage. She only did my back and the back of both arms and a little butt. No face, thighs, stomach, legs. Now my was rough so for the feet treatment she use a little oil. No massaging just oil on the side of my feet no toes,heels,top or bottom of feet. The free foot treatment was a warm towel per foot for one minute then, unwrapped and wiped once with a hot towel the same towel and she was done and so was I.

The staff at the Camp Creek location was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew the woman’s name at the front desk. She was delightful and informative. Terry P. gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He is truly gifted and cares. His goal is to heal. He gave insightful ideas to chronic problem areas that no one else has. I will be back!

This was my second massage I have had since a long while back. It was my birthday and I wanted to get a massage. My therapist was very heart warming. She made sure I was okay. She had ask me was I okay and I said yes. Wish I had it a little longer.

The experience was good. I don’t like that my massage was started late. My technician did not greet me until 2:07 for a 2:00 appointment. Then no fault of his, but this facility did not have the enhancement that I desired, the CBD.

12 years ago, I was hit by a semi on the highway, compressed and fractured my C3-C7 vertebrae, and was paralyzed from my neck down for 4 months. I’ve had chronic nerve pain since, so massages have been a mandatory part of my life ever since.Although I get massages almost every week, my most recent session with Tancy raised the bar! This woman is a Massage God!! I didn’t realize how tight my body was until afterward. Her stretching session alone was so intense, I was ready to leave before my massage started! She had to remind me I still had to get a massage! I left feeling brand new, and more rejuvenated than ever! I HIGHLY recommend her! See for yourself!

My massage therapist was very polite and professional.We got a chance to discuss the process and technic she would be performing.My experience was great, I didn’t want it to end and look forward to seeing her again!

This was my first time at massage envy in GA . Arrived at 11am as I thought I filled out question but hadn’t so that took some time before going back . Darryl was really nice and went over my service which I wanted a full body massage with the enhancement. In my opinion he talked me out of it and I ended up with the full body . The massage was focused on my back and neck which he did a great job, I wanted that for my full body. My hips , lower back and glutes were barely touched, with some attention to my other extremities. Why ask the questions if you’re not going to read the answers? I m use to a full 60 min hands on massage where the timer starts when the massage begins. It was more like 40 mins. I will give ME another chance, in hopes of finding the right fit for me.

Daryl did a good job addressing trigger points. I was early for my appointment but I was called back late for the massage. That would be a problem if the massage didn’t end at the originally scheduled time. It is bad enough that a 90 min massage is really on 80 minutes and then when that’s cut further down, it’s a bit frustrating.

I thoroughly enjoyed the massage given by Tancy. She really paid attention to my needs. I would recommend her to some of my friends who live near this facility. I was supposed to receive a complimentary enhancer because of a cancellation from the Stockbridge facility. But I was disappointed that I couldn’t receive the complimentary enhancer. Both of the machines she tried to use were not working.

Chartay was great for my 90-minute massage. She massaged my problem areas like she’s been studying anatomy and physiology for years. Her massage pressure and her attention to detail was perfect. I’m absolutely adding her to my favorites. I ask you other customers to kindly ignore this review, so I can keep Chartay’s appointments to myself lol 😂.Oh and shoutout to Destiny for providing my facial. She was professional, knowledgeable, and her kind personality made my facial feel effortless. Skin extractions are never fun, but she made it fun lol 😂.Camp Creek location always has the nicest and best staff. I highly recommend booking with them!

Both Chifawn & Leslie are amazing therapist’s. Chifawn applies the perfect amount of pressure to relieve, yet embody that true spa like atmosphere. Leslie, has a firmer hand, & knows exactly where every pressure point is, she is where a therapist & chiropractor meet perfectly. Both are essential to someone like myself, who needs relaxation, & healing due to ongoing nerve damage. Be sure to check them out!

My massage therapist was Courteous With hands of an angel, she worked on my Tired and sore muscles thoroughly massaged All problem areas. A very clean and serene environment!I am booked for the rest of the year!

Joshua was absolutely phenomenal. My first massage at this location was decent. I left feeling refreshed. But after this visit, I was assured that Joshua and Massage Envy are a necessary part of my monthly self care maintenance. I felt completely attended to and he massaged areas I didn’t even know I needed massaged! It was amazing and I cannot wait to recommend this place to everyone I know!

Nikkia was great! I was long overdue and she went right to my pressure points. Wish I had booked at least another 30 minutes. Can say that about everyone. Will definitely request to have her again.

I did hear some people talking a couple of times during my session. I really enjoyed Jasmine and her massage techniques. She relaxed my entire body.

Terry was able to pin point the tightened muscles after which he was able to ease the tension. I tend to stiffen up when touch however he did a fantastic job of ensuring my massage was beneficial

Daryl was great. I booked the wrong service online and Daryl realized that and accommodated me with no problem. The massage was firm how I needed it to be. Highly recommend.

It was not the usual service that Ive been receiving from here. I feel as if she had something distracting her. I didnt enjoy it at all. I only tipped because of my husband doing so

I slept on my neck and I told one of their staff, Quaniessa, about it and she helped me so much. Not only did she target the area while balancing my full body massage. But she gave me advice on stretches to do to support her work she did on me. I am definitely coming back!

I arrived on time (probably about 5 minutes early for my appointment with Leslie. I wasnt placed in my room by her until 2:08. The she leaves out to allow me to undress but doesnt return until 2:16 stating she was looking for my aroma therapy oil. This shouldve been done prior to placing me in the room if shed review my appointment and knew what I was expecting. So now Im loosing time. She starts and I immediately notice the room was a bit chilly and the table wasnt warm. But I try to tune it out and relax. But then I noticed she was a bit firm and handling me like a chiropractor when I distinctly asked for medium to light. This massage was the most painful thing I ever experienced. Its the next day and my shoulder blades STILL hurt!!!! And I was so looking forward to it. After about 45 minutes of torture she proceeds to leave but not before giving me a lesson on breathing I asked for a message....RUB ME and stop worrying about my breathing as shes on the heavier side and I had to listen to her heavy breathing the whole session!!4/18/24I show up to my appointment promptly at 9:00 a.m. and what do I find the door is locked!!!I was approached by some guy that said that the person that was supposed to open up did not show up and someone will be there in about 30 minutes to open up the store. I dont have 30 minutes to wait which is why I made an appointment at the time that I did. I have other things to do. This was a major inconvenience to me in a major disappointment to me. It seems as though every time I visit this location is always something. Whether it be the rooms are too cold or the service is poor. I dont know why I even scheduled at this location again in the first place, it was a major mistake on my behalf but never again!!!

My experience with Charta was great. She did an awesome job and I feel much better after my massage. I will request her as my therapist each time. She is awesome.

I did a last minute late evening massage with Terry on 6/11. He has magical hands. I found him to be professional and communicative. He was able to workout the knots I came in with.

I’ve been seeing Tarigh for 4 years whenever I’m in town. She’s truly one the best skilled Therapist, some people just naturally are gifted with healing hands and that’s Tarigh! I honestly wish she could teach a class, but it’s hard to teach something that spiritually flows from you, you either have the gift or you don’t! I flew back from Indiana just to be seen by her! I NEVER have to wonder will she hit the spot! She supersedes my expectations EVERY TIME! Loooovvvveee her!!

Check in was smooth, the receptionist was friendly! Once I was checked in, I was led to a quiet waiting room and had a bit of water. When my massage therapist, Lesly, met me a few minutes later, she led me to a dimly lit room that smelled awesome. Now…about Lesly!! She was incredible!! Her hands are blessed. I needed focus on my upper back and shoulders and she delivered! Will definitely be back.

I have been being harassed by the manager, Dari, from this location since reporting her in January. She has intentionally locked my account and refused calls. I have been a member of massage envy since 2011 and they allowed their staff to bully me after years of loyalty. For 3 weeks now I have emailed and called regarding this issue with no resolve and I want her reprimanded immediately!!! Its sickening that someone is allowed to be in management with such childish antics.

KEEP YOUR WORD AND DO THE RIGHT THING. Im totally disappointed with the scheduling. I chose a one hour MASSAGE ENVY as a well-deserved gift to someone. She elected to change the time from 4:00 to 12:00. Upon the agreement, the Massage Envy scheduler stated the called back at 11:24, and the receipient new time was 11:30 vs 12:00. Big confusion. She arrived and only received a 30-minute massage vsa 1 hour massage, which I paid for. I was totally disappointed that Massage Envy didnt honor the commitment to provide the 1 hour massage. I am sure the agreed upon time was 12:00 noon...not 11:30. Besides, the right thing to do was provide a 1 hour service as was paid for and agreed upon. SAD!!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE

The manager failed to take responsibility for their mistakes of failing to remind me of an upcoming appointment. She said I opted out of text messages. I did not. I missed my appointment due to her error. She actually acknowledged that error and still charged me %50 for missing my appointment. Yet I received a text message asking how I feel about a service that I didn’t receive. I brought this to her attention. Yet , I was penalized for her mistake. I asked her to correct this mistake. She refused.

I cant say enough good things about Tarigh, but the most important thing I will say is she has hands of an ANGEL. She is beyond gifted. She is my ONLY masseuse and I have the membership strictly to see her monthly. She knows my body, she attacks every hurting muscle, she gives me life!Side bar: I thought I needed back surgery when I first visited her; by the time I got off that table, I was in tears like a baby because she took so much time and care to my body. I no longer ever had the same back pain again!

Had a Massage and a Facial and both were equally great. The massage pressure was just as I asked for and Charta was very courteous. The facial was relaxing and non invasive in my skin, would definitely recommend getting one.

The manager, Dari, was highly unprofessional, childish and lacked customer service skills. She felt the need to laugh and interupt while I expressed my concerns. To place someone like this in leadership, who lacks not only communication skills but is unable to separate her personal character from business is insane when she is the forefront of what people would have to deal with when having issues. Ive had a membership for over 13 years with no issues until her. So that says a lot within itself. And she intentionally over charged my card which is still not corrected and when I called she refused the call and said it would be fixed in 10 minutes. All she did was send the same receipt with a note. Again unable to separate her personal issues from business.

I have been a member with Massage Envy since 2019 and usually book a massage every month. My home location is in the city and I now live in the South Fulton area so the closest location is now Camp Creek. I am a creature of habit so I was still going to my home location for a while and finally recently decided to give the Camp Creek location a chance. I called this week to schedule with Jasmine, who I have scheduled with twice before and I think has hands blessed by The Most High, but to no avail she was booked out to the next month. I wanted to utilize my extra session I had not used and schedule a 90 minute instead of a 60 minute massage because my body really needed it. The representative suggested a masseuse for the 90 minute session and I was able to schedule. The next day I arrived to the appointment and 5-10 minutes into the massage, I noticed the masseuse was not giving me a massage but was handling me like I was in a physical therapy session instead. He was applying pressure to my pressure points and not massaging at all. It even began to hurt to the point I had to ask him to stop. He mentioned he was a muscle and stretch therapist and asked if I had scheduled online and I told him I called and the receptionist suggested him for a 90 minute massage. He stated he did not specialize in massages and that he was a muscle therapist and had been for 19 years. I did not want to be rude and just leave so I endured through the 90 minutes anticipating talking to the front desk afterwards. After the session, I communicated to the front desk, including the supervisor, the disconnect with me calling to schedule a MASSAGE and not receiving that and in addition, using my extra session to make it a 90 minute session instead of 60 minutes, which I felt had been wasted because that’s not the service I received. The supervisor stated she spoke with the owner who declined to rectify the service I received and offered to put that masseuse in my file to avoid booking with on my next visit. I politely declined and will definitely NOT be patronizing this location ever again. All three front desk receptionist, including the supervisor, admitted that people had complained about being booked with this particular masseuse for a massage and not getting that service when they arrived. Also, they admitted that the receptionist I scheduled with was new and inexperienced so she did not know that this masseuse she suggested was a muscle therapist and not an actual massage therapist. And still they did not want to recover my service. My advice would be to stick to who you know because they will suggest and schedule you with people that are not skilled for what you need. I will drive the extra miles to my home location before I give them anymore service. They really need to do better. Thank you Jasmine for being such a great massage therapist! You will be missed…

I feel as like my massage was very lazy & rough on my skin. It almost seem like she wasnt trained to do the job because Ive never had such an awkward massage. The woman doing it wasnt applying enough oil or lotion. & even though I arrived early the staff was 20 minutes late for my facial. Everyone seem to be unprofessional & didnt take the job seriously.

I was scheduled for a 9a appointment after they reached out to me about an opening. The therapist was not made aware. My morning and time was WASTED.

Miss Shantika was very helpful and gave me some great advice to help me get better. She was also very patient with me.

I felt like she understood my neck pain and recommended a pillow that I already had in my Amazon cart. Everything she said from them on I listened to closely. Also I like to talk and Im happy she was not upset about that. When I left I felt so refreshed and flexible. Jasmine is an amazing message therapist!!

Terry P. is one of the best massage therapists at Massage Envy Campcreek. He targets those trigger points and caters to those areas of concern. He also suggests to the client areas he felt that needed more focus. I have had lower back pain and several tension/stress knots, and Terry P. worked those out! I’m a longstanding client and member, and I highly recommend him but he stays booked. He’s also a holistic therapist. He makes suggestions when necessary regarding posture and position for the client to avoid tension. Therefore, he aligns his sessions with this foundation, practice and mindset, while of course following Massage Envy policies and techniques. I am thankful that my session are covered through medical necessity but self-care is a must regardless.

Char is one of the best therapists at Massage Envy. When I went to get a massage, my back was hurting. My neck was stiff and I could barely raise my arm. After Char’s massage I had absolutely no pain. I can lift my arm bend my back over and my neck was less stiff. She’s an excellent therapist. I recommend her highly…even though she’s hard to an appointment, and I am on the priority list, She is the best. Tracy

I was the blessed recipient of therapist Daryls massage technique and application of his neuromuscular knowledge. I will definitely be back to this location and will be scheduling with him going forward. Unparallel experience and I highly recommend him.

I Got A Membership 10/15/2023 I asked to Cancel 11/15/2023 the front desk cannot cancel ofor whatever Reason!The Manager will not respond to Your Email .The Manager will not take Your Call .My Warning do not deal witht this Location.Im a disgruntled customer who is not satisfied with the Service and they refused to end my membership they are overbooked it may take 4 weeks to get in.

I have been a member at the Camp Creek Massage Envy for a couple years now and I have had the best experience. From the amazing man service to the variety of massage therapist offer comparable quality massage. That is key in a massage parlor because if your go to masseuse is not available, you always have an option. And let’s not discount the price and quality of services. During this financially challenging time it is great to know that I don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to receive my monthly self-care. You cannot go wrong at this location!I must send a special shout out to massage therapists, Joseph and Norman. Two really great therapists with magic in their hands!

It wasn’t OK experience .I would have liked to use this service again but they were always booked three months later find myself being charged $225 for service never rendered. not how I want to start my Sunday morning. I’ve been asked to stop services back in October because I could never get an appointment, so why am I being charged?

Josh is an amazing therapist. I have been a client for years. He is very professional and operates in excellent in his skill set. I have tried many therapists and he most definitely stands out in his field.

The location is clean, the staff is friendly, and Lesley was born to do what she does. She is a phenomenal massage therapist. She always knows exactly what my body needs by scanning it. I wouldn’t see anyone else.

Quaniessa and Tarigh are two of the BEST therapists you have there! They are the reasons that I have not cancelled my membership. The facility is always clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I went for my birthday yesterday (08/25) and I’m so glad that I did! Thank you, Quaniessa!

I’ve been to a few locations and this one has been great. I have seen Tamika twice now and she is the QUEEN of medium/firm pressure. She’s straight to the point, will have nice conversation but also be quiet during the session if that’s preferred. Plus she gave me tips on things to do at home. $70 a month for a massage is seriously a good price, and is a great treat to yourself. Front desk has been kind, easy going, no issues for me and I’ll keep coming back at least once a month 😌 only thing: they should add something to the waiting room like decor or something but that doesn’t take away from the service obviously.

Professional and very helpful with questions that I asked during my service. My therapist Chartay even showed me some techniques for stretching that I did not expect. Definitely going back.

I brought three spa gift cards cash. One was for my husband for his birthday. This place is a joke they had a man to try and give my husband a massage when I ask for a lady! Then gave us grief about the situation making him very uncomfortable if I could give this place 0 I would. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the staff and they have been charging my card with out my consent that’s fraud! I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one go to the midtown location the service is way better and they are fully staffed! I hate this place they messed my husbands birthday up!

My massage was well needed. The one on Friday in Georgia Campcreek was superb by Norman and Saturday September 2nd was extremely relaxing by Patty in Bham on Doug Baker Blvd. My neck and back is without pain and tension. Thank you to you both ☺️!

I have had a terrible customer service experience at this location. They have been taking money out of my bank account, and I never signed a contract! When I called to have thiscorrected. The Manager(Ms Green) said she would call me back.After waiting two for her return call, I called her. The employee that answered the phone(Larry). Said that she was not there and he didnt know when she would be at work to accept my call. These people do not care about customer service. And I want to be for warned! I will keep you posted on the outcome!

Daryl is hands down the best massage therapist. His energy is positive and his massage techniques are phenomenal. However, you might have to wait a month to get on his schedule so book ahead.

Writing this from my husbands gmail account. I came in today for a 12 pm session. I typically don’t go to massage chains but I was in need of a massage asap. The massage was okay. The issue that I have is it started about 12 minutes late and ended 9 minutes early. So instead of paying for a 60 minute massage, I paid for a 39 minute massage. The front desk staff asked how my massage was and when I told her, she just responded with “I’m sorry about that” and tried to sell me on a membership. I won’t be coming back.

The massage was awesome! fantastic! and I felt 100% better. Josh is an excellent therapist. He is my favorite.

I was considering cancelling my membership until I experienced services with Norman. He gave the best massage I have had from any Massage Envy location. He was also very professional and friendly.

Tarigh is always great! She knows how to find those pesky trigger points. She relieved the tension and tightness in my neck; now I can turn my head without stiffness and pain!

Scheduled an appointment for 10am online at 0945. Showed up at 0955 and was told there wasn’t a 10am appointment available since there was not an available masseuse. Spent $30 to Uber just to receive that info. The front desk representative also stated she called all appointments to rebook the 10am. No call and not even feasible since the appointment was till open and available online.Not sure what kind of business you all are running but this isn’t it. Please focus on Customer Service first. Now let me catch my 2nd $30 Uber.

One day during my massage session with Jasmine (the best), I was telling her about my left shoulder pain and that I had began seeing a physical therapist. After our session, she introduced me to Niketa, their resident “Stretchologist” as I call her. Niketa is GREAT! Her services are a great compliment to my physical therapy and after any physical activity, I promise you will really appreciate the stretches she provides. So often we don’t realize how important stretching is for our overall health, and to have someone do it for you…man, that takes stretching to a whole other level. Please give NIKETA a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Tarigh is the best!!! I’ve been a member for quite a while and have experienced some good service BUT Tarigh is awesome. I’ve considered canceling my membership but always come back to Tarigh because I know that I’m going to receive professional service and a massage that is on point.

I have come to this location several times and 2 xs now I’ve had an issue involving Ms D. Love that sits at the front desk. The 1st time she checked me in and told me to wait in the waiting area. I waited there for 30 minutes before I came and told them I was leaving. I was then told by Ms Love that she forgot about me even though my massage therapist came and asked if I had came in. My massage therapist was told no I had not come in although I was in the waiting room. I was upset but still went through with the massage. Yesterday , I was contacted as a reminder that my massage was scheduled for 11:00 am. I came in at 10:55 and was told again by Ms. D Love to wait in the waiting room. I waited 15 minutes before I came up and jokingly said “y’all didn’t forget about me again did you?” I was then told by Ms Love that my appointment was for 11:30 and I had already went to the waiting room. She could have came and told me instead of having me wait yet again. This Massage Envy has poor service with the staff behind the desk to the office. I was now told that I would be charged a same day cancellation charge. When it’s not my fault. No one wants to wait all of that time. The therapist I was supposed to get my massage from came in and still offered me my massage but after waiting that long and already explaining I have anxiety I did not want to continue. Try a different location or another company all together

I did a 90-minute massage. It was very relaxing. The front desk staff was friendly and the massage therapist Chartay was excellent.

The front desk associate provided excellent customer service. (The most positive experience of the entire visit)The therapist- not so much. A couple things made my first visit disappointing:1. Too much dialogue at the beginning of my session. She was just talking more than preliminary procedures.I explained to the therapist that I only like “light & medium strokes” due to muscle weakness from a thyroid condition that I have she replied “ well I’m pretty heavy handed” I was shocked !* I should’ve requested someone else right then but I didn’t want to be dramatic2. I’m about to get undressed & she attempts to turn the massage table warmer on and it’s malfunctioning- I let her know that the room is a bit cool for me and the warmer really matters for me she replies” well I would have to strip the entire table down to fix it . She goes out the room and proceeds to take me to another room.At the beginning of my massage I had to yell “ouch & tell her it was too hard.The therapist was not rude or mean, but not welcoming, & could definitely improve the quality of her customer service. She was not a good fit for me I was so disappointed in my visit. I personally wouldn’t recommend this location. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa like experience- this location is a no in my opinion. (Which sucks because I looked up reviews before I booked it)

I came in for a complimentary massage for my birthday courtesy of a work colleague. This place was absolutely ATROCIOUS in the treatment I received. The front desk staff Tatianna & Tomari or whatever her name is were straight up rude and treated me as if I had stolen my massage although I continuously expressed that my massage was already taken care of (I double checked by calling and confirming with them before driving an hour to get the massage). After receiving a great massage from Leslie, I smiled and began walking out of the building to my car. Almost at my car that is when Tatianna or whoever came running towards me telling me to wait stop and come back now or else! She flagged me down as if I had stolen something it was very embarrassing in front of everyone and I am devastated. I returned to the place only to get told over and over that I didn’t have a card on file and was threatened with police calling. The colleague who booked my complimentary appointment was in a work meeting at the time so she couldn’t confirm just then, so after 15 minutes of being harassed and told that I was lying and would have to pay before being let out of the building, my colleague then called and confirmed her membership etc. it was everything I told them and I was so embarrassed and didn’t get an apology or anything. Instead she threatened me again and said she would go get Jas whoever that is. 0/0 I will never return here. Smh Leslie was the only thing this place has going! Don’t waste your money here please! Don’t put yourself through the public humiliation or trauma! Horrible reception and customer service!!!! I am traumatized seriously!

My daughter and I tried to scheduled an appointment together. the associate told us it was on a Friday we said ok well take it. the appointment was for Thursday. We were charged for the session but the associate told us the wrong day. it appears they are fine with misleading people as long as they receive the money for the service that was never received
