The NOW Massage Atlanta West Midtown

I joined the membership at my first appointment and wasn’t so sure but I think I’ll stick around. This time I had a great massage either way Rodney a couple weeks ago. It felt intentional and a more grounded, supportive effort in the massage treatment. I was definitely massage drunk when I left. 😊 I love the concept and definitely a level up in vibe, decor and branding from other massage spa franchises.

Ive been going to The NOW for a couple months now and am still as enamored with them as the first visit. The soothing vibes and calming ocean waves really elevate this massage experience, creating an enchanting seaside boho atmosphere that makes you forget the outside world. I cant recommend the deep tissue and stretch massage enough - every massage therapist Ive had has done a spectacular job and I walk out feeling so much better every time.

Relaxing massage parlor on a quiet side street in the city. I would recommend the deep tissue massage by Rhonda, you can tell she has a deep understanding of the anatomy, which is important if your massage is apart of a muscle recovery regimen. Shes one of the better massage therapists Ive had overall. Management is also very attentive, which is always appreciated. Parking within the garage is free (validated by the NOW). Overall a great spot for relaxation and massage therapy.

Had an 80 min message with Hunter and it was fabulous. Not only was the message great he gave me some additional stretches and tips to help my back. Very pleasant and professional. The places is super cute and aesthetically pleasing. They validate parking as well so park in the garage off of 11th Street. Will be back.

A great treat for my mothers milestone birthday! My mother and I came to NOW Massage in West Midtown as part of her birthday spa day and it was the best choice we couldve made.I had Josh as my masseuse and my mother had Jamal.Josh was phenomenal! For my first massage, Josh was a huge help in targeting my lower back paid and tension. Although it was only 25 minutes, he really helped to relieve so much tension from my lower back, and was even able to help me pop my lower back on my right side. The space was calming. The environment was extremely relaxing, and the beautiful young ladies who welcomes me in were so warm, kind, inviting, and very demure.I would recommend this location to everyone looking for a relaxing massage. A 10 out of 10!

This location was exactly what I needed to decompress. I booked massages for my wife and I last minute and they were able to accommodate same day which was incredible. They only had male therapist available since we were walk ins but Jamal did a great job and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

I recently visited The Now and had an incredible experience. I chose their signature 50-minute massage and added the Hemp Calm Balm enhancement. Really liked the minty addition that improved my relaxation. My therapist, Sam, was attentive, ensuring my comfort and addressing my specific concerns with care. The facility was impeccably clean and exuded a serene atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. The staff were super friendly, too. Ill definitely be back!Pro tip: Parking is located at Star Metals building. Entrance to the parking deck is on 11th street. Be sure to bring in your parking ticket. They’ll validate for up to two hours.

My massage at The NOW was amazing. Upon walking into the lobby, everything is so bright and instantly peaceful. When you walk back into the massage space it feels like walking into another world that is equally as relaxing with the perfect light and sound level for your massage.My massage was everything I wanted for the goals my masseuse and I discussed beforehand. I would highly recommend.

From the moment I entered the establishment, I started to relax. The location’s cleanliness and organization, coupled with the soothing sounds and amazing massage therapists work in tandem to create an elegant and soothing ambiance. Stephanie’s customer service was refreshingly welcoming and Bendy’s profound understanding of the human body translated over into an outstanding massage. I genuinely appreciated the hospitality, communication, and overall massage I experienced during my visit.I am not a person who goes to massages often, but I will definitely make it a point to come back here periodically!

I had a lovely experience at The NOW! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming from when I called on the phone to inquire about parking (so easy & validated), to my arrival to their tranquil space. I love the cozy chic vibe of the lobby and was offered a nice lemon water. My therapist was very kind & professional. I added on deep tissue to my service, which did not disappoint. I loved hearing the wave sound scape while having my massage. I didn’t want to get off the table when it was done! So glad to have discovered The NOW. I would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to return.

I had an excellent first massage experience at The Now. All of the staff is professional and courteous and the space is relaxing and comfortable. My masseuse, Jey was professional and did an excellent job of communicating the steps he was taking as the massage went along. Jey even left me with some stretches and exercises to do to help relieve tension. Ill definitely be back to The Now when Im visiting the Atlanta area.

My expectation & experience with Mike have always been out of this world professional. My health has always been my wealth. And Im glad I have Mike assisting me in maintaining it. Made a commitment to start taking more time for self care at the start of the year. At the end of June I finally booked with Now Massage and since then I’ve become a member and have enjoyed every session!! Book now and become a member, London says so!

Such a tranquil and welcoming vibe! This was my first experience with NOW and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. Loved this location and parking was a breeze and validated! They greeted me by name and offered refreshing lemon water prior to my appointment. I saved time by completing my intake form before I arrived. My therapist had a quick consultation with me to ask if I had any areas she should be mindful of which I appreciated.The walk back to the massage room is so relaxing OMG!! It’s filled with calming lavender scents, ambient lighting and beach soundscapes. It’s so amazing how you never really know the areas that need work until your therapist starts working it! I was in and out in an hour so this definitely is a convenient way to add this to your self care routine!

My massage therapist excellent. It was my first time visiting the business, the staff was very nice.The staff didnt show me where the restroom was nor the shower area if there is one. The overall design aesthetic is nice; however, I couldnt totally relax due to the disturbing noise from coming from the business upstairs above the the spa. It seems that the spa tried to increase their sound system to overshadow the noise from above. I drove over an hour to relax, it was just not the best experience for me being a first time client. Yes, I would try this location again in the future to give them a second chance.

One of the best massage experiences I’ve had in a long time. The place is stunning and the vibe transports you to a high end Tulum Mexico resort.Booked a 50 min massage with Ronney and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the massage techniques and checked in time to time to ensure the pressure was to my liking. Really felt pampered and my body felt super relaxed afterwards. Don’t know about other therapists, as my partner also got a massage and didn’t think it was all that great. So outside the place being amazing, the massage quality probably depends on the therapist.

I had the best experience at The NOW massage in Midtown. Everyone at this establishment had the best attitude and was so professional. The atmosphere was so serene and tranquil. My masseuse was Angel. Angel was truly an angel. She was very informative and kind. My massage was one of the best ones I have had in a long time. I have a very busy and sometimes demanding career and miss just being chill and quiet. For at least 1 hour, I was able to enjoy the peace and an amazing massage. From the receptionist Jasmine to the masseuse Angel, five stars!!!

Mike is amazing! The stretch massage with the deep tissue was much needed. I walked in with pain and out with much less. Check in and out was so easyNext day update: I’ve been in some lower back and hip pain for about 2 months. Today has been the least painful day I’ve had. Basically non existent. Mike worked some magic!

Ive been to NOW Massage in a few different cities. Unfortunately, our experience at this location was not at all as I experienced in the past. For starters, I booked two massages for myself and my spouse. After booking our appointments we were called and asked to have our card on file charged for a deposit. Ive never had this done before and was a bit annoyed by it.  I understand they might be experiencing last-minute cancellations but this is something that should be done through the booking process.  I was reminded on the phone to arrive at least 10 minutes early.Arrived early as asked but when we entered the salon there was no one in sight. We waited around the front for a minute or so and decided to sit down. No one came out for about 5 minutes later. While we waited I continued to get annoyed because the music in the front was obnoxious it was not at all soothing or relaxing. Then to make matters worse one of our masseuses was late. Finally, my spouse went ahead to get started while I waited. The receptionist came back to the front to call the second masseuse - as she happened to stroll in and rushed to the back to get ready.  The massage/stretch was very underwhelming the masseuse was not at all that experienced. You could tell by the constant stopping, she left me cold a couple of times on the table and she forgot the extra I paid for she tried to add the extra at the last minute and it wasnt even hot before she took it off. smh.  Fast forward to checking out. My spouse finished before me and checked us out.  The receptionist charged us the full amount and claimed that somebody did not make a note of the deposit.  Like what the heck- not cool! now after all that frustration, we had to wait for our refund which happened shortly after but still - get it together.  When someone takes the day off work to rest and relax this is not the type of experience one desires. Will I ever recommend this location or return? Hard pass.

Wow! This place is an oasis right in West Midtown. Was super easy to book and the staff was amazing. I loved the ambiance and the amazing scent that was so welcoming and relaxing. The therapist was great and the waves in the background had me drifting away. Cant wait to return and try some of the enhancements.

This place is amazing! I love the calmness I felt upon my arrival. I am used to going to the larger spas where I always feel so rushed and like just another customer to them but, that was not the case at The Now. Somally was absolutely amazing. She took the time to sit with me prior to my appointment to get to know my body and talk through my services while making sure I was totally relaxed. Her knowledge of overall health and wellness of the body is extensive and she offers a personalized approach to your overall experience.

I loved this experience for me and my daughter. I will visit again when Im in town. Mike was awesome. I felt so relaxed after my much needed massage. I appreciate the recommendation for the Lavender. I will definitely try.

Great experience! The aesthetic, the massage by Ronda, and the service was all 5 stars and above. I did the 50 min deep tissue massage and it was much needed - Ronda really hit my problem areas and gave me advice of things I need to do every day to help loosen me up. The NOW is one of the best massage boutiques in Atlanta. My masseuse Ravion really listened to what I needed (she is also a nurse) and helped with a custom lymphatic massage. Alexia was super helpful at the front desk and helped me pick out a few products to take home. The vibe is beachy chic - ocean waves, jasmine coconut candles, quiet and calm. The perfect weekend escape. Can’t wait to come back soon!
