Horrible service. Yes the ambience is nice - cute - nothing fancy - but the service is absolutely terrible. And when I say service I mean the actual work. Everyone was nice and friendly but the actual work, well you see the picture below, the pictures were taking the morning after, I finished my services around 8pm the night prior.At first the nails were worst, I had to keep instructing him to paint my entire nail and to also file the sides because it was very rugged.After the second complaint I just stopped talking because why am I telling you how to do YOUR job. You should have the skill set to do it seamlessly. Clearly I was wrong. My fill in was a $100 and my toes were nearly $90 and for what ? I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this place, by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to since being in Atl a year. It’s like the legit let people practice on you, the men who did my nails and toes were absolutely terrible at the job, they were nice but this is not their field.I’m angry about this and would like a full refund. But of course I know they will not happen so I ask that you don’t support this business unless you like less than mediocre service and to waste your hard earned money. Money is not easy to come by these days and for these services to be so expensive the LEAST you can do is do it PROPERLY. Maybe if your a celebrity client the bring the best of the best out. But with over 100k+ followers on my instagram page alone I will definitely be advising all off my followers to stay far away from this scam-shop !

Found salon on Instagram and needed a new nail tech so I came here and received a full spa treatment and very satisfied with my nail tech and my pedicurist. Both ladies were amazing and definitely took care of me. It was definitely worth my money and I will definitely be coming back for more services in the future.

LiLi was great! She understood the vision and gave me exactly that. I just want to make sure next time that my cuticles are taken care of BEFORE the cosmetic process.

Taylor was great! I saw all the reviews of how great she was and I needed a last minute appointment and contacted her. She was able to get me in same day. I got an acrylic fill with some simple nail art and she nailed it. Shaping and thickness are perfect! Thank you Taylor!!

They celebrated my mom birthday properly! We had a girls day and we all got pedis, drank wine, and they even brought a cake out and sang for her 🥲 I didn’t expect to shed a few tears, but they treated my mom so well. For that, I give them 5 stars

He did it perfectly like my inspiration description he was punctual with the appointment and very quick and skilled, a perfectionist! I had the best experience! I went in not fully knowing what style I wanted but my nail tech helped me narrow down the vision on what became a style Im obsessed with! They were super quick and so sweet. I had wine upon arrival and they also offer hookah! Definitely recommend.

The lady initially asked me what I wanted, and I told her a full set. She directed me to sit in the pedicure chair.After waiting for 5 minutes, I began to think she misunderstood my request. I didnt want to be skipped, so I asked her where I should go if I only wanted my hands done.She then instructed me to sit at the tables reserved for hand nail customers, which was the first mistake.After waiting for 45 minutes, the nail tech asked if I wanted a fill-in or a full set. I told him that if I needed a fill-in, we didnt have to do a full set. However, he started soaking off my nails. When I asked which option was best for my nails, he became very rude and disrespectful, saying, I dont have time for you today and your games; Im not doing your nails.I was very hurt by his refusal to do what was best for me. I am extremely dissatisfied with this behavior and will not be returning, especially since this place was previously in the news for giving a customer a fungus. They were the only salon open on Sunday until 7 pm. Attached below is a photo of the man who cursed at me and acted unprofessionally.

Top-tier customer service! I highly recommend Nail Tech Taylor—shes incredibly friendly and meticulous. My nails turned out flawlessly, and I received countless compliments! If you need your feet done, ask for Mina. She takes her time and leaves your feet feeling unbelievably soft, smooth, and glowing. It’s like walking on clouds! Hands down, the best nail salon ever!

I came in on a Saturday and was sat immediately. I got a soak off and full set with a pretty extravagant design and it was only about 2 hours time. The drinks and complimentary hookah made the time go by even faster. The person that worked on my nails even mixed custom colors to match my inspiration pictures. Great experience.

My husband and I were in town on vacation and wanted to get mani-pedis. I googled salons and this one had pretty good reviews and nice pictures from previous reviews so I decided we would give it a try. I called and was able to get 2 appointments for a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived we were seated right away. I had one technician doing my pedicure while another one did my full set. Both technicians were pleasant and efficient. I especially enjoyed the very thorough pedicure. My husband has VERY MANLY 🦶 and his technician was cheerful the whole time. The owner was nice and didn’t get upset when I asked for a breakdown of the charges. I would return.

I liked my nails I should have taken some of my sisters too but we went in there two weeks ago from Richmond Va. I saw them on tv so I wanted to check them out. It said online that you get free hookah if you spend 100 or more we spent 700 my sis spent the most lol. They offered it but tried to charge so I declined because I knew it should have been free. Foe what we spent we should have gotten the wine bottle disappointed.

Kay for PedicureTaylor!!have been seeing Taylor for my acrylic nail fillings for about three months now, and she is by far the most talented technician I have come across. I am extremely impressed by her artistry.Recently, I also got a pedicure from Kay and she is amazing too.Dont hesitate to request Taylor & Kay!! Cool place too!

My experience was terrible. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax cleanup and was told to go to the back of the room and lay there until someone comes. 30 minutes passed and then 50 minutes passed and I was not checked on. I tried to wave down two people and got ignored. Finally someone came to do my eyebrows almost an hour of me waiting and she was not friendly at all. Demanded me to lay down and don’t even ask what shape I wanted or what I wanted in general and just got to waxing. As soon as she was about to do the first strip, wax fell and spilled on my lips. She chuckled and apologized but it took her until she was done with my first eyebrow to clean it off my lip. Once she was finished, she didn’t ask what I thought or if I needed it to be touched up more. Finally, I went to the front to pay and that’s when she decided to start conversation and smile and ask if I liked them. It didn’t feel genuine, it was more so for the tip. This is my first and my last time coming here. If you’re in a rush, I consider not coming here. And if you want good customer service, I also wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Tina and her staff was absolutely amazing. I got the 24K pedicure. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! 5 STARS FOR SURE! I swear no exaggeration. I think I have been massaged from head to toe. 4 times during this process, I definitely will be back and you need to try it. Trust the process. The ladies are all amazing, very, very friendly. No one is rude. Everybody is accommodating and ready to serve. They serve you not one glass. Not 2 glass, but more than 3 glasses of wine if you like. Im in love Wish I live closer!!

Taylor has been doing my nails for a while now and she is amazing! I am constantly getting complimented on how great my nails look and I never have issues with lifting/retention. My nails last at least 3 weeks. To make it even better, she usually finishes them in less than an hour and is always ready at my appointment time!

Pretty good experience here.. We had our service done by Ring & Amanda.. Amanda is absolutely great with her hands.! I had a great massage and overall we were satisfied with the service.. I got the Hennessy pedicure package which I believe is the highest package they offer.. It’s $120 per person if you just get pedicures and no gel or polish..

Use too love this place. Went sooo downhill! Attitudes sucks as if they don’t wanna do nails. They worry about how much your going spend more then the customer comfort/service. Will make you fell very uncomfortable/pick and choose who they wanna do as if I ever spend less then $200 + on a just nails/feet. Gooo else where because I gave 3 attempts to get right & an epic fail & complete rip off. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

This is definitely my new favorite place!! The great customer service starts as soon as you walk through the door! I was greeted by Tina and she was awesome from start to finish! Mina gave me one of the best pedicures Ive had in a very long time, looooved it! I then had a 30 min massage by Victoria and baaaaaby she worked all the kinks out I had from weight lifting these last couple weeks! And to top it I got a free hookah and free wine!! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent place! Ladies, go, thank me later!

This place is amazing. It has a wine and a hookah and amazing pedicure services. I absolutely love it and I’m coming every time.

I used to come here all the time but took a break once my fave nail tech left, they sent a $20 coupon so I came by. I do not get gel on my toes bc after using it for 3 months, my toe nails became brittle and weak. (Customers shouldnt have to explain why but apparently, today I did) I asked for a $60 pedicure with regular polish. They stared at me and kept pushing for gel, said it takes too long to dry, it does not look as good etc. I stated I like regular polish on my toes, I get it all the time. They looked irritated and proceeded to get the color I requested. There was little to no massaging, no callus removal gel used, no pumice used after shaving callus, no trimming of ingrown toenails. I paid, still tipped 20% of total bill before discount, sat in my car to dry my toes (NOTHING touched them for 4 hours, I was VERY CAREFUL) got home and touched the nail and it is not dry. Clearly, they didnt clean them enough with alcohol before applying the color or wait long enough in between layers. Gel or not- I have NEVER had this happen to my normal polish upon getting a $60 pedicure. Smh never again. Its like they only want to do sets with designs and nothing else deserves good service here. Very rude and shoddy work. Did not used to be this bad.

Taylor is so amazing and her work is perfection here at Buckhead Nails. She makes sure I am happy every time I get my nails done and believe me when I say this because I am a very picky person.Buckhead Nails has a very friendly environment and great energy. You won’t be disappointed.

The nail tech was nice and I love my nails. However I asked for a $50 pedicure and full set. I was told the full set was 60 but charged $65. That’s no issue. The issue was the pedicure. I was told $50. And charged 70. I asked why and was told that he used gel nail polish. However I have never had gel polish come off the next day. I won’t be visiting again.

I walked in and the place is immaculate. It is impeccable. The aesthetic is beautiful. The quality of service customer service and also the final result was amazing. Everyone was so friendly always a smile and we were happy when we left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me paint the picture : walk in for a simple gel pedi & fill. The owner immediately tries to sell me on nail art (I hadnt even sat down and she was forcing her instagram page on me).. another lady walks up and tries to say my FILL alone would be $70, plus $20 to repair 2 nails, plus $50 for a design. Thats already $140 just on nails and the design was literally a line at the border of the nails, thats it. I told her that was ridiculous and started looking for somewhere else to get them done. But by then the guy was already starting on my toes. Long story less long, the owner came up to me and asked why I didnt want my nails done anymore & I let her know the pricing was insanity. She then quoted me a flat $70 for the desired style. I reluctantly agree. Already knew they were sketchy. I end up with 2 oddly shaped new nails as the way she applied them makes them look like theyre pointing up... and a rush design job. My gel pedi lasted all of 23 hours!!! I was furious and when I went back to get both fixed 2 days later they had the nerve to have attitude & question why I had added my own rhinestones to my nails. Tuh! The nerve! My gel pedicure messed up again literally the next day again & now Im over it. I will NEVER go back here. Waste of $150. They should be inspected for sanitary procedures as he used a dirty file on my toes and I worked in salons and do nails myself, we always use brand new / fresh tools. Also never got a foot massage and thats mandatory for any price pedicure! He literally did the worst pedicure Ive had, I had to request him to tend to my cuticles and he still didnt. Dont let this place rob you. Maybe it was just the 3 techs that made this experience horrible but I feel used. They serve wine and apparently do hookah in here. Focus on quality guys!! I didnt come to a bar I came to a nail salon, PRIORITIES yal. Do the right thing!!!!

I came here to start off our girls day. And lord the experience was completely amazing. They were so generous, welcoming and so thoughtful. They took great care of us. The wine was great with the free hookah and a massage chair combo i fell asleep for a sec that’s how relaxed i was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Go go go

I came to this place and received a regular gel pedicure, old nails on my nails taken off, no soak at all just torn off which makes them burn very bad when the new set was applied. I received a new set which was medium long with acrylic and designs. When I got to that counter that lady told me $200. I am highly highly upset. She told me my feet is 50 and the hands were 150. I do not like to be cheated. I work very hard for my money. I feel sick to my stomach and feel like my trip may be ruined from thinking about how I was robbed. I want to call the Police thats how upset I am. Do not go to this place. I expected a $125-150 total. I was robbed literally. Gave her $200 cash and left. Im wondering did they get mad because the pedicure nail tech chipped off some of my gel when she filed the side. I had to ask it to be done over because it was just going to keep chipping off if I left it like that. Maybe that was get back or something. Terrible to treat people this way. To add I took a shower and then woke to my pedicure looking warped. Very terrible experience. Waste of time and money.

My boo Taylor gets me right every time! My first time here I couldnt find parking and the owner came out and let me park in a spot where I know for sure wouldve gotten a ticket. The service is A1! I got a fill and pedicure but this review is strictly about the pedicure I was blessed enough to sit in front of a pedicures by the name of Nam. Blessed that’s exactly what I mean. He literally saw that I had ingrown toenails, and every other pedicurist had always ignored them and just clipped them down. He literally went in like a pediatrist and got them out. Relief I feel like no other and I can’t thank him enough. Not only that he just took his time and literally gave my feet. Everything they needed.. Go see him ladies.HES THE BEST!!!!

Lady at the front didn’t even acknowledge me when I was at the desk and just stayed on her phone. Then when someone else walked in she took them first and only THEN did she acknowledge me. Pedicure was okay but I’ve had better. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Overall expensive and rude staff. Won’t be back. Update your price list instead of trying to makeup prices. On the website a fill in says $25, my friend paid $54 with a 10% discount (so the original price was $60). My other friend got a full set and it was $60 as well after 10% discount. How is a fill in and a full set about the same price? They stated the $25 price was from 10 years ago, if that’s the case they need to update their website or let people know that before the service occurs. Won’t be back. Beware they’re scammers and they’re rude.Edit: 4 hours later my gel manicure that was $50 is chipping on 2 fingers. This place is horrible

10 out of 10 service!!! We enjoyed the private area and enjoyed one of the most luxurious experiences ever. The tech was great and didn’t have any issues. Enjoyed wine and smooth hookah while being pampered. I 100% recommend Buckhead Nail and Toe spa, it’s worth the time and money any day :)

I pre booked my appt for my full set and spa pedicure, along with eye brow waxing and she was ready soon as I arrived . Taylorr is the best and shaping my nails , I always get compliments on how perfect and sharp my nail points are . I literally can just sit in the chair and allow her to design . Not to mention the wine and hookah service is one of the perks for coming in and it was soooo good. Taylorr is the BEST hands down and I will forever be a client . My husband and I came for pedicures and it will be our 1st and last time coming there. We dont smoke and so coming into a nail salon where people are.smoking hookah was off-putting. I understand it is some peoples preference and so I am not knocking them for catering to that market. We were sat immediately and my pedicure was started right away. The man who serviced me was nice and did a good job overall onu pedicure. 20 minutes into my service my husband had still not been started. I asked and we were told another lady was coming to work on him when she finished with another customer. When she came and asked my husband what he was getting done he asked for a basic pedicure and she told us that we would have to pay $10 more than was listed in their menu becauseen cant get the pedicure we chose. The man performingy service challenged her on that and she clearly got irritated and finally agreed to do it. She rushed through my husbands pedicure so fast he was done in less than 15 min. She was snippy and had a bad attitude. The man that did my pedicure did a good job and I was initially pleased with it until after I got home and noticed that the gel polish is already bubbling on 2 toes and peeling on another toe. It has not even been 5 hour since we left the nail shop. I will be calling to ask for a partial refund tomorrow. All of this + having to pay for parking = we will not be returning!!!

The lady in charge is terrible.The seat was dirty and I dont think they wiped it down before. The lady kept telling me someone was coming to do my nails. I ended up waiting an hour before someone came and they did a pedicure very quickly and rushed. The workers are nice but are rushed by the manager. Place smells like smoke because of the hookah. The manager stands next to you and looks at how much tip you are putting down. Do not go here

Man let me tell you! I’m from Indianapolis, IN. I flew in to visit my best friends but I needed my nails done. I found a tiktok review of nail & toe and I was hooked! So glad I came, Sky & Tina are the best! So sweet & down to earth! This is my home salon away from home from here on out! And did I mention the complementary hookah & wine! 🥰😍😌. LOVE THIS PLACE!

$90 for a set PLUS $20 tip and 3 days later broken nail! I got my nails done on 2/3/21 and on 2/5 my nail broke for no reason! I reached out to the salon but they never got back to me, so here I am 8 days later walking around with a sad broken nail!Quality of work: I’m going to be completely honest, my nails looked really pretty when I walked out of the salon. My technician was very nice. BUT within a day my nails started looking yellow even before the nail broke. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves.All in all - nice shop but WAY OVERPRICED for the quality of work!

I tried this place because of the wonderful reviews, but left disappointed. I won’t be back after my last appointment.A guy did my nails. I don’t remember his name, but he was the cattiest technician I’ve ever experienced. He insisted that he could peel off my acrylics (😱) without pain and that a soak-off would take too much time. When I pointed out, that the shop was empty, he went from zero to one hundred percent catty. Looking back, I should’ve just left.Rather than having a normal conversation about the weather or something mundane, he went on and on about how he could be doing something else besides watching my nails soak off. Weird, because I didn’t ask for him; the salon manager assigned me to him.He ended up complaining the whole time. I’m confident this guy hates doing nails and doesn’t respect his employer either, because he kept yelling from the back of the salon to the front desk.Granted the salon was empty, but who does that ish. It’s rude, unprofessional, but clearly okay here because no one said anything. I won’t be going back because after all of this, my $100 new set lifted in less than 2 weeks. This is my go to nail salon. Very professional, prompt, and attentive to your designs. I love the other amenities like the deluxe pedicures and complementary wine they offer. They also offer hookah which is great quality!

I just had a baby and was looking to have a much needed self care day. I called just to ask a few questions and schedule a service with them. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She raised her tone with me bc I asked what process they use for the massage body scrub. I wanted to get a massage but I wasnt sure what to choose. I was completely turned off by the way she spoke to me. I cant see myself spending money somewhere that doesnt speak to their potential customers respectfully.

Both my hands / feet sting from their rough nail techs. I go for relaxation and I hate when I feel rushed & the lack of consideration , massage was rushed & rough(stones got slammed against my ankle). Nice staff though, decent nails. Won’t be back

I’ll start by saying that a lot of the staff were really nice and they did fix my nails for free.I got a gel manicure and the man who initially did my gel manicure was so rude. He tried to tell me that purple glitter wouldn’t show up on top of black nails and I had to argue with him to try it on my pinky nail so he could see that yes you can see glitter lol. Anyway, he did one patchy coat of black and somehow the nails were still unbelievably thick and lumpy. He didn’t let the nail polish cure for long enough so my lumpy nails started leaking and then peeled off about ten minutes after I left. He also gave me a pedicure and didn’t let me put my sandals back on even though the nails were totally dry! Based on this experience, 0/5 starsThey did fix my nails for free and the lady who did my nails did three coats of black and two top coats and they’re nice and thin and even. She was so cute and sweet. Unfortunately after I left I realized she filed my nail beds narrower and now my nails hurt 😭 I feel bad saying anything bad because I loved that lady.

I came for the hookah and pedicure. Somehow got talked into a full set . My fingers have multiple cuts and have tingling since yesterday afternoon. The hookah was burnt and today I mysteriously have a sore throat. The place is beautiful calm and clean but the nail tech needs more training and my pedicure service was good besides the fact the polish looks like a 3 year old did it. Waste of $225 my guy friend enjoyed his pedicure and manicure. Thanks 😒

I just left this below average establishment feeling robbed and mistreated. I cant even put into words how horrible my experience has been at this nail salon. Im a really easy going person so its hard to piss me off. I wanted SNS on my natural nails and a gel pedicure (simple right?). The lady doing my feet, hurt me countless times, whenever I said anything (calmly I might add), she would just hurry over it, totally not caring.I understand the language barrier but you see my toes bleeding and you see my wincing. Okay, now my second left toe is SWOLLEN, Ive attached photos. My second toe is painful (idk how she got it like that I didnt walk in with it hurting), my hand had to be refiled by the manager at the front desk, she charged me $170 and was like eh Ill give you $10 off, after seeing how upset I was. (what a joke), I told her I dont care I just want out of here. If youre going to charge these types of prices, your service, quality, and care better be there and its NOT. I should have walked away and not paid honestly, I was so taken aback.

I love this shop!!! Lyly and Hello Kitty are the BEST ❤️ the whole shop can do any design you show them. Tina is awesome and runs the shop perfectly! They offer wine and hookahs to all customers. Highly recommend 10 stars

This was my first time for sns nails . I talked to the manager over the phone who booked me I asked specifically how much for long sns shape nails she said 65$.. I come to my appt and high I came early it was 1:30 don’t start on me until 2:30 then what really made me upset is that owner/manager is rude as hell. Nasty talks to you any kind of way “listen , nah you listen to me” she had to honor my price bc that’s what was said and told especially after I made sure before I came.. trust me I will never come back . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to be over charged and talked to rude this is it.. if not I suggest please go find somewhere else! Where they actually appreciate your money and time !!! 🙏
