Maria looked me in my face and said my nails were considered “long” and not to mention they don’t provide itemized receipts. BECAUSE THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Charged me $15 to SHAPE my nails lmaoooLet me break it down :Pedi $41Gel:French: $32Nail fix: $10 (1 toe was chipped and she did a tiny overlay)SNS: $50 (I originally wanted a milky white acrylic overlay)$10: “length extension”$16 my “long length” and shaping

Left truly unsatisfied. I came here three times. Getting my nails done with no complaints. But my forth time her I brought my mom. We wanted something special for my baby shower. I didn’t mind paying for what I asked for. I brought a pic so there wasn’t any confusion. My thing is IF YOU CANT DO THE DESIGN DONT TRY TO FAKE IT. another thing is forcing what you want on the customer. We had to tell them numerous times no that’s not what we asked for. But did what they wanted anyways. I’m literally going to go get my nails redone somewhere else I’m so unhappy. And still want to ask for a tip. I left unsatisfied and still paid.

I was apprehensive to start with a new nail salon since I haven’t been able to find one that did a good job. I am so thrilled to have found Nails and Facial, the manager suggested I do the dip and I was not sure because I had a bad experience with the work not looking good at all, glad I trusted the process. Wow! What a difference! Chloe did a wonderful job! She took great care of my nails, THANK YOU!

I took a chance on this place since I was on a time crunch before work and couldnt drive down to Atlanta to see my usual nail tech. I will never return. Never in my life have I been charged over $90 for a basic fill-in. My full sets for special occasions that had detailed designs and resin were less and of way higher quality. On top of the pricing, I was met with a technician that made it seem like it was a bother to do my nails. Just rude for no reason.Definitely be wary if you go as they dont post their pricing nor provide itemized receipts and (based on other reviews too) seem to charge through the roof if they have what they consider long nails.

Best Nail Shop in Town! Love the owner snd Chloe & Jessica 😍 Clean, efficient, and very comforting. I drove all the way from Buford, GA. I really love driving an hour away and coming to see this place. Love love love!!

Returning to update with yet another great review! Chloe has been doing my SNS nails every three weeks for almost a year, and I love my nails literally every time. They can do ANYTHING. Everyone is so peaceful and friendly. I’ve never been committed to a single salon before, but I’m committed now!This salon is wonderful! Beautiful shop - very clean and relaxing. All the technicians seem excellent, but Chloe is outstanding! I showed her a picture of the French ombre SNS manicure that I wanted, and she replicated it perfectly! So glad to have found this business! Be sure to book in advance, and tip generously in cash!

My first visit, I walked in and nobody greeted me. So I sat down and waited patiently for 10 minutes before I was greeted. I asked the lady next to me her opinion of the shop she said they did good work so I waited. They proceeded to greet her first and ignore me. Finally someone spoke to me I explained what I wanted and with broken English she insisted I get the service she wanted me to get. I didn’t want that specific service so she refused me unless I gave in. I politely declined and left. They were not friendly at all and it’s very small. Wouldn’t recommend them if this is how they treat new potential clients.

I was a walk-in on Monday June 26. I asked for a full set but they said they didn’t have time, so instead I got SNS. By Thursday June 29, THREE of my nails were lifting. By Friday two had fallen off. I called and asked if they could fix it, they responded “we normally do a good job so let us look at it first” I asked if there was a charge to fix it, since they were the ones who made an error. They said possibly but they’d have to look at the nail first. If my nails have been on less than 5 days, there should not be a charge to fix them. I paid 70 dollars for an all white SNS set that lasted 3 days. I will not be coming back. Also, today, July 2. I noticed another nail lifting.**Update, Another nail fell off

Tiffany did my nails, she suggested dip nails, was kind and even ended up adding tips to my nails, even though it was close to closing time. When removing the gel paint from my nails, she was very careful and my nails did not hurt (I have very sensitive nail beds). I was reacting to the dust (my allergies), and she offered water, candy, and even a mask for me. Candy was cough drops, which worked out great. As I was the last client, Jessica joined us in the conversation. Jessica gave me a tip on how to remove the dip nail at home (soak 15-20 mins in pure acetone and it might feel sticky, to use cotton and more acetone to remove the excess), since I told them I was here for a work trip. Overall I loved my nails and there service was great. Thanks to you both.

I have been to many facial and nail spas and this is the best! My facial with Wendy was relaxing and detailed. Jessica gave me a spectacular manicure with precision! Very happy customer.

If you want to feel like a queen when you get your nails done, GO HERE! I always feel welcome and the quality is amazing. They go above and beyond for every customer and I feel comfortable asking for designs. Their foot massages make me want to fall asleep every time. I will go here even when I move further away from the Vinings area! I was a bridesmaid and they opened for the bridal party on a day they are normally closed to schedule a day best for the bride. I love my nails every time and look forward to my experience every time!

The best place in the Atlanta area for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing! Ive been visiting the studio for six months now and Chloe always does such a great job. I love being there and can only warmly recommend Nails&Facial!!

Absolutely amazing nail salon. Upon entering the nail salon,quiet jazz playing with very friendly staff to greet you with a warm smile and cozy atmosphere. I came here for a pedi/mani. The salon is the most relaxing and quiet nail salon I have ever been too. Sitting in the massage chair got the number 3 for pedi which includes scrub,polish hot oil stone massage and for $15 more extra time massaging your feet, calves and shins. I fell asleep. You will leave here pampered, pretty and so relaxed you would think you are higher than a kooty bird.

Despite living less than 2 miles away for 8 years, I stumbled upon this gem for the first time yesterday. Jessica is AMAZING!! I called about an hour before I showed up to see if they had availability. Upon arrival, she greeted me by my first name and with a hug. She also did the BEST pedicure and SNS that Ive had in the past 10 years or so. Very efficient, detailed, and skilled. The other ladies were very nice, too. Nails & Facial surely gained a new client!

Went to Cloe l haven’t had someone do this good of a job on my nails since living here for 4 years and she was the best one. Nails were perfectly shaped and pays close attention to detail.

I had an amazing experience in this salon! I brought in a fun and colorful nail design from Pinterest and they did it perfectly - they even let me retouch the yellow color free of charge less than a week later! Thank you ladies for a great and relaxing time. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve finally found my new nail salon! I moved to this area last year and have been trying multiple salons to find “the right one”. I tried this one on accident, and it’s the absolute best! Everyone is so kind, takes their time with each client, and doesn’t try to rush anyone through anything. Maria always remembers my name….I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!!!

Pretty dissappointed from my visit this morning. This is my first time going to nail salon since COVID and was pretty excited. You have to pay upfront, it was only $12 (I paid $20) which is a good price for a manicure. However, she didnt soak my nails, work on my cuticles or use any lotion/oils. As you can see in the picture post-manicure, I needed some work around the sides of my nails. When I asked her if she could do that, she did the minimal amount. I wont be returning to this location simply based on the minimal effort that went in to my service even with a high tip.UPDATE: Dropped this rating from a 3 star to a 1 star because the manicure didn’t even last 24 hours even after paying for the extra “long-lasting” polish. I work a desk job so the wear is literally only from washing my hands. Super unfortunate!

I got a gel mani and pedi here today and beyond happy with the results! All the nails techs here are so welcoming, talented, and detail oriented. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Just moved to the Smyrna area and decided to try out a salon in the area so I wouldn’t have to travel far away to get my nails done and I found this place on google. Went with my husband because he wanted to get a pedicure . I got a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. First the lady doing my nails was not friendly at all. Secondly I really wanted to get my pedicure and nails done at the same time so I wouldn’t have to do my feet first then my nails and take twice as much time but unfortunately that’s what happened even though they had other ladies sitting next to me who were getting both done at the same time . At first I thought maybe they had scheduled appts and that’s why but they had two other people walk in behind me with no appts scheduled and they were doing both their nails and feet at the same time. Pedicures were I guess average priced but they charged me $70 for acrylic short nails with gel polish which I thought was very expensive . I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and never paid that high! Even in buckhead I have never paid $70 for basic acrylic nails (short nails at that) with gel polish! Not to mention the lady took forever to do my nails . I was there almost 3 hours which is excessive . Very dissatisfied with the service and also prices . Spent $145 for 2 basic pedicures (got regular polish on my pedicure ) and a full set of acrylic nails (with gel polish ) .I did attach a picture of my nails that were $70! Ridiculous 😆WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting a pedicure. Me and another customer waited over half an hour past our appt times. When I was finally put at a chair I mentioned that I was supposed to have Maria as my tech and the other customer said she was also supposed to have a specific tech. The tech that was with me said that Maria would be with me shortly and then started doing my nails. I figured maybe she was just taking off my old polish but she proceeded to do the pedicure despite me trying to ask her 3 times about Maria. She ignored me every time and proceeded to rush through the service. They also rushed the other customer’s service and didn’t give her the tech she asked for. I requested the second tier pedi and she barely rubbed my legs at all and never cleaned under my nails and my cuticles still had dry skin. She was about to polish my nails despite the fact that she didn’t check for ingrowns like I asked and the nails were jagged. At this point I was fed up and told her I wanted to leave because this was not a good experience. I am not a person that usually speaks up and complains and I will usually go home with an ugly pedicure before I say anything but this was all around bad. The tech next to her, who I assume is the owner, leaned over and said that she was doing a good job and didn’t understand why I was unhappy. I explained all of the above facts and stated I would like to be done because I was not happy with their services. They tried to say that we never asked for specific techs and that I could just go because they also weren’t happy. I wish I could give them zero stars but I guess I can justify the one star since I didn’t have to pay for this awful service. If you’re trying to have a relaxing pedi, I suggest you steer clear of this place 👎

Such a great nail salon!! The employees are very friendly and kind, the salon is very clean and relaxing, and the manicures/pedicures turn out amazing! I get the powder dip on my fingernails and the quality is fabulous. The nails last a very long time and are very cleanly done. The people at this salon feel like a family and I definitely recommend!

Great experience! I got an SNS manicure with tips and a gel pedicure. The staff was very friendly and professional. The quality of their work was exceptional! Probably my best mani/pedi experience ever. I literally had chills during my pedicure massage - it was that good!My only suggestion is to maybe turn on the TVs by the pedicure stations and have subtitles on instead of sound (so as not to interfere with the soothing music). Sometimes it’s nice to have that option to zone out a bit.Also, another reviewer from 3 weeks ago left a one star review and mentioned paying up front for their services. That was not my experience so I wonder if she even reviewed the correct salon.

Nails & Facial is the best nail salon in Atlanta!!! I have been coming here for years, even when I lived across town. Everyone is very friendly and highly skilled. The salon is exceptionally clean. It’s so relaxing to go because it’s not too big and you receive attentive service. You can get mani/pedis, waxing, etc. My SNS nails are perfect when I leave N&F. Schedule an appointment ahead of time as they get busy!

Nice place, seems clean. I got #3 pedicure for $61 because I really needed the massage. From start to finish the pedicure lasted 45 min including removing previous gel polish. The massage was very short. I also had to ask her to clean underneath my toe nails cause she did not. When she did there gunk under there (like I had anticipated from summer activities). Overall Not worth getting a more expensive pedicure. The basic for $31 would’ve been the same thing I imagine.

I had a spa day and Mia and Jess did an awesome job. I got a mani, pedi, facial and massage. This is the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have ever been to. I highly recommend going to see either one of these ladies.

I came to this place because of all the great reviews. I called in advance and made an appt. for a manicure and to remove the dip powder on my nails. I was advised to sit down and soak my hands to remove the powder…. I’ve never been given a bowl of acetone to soak my hands/nails in, but okay I’ll go with this. After about 20 mins of soaking my hands in a harsh chemical, I notice my skin becoming dry and I start actively removing it off my nails myself. Shout out to the lady receiving a mani/pedi because she saw me doing this and advised the lady who was with her to help me remove it off my nails. I was so uncomfortable when the lady came over to assist me and She joked about me removing it. I responded, yes it was a long time to have my hands soak in acetone. I got a classic manicure (w/no color) that felt so rushed that I will end up going home to fix it myself. I’ve never had this experience at a nail salon and am honestly really sad because looking around I could see that the other patrons were really enjoying their service, and some were obviously repeat customers. I paid, tipped the lady, and left. I won’t be coming back here.

My mom and I walked in on a Saturday morning and were greeted and seated immediately. My mom got a french gel and I got SNS and we were in and out in under an hour! The staff was super friendly and kind and chatty, would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again

This is the best nail salon in Vinings and I know because I have gone to all of them!! Jessica and her team are amazing. They always make sure you are comfortable and their work is perfection. It is so important to me that a nail salon is clean.....this salon is the cleanest I have ever seen. How anyone could write a bad review is astounding! In one review I am sure they are talking about a nearby salon because I had a similar experience there.

Jessica and her team are absolutely fantastic! I have been going here for years after moving to the area and not being able to find a quality nail salon, I was so impressed with my gel manicure and pedicure that I have continued coming back for nearly 3 years now. The environment is amazing - the owner makes sure guests feel comfortable by offering water, soft drinks, snacks, etc and theyre always accommodating with last minute appointments and walk-ins. Very disappointed with the “hidden prices” when receiving services. It’s unfair and dishonest business practices to include additional a la carte services to a customer’s requested service without consentAllow the customer to decide if he/she would care to receive a la carte add ons. Furthermore, it’s rude and very unprofessional for employees, who were working silently, to suddenly engage in boisterous conversations and laughter after a patron inquiries about services rendered.Moreover, these practices are unnecessary and predatory. You’re in a great location and offer decent service. Sale your services to entice customers to want more instead of tricking them. Due to your dishonest and insulting business practices, you’ve lost two loyal customers.

Absolutely love getting my nails done at Nails & Facial. I have been going for around a year now and the staff has been friendly and welcoming since day one. When I first started going here I had a bad habit of nail biting / extremely short nails and they helped me grow them out and always do what is best to keep my nails healthy. The work they do is detailed and the shape is always exactly what I want. Its also nice they take walk-ins as someone who doesnt have a set schedule. If youre in the Atlanta area I recommend going here!

This is my go-to whenever I need my nails done. Jessica and Tommy are amazing and always take the time to listen to exactly how Id like my nails done, and they get it done quick and extremely well. My first time at Nails & Facial was nerve-wracking because switching salons is risky, but they definitely did not disappoint. They were patient with me and ensured I was happy with my nails. I had a great experience here. This is my second time coming here to get a pedicure and manicure and they both turned out so good. The pedicure was amazing with the massage and hot stones. My nails were manicured so neat. Ill be back soon.

My friends and I made an appointment for a mani/pedi on a Friday morning and we were taken right on time. I would definitely call ahead and make an appointment. We all very much enjoyed our experience and love our nails! I had Jessica and her massages included with the mani/pedi were amazing.They had a wide selection of colors for classic, gel, and dip polishes and their store was very clean! I have very high standards when it comes to nail salons and I would definitely come back here!! Highly recommend!

Wendy was awesome! She really took care of me especially since here visiting which helped make it feel like home. More importantly not a regular customer but made the effort both Wendy and Jessica to remember my name which I truly appreciated!!

Let me start by saying the atmosphere is very nice as well as the staff. Shop is clean. My nails and pedicure are very good. What I am shocked at is the cost of the services. A fill with gel was 48 dollars. A fill not a new set. Unfortunately I will not be returning to expensive. Add on costs really raise prices.

I had a wonderful spa day with my daughter today at Nails & Facial. I made appt same day. We both got the signature pedicures and she also got a french manicure. I added reflexology leg and foot massage - 10 min for $15 extra. Tech included lightly heated stones and really worked on some pressure pts on my feet! Nail Technicians were very friendly and the spa space was very tidy, sanitized, super clean and beautifully decorated. The tvs were off (which i personally prefer) and they played pleasing spa background music instead. Top notch service, staff and environment!! This is my new place in Vinings for my ‘self-care’ days :)

Received hands down one of the best gel manicures that I have received in a very long time. Jessica took her time and my nails look very polished and professional. Now if you want a foot massage that will put you to sleep ask for Maria! I chose the deluxe pedicure with the hot stone and warm towels. She was AMAZING! I will be back as a regular now!

Love, love, love this nail salon. Ive had a variety of services here but mostly go for mani/pedi. They are always super kind and transparent with pricing. Jessica is always warm and greets everyone as they come in. Ive been going here a long time and they are consistent, pay attention to cleanliness and I love that they are mostly by appointment so Im not waiting and they dont over book.

I have been going to this nail salon in total for close to 10 years. After a few years away, I recently came back and was met with the same great, friendly experience as always. Jessica actually remembered me! Its always great getting a warm personalized greeting but I really didnt expect that. The ladies take pride in greeting the customers by name and remembering their preferences and color choices, I witness this every time Im there. Khloe does an awesome pedicure, she shapes them perfectly and has great energy with her massage touch. I get SNS dip and easily go 3 weeks between visits with no issues. I have natural nails now, because SNS has been so good to them and here at Nail and Facial they also give manicures, taking care of my cuticles and also soaking off both gel on the toes and SNS on the fingers...no drills (except to take off the initial coating) which keeps the nail base strong and not thin. In comparing to the nail salons I visited while away, this is an above excellent experience that I missed. I wont leave again!!!

My boyfriend and I LOVED this place. The staff are friendly & hilarious! They also did a really nice job. We had mani/pedis and just paint but the facility is nice and clean, open, and the massage chairs are nice. We will definitely be returning next time I can talk him into going with me again! Hopefully before his next body building show! (Yes, body builders get mani/pedi’s with clear nail polish).

Jessica is an absolute dream! She has wonderful customer service skills, and incredibly, seems to remember every clients’ name the first time they come in! I have tried other “fancier” salons down the street, and none of their work matches the quality of Jessica & the rest of the team at this salon!From the outside, it may not seem like much- but this place is a hidden gem! You can tell by their incredible number of regulars & the fact that you better have an appointment, or they may be too busy to squeeze you in — always a good sign if you ask me! Ive been going to Nails & Facial since I moved to Vinings and love it! Jessica does a fantastic job, as do the other employees there. She even remembers the color of polish I used on the last visit! They do great pedicures as well, and Jessica also does awesome brows.

This is a five star nail spa in my opinion. Excellent service and treatment. The environment is peaceful and clean. We were looking for a nail spa to get mani/pedis and we called this location to check availability. They said we could come right away. Hands down one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had.

Ive been coming here for just under 10 years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here in all that time. I usually call ahead as they do become busy at times, though on rare occasions when I have walked in they have seen me. My favorite technicians for gel polish are Tommy and Vicki. Lim always does my toes. The owner Jessica steps in as needed when they are busy. I highly recommend this nail salon in the Vinings area.

I am always well taken care of when I am here. They are very serious about there customers safety and cleanliness. They all do excellent work.I was very impressed recently how long my nail polish last on my toes without chipping...3-4 weeks! 💅

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years now at the best nail salon out in the burbs. It’s just too far now and so I decided to give a few places in the Atlanta area a try. For this place: The people were very nice...it was a little awkward. They could not get my shape right. I tried to show her a picture and she stated the picture would not help. And then I told her it looked crooked and maybe she should look at the photo...still could not get it. I corrected her multiple times and got to the point where I just wanted to leave. I actually made an appointment for a pedicure too, but since I saw how bad my nails looked, I decided to not do the pedicure. For the money you pay, I would look elsewhere.

I have always had the best experience with my manicure of SNS and pedicure of Gel. All nail technicians are pleasant and always give the best quality of work and so friendly. You never feel rushed. The salon is very clean and comfortable.

I made a last minute appointment for a pedicure and this was the absolute best pedicure. I loved the hot stone massage. Maria was the best tech. Will definitely come back.

Wendy is the only one who has done my nails. No one has ever done them more perfect. Literally. Very reasonable pricing. Salon is very clean and everyone is SO nice. Love this place!

Awesome visit...she took her time on my feet and she was very nice. Unlike most nail salons now we werent rushed. She even doubled back to make sure my ingrown toenail was completely out and that I appreciated. She didnt even think she could get all of it out, but she did. Anyone that feels the pain from an ingrown knows what I mean. 😁....DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

You must go! The privacy is wonderful and the massage was soooooooo relaxing. Unfortunately the water hydrotherapy shower is only 30 mins max nut still well worth it. The body scrub is so exhilarating for the body and not being exposed to others is a great treat especially for the bashful.

Best in nail and pedicures! Hidden gem of a nail salon, look for it in the balcony section in the Meehans plaza. Jessica, and staff are consistent in delivering a great SNS and Gel, manicures and pedicures. Ive tried many of the nail salons in Vinings but found at Jessicas salon Im never disappointed with the visit or technique. Im rough on my hands so even if I need a touch up its never met with an + charge or frown. Reasonable pricing and she even offers a discount through my company. Try them, you wont be sorry, Ive been coming for over 6 years and know its going to be done right in a clean and welcoming salon with the same staff instead of the endless rotations I find on most nail salons.

I went in for my first full set and manicure ever, and the guy apparently had an issue before I came in. He started on my nails and everything went down hill from there... he was rude and when I showed him the picture of what I wanted he sort of did his own thing. And when I asked for them to be removed, this happened! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau considering filing a report with the authorities. **Update** They wont allow the picture of the bloody fingernail for the review...

All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Wether you have an appointment or not, they always get you in and out in a timely manner. My nails and toes always look wonderful when I’m done! I wouldn’t go to any other place; I drive 30 minutes just to come to them!

Friendly, incredibly friendly. But did a terrible job. My thumb nail cracked the same day, gel toe polish chipped in less than two weeks on two toes. Over priced and Id never go back. I feel cheated.

My eyebrows turned out great. But they have only 2-3 people working on A Saturday so if you come with another person youre most likely not going to get served at the same time. Or at all. I told them me and my mom wanted pedicures they started my moms. Never got to me despite me sitting in the chair awkwardly waiting. Oh and they cut my moms toe! Despite my mom telling them to stop clipping.

Stopped by as a walk in but they were booked. They managed to get me later in the day and it was worth the wait. I was in and out with gel nails in less than an hour. The nail tech was efficient but careful and sooo nice. I will definitely be back.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I went there for SNS and happened to choose a beautiful, glitter color. However, the young man who did my nails complained the entire time about me choosing glitter. Saying why did you choose this, this is too hard, this is annoying. He continued to say this my entire visit to the point another worker came over and stood over me! The young man who did my nails even swore multiple times during my visit which was very uncomfortable and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! My nails aren’t as nice as they usually are when I go to another shop and his complaining didn’t make it any better! I paid my full price but I will not be going back! Terrible service!

I’ve been afraid of getting manicures in opaque, white/cream color thinking that it will make my nails look bigger. However they proved that my fear was just a myth. I looove the nail shapes and the color they chose for me! Thanks to them for a new challenge with my manicures!

The man who performed my pedicure did not under stand english and cut me !! I am praying an infection does not occur. If it does I will sue. Awful service I am certainly never returning. They have great reviews for manicures, gel, etc. but enter at your own risk.

Don’t trust the good reviews like I did. 😕 Pedicure was so bad we stopped after one person and got up and went to another salon. She did the pedicure in under 5 minutes total. She didn’t use the cuticle remover, or a file/buffer. Didn’t even shape toes before painting. Basically just threw on paint and did a 30 second rub. Awful. So disappointed. I want my money back.

Tommy does great work, I get SNS and it lasts way longer than 2 weeks without cracking or lifting which has been great! Jennifer was very kind as well. I have only done SNS here but I will keep coming back for sure!

My nails started cracking after one week. The young man working on my manicure messed up and swore right in front of me. I asked for black French tips instead of normal white and the worker complained that it would be too much work. I tipped generously but will not be back.

Had an appointment at 5 and even got there 5 minutes early. I waited with my feet in lukewarm water for over 20 minutes before I got up and left. Another customer walked right in and was helped immediately while I was still waiting. Very disappointing because a lot of the reviews say to have an appointment but those seem useless if you arent going to be helped on time.

WORST pedicure I have ever had, my polish wasnt done nice, he was very rough with the massage part and the person who did my manicure didnt even put lotion on my hands he ran to the next person, when I pay over $80 for services I expect a good experience. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
