The food is great. Unfortunately Ill never go back because they committed credit card fraud. I tipped my server 20 percent but someone decided to enter it into the CC machine as 40 percent. I get alerts when my card is updated after the tip so I disputed it and I always keep my receipts. But imagine if I didnt.

Its a good vibe here. Came on a Saturday about 9pm and sat at the bar. It was hardly anyone there then people began to trickle in. A DJ started playing music after 10. Drinks were decently priced, signature drink was pretty good didnt have food only an order of fries. Id definitely come back.

Went here on a Friday for a late night cap. First, the good. We only got wings and fries. The teriyaki sauce was good. The fries were good as well. Im not sure if its an all-day, every day thing, but they brought the food out into to-go containers. The drinks were just right, strong, and tasty. The food and drinks were good, so there were no complaints.Now, something that needs to be improved. There were about 40-50 people while we were there. I only make mention of this to show what the service should have been if it was not crowded. The restrooms were not clean. The other thing is I understand that automatic gratuity is the new thing, so all we the consumers ask is that you do the job were forced to pay you for. Our drink was empty, and not one time did the waitress ask if we wanted another drink or order more food. Maam, the higher the bill, the more your tip. Being a former waitress, I know how to serve. As soon as I saw their drink getting low, I would ask if they wanted another one or recommend they try one of the specialty drinks. I would suggest appetizers and food. She brought us our drinks, then our food, and we only saw her again in passing. I didnt get an experience that makes me want to return anytime soon. If I do, it will be at the bar only.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, the food was delicious , the staff was very friendly and helpful the DJ was on point with the music my family had such a great time we enjoyed everything about being there and we would definitely come back again we really had a great time! We turned it up in that place we had so much fun!we had a birthday gathering for a family member and she loved it and was surprised so a great time was had by us all.

Service was terrible and food was even worse (lamb chops and mash potatoes had zero seasoning). To top it all off, it was not busy at all so I couldn’t find any excuse for them like I wanted to. Only reason I can give this place 2 stars is because they’re open late.

I like the location because its kind of in the cut. The food is seasoned very well and the drinks are good. The hookah price is less than most so thats good too.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I ORDERED FOOD TO GO…THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED. I was VERY disappointed. Burgers were RAW and the chicken wings were BURNT. Never again.

The bartender was super attentive. She even recommended us drinks based on our specific preference. The lady who did our hookah was helpful as well and came and checked on us multiple times. Everybody was willing and ready to help. We ended taking the food to go. There was no complaints about the food.

Terrible experience! Took almost an hour to get seated and our order despite having a reservation!

Love this place but no where to park. When any of the other businesses have an event, you can’t park 😩 and the cigar place has the nerve to charge to park on the side of the plaza! 😡

I had my sixty birthday party there and the atmosphere nice . But the clientele after 10p is a lot of houkers smokes. I didnt like that .maybe not for my age But my Pasta salad was great and meatballs and morel!!! Was Great.

Drinks were good, and the DJ was spinning! I plan on going back.

This was a terrible experience I should have listened to the reviewer before me! Because it was a accurate review! I ordered this salmon dinner that came out burnt. We came to watch the hawks game however once we send it back the second time it came out it was under cooked and raw in the middle. Before I could take a picture, the bartender noticed it and took the food away instantly once we got to the middle part and cut it open. So my boyfriend which never complains allowed her to take the food and she never said anything to him after that I had a friend pull up order drinks as well and I ordered a second drink. Soooo here’s the kicker when it was time to pay the tab the bartender brings out a tab that is half the price for the salmon. I tell her we’re not paying for rare salmon that yall took back away which had full order of mashed potatoes and spinach in it. She proceeds to get the manager that comes over and say y’all ate half of it. I said we ate the ends until we seen it was raw in the inside. She said we still have to pay. I kindly said we will not and we will not return and left the bill in cash and took out the salmon portion and walk out the door. I NEVER PLAN On RETURNING. Before the pandemic this use to be me and my boyfriend spot but now we will never return. The salmon was nee to the menu. The fact that you could have gave use salmonella poisoning and tired to make us pay for it is beyond me. On top of that my tab was $105 that I paid as I walked out the door. I work in customer service as a server in a lounge similar to this place and would NEVERRRR! And I stand in this. Please listen to me when I say this that was one of the worst experiences ever

They could do SO much better here, and in the past, they have! Where do I begin:The all-you-can-eat wings were anything but, as they intentionally stalled and delayed service (after going thru great pains not to fully explain the details of the special for several critical minutes..... considering this special only lasts 2 hrs to begin with). You have to pay for a premium drink (of which, the details are also muddled), and then, the premium drinks arent premium!We were made to feel as if we were BEGGING for a special which was ADVERTISED!! VERY frustrating experience. I should never feel like someone is doing me a favor.... when Im PAYING!! That is PRECISELY, what we were made to feel like. That stalling (theres really No need when the special is only 2 hrs to begin with), the lack of service (though, there were plenty of employees.... just that most were standing around idly, or, smoking hookah), and the lack of preparation (how are you going to have a special from 6-8pm, when the place open at 6pm? And, when the staff is still setting up for patrons arrive??)This was bad, REAL BAD!!! The lone bright spot was the bartender Erika, who tried her best to make things right for us in the end. We appreciate you very much for that Erika!! The place overall tho: if i were you, Id spend my dollars at a place where theyll appreciate it. Sadly this place, obviously, no longer does!

My cousin had the VIP lounge upstairs which was great it was just enough for all of us the waitresses upstairs was awesome and the music there was great as well at the food and drinks

I liked the ambiance and the vibe of the place. The service was on point. Chardee (not sure I spelled her name right) timing when you order was crazy (trust me, I order alot at one time). My orders were back to back behind each other

The atmosphere is laid back for grown folks, There is also an upstairs area and patio. Food was good for a bar/lounge.

I had a pretty good time here. Nice vibe. The music was good.. Not too too loud. I could still hold a conversation with my date and hear the waitress when ordering. I really enjoyed the fried shrimp and my infinity juice. They didnt have any garnishment on the drinks... And parking was terrible! Overall it was a good experience. I would come here again.

Place is hit or miss. Its birthday party driven so if theres not a party or big event, its not crowded and more chill. Last night didnt like how the waitress tried to handle me though. Said I had to sit at the bar away from the party I with because I ordered drinks from the bar. Thats the main reason its not 5 stars. But cool place. Ive gone occasional over the years.

So we came here on a Thursday night and then back again on a Friday… TOTALLY different vibes! Thursday was very cool and relaxed and catered to more of a mature crowd Friday was definitely “TRAP” night. Although I didn’t quite enjoy Friday, I can appreciate the fact that they are very versatile! The food was GREAT! The hookah was GREAT! And the drinks were OFF THE CHART BANANAS!!!!! I love everything about Thursday night! We sat on the rooftop and our waiter ERICKA was the best ever! She even called to make sure we made it home safely (since it was 2 women not used to the area) Her thoughtfulness is what made us decide to come back the next night! We had an AWESOME TIME!!! This will definitely be one of our Thursday night spots to chill

Nice location on the beach. Good bar and “club” area that has entertainment and dancing. Dinner was just ok. Menu limited to same old island things, food was just average and service not professional. It was our wedding anniversary and I let them know in advance and requested a nice table. They ignored the request and the service seemed unprofessional.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Food and hookah was well-above average. Drinks were decent and the facility was clean. DJ went with the vibe and kept the flow going. Parking is ridiculous! Might have to park up the street depending on the time you get there.

I went to this lounge to celebrate my birthday and had such an amazing time. The chef came out to address some dining concerns with me which I truly appreciate. Lowkey spot with friendly staff, reasonable food, and plenty of seating. They even have a rooftop which is a nice bonus. Ive already been back and plan to return soon

The service here was truly disappointing. I asked 2 waitress for service, about a hour and half of no assistance - 3 waitress were located In the section in front of me enjoying hookas and drinks. The waitress walked over to remove the menus from the table but never asked if i wanted to order or if i was ok. I asked her were they taking orders tonight, she looked around for other waitress, but they were in the section in front of me smoking and drinking. This could have been better.. good dj

It was a chill spot the atmosphere was great. The food was good, hot , and fresh. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also like to have fun. We had out own little section so that was important to me considering the rona.it also has a balcony on the top floor. Oh the music was a good mix too. Went for one of my bestie bday and she had a great time. Just be the judge for yourself.

Came here for my brother birthday party!! It was great! The staff was friendly. They have a rooftop area that was very accommodating!! His party was in the vip area upstairs and it was so nice!! Ill be back again. Oh and not too far off the beaten path!! I will be back soon!!

I try to patronize a African American establishment but this place is horrible. I got the lamb chops and and paid $25 for a lukewarm dinner and another $20 for stuff salmon. The service was horrible then on top of it they automatically charge 18% gratuity of course without your knowledge. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The online menu is a lie, they have a limited menu. Theres nothing desirable about this place but the DJ. This place is an embarrassment. Im not the type to even post ratings but Id be wrong if I didnt tell the truth.

Cool little almost a hole in the wall type of place to hang out. Food is awful, but there’s a good vibe if you want to just get out and listen to some music and even dance. Not many people which was a plus during this covid stuff. 4 stars because the food was awful lol.I can’t even remember what I had.Everything on the menu was fried. I didn’t have the highest expectations due to the environment.Overall cool spot

Dropped in early on a Friday evening. Stayed for just one drink but really enjoyed the live entertainment. Service was good. I was visiting the area and wanted to hit other spots so I did not order food. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Looking forward to the full experience!

First time I ever heard of or even been to this place.... And I must say it was a great time. The staff was great. I already had a good section reserved for my birthday but later offered me an even better one. Food and drinks were on point. Service was fast and on point as well. The atmosphere was great. The music was A+. Thank you for making my 27th birthday one to remember. If you looking for a fun night with a chill atmosphere.....this is definitely the place.

Food was horrible the drinks was even worst. We ordered the salmon, I never seen a salmon so thick and big not what type of fish they gave us passing it off as salmon. The mashed potatoes were boxed and the spinach was canned. The environment was ok. If going to listen to music and chill would be a good spot to go to. Its not crowded DJ was decent on Saturday night, just make sure you stop and get something to eat and drink first b4 going.

No server ever greeted us. I found one server and asked for a menu. Never returned after waiting about 15 minutes. I just went to the bar to place my own order. Took over 30 minutes waiting. Only ordered fried fish and wings. My guest fell asleep while waiting. Music was good and ambience was nice but crowd a little too young for me.

We really enjoyed it. We got there pretty early on a Friday...before the crowd. Great music. Waitress was on point. We both really enjoyed the Sweet Heat shrimp and fries. Will return!

My family and I come here all the time just to hang out or to celebrate someone’s bday. My fiancé and I came to get catfish nuggets to go as we do all the time however lately our service has been terrible! When we got home we notice that he was given chicken strips instead of catfish!!!! Called numerous times and every time the phone picked up an hung up! Beware they do not answer the phone! We love to support our community however I am not sure this is the place for us! Not good costumer service at all!

Enjoyed this place. The service was great and the food was really good. Its a hidden nugget that everyone should know about. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved the DJ. We had a Birthday party last night and it was a great place. Loved this place and will be back.

This place has the rudest guy on the door. Seemed racist and disallowed entry 30 minutes to closing. Party had to be called to meet us outside. Guy was super unpleasant, snarling menacing and snarky!! Won’t ever come back as long as he’s there! Waste of an employee who treats your customers poorly. We found another club that was super rad!!! Had an amazing evening with friends and great hosting staff!!!

-10 stars. Beware of the waiters in this spot. The waiter in ran up extra items on my bill and refuse to take it off. I was with a group of ppl. She calm I order multiple items and I didnt. Unfortunately she had no resolution skills and continued to insist I ordered and ate food I didnt. Mgt was no where to help resolve the issue. Will never spent a dollar or time in this establishment again. Very poor service.

If you are going to charge premium prices.. which by the way I dont mind paying... please make sure your food and drinks are on point. The bartenders need to perfect the drinks that you are offering in the menu (a waste of alcohol :-/) Make sure the chicken wings are cooked, no should eat half cooked chicken. Also need to hire more staff to accommodate the crowd.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Good music, food, drinks. Not too crowded, good service. No cover. Free Parking in lot and on side streets. Waitress seemed a bit tired. But, overall definitely recommend.

Very nice and chill bar and lounge. Went on a Friday night. My Husband enjoyed the wings and I enjoyed the fried okra, rice and French fries. We both enjoyed the DJ! We will be visiting again!

Great food. Large portions and a huge menu for a lounge. Great drinks and friendly people. Hookahs available and tons of free parking, clean with several bathrooms throughout each floor I do believe they have an A on their health report that’s done by the state

My husband took me to this place for my birthday. This was our first time at Infinity. I ordered chicken and waffles. I got chicken tenders and dry waffles. The waitress did not know what was on the menu. She was smoking hookah all night. My husband got his own comidements. They have plastic silverware and plastic wine glasses.😏 The Manager tried to make it right but the service is the worst I have experience in a long time. Its definitely not fine dinning!!

I had my 40th birthday celebration and surprise engagement party at Infinity Restaurant and lounge and it was awesome!! The ambiance is fun and comfortable, the food was great, the party was spacious and all very reasonably priced!! The staff qaa courteous and attentive!! Everyone of my guests were impressed and enjoyed themselves!! I would come here again and again to watch the game, hang with friends or party like a rockstar!! I recommend this to the grown, sexy and cool!!

I love this place. The atmosphere, the energy, the music, and most of all the food. I had been invited several times before I decided to go, and in one months time, I have been 4 times. The first 3 times I went were in the evening on the weekend (Friday, Saturday). It was not overly crowded. I didnt eat anything and the drinks were just ok. My fiance fell in love with the shrimp. The last time we went on a Sunday just to get food. There were only a few other ppl in there (which was fine for us). I was pleasantly surprised that there was a DJ playing good vibe music. There were games (UNO, Connect 4, Jenga, playing cards etc) on the tables for added entertainment. I thought that was an awesome touch. We ordered 2 meals each.1 to eat there and 1 to go. I must say the fried green tomatoes were REALLY flavorful and cooked to perfection. The fried catfish was delicious. Of course, my fiance loved his shrimp. I ordered a salmon plate to go, which was the only disappointing dish that we had (hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5).I like the fact that they carry drinks that practically none of the lounges/restaurants/bars carry. The bartender made several good suggestions (I like to try new things).Overall, I can say that I am pleased and would recommend this place.

I went to the Infinity Lounge because it was close to my home. I am saddened by the level of customer service and food since the pandemic. I ordered a fish and chips because of the recommendation of the server. The fish and chips was the worst dish I have ever ordered at any establishment and I have been to plenty of restaurants. Just shameful. The fish wasnt even real! Had the nerve to charge 11.99 for a dish that used fake fish. I also ordered a shot of crown only to discover that that they loaded my drink with plenty of ice cubes. I have never ordered a shot that had ice cubes in it! Dead giveaway. The service and the food is horrible. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost!

Infinity lounge has upgraded on a fine dining scale and the place looks amazing. The food is excellent and the menu beats out all the competition. You wont find these deals any where in the city. Dont forget about the roof top and sky bar.

I enjoyed the food and GREAT service YVett provided. I will definitely come back. I had a ketel 1 and some wings... My friend had the fish... very good and seasoned just right. The atmosphere is very laid back and clean restrooms. We will be back.

Not spot to go to for Free 😁. Sound system was good, DJ was average. Kinda of out in the woods, but well lite. Was invited to a party, bartenders were good but a lil pricey. No drink specials, that I noticed or was offered.

The dj was ok, but the seating accomdations were good. I ordered some calamari, worst i ever had, then they switched it out with some shrimp. The shrimp tasted worst then the calamari. The food was extra salty, must had a rookie cooking last night. He should be retrained. , because the food sucked. Next time ill just order wings, its hard to mess up wings.

The service here is disgusting. The servers walk right by you like you don’t exist. I am currently here & ive been waiting over an hour for wings. The waitress has a stank attitude & every time we ask her for a drink she tells us she’ll be right with us but then another hour goes by or we have to get up & walk to the bar ourselves or ask another waitress for assistance. I will not be returning here! This place deserves no stars.

Infinity has a very nice atmosphere. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks. The Waitresses need to be a little more experienced, but for the most part it was a very enjoyable evening.

I went to Infinity on a Saturday night to celebrate a friends birthday. I was told they play live jazz and when I viewed the website it indicated the same. However, that must not apply to Saturday nights. The DJ played hard core rap music all night. Additionally, there did not appear to be a dress code. People wore shorts, sneakers, pants hanging off their butts, etc. People were smoking hookah and the smell of weed had me out the door! The prices were reasonable though and the decor was good. Im pretty certain I will not be visiting Infinity again.

Went for class reunion. Nice facility but not enough parking. We paid to park in the rear. At least there was an officer onsite. Need addt fan on the roof top, but the roof top is really nice. More space to spread out.

I literally came for friends birthday party at this establishment, I honestly had a good time food was decent. As I left at 12:30 walked to my car to realize that items out of car was missing and window was broken, I paid 10 dollars to park to have someone steal out of my car. I will never go back.

The sign on the outside said “Fine Dining”..... Lies!.... ok so the atmosphere and whole setup was ok but the food was off. There was crab cakes in the menu but the waitress said, “ we ain’t got no crab cakes” I then asked about crab legs and she said, “ we ain’t got crab legs”. Smh. Everything is fried like fried chicken.... my husband ordered fish but it was apparently fried with flour and looked like fried chicken.... fried green tomatoes was fried in unseasoned flour...and looked like fried chicken. The Alfredo was very salty and garlicky and pasta was hard. The buns (aka garlic bread) was tasteless....The waitress insisted on knowing what was wrong with the food and why i didn’t eat it and ended up getting the manager after I told her no worries... She brought the manager back to the table and asked if there was a problem so I went on and told him my opinion on the food and he stated, “ oh. We don’t use cornmeal here”. 🤦‍♀️ Anywho I was disappointed but the music was good.

It was nice! The DJ was good. Everyone was dressed nicely and the staff was attentive. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there wasnt a lot of dancing.

I asked for a Pinot noir, and was given a selection of a very cheap wine “ something creek”. Asked to switch out and was told that I still had to pay for the horrible wine and a new drink. Horrible customer service. And this was the manager that relayed the message to the waitress. Waitress was kind. Otherwise; not a place I would recommend.

Ok went here for the first time, I ordered a turkey burger and it took 30 minutes for it to come back, 30 minutes. I like my French fries real crispy and th3y came back like warm, I ask for some more fries. I usually dont like sending my food back because of disgruntled employees 😭 anyway I will try this place again in th3 future to give it another chance..

Parking was the WORST Ive ever encountered! Drove around for literally over 20 minutes and had to walk a country mile when I finally found something! Then we had to pay $150 to sit in 2 areas because there were too many of us they claimed. But, the damn place was practically EMPTY! What a fn ripoff! I will NEVER patronize this business again.

The food was very disgusting I ordered the crab cakes and the piece that I tasted had a fine bone in it .so sent that back ordered a turkey burger it was a mushy mess the drinks are very good ordered the city girls with an extra shot on the side and our server was excellent .she was very attentive.l will go back also the Dj plays wonderful music he was jamming I just wont eat the food.would have have more stars but my food was unacceptable

Fabulous place. Needs more workers and those that work there should be more attentive. Great owner. Needs more lighting for our Spades event, I could hardly see my cats.

I loved it, the music is normally good and the wings are amazing, great vibe too. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the parking.

This place was just wonderful! The area where its located was just right so that you are overwhelmed with traffic. The staff was polite,fast,friendly and quite efficient. The cost was just what you want on a Sunday afternoon. It was just the total experience.

Its a nice place to hang out at but the parking isnt safe at all. My brothers car was broken into when he parked on the hill behind the building. If you dont park in the lower parking lot, you might as well turn around and go home!!!

The DJs are awesome on Friday nights, the wait staff USED to be on point but lately one bartender and slow servers has been the case.

The lounge was amazing they really had a vibe that was really mellow and laid back, DJ was playing bangers after bangers had a great experience with my wife for her birthday, drinks was well made wasnt to strong wasnt to weak just right the whole night was on point

Clean, well laid out, nice room flow. Music was really loud but I was at a club. Almost impossible to hear the person I was talking to and I have extremely good hearing.

Cool place, will revisit soon. Watch out for the those SUGAR DADDIES!! All they want is a hug and they will pay ur bills. I was at the bar and heard there whole conversation.

It took 10 minutes to find a parking spot. the lounge is nice roomy and although it was extremely crowded event the server did good and the drinks were good.

I placed an order of the shrimp & grits to go. Was told it would be about 15/20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes outside in my car & 20 minutes standing beside the stairs, for the waiter to eventually come & inform me that the cooks DID NOT want to turn on the grill to cook the shrimp, therefore I couldnt get my order.

This place is just a club. Was advertised as having fine dining. Do you like dancing and hanging out this might get a place for you other than that dont go.

The food and drinks are overpriced and the service suck. I went twice in one week thinking everything would be different but I received the same bad service.

Food was ok. Lacked sufficient parking, but had a nice rooftop area. Lacked a dance floor and not enough waitresses.

I really liked it, but the event we were there for was charging at the door (when they shouldnt have been) 😒 The bartender was everything, very nice and looked out well.

I lovee this place weds nite cha cha is the lady dj and she makes us all think we can sang (karaoke that is lol) hookah is A-1 and the hookah ladies are fast !!! I love this place and go there very often #infinityismyspot

The staff was very helpful and responsive. Nice vibe! Only problem parking. Had to park down the street since the entire parking lot was full.

AFTER WAITING 2HOURS FOR FOOD THE UNKNOWLEDGEABLE MANAGER (FEMALE) DIDNT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.....OH BUT I GOT MINE BACK!!!! Nice lounge for the south side. Space is nice and there was no cover on a Friday when we went. Will return again.
