My wife and I enjoyed a quiet, intimate evening at The Blind Pig’s Valentines pop-up. There is no shortage of decorations, but they are very creative and appealing. There were different Valentines drinks to choose from, and the chocolate fondue platter with delicious fresh fruit, cookies, and marshmallows was fun to share. There’s nearly not enough chocolate for everything that is on the platter, but I still enjoyed the fresh fruit without chocolate on it. It was not overly crowded for Saturday and the service was attentive and friendly. Supposedly they are going to continue this trend of pop-ups and I look forward to other ones throughout the year. Thank you for a fun evening on a very cold night.
We went for a holiday pop-up and it was the best holiday themed event! The drinks were creative and festive. So many decorations. All the staff members were dressed up. The food was great!I tried the polar express martini, the mint hot chocolate, and the Donny & Blitzer drinks. There were tasty and festive. I had the the beef Wellington and burnt snowman dessert as my food. Both were very tasty!!Service was friendly. I love the reservations and amount of food for the ticket price. It was a great and well prepared event!!
I have had this on my list for some time now and when I saw they had the Valentines Pop Up still going, we only had a short time frame, we had to stop in and give it a try. As this was our first time visiting, we did not know what to expect. However, the bartender, shame on me for forgetting her name, took great care of us and made the off the menu drinks we asked for to perfection. The service and atmosphere here is spectacular and we cannot wait until we are able to get back.
We shared the charcuterie board, mussels, meatballs, and brussel sprouts. The presentation was awesome. We couldnt stop sopping the sauce on the mussels it was so delicious. I highly recommend Brandons crafted limoncello cocktail. Clarence and his whole staff engaged us at some point in our experience. The theme for now is La Bella Pig.
My husband and I popped in on our date night just after it was turned into The Blind Elf. We got very lucky to get a table as reservations are highly recommended. From the decorations to the hostess to the server and drinks, everything was on point! The staff was super friendly and the Christmas decor was amazing! We had dinner reservations elsewhere so we didn’t eat but the menu looked good! We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to come back to enjoy their many pop up themes. I highly recommend The Blind Elf!
This place was super cute! We went during their Spring in Paris theme and absolutely love it. We made reservations for right when they opened and had the place to ourselves. There are 3 rooms or sections, the main area, the very private area and the semi private area. The staff was wonderful and even helped take our pictures. I would love to come back to see what other thems they put on.
Great experience for their Christmas Popup bar. The drinks were fantastic and the environment was so fun. The decor was cute, and the drinks were fun, creative, and Christmas themed! We had a large group and the service was still quick, which was great. Everyone had such a great time! Would definitely recommend this Christmas speakeasy. One of our favorite drinks was the Mistletoe margarita, so would recommend. Also shoutout to Natacha for helping us get our large group reservation sorted, she was kind, responded quickly and helpful!
We found this spot around Christmas for the pop up bar and loved it! The Christmas ambience was awesome to get you in the Christmas spirit. I suggest making a reservation for sure. All of the staff were friendly and the bartenders were great! The drinks were tasty and specially made. It was a small, but cozy spot.
The atmosphere is amazing!! It is beautiful and definitely sets the night mode. The drinks are pricey but the presentation is stunning. My friends & I ordered many drinks of which 3 were espresso old fashions which we felt tasted watered down (assuming the hot espresso over ice melted it) and we couldn’t taste any bourbon or espresso strongly.
This was a cool experience. We came during the Tropical Tulum pop up. I initially thought the decor would resemble Tulum as well but it was just the menu. I feel the ambiance is really nice, lots of photo ops. The food was good and reasonably priced. I had the fritters and the churros. They were out of one menu item, but that was ok. There is a fair amount of parking and I was able to get there with no issues. One of the servers gave us free shots and they were lit! Literally lol. I would love to come back during another theme.
Second trip on a group outing for a birthday, absolutely perfect!! Quiet enough but not sleepy. The decor is always a great taking point.Prices as expected, service is great, vibe = amazing.
This is such a beautiful speakeasy. To get to the bar you drive to the back parking lot around the building and enter through the black door. The interior is absolutely beautiful with the flowers hanging down. We came here for some drinks which were great. We also tried the empanadas which was my first time having it and I loved it!Definitely come here. Such a beautiful instagramable spot!
To be safe, make a reservation. The bar is a small bar, but decorated well. Its a great place to have conversation, due to the comfy layout and low music playing. Also a place to get in a lot of pics, due to the different themes they do throughout the year. It was freezing inside though. The drinks are average to good. Our server was great, even though they were out of a few major drink ingredients.
I really enjoyed this place it was a little hard to get to because it sits behind a Mexican restaurant however the aviance on the inside and also the vibe produces a very nice atmosphere the food has a little bit limited menu I did try The French onion dumplings and also the potato cakes both were little Underwhelming and use entirely too much cheese. Food notwithstanding the drinks were pretty nice and the service was top notch. Unless I was hungry i would visit again if I was in the area.
Amazing vibe and experience. The atmosphere was brilliant, cozy and inviting, the drinks were top-tier, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Also the music playlist was fire.
This is a very nice place for a date, to get to know someone, and to have great conversation. The menu has very few food selections. I can say the wedding cookies and shrimp fritters were pretty good. There are more drink selections than food. The Scooby Snack and the Bikini Bottom both are great. I would go again but as a pregame spot. I also love that the theme changes every so often
The service, atmosphere and drinks are delicious here. They offer seasonal cocktails as well. Thats a plus for me!
This was a super cute themed bar! Apparently they change out their decor every season, so it is always something different and unique. Not only are the drinks cute, but they are also good with the right proportions. Not all juice and mixers. The have lite bites and appetizers available. We tried a lot of them and they really were all pretty tasty. Our waitress was a gem and really elevated our experience.
This is a hidden gem. Great drinks and service. The atmosphere is so was fun and whimsical. Go around the back to pink door. I didnt have the food so no comment
Cute speakeasy with themes throughout the year. A girlfriend and I made reservations about a month ago and it was for the Tulum, Mexico theme: “Playa Pig.” The decorations and ambiance were on par with what I expected (aka Instagrammable), the host and server were prompt and friendly, and the food and drinks were served fresh and were absolutely delicious. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the menu to be overpriced, even in today’s hyper-inflated economy. The small bites ranged from $10-$15 and small, they were. We were still so hungry afterwards that we went next door to Chico & Padres for real food.
This was definitely a great time. From the food, drinks, ambiance definitely 10/10. I ordered an espresso martini and the bacon wrapped shrimp and neither of them disappointed! The only thing I’d say they could improve on is having signs to get to the actual establishment. It was really hard to locate them, as in no signs on the road upon arrival and the door to enter is in the back of the building with no sign with their name on it which can be dangerous especially at night. Overall I’d attend again and I appreciated not having to pay for parking!
PLAYA PIG REVIEW: The speakeasy in the back has such a cool ambiance and vibe, but don’t go there looking for good service or good drinks. My drink had 0 alcohol in it and my friends espresso martini was entirely milk. We also waited 45 mins for our drinks and there was hardly anyone there. Just go look around, leave, and save your money. Also they don’t have free water it’s $4 for sparkly water and $6 for Fiji.
My first visit was awesome, a party of six our waitress Imaryae was very professional, fun and funny and very attentive to our needs we will return she made us feel very welcomed...Thanks Imaryae for your Excellent Customer Service!!!!
Such a cute spot! I went with friends leading up to Valentines Day. The decor was very much on theme for the holiday. The service was great and our drinks were delicious. Would recommend!
We attended the Blind Elf Holiday Pop Up Bar and had so much fun. The atmosphere felt like we were at the bar Santas elves hang out in after a long days work! So festive and immersive. Lauren, our hostess and waitress, was warm and welcoming. The drinks were so creative but the small bites could have been better. If youre looking to get into the Christmas spirit, the pop up event at the Blind Pig is the place!
I was disappointed with this place. I came for the valentines theme. Decorations were pretty for sure. However, the prices for the drinks and the “small bites” were not worth it and did not match the food quality. $21 for a charcuterie board that only came with a few pieces of provolone slices, tiny bite dog pepperoni, a few slices of salami, thick and nasty pepper jack cheese and the hardest skinny toast ever. In a small bunch of grapes…I have paid $21 and even less for a better charcuterie board with a lot more options of meets and better quality…and better fruit. The drinks…I got the salted caramel martini…disgusting…it was more whipped cream than the drink. I couldn’t finish it bc it tasted that bad. My friend got the le vie rose or something like that and the bottom of te drink had a bad taste. Now the molten lava cake…where do I even begin!! It was frozen. You could tell it had been pulled out of the wrap, heated up and placed in the plate. No ice cream, no hot fudge on top, nothing, small plain lava cake for $9! Then you pay using a QR code that charges you a feee for using the QR code…$101 dollars for two people. Not worth it!
Love this spot for a local date night! Sit at the bar for awesome service & atmosphere. Brennans drinks are 10/10!
Very cute and the vibe is great! I just wish they had more small plate options thatnare popular. We order the bacon wrapped shrimp and they were ok. I would come back for better food options for sure. The drinks were a 7/10.
Flew in on V-day from Fort Lauderdale for a Galentine’s trip. If you have the chance to go to experience their seasonal themes, I highly recommend. The ideas are executed to the smallest detail. Great for photo opps for sure. Be mindful that they open 5pm everyday. Now let’s talk about experience…. I observed that Anthony takes pride in personalized service and had shown extreme passion when giving us a tour. Loved every moment. Anthony, many thanks! This is now added to my list anytime I plan to visit. I also recommend Chicos and Padres, the vibe is nice and for a bonus *** they offer free Tequila tastings and great deals for Taco Tuesdays.
I ordered the Ginger watermelon Margarita which had a sour taste to it.. So I had the waitress take it back to bring me a playa breakfast margarita. That drink also but was not good and they both were small drinks for $15 which was not worth it. Those drinks should not be no more then $7. Also, after sitting for 10 minutes at the table waiting on my party to arrive, the waitress offered me a drink and never offered any food while I waited. 25 minutes or so we were ready to order food only for the waitress to tell us the kitchen was closed and the menu was very small not many food items to choose from. I feel as though the waitress purposely did that just to make tip money from the drink which my drink was $15 but my card was charged $22 and some change. It was definitely a waste of gas and money to come here. However, the Ambiance was very nice. I love the inside decor hanging from the ceiling and I also like the monkeys hanging over the bar.
This is a speakeasy vibe... Love the music.. cute for girls night... Or date night.. hidden Gem.. bartender made an amazing smoked banana old fashioned..
Blind Cupid pop-up bar was an absolute VIBE! The service was great, drinks were delicious (chocolate fondue), the ambiance and atmosphere were amazing! Get there before March 5th and enjoy.
Very nice place. Decorations was very cute and detail. Atmosphere was romantic and chill. I don’t know how the food taste. I just order drinks. Free parking.
Reserved the “blind elf experience” a month in advance, and was very disappointed with the “experience”. My party (3) was sat at a table so small they had to delay our food and drink orders because there was not enough room. They also refused to move us to any of the other open tables when we politely asked, despite letting smaller parties sit at them later in the night. For a reservation made so far in advance, we did not expect to be thrown in a corner and refused better service. Food and drinks were okay, but I don’t think the quality justified the $70 per person price unfortunately:
Bottom line: our experience was slightly ruined by a spat between servers and bar tender.Went here during the Halloween pop up. The place was super cool but we had an unfortunate drink experience. Our first drink took about 25 minutes to come, which ultimately messed up our dinner reservation. The cocktails were made very poorly and so $60 of cocktails was a super disappointment. Maybe they put in a backup bartender after the first one stormed off??? My wife didnt even drink her second cocktail. The wait staff was extremely friendly. Overall unfortunate because we were excited to come here for my wifes birthday.
Ive visited for a couple different pop up occasions. My overall impression is this spot is for an Instagrammy clientelle. The decor is cute, for sure, and there are usually a couple interesting cocktails, but substance is lacking. I appreciate having some snack options at a bar but wouldnt recommend them here unless youre drinking on an empty stomach. Service quality is mixed depending on how packed it is. I wanted Blind Pig to become a seasonal must visit but it hasnt given me a compelling reason to return.
We had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The service was extremely slow, and we ended up staying a bit over 2 hours. We had just cashed out with the waitress (and left a great tip because she was super friendly) when a manager came out to rudely tell us we needed to leave. The service was really slow, and we wanted to order a few drinks because we thought the themed cocktails were really fun. The server came over and it seemed like the manager hadn’t even spoken to her since we had just signed the check. If you want to impose a 2 hour limit, that’s understandable. However, if you seat people 30 minutes past their reserved time and drinks take 30 minutes to come, I think there should be some flexibility. Really not impressed and probably won’t go back. I’d say, it’s a fun place for 1 cocktail but that’s it.
This was one of the most disappointing nights ever. We showed up 10 min before our reservation and were surprisingly seated immediately. However it took our server 30 min to take our order, another 20 min for the first cocktails to arrive. The drinks were absolutely awful expect for the pumpkin espresso martini. As avid cocktail drinkers and international travelers, this place had some of the worst cocktails we’ve ever had. Took another 30 min for our server to come get our next order, we ordered food and different cocktails only for her to come back 45 min with no drinks and to tell us the kitchen closed. We got no food after we watched 5 other tables get food and they ordered after us. We sat with empty cocktail glasses on our table for 40 min while the bartender checked on every table around us except us. Ended up staying until almost close because we couldn’t find our server to cash out and in trying to flag down other servers they completely ignored us. Absolute waste of time and money
Great ambiance. Personally, shaving a dollar or 2 off the wine and bubbles would be ideal. Staff is fun and mixed drinks are good.
Great event, food pairing was really good and well thought out. Natasha was knowledgeable and worked the room well.
This place is a VIBE! The music was great and the speak easy experience was everything. I didnt get food but the drinks were good.
Pop-ups up the experience every visit. Drinks are standard fare. Modern pricing..Limited food options. Its more of a speakeasy..Tight parking spots..
I dont know how to give half stars, but if I did this would be 2.5 stars So the atmosphere was super cute. The hostess was super cute and sweet too. She sat us in a cute spot to wait for our table since we were 30 minutes early for our reservation and our third party wasnt there yet. However we sat in those seats for at least 25 minutes and no one came over to offer us a drink until about 15 minutes in, and since we werent officially seated the server wouldnt let us order drinks. That should have been the telling sign to get out of there. The hostess then sat us in a super cute area where we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes, until WE flagged down a server, who was rude to us, asked us if we had a reservation, we said yes, and then took our drink order and when asked about food was like we only have a charcuterie and a chocolate. Ummm....okay....no menu, no problem, but the interchange was not pleasant. We ordered the charcuterie board. We got our drinks, they were small, but cute, and very delicious. The bar tender did a good job, he also gave me no problem when I asked for napkins because we were served our charcuterie board with no plates, utensils, or napkins. I had to spit my olive pit in the bathroom because I refused to put it on the table like my friend. A napkin was better. Our other friend then arrived and we waited another 25 minutes, our drinks well finished, and no service. They were definitely short staffed with two servers and two white men behind the bar helping out here and there, but like there was no press for lets please our customers or the more they drink the more money I make. So, I wound up having to walk up to the server station and asking for the check. The bill was $72! Two drinks and one charcuterie board that was meh.... Never again! This place could have been super cute and a go to place for ladies night, but nope, nada. If you go, go for the atmosphere, but my suggestion would be to sit at the bar if you want to drink.
Awesome atmosphere. Great drinks. Easiest checkout system that I have ever experienced.
Great couples chill spot. Eclectic and interesting atmosphere. Full bar but the water here is delicious. Strange but true. Drinks are good and strong may or may not be quite what you’re looking for. But definitely have the basics. Food is really good tho not your normal bar food. Really loved it here. Would def come back.
Such an amazing wine tasting experience for. Valentine’s!! All of the staff and servers were amazing as was Natasha, the sommelier and Clarence the General Manager.
So many beautiful things to say, food was tasty, drinks are on point, atmosphere is lovely, and service is attentive. Will return.
Solid, my dudes. If you’ve got the disposable income for this sort of place, then go for it! Unique cocktails and tasty small plates!
Came for a date night and used venture x booking for “vip” status. They said oh you’re vips then they sat us by the bathroom. After 40 mins and noticing the table that sat much after us, getting food we also ordered, I told our waiter that I wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. The waiter basically said it looked like our ticket was stabbed and he assumed we got food because we had silverware and napkins on our plate, which is how they came to us.This experience completely ruined our night and now we are going home.
The speakeasy concept is great and makes it a fun date-night. The food and drinks were pretty good but overpriced( but hey you are in buckhead). I feel like this is mostly a spot for people to post picture of the decor, which is great, but it didnt do too much for me overall.
This place is a good place to vibe. And apparently the vibe changes throughout the year. We went around Valentines so the decor and menu was romantic. It has a speakeasy feel since it hides behind a restaurant and has zero signage. Its cool for a date night or just a place to hang with friends. Definitely good for a photo opp or to experience something a little different. It has good music thats not too loud and good drinks with tasty little treats.Dont expect a full meal though. Only small plates but they are very good 👍🏽
My friends and I had a great night at the Playa Pig, however we walked away extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the service we received. Our waitress acted annoyed to take our order and drinks took about 15 minutes to get to us. Comments were made under her breath and as soon as the clock hit 9 pm they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Yes, we went on a Sunday but when you have last call at 9 pm you’d expect to be allowed to at least finish your drink. You would think for a pop up bar they would make sure staff fits the upbeat theme. Food was good, drinks were good (although overpriced) but my friends and I will unfortunately not be returning as our waitress ultimately ruined our experience.
Beautiful place! We had a great time. However, they have NO vegan options, so eat before you come.
Vibes were emasculate! Dessert was doing its thing for sure!! Lemon sorbet, shantay you stay!!!
I’ve been to Blind Pig’s Valentines pop-up, so I knew they go all out with the holiday decor. Their pop-ups are really fun if you want to get into the holiday spirit. This is going to be busy and space is limited, so GET A RESERVATION EARLY!If you get a reservation after Nov 29, you will have to pay for the Blind Elf experience that includes 2 cocktails and 2 appetizers per person. If you want flexibility and can’t drink much, visit before the 29th!The cocktails are strong here (to me at least). They’re really fun, with one arriving in ornaments that you pour into the glass yourself, another coming in a Rudolph mug, etc. The food was just ok to me. The best thing I ate were the mini beef wellys. I liked the egg nog creme brûlée, although I didn’t taste much egg nog (but it was a good creme brûlée)!How much you spend depends on how much you want to eat and drink. If you’re on a budget, I recommend coming with a friend or two and sharing apps + a cocktail or two before Nov 29!
Thursday is secretly the best day! The bar and the chef were Soo on point. Loved both as they are strong duet! Bar is happy to make creative cocktails which is very refreshing and approachable! What a hidden gem. Will definitely be back!!
Have been wanting to come to this place for months! really disappointed. my husband and i came in at 11pm. we were told they were out of sunburns, but i overheard the bartender saying she would make it for a couple at the bar and just for them. this same couple was seated after us. we did not receive our drinks until after they did. which was also after they took shots with those seated at the bar. there were only 2 other tables and 6 people at the bar, aka very slow. we were told it was last call at the kitchen at around 11:20 and last call for drinks at 11:40. they are closed at 1am. other than the ambience, i definitely wouldn’t return or recommend. our server was pretty nice besides all the bad! not her fault at all.
First time to the pop up bar - so cute! Great music, great food and drinks and our bartender Brannen was amazing!
Came for the blind elf Christmas bar. The decorations were great but the drinks were just meh. Luckily we walked in because the $70/person reservation is not worth it imo.
Turned away at 8 pm with a claim of a 45 minute wait on a quiet Saturday night just to pull up OpenTable and see reservations open every 15 minutes through closing. The host did say they “pretty much operate on a reservation only system this time of night,” but didn’t mention that there were infinite reservations available to book without waiting. Having worked as a host and server in restaurants for 5+ years, I am taken aback by that kind of service experience at the door regardless of the “cool speakeasy vibe.”
Great food & drinks! It was AMAZING. Anthony & Charles took excellent care of us. It was a late Valentines day date for my husband and I. We had a blast! Now it is one of our favorite places. And we are going back in March, already booked our reservations. 😊
$20-30 for one drink a piece of cake not a lot of food options. A speakeasy server was cool no complaints.
If youre hungry dont come here expecting to eat good food, they only have a few things, I think I ordered everything on the menu to kind of get full, my favorite two things were the mushrooms and brie brushetta, the cheese fondue which is what everyone was ordering I found it tasteless, noooow for the drinks I have no complaints, they look good and taste good, the place is also very well decorated with Xmas lights and stuff
Place is always decorated top notch for every season. Small, but it’s a vibe and the service is great. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. From the door to the bar.
Amazing location for intimate girls night. Dishes are small so eat prior to coming but drink and ambience are 10/10.
Update: would like to give them zero stars. See the response below from the business owner? Well, I emailed him. And crickets. They don’t care.It would have gotten 5 stars. We went during their holiday overlay : Blind elf. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were sat immediately and got a really great table. Decorations were abundant and awesome. We tried nearly every drink on the special holiday menu multiple times. And every time our server came by we were ordering drinks and snacks. Well. It was going so well until the bartender came over to tell us that our reservation was over and he couldn’t let us order anything else. We had just received a fresh round as well as a few snacks. He said there were reservations waiting. Well our server never came back to give us the check. She ignored us for 20-30 minutes before bringing it over and leaving immediately. And then disappearing again for another 20 minutes before returning to get the credit card. Annoying: They can’t split a check into 3. Our tab was $284 and they told us to leave. But then ignored us so we couldn’t. Well, our reservation was over. But we had to sit around waiting with empty drinks for nearly an hour feeling unwelcome and awkward. Really disappointed.
Absolutely excellent. We visited during their pop up Christmas event. On Sundays between a specific time children are allowed. It was decorated amazingly. Very, very festive. Not a spot without an ornament or something wrapped. Absolutely fantastic. They have a very limited menu, so the munchies (which were all Christmas named) came very quickly! My nieces (14 + 10) thought it was the coolest thing ever. We were seated quickly (once the house party vacated) and the staff was kind. THIS IS NOT A CHEAP EXPERIENCE but super fun. Parking was limited but its a ultra small bar, so no issues but limited. Bathrooms were also clean. If this spot doesnt put ya in the holiday spirit nothing will!
45 minutes to get a bottled beer. 20 bucks for a one person sized charcuterie. 8 dollars for 2 eggs. Our drink orders were forgotten twice! Nice atmosphere though
We arrived with no reservations and the team was VERY Accommodating. We enjoyed a few drinks, about $15 each and they are strong 😍. I highly recommend cupids milkshake 💕💘. The bartender Mikayla was PERFECT 🤩 make sure you all show her some love ❤️. Please make your reservation early because they are popular. The private dining area is so lovely 🥰 and the decor is photo ready !
I had high hopes for this restaurant, having read so many glowing reviews online. However, my visit left me sorely disappointed. The food was simply not tasty at all. It lacked flavor and seemed to be prepared carelessly. The presentation was also unimpressive, with dishes looking much better in photos than in person. The ambience of the restaurant was also a letdown. It was far from cozy or inviting, and the décor felt cheap and tacky. The decor was mediocre and unflattering, making the whole experience uncomfortable.Overall, I found this restaurant to be overrated and not worth the hype. While it may look impressive online, the reality was a mediocre dining experience that I regret. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal or a nice atmosphere.
Neat little place, quality cocktails and I understand a pop-up, revolving atmosphere every quarter...
Blind Elf: Decor, drinks, and table service were fabulous. The host was doing his best, I’m sure, but sat us at a table right beside the door. This table should’ve been a waiting area and isn’t in the actual bar. I made a reservation 5 days before and walk-ins were being seated at better tables. The door was propped open and guests were constantly in and out, so we froze the 30 minutes we were there. Would’ve loved to use the full 2 hours, but couldn’t justify spending $15/drink to feel like we were sitting outside the Christmas bar.
This pop up was the absolute cutest! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff makes you feel like family. We walked right in for our table and was instantly greeted by Erini. She knew exactly what to recommend and kept the drinks coming!!! I loved this experience!!
Beautiful decor and atmosphere, however very small portions bites that are too expensive and the drinks are just okay, still too expensive.
The Blind Pig is a pop up or theme bourbon bar. Valentines Day was the theme when we went. The menu wasnt extensive but good. I liked the ambiance and the staff. Charles was our bartender. He was great! If you want some different check them out.
It was OK.We went on Sunday for kid friendly time from 2pm to 4pm.Decor is cute and really put you in the holiday spirit. We didnt try the food as our ordered took too long (we cancelled it) and we only had hot chocolate and a nice bourbon drink.
Glad we stopped in for a pre-dinner drink. Great atmosphere and the server was friendly, but I did find it weird that they charged $6.00 for water that they advertised in a complimentary manner. A little tacky IMO.“Would you like still, sparkling, or Atlanta’s finest?” is a weird way to advertise water and back your customer into a corner when they awkardly answer “still”.
Lauren was fireee 🔥 she was SO sweet & she makes good drinks. The churros could’ve been a tab but better but I’m not mad about it. The drinks are strong & good ! We’ll definitely come back around for the upcoming themes. Oh! The music is 90’s / 2000s so usher, alicia & Lauren hill is the vibe . It’s a cute speak easy, go check it out ☺️ just don’t expect a big meal, it’s a bar that’s connected to a restaurant so eat at home or there before you come here.
Absolutely enjoyed! Will definitely be back. Nice for a girls night, date night, bday, ect. Definitely a beautiful ambience :-) 10/5 yes 10 stars out of 5 😂 … drinks, music food… customer service - LOVELY!!!
Edited to update: while we had some issues, I appreciate that the owner reached out to get more info and make it right, so I have updated my ranking accordingly.Original:We were there for the French popup. The vibe inside was ADORABLE. I absolutely wanted to love this place. Unfortunately the first thing they said to us when we entered what was it was their last night and they were out of several things. The host named off 3 items, and when we went to order, we were informed they were out of those as well. That’s half the cocktail menu. At that point, just close. Or at least have a standard menu that is consistent between pop ups and you don’t run out of items for. Or put enough effort in to come up with substitutes for a last night menu. All this to say, I’d love to try it again based on the other reviews. But make sure it’s not near the end of the popup before you go, if you want the full experience. We definitely didn’t get it.My drink was pretty good, but my husbands was supposed to be just three ingredients, one of which was a cherry. And it didn’t even have the cherry. Pretty sad. I understand the concept of a popup and that ingredients might run low, but they only spend a week between pop ups. Not having a cherry is pretty sad for a cocktail bar. And then still charging $15 for it is just shameful.
A girlfriend and I came for their pop up bar - Le Pig. The atmosphere was cute and made us instantly want to travel abroad. The service was extremely slow for being just cocktails and small plates/desserts. We got the chocolate cake and macaroons and both were delicious.
Was so excited to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, but the hostess messed up my reservation. So we didn’t even get a chance to get in. I had a confirmation and everything and the hostess just kept saying, we can’t do anything, we can’t do anything. I usually don’t write reviews at all but this made me really upset and annoyed.
This place had the WORST customer service! One of the worst experiences I’ve had! You’d think because it’s a Christmas pop up bar and everyone who works there should be in the Christmas spirit…NOT AT ALL! The server acted as if we were bothering her after we sat for about 15min just chatting until we realized no one came over. She finally comes and seems so bothered and didn’t explain the menu or give any kind of feedback! Just dry and irritated! Each couple paid $140 each and it’s was not worth it! The just put some ruffle chips out the bag (not even kettle or some handmade chips for the price) a few carrots, celery and broccoli and this French onion dip that you could barely taste the onion in it! Stale bread with a piece of cold cheese, the dessert were very just low budget! I mean I can keep going! It was just not worth the price and they keep saying they ran out of stuff because of the holiday weekend and I’m like well that’s not our problem because you already got our money! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone they are ripping people off! Don’t be fooled by the pictures!
I took my Girlfriend here and what a wonderful experience. She told me she wanted to go and I cannot express how wonderful this place is. The food was great, I had one of everything on the menu..literally. And the desert is very memorable! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we made a great memory! Thank you so much Blindpig and Anthony!
The waitress was very moody. Not at all attentive. Not sure what was her problem. She was good to other people and not good to us at all, felt like she is racist. showing attitude while taking order. She never put in our order in the system even though she noticed our table not having any drinks on the table and we were trying to make eye contact with her to call her couple of times didn’t care to ask us if we were waiting for anything or want to order anything. We ordered drinks waited 40mins and still waiting. With her negative vibe she literally ruined our night. Then came another waiter who helped to get our drinks. Who was nice.Drinks were good, music was great overall ambiance was good. But when you are not treated right nothing matters.
We had the best time at a bachelorette party. Service was incredible (shout out Candace), as well as the DJ and other staff! Plus the churros were the best I’ve ever had
Absolute waste of money! $70 per person, meaning my group paid $280 for our evening. Our food was cold, our drinks took about 45 mins to come, and the waitress was rude and dismissive. Several things we ordered were not available - the excuse given was “it’s the end of the week”. However, I didn’t pay a end of week price. I paid $280 for ruffles chips, French onion dip out of a jar, cold/stale bread, and rice crispy treats.A horrible experience overall. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
You must check out this hidden gem! The bars name may be changing soon, but their awesome staff will remain, and even with a new & different ambiance/theme, it will still be wonderful!! If you find yourself here, Great Cocktails are in your future!
We really enjoyed stopping by for the holiday pop up. The menu and decor were super fun and festive and it really puts you in the holiday mood! I definitely have to give credit to our server, Sean. He was so much fun and took excellent care of us. The service was absolutely outstanding and the main reason why we had so much fun. The food and drinks we had were great, but we arrived about 30-40 minutes after open and they were already sold out of almost half the food menu! Ultimately, we had a lot of fun so it wasn’t a huge deal (thanks again, Sean!) but I would recommend snagging an early reservation.
No food on menu so dont expect to eat, they made a big deal about large party reservations although they werent remotely busy! Tried to charge card in the event of cancellation per person on reservation. No split checks, service was ok, drinks were ok. Ambiance is nice but thats it!
We had such a fun night! Not only is the speakeasy decked for the holidays and the drinks are incredible, but the staff are so much fun too! Lauren was the BEST waitress and Jason was incredible to accommodate our large party. Thank you both, we will be back and HIGHLY recommend!
Efffffing awesome the wife and I came here after dinner @ Atlanta Fish Market excellent way to end a valentines date
Saw this place on ig and overall the atmosphere is nice. No issue with that. Great for pics. The little plates menu was different than online but we were told the menu changes often so what I had my heart set on wasn’t available. The shots are are great they come with fruit no issues there. The actual cocktails were just ok. Because of this it was a short visit for me and my group. We stayed maybe 30 minutes. As we were leaving the manager followed us out and wanted us to step outside to talk asking about our visit which typically isn’t an issue but it’s the way it was done was very off putting. He came out behind us like there was a issue. If you only want drinks that are pretty and want to get good ig pics then this is a good pit stop but other than that there are better places for food and drinks.
Such a great atmosphere! A perfect spot to go to for my friends birthday
Jillian was fantastic!! she had great recommendations and a great attitude. We also just loved the overall experience from the moment we walked in. will definitely be back!
Can’t speak for the food or drinks because we didn’t even get to that but we dropped in for my birthday AND had reservations. My husband specifically asked for a decent table and the server at the door showed us to 2 tables at the entrance and gave us the option to sit at the bar. We chose to sit at one of the tables and watched as she proceeded to seat the couple behind us inside of the actual bar where you could see and enjoy the view. When he asked why we didn’t get seated there, crickets!!! We left before we could even get our night started. Terrible experience.
First time here and they had no music playing which just made it awkward and sometimes oddly quiet. Drinks are just okay, I actually switched drink orders after having a sip of the first one and getting something else because I couldn’t finish it it didn’t taste good. Sadly, pretty disappointed after reading so many reviews about the vibes and quality of the cocktails.
Great apps. Great music. Great drinks. Super cute place! Stephanie was amazing ❤️
Just okay. The décor is the best part about this pop up bar. I really wanted to love it based off pictures and other reviews but my server ruined our experience. She was not attentive nor did she greet myself or my friend who met me a few minutes later. My first drink and water I received from another server who was also the host because he had enough emotional intelligence to see that I was practically being ignored by my server. After that it went downhill. Our server started to have sneezing fits. It wasnt the sneezing that was worrisome but the fact she did not cover her sneeze. She walked past our table sneezing several times without covering her face at all. Then she blew her nose with napkins from the bar three separate times. The other server had to tell her to go wash her hands but she only did so after the first sneezing fit. After that she continued to blow her nose and serve drinks without washing her hands. I was so disgusted by the experience I couldnt finish my food nor my drink. I felt like they were covered in respiratory droplets. The host/male server took off my shrimp fritters but I was still charged for the drink. He was the only saving grace of this establishment but even then not enough for me or my friend to return. The drinks were small and mediocre. I couldnt enjoy my shrimp fritters because they had been sneezed on. Please fire the nasty, unprofessional, 47 year old female server (her age I acquired from overhearing her conversation with the bartender while ignoring me and failing to take my order after I had been sat). Outside of the sneezing she was just a terrible server in general and a stain on the establishment. We left after 1 drink and went around the corner to the Garden Room at the St Regis and had a wonderful remainder of the evening. Try at your own risk but dont have high expectations for this place.
The ambiance is lovely. The vibe is nice. I wish they had more food options. My drink was just ok but I only tried one... the bikini bottom. I guess that means they dont top it off with liquor cuz it tasted like just pineapple juice. 🤦🏽♀️But I would definitely go back and try some of their other cocktails.
Awesome environment with great drinks and festive servers. Will be back many more times! Super friendly staff!
This was a great place at Christmas! Very cool vibe. Drinks and food were awesome. They did make it obvious we needed to leave when we were finished with drinks - which is understandable. Just caught me a little off guard.
*The Blind Elf ExperienceWe decided to do this blind elf experience after seeing it on social media. I was really excited about it since it was my first themed bar event. For a lovely $59 you get 2 small bites, 2 watered down drinks and tax and gratuity. Service was fantastic! But that’s about it. The atmosphere was nice. It was kinda loud. I got the old fashioned which got watered down quickly and the Mid Winter Blast. It was decent but couldn’t taste the alcohol whatsoever. I tried the jalapeño cheese relleno and the mozzarella sticks. Both solid. The sticky toffee pudding was pretty good too. Just don’t get it with whiskey. If you go, go for the experience but except lackluster drinks.
Fun cocktail bar currently a Christmas pop up in Buckhead. Had a speakeasy vibe. Amazing cocktails and Christmas decor. Friendly service. Takes reservations in OpenTable but only for their experience which is$65. We went in a Thursday 10/11pm and lucked out and got a Intimate corner seat couch. Beautiful ambiance! Great cocktails!!!
Cool little speakeasy hidden away around a corner behind the nearby restaurant. Went during their Christmas theme and was impressed. Very intimate space with appropriate decor, sure to impress whoever you bring with you. Bringing your date or friends around to a secret unmarked door and confidently walking in to a hidden yet bustling bar scene is a memorable experience!
Probably bad timing on our part. No menu was available at all, neither food nor drink, despite what was on the website at the time. Our server needed to come back to tell us they were out of certain liquors after we ordered. We wound up going to Chido & Padres after for food. Cool decor and relaxed vibe, friendly staff, but left us wanting. I might try again if we can time it better with their seasonal approach.
I came for The French pop up and it was lovely. Great vibes and decor. Not a place to come if youre actually hungry, its just small plates and desserts
I love this place! Lauren and Jillian were wonderful! You can’t go wrong with any of these cocktails cause they are all awesome.
If I could give it a negative rating I would. They wanted to be kitschy but it’s just all in poor, badly done taste. Service is non- interested, food is not just substandard -it’s outright bad. Watery, barely warmed fondue, my onion dip is better (ruffles chips with it along with crudités), the bruschetta had the consistency of a hockey puck and looked like barf. The drinks were okay but they really need some options that do not require consumers to begin insulin treatment. It represented all I hate about this time of year- a sugar filled, sub par, cynical cash grab. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money. I am literally at Publix buying Bonine to deal with nausea from the food and experience.
The cutest experience! 10/10 recommended. Thanks, Donavan & Lauren — you’re the best!
Went to Chido earlier for dinner. Horrible service. Had to get up and find a waiter. Food was okay. Birria tacos were fine. Went to blind pig after. Sat in the middle of the seating area and both waiters were rude and not interested in serving us. At some point one waiter purposefully bumped into the other one and she slipped the chips all over us and the floor. The waiter rolled her eyes and it didnt seem like the staff were friendly with each other. After 20 min she finally came over and told us to order at the bar instead. We got up and left. I hope the ownership knows that they have a major service issue in both restaurant and bar
I’ve been here several times it’s nice… the vibe and esthetic are amazing. Drinks are not super strong but enjoyable and delicious. Book reservations if you can but it’s not impossible to get in.
If one were truly blind, she might miss out on part of the aesthetic appeal of The Blind Pig Parlour! Unassumingly set within a bustling Buckhead, GA neighborhood, Le Pig falls off the beaten path. Although I was, at one time, a resident of that community, my fiancé surprised me with this delightful venue!Through a single rear door, we entered a fantasy land of tea lights and Parisienne magic, desserts as wall decor, a mini ferris wheel, hot air balloon light fixtures, and lavender plant centerpieces. I almost felt like Mary Poppins when I noticed the ceiling blanketed with upside-down parasols! The romantic and dimly-lit dining room and bar area were so inviting, as if we were visiting someones home parlor. With delicious cocktails and nibbles, The Blind Pig Parlour is a feast for the eyes and taste buds.I wonder what the next months decorative theme will be? (IF I had any criticism, I would have expected a more congruent and interesting playlist to accompany the playful vibe of the artful ambience.) Bon appétite!
We had an awesome time at this upscale, funky, old-school and tucked-away speakeasy. GREAT MUSIC. You may need a password to get in and drinks are not cheap. We were told they have a strict DRESS CODE (no athletic shoes or shorts or flip flops). I did see someone in shorts, so it may be hard to enforce. They had a 2 piece jazz band when we went that was fun, funky, cool and excellent. They often rent it out for private parties (a great space). But you should have a plan B if you arrive and it is closed to guests. Unique and good for the right upscale crowd wanting mixology cocktail and good wines by the glass. Not your average bar. Has a private club feel and I hope they enforce the dress code more. If you like a bar crowd that does not go out in shorts or sweat pants or flip flops, this is one of your best spots.
This Valentines pop up was really cute! The drinks were good and the food was good too! It was really cold inside and the bill was unable to be split.
This was the cutest pop up spot. Definitely made me feel the holiday cheer. I especially loved the candy cane shots. Service was great. My girls and I had a great time 😊
Totally not worth it. Drinks were VERY small. You pay for the decorations.
Fun and intimate setting with a great list of cocktails to choose from. It got very crowded as the night went on so try and get there a little earlier if youre looking to avoid much of a crowd. Prince was our server and he was wonderful, he made our experience even better!
Very great drinks, music could’ve been better for the occasion.
Loveeeeee the cute flamingo pop up!!!!! so fun
The most racist place I’ve been in ATLThe waiter took 20 min to attend to us, then had an attitude about splitting the bill… the waiter then made a stupid comment… very racist and she kept talking back and wanted to fight us! Very racist place! The manager was a joke too! He made excuses for the waiter! Very racist place! Don’t go to this racist place if your black!
Back in ATL for work and my friend brought my to The Blind Pig for their themed bar during Christmas. All the wait staff was super patient and helped. The place is decked out in holiday decor. perfect place for a vibey, chill night.
This is a nice little spot. They have live music, but not too loud to drown out conversation. The crowd seems late 20s to late 30s. Reminds me of a speak easy. There are small round tables, one bar, and amazing cocktails. If youre interested in enjoying a night out in an adult setting, this is your spot.
Went the other day and I had to come and leave a review after being treated so well. The host Ellie is an absolute delight and made me want to come back again after feeling so welcome. Beautifully decorated and makes you want it to be christmas year round.
Great atmosphere and amazing drinks and service.
The atmosphere was so cute and the staff was amazing. We were running late for our reseveratins and they were so kind! 10/10 Recommend!
We’ve tried to come here two separate times with no success. They are reservation only and don’t accommodate walk-ins. Good luck getting a reservation. Better to put on a Santa hat and make your own holiday bar.
Decor & overall ambiance is nice. Stopped here after dinner at Chido & Padres. The drinks were very pricey and lackluster compared to the more cost effective & tastier drinks we had at chidos! 4 drinks was $75, after trying 2 separate drinks each and then both being blah we left. Can’t say I would revisit. If you’re going to charge those prices for drinks they should be amazing!!!
This bar had such a great vibe. The appetizers are great and the drinks were delicious. The staff is superfriendly and the bar switches up every season. Will return for the holidays!
We went for the blind elf experience (Christmas pop up) and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was amazing. Sean honestly was the best server we’ve ever had & we loved all of his recommendations. Can’t wait to return!
I loved the atmosphere! But I ordered a french 75, a classic cocktail, the bartender didnt even shake the drink. He just poured the ingredients directly in the glass and handed it to me. Which is not what you do! But I still love the place!
Awesome decor. But on a Saturday night its just another obnoxious dance club like all the other buckhead meat markets. Ruins the vibe. Not a speak easy because the music is far too loud to speak.A live band came on later , which was a major improvement. The entrance was at the very back of the parking lot, at the side of the building. Definitely well hidden.
Our waitress was amazing! The lamb and drinks were very good! First time and would definitely come back!
Blind Pig Parlour is a gem! I love coming here for the ambiance and the staff. Connor and Amber are amazing, kind, attentive bartenders that make the experience even better. Maria does such a great job at making sure everything is running smoothly. I look forward to coming to Blind Pig and have been incredibly happy with every visit. Keep doing what youre doing!
Nice decor, and great cocktails but it ends there. The live music is obnoxiously loud and the space is so small there is no way to escape it.Bar was unable to make three of the drinks on their menu due to missing ingredients on a Saturday night. They are open from 8pm to 3am but the kitchen closes at 10pm, so dont expect to order foodTable service was extremely slow. And when I attempted to order at the bar they sent me back saying they would send someone over which took over 20 min.
Dont waste your money. Cocktail not good. Food not good. Staff nice. Decorations ok.
The place is beautiful and the vibe is lovely. Workers are amazing and service is great. Food is a little small and drinks are tasty but expensive
Super cute atmosphere! The girlies had a great time!!!
Gorgeous decor here! Would love to capture some images of the place one day. If the manager or owner sees this and would like to set up a photography shoot, reach out to me!
Wish they had more small plates but a great experience overall!
I came here on feb 13 and the crowd was heavy.I definitely would like to say the Mr.Thomas was very polite and professional. The decor was absolutely stunning and instagram worthy.I highly recommend this hidden gem to EVERYONE
A great addition to good quality Buckhead bar scene. Good drinks, excellent service, fun atmosphere! I really loved how two styles, speakeasy and pop-music-bar/club, are blended together, and I love the fact that people can actually dance there without getting into deep night club (Havana, T&G type) feel.
Drink prices are misleadingly advertised and servers like Irene have no problem taking advantage of people. I’d skip this place in favor of a location that is at least honest and upfront.
Neat little place, really good vibes, friendly staff, pretty drinks
Always a good time. Has some of the most amazing decorations❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice place and decor, seems like a good atmosphere but the hostess is never at the stand and it’s nearly impossible to get a reservation unless it’s for a party of 6. The lack of attention from the host makes me think twice about coming here.
Great craft cocktails & loved the pork empanadas. Very unique artsy spot for couple or small group. Lots of photo ops
Disappointing. The location and decor are amazing, but the concept promises a speakeasy experience that it just does not deliver on. The bar is supposed to be a secret (with a password to enter), but there is a sign with the bar name on the entrance door. Bartenders are dressed the part, but are aloof and uninterested in the customers, bordering on rude. The drink menu is limited (a serious problem for a bar) and the food options posted online (and still printed on their menus) are no longer available. Sooo, dont visit hungry. And the music was less speakeasy, prohibition era, and more ratchet nightclub turnup. Why?? Underwhelming for sure.
Very lovely atmosphere. Was greeted at the door by the gentleman that then led us to the bar, explained the different cocktails, and made our beverages.Great live music as well.
Really unique vibe! Keep in mind you need to know the “password”. We happened to walk up at the same time as a bartender and he got us in. Kind of empty for a Saturday night. We might have been there too late, though (it was like 12ish). So it may be an earlier crowd.
Beautiful experience! Will definitely be retuning
I went here on a Thursday, and the place was largely empty until after 10. I think it tends to be low key until the live music starts. The music was good and the cocktails were excellent. The bartender was very professional and friendly.
I went in to grab a drink with some friends my first and only time at this bar. I arrived early so I immediately went to the bar and ordered a drink. After receiving my drink and paying for it, the bartender asks “are you with [company name]?” I said no and was then asked to leave without a refund for the drink. Not only did they make me pay for it for their mistake, but also the manager-in-training comes up to the bartender and goes “hey, you can’t just be letting random bums off the street”. Not a very warm welcome.
