I have been doing weight loss injections with the NP Taylor and she has truly changed my life. Not only am I moving closer to my weight goals each week, the vitamin and supplement regimen has given me the most energy I have had in so long. My hair and nails are also growing like a wild fire and are so healthy. I am so grateful for her expertise and mentorship throughout this process. I highly recommend her and her services.

I recently started working with Taylor this year and just adore her and the quality of her work! Her expertise is outstanding. I was previously elsewhere for injection services and I’m in awe of how much more pleased I am with Taylor’s work and the better longevity of the services. She’s also well trusted in wellness services to which I’m starting this month as well and couldn’t be more grateful! I highly recommend this location along with Taylor and the staff. Everyone is so kind and caring.

We booked a couples massage and had a less than ideal experience. The first “stop” on our tour of the amenities was for us to change into our robes. We did this but when we came out in our robes the employee had disappeared, and was no where to be found. We sat and waited in the room next door for our appointment, which started 15 minutes behind the scheduled time and no updates from staff that they were running behind. The actual massage part was fine when it happened, but almost half of the hour was spent just rubbing lotion on, rather than a massage. One of the masseuses also had an AirPod in, which you could hear the echo of the music which took away from the ambiance. Finally, they overcharged us for our massage and we had to correct them by showing the price listed online vs what we paid, but they did reimburse us the difference. While we will definitely give Spa Sydell another try in the future I don’t foresee us returning to this location.

I booked my very first lip filler appointment with Taylor. She was very nice but my lips were nicely shaped but came out very lumpy. I came back once my lips were healed to see why my lips were lumpy. She claimed that never happens and accused me of having Covid before my appointment because “thats the only way that could’ve happened.” I explained I never had that and she asked me am I sure?! She then tried to massage them out and told me to continue massages daily. That didn’t work. So I came back and she prescribed me a steroid. That didn’t work. So I had to come back & get them dissolved (painful!) Once the dissolving healed, she agreed to redo my lips. Once she did them again, they weren’t nearly as full. She didn’t use the full syringe that I purchased. I reached out about this issue and they initially told me I would have to pay again ($700) then I complained further and they agreed to redo my lips for $350. It’s not fair for me to have to pay anything if I’ve had such a terrible experience. So basically I wasted $700 and my lips don’t even look like I got them done.

Horrible! Do not waste your time or money with these fools. I booked an online massage for 3 pm, and they called me the morning of and told me that the male masseuse that they booked me with is not comfortable with male clients. What kind of homophonic establishment are they running? Then they wanted me to come in at 1:40 for a massage with a female masseuse. I told them that my schedule was planned for the day and that time would not work for me... Silence on the other end of the phone. I asked them what they could do to fix the situation, and they told me they would call me back. When they did, they told me I could now get a massage from a female at 3. So I reluctantly accepted, although female masseuse usually dont have the upper body strength for a deep tissue massage. Then, when I get home, my spouse has a medical emergency, and I have to take them to the ER. I called Spa Sydell back to explain the situation, and they charged me a $50 same day cancellation fee! This whole experience with them was a fiasco. Never again will I use them...and I suggest you dont either. There are too many other spas in Atlanta that have their act together and have empathy for their clients.

My boyfriend and I have been to Spa Sydell many times before. However, this was our first time visiting the Perimeter location. We were really looking forward to this relaxing day, but we both agreed that we did not have a good experience.I received the Sydell facial (my normal service) and my boyfriend received a massage.My facial seemed extremely rushed and basic. I know the Sydell facial does not include much but it seemed as if my Aesthetician barely touched my face. I also did not receive the quick massage that comes with it. I’ve had better!My boyfriend stated that his masseuse was rough!We won’t be returning to the Perimeter location. Money wasted!

Go see Nazar at the Perimeter location - you will have a PHENOMENAL experience! I have gone to her for years and she is always so thorough and detailed in her work; always exceeding expectations. What’s more is that she is consistently training to stay up to date on the latest technologies and techniques to give you the best possible results for all of the advanced services that she provides.It’s such a pleasure to work with a professional like her that TRULY CARES. She’s the BEST!

I have been a client of Spa Sydell - Perimeter since 2021. I always receive great customer service from the ladies at the front desk and a wonderful massage from Charles. My neck and back issues have lessened and my gait has improved. I recommend their massage services as a complement to other therapies for your overall physical and/or mental health.

My experience is always great here. Charles always recommends the best add ons and the best services that suits me personally. I have been going to Spa Sydell Perimeter for a few years now and highly recommend them.For two years, I have been going monthly for a massage and hydrafacial.The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming.Nazar is an amazing esthetician. She is very personal and caters your facial to exactly what your skin needs. She does advanced services and will offer suggestions to help you achievebeautiful glow and your skin feeling amazing. Trust me, it will be your best facial ever!Robert is the absolute best massage therapist. After going to him regularly for a couple of years, he knows my problem areas and will adjust the massage to what is needed for the particular visit. He has great knowledge of pressure points as well. I have some back issues, and going to him monthly has helped immensely and reduced my need for medicine.

What a wonderful experience I enjoyed at the Perimeter Spa Sydell! I received an amazingly relaxing, therapeutic body massage from Charles. What I found incredible was his ability to assess how much pressure was needed for different areas and knowing how to apply the perfect.amount! I absolutely love getting my service with Nazar at the Perimeter Spa Sydell! She is amazing and really about getting to know the needs of her client. I have always had a wonderful experience at this Spa. No matter which therapist you are with, they treat you with wonderful customer service and genuine friendliness. This last time; Charles truly has the best hands for your body!

Robert & Nazar did a great job per usual! It was a very relaxing experience. Lili and the other associate at the front were very accomadating & attentive. I shared with them a system glitch on the app and website where it was only giving 3 appointment time options for massage therapists. They checked the website and saw the same issue I encountered. The glitch was corrected promptly and I was able to book my future appointment. I have been a Spa Sydell customer for 18+ years and enjoy the services provided by massage therapists, Charles & Robert and aesthetician, Nazar, all who I see regularly.

Where do I start. Their phone system was down all day Monday. Someone answers then hangs up. Shouldnt they have common sense to report this to IT? Or return the call if disconnected? I have left countless of voicemails with the central reservations team & have not heard back in the past week. I have also left several messages with the buckhead & perimeter teams & upper mgt & have not heard back. Trying to make an appt with an aesthetician whos schedule for some reason is blocked for a whole week. No one has followed up with me & its been a week. Awful customer service ! One assiciate misbooked a past appt at the alpharetta location & screwed up my relationship with my aesthetician thinking i was a no show. Mgt didnt even offer a discount for the inconveinance. Just apologized. Sided with the employee and didnt believe me. I had to end up re booking for another day. I have found a new medspa that is much more professional.

Absolutely LOVE Spa Sydell. They have top level customer service. Nazar (with her facial/laser and body sculpt expertise) and Taylor (with her amazing eye and magical touch) changed my confidence and the way I see myself. They are amazing, they are so good at what they do and they truly care.

Cheryl has been my injector for years and she is phenomenal! I prefer a more natural look and she has always made me look amazing! I will not go to anyone else EVER and neither should you. Every time I have strayed I have regretted it.

My visit to Spa Sydell Perimeter was to meet with Taylor, their injector for Botox. I need to keep forehead wrinkles at bay and this is the only way! She is a nurse practitioner with over 8 years experience as an ER nurse who then got her masters in nursing science and really knows her stuff. She took her time explaining everything and how the facial muscles work to get the best results. She didnt overdo anything and was so pleasant to speak with. The spa is immaculate and very serene so you feel more at ease with the surroundings. The front desk check-in is welcoming and the staff is great. Go visit Spa Sydell Perimeter!

Spa Sydell at the perimeter/ Sandy Springs location is excellent. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve ever had. The environment was upscale and peaceful with a comfortable vibe. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Definitely going back!

From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by friendly faces, and the amenities such as the steam room and the always clean and organized restrooms and showers, are always great to have as options after a massage. But I want to give a shoutout to Tricy-she really listens to your concerns and gives a true therapeutic massage. I will definitely be returning for more massages from her!

Warning: My fiance and I went here as a treat yourself day and she ended up having a nightmare experience because of her massage therapist. He did not listen to her when she asked him to lighten up on the pressure and even said, “have you ever had a message from a man before?” then proceeded to be rough with her again. She cut the message short and went to management, who ADMITTED THIS WASNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED WITH THIS MAN. Take your business elsewhere; this place finds physical abuse a-ok

The male therapist, David, who conducted my massage was very respectful and appropriate during the entire massage. (first time ever having a male masseuse) He respectfully asked for consent to touch my glutes during my deep tissue massage since it was mentioned on the paperwork areas of concern/focus. I love this place. I felt like a queen. My masseuse (Tiffany) was so nice. She called me by my name, and made sure that I felt comfortable. She asked me several times if the pressure was OK.The massage was amazing. I had a Deep Tissue Massage. After having two kids, I needed a spa day.

So...massage therapist left for several minutes in middle of massage...hmm. Also did not do front of arms & legs during 1 hr massage??? Seemed not real experienced. I was still generous with tip, the holiday season. Sauna located in odd spot. Not real comfortable reaching out & hanging up towel as folks can walk past in hallway. You can see out depending on where you sit, so guess you can also see in; not cool. Ive been to spas & had various services around & out of U.S. Not sure if Id recommend location; Sydell, Perimeter.

I’ve been to this spa a few times over the last couple of months and I’m blown away every time. I first got botox by Whitney and she was super knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions I had. I then got a hydra facial by Stephanie and it was the best hour of my life! She was super gentle and I was so relaxed the whole time. My skin was glowing for weeks after and I cannot wait to book my next facial with her. Today I went back to see Jordan to get my eyebrows micro bladed. I was a little nervous for the pain as I’ve never gotten a tattoo, but Jordan made sure to numb me and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. My eyebrows look absolutely incredible, and I’m so happy with how they turned out. Lindsay is also insanely helpful every time I visit, and she makes sure I get the best skin care products. Every one is very welcoming and it’s become a favorite place of mine!!

Taylor is the best!! She has such an eye for detail and the most gentle hands. Definitely book with her for any Botox and fillers.

So I had a “spa day” and was disappointed to say the least. The lady who didmy massage was amazing... but other than her, they cam off as rude & snooty. The place is dated & has ugly green textured walls, but that’s not the worst of it.. I had insult after insult during my facial & was trying to be upsold the entire time. Please don’t get the body scrub whatever you do.... the lady had rubber gloves on & it felt like she was ripping my skin off as she rubbed very little salt on me. The heater in the room was so loud I couldn’t even hear the relaxing music. Not that it would have helped that much b/c a bright light got turned on for me to take a shower, before I was rubber w/ gloves & lotion. I’m a small woman & the towel barely covered my & I was freezing cold the whole time & she kept asking if I was comfortable & I said I’m cold... well the heater is on! Some of what was said to me as I’m trying to relax “did you have acne as a teenager”, ”sometimes there are too many problems to know where to start”, “you’ve face is so dehydrated, you really should get ($60upgrade), “aren’t you lucky to get to be here all day”, “common sense you can’t get in the sauna now, you would undo all the hard work we’ve done on you”...,, the bathroom is small & dated, but u was excited to take a sauna... no one told me I had to do it 1st.... my “gourmet lunch” was from Zoe’s... I feel like I was talked to a lot & didn’t get to sit & relax as much as I should have been able too.... bottom line, find a different salon!!!

Taylor is top of the line. I’ve been seeing Taylor for quite some time now and I just love her work and professionalism. If you’re looking to get any fillers, Botox, PRP, etc she’s your girl.

Nazar fixed my skin. Zach fixed my lips, my hands, and takes care care of my wrinkles. Robert is my massage therapist. I absolutely love Spa Sydell. Everything from the moment you walk in the door is absolutely friendly and blissful.

I went to Taylor for my injectables and she was absolutely amazing! The staff was welcoming, the spa is super clean, and relaxing. I would HIGHLY recommend.

This is a 3-star rating because I’m splitting the difference. The facilities are clean but amenities are spare.My husband and I got deep tissue massages this morning. According to my husband just now, “my neck hurts, that was the worst massage ever.” He tipped $25 on a $115 massage because the therapist “was a nice guy.” “The therapist had the lightest touch.” Unlike me, he wasn’t asked about any problem areas or adding extras such as CBD oil and heat therapy. I wish he’d had a good experience as it was his Father’s Day gift. He said he’s never going back.I, on the other hand, got Charles and he did an incredible job. The attention and care he gave my major problem areas resulted in my being able to move my neck and shoulders and torso freely again. He used acupressure all over, which I especially appreciated in my aching arms (work-related) and hands.Please ask for Charles as you won’t regret it.

I had an appointment to have a facial for 60 minutes at a cost of $105.00 which included a a relaxing hand, foot and shoulder treatment. I was using a portion of a $250.00 gift certificate. With the intension to use the balance at a later date for a body massage. I arrived on time for my appointment, completed some forms and was taken to the treatment room. The aesthetician I looked at my skin and said I have beautiful skin; I was asked what issues do I have. I told her dryness. She then left and returned to say she would do something special for me to hydrate my face. She proceeded with the therapy and did not disclose to me at the time that cost of the therapy. Upon completion, I when to the desk to ask for the balance on my certificate and was told that it was used up without my knowledge of the cost for treatment. I did not receive a foot massage and the session lasted approximately 40 mins. I think a should receive a credit for not receiving the full 60mins and was not told that cost of the treatment prior to started which I would not have consented. In addition, I also left a tip. This was not the first time using the service at Spa Sydell and was also satisfied.Dissatisfied customer

Had an amazing facial with Nazar (Lead Aesthetician) at Spa Sydell Perimeter. She was professional and knowledgeable. She also addressed all of my needs and was able to recommend the right type of treatment for my skin type. Words cannot express how amazing I felt after my facial! Everything from the front desk staff to the technicians were on point. The spa is very clean and peaceful. I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

Visited Spa Sydell had a Swedish massage it was excellent. Their service has changed some since COVID so there is no more changing into a robe or taking showers. It was not offered so I assume for safety precautions they are stopping that feature. I didnt care for the check-in process it took a little long. The front desk lady was cordial the facility was nice in the lobby area. The carpet was sticky in the room where the massage was conducted. The sheets did not appear cleaned from oils used in the past. They may need to use something better to wash those sheets or use a color other than white. White sheets are a nicer cleaner look though which I prefer.

I booked an appointment at Spa Sydell Old Perimeter location and met my new friend Charles! He has been in the business for 17 years and I will say that it was a blessing to meet someone so talented! He is professional, calm, empathic, and he focuses on problematic areas very well. I cant believe that he actually remembered me and my problem area weeks later! I didnt have to tell him where it hurt he just knew!I have tried pretty much all the types of massages that they offer like Hot Stone, CBD, Aroma Therapy, Swedish, Reflexology, and my favorite Deep Tissue all done by Charles and all were amazing. Ive been frequenting Spa Sydell since 2006. After a break in visits during COVID... customer attentiveness and service has declined. I wanted to relate the decline solely to a change in ownership, but Ive been to their facilities post 2017 and received 5-star sevice. (Peachtree Corners before closing) Even with the company downsizing customer attentiveness and quality service shouldnt lack.In years prior I would be offered tea or water upon arrival, given a robe, slippers and shown to the lockers/changing area.Last week my experience void of all the things that really set Spa Sydell apart from the membership based massage spots throughout the city. I was taken to the sitting area and told to wait for my massage in the attire I arrived in. No offering of water or tea. No robe & slippers to prepare for my massage and no instructions that I could lock my bag and belongings in their lockers. It just didnt sit right with me. Fortunately, when I went to the Ladies room I located all these items myself. The massage therapist I saw was great, but I wasnt offered water until my service was completed. Thats not his fault, but the overall experience made me reconsider my return. For these reasons... I rate the formerly 5-star Spa Sydell a 2.

This place is very nice and new. But the most important part is the staff in any spa place to make you feel welcome and wanting to use it. All the frint desk staff was so kind and wanting to help, explaining everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. The massage was great with Ricky but the best of the best was Lisa Melina on the facial. I have been in so many spas in my life and in many different countries for work travel and this was by far the best facial I have had . Lisa is not only a knowledgeable professional but also very very caring. While you get all your creams on she will provide warm hand and feet treatment and relaxing neck massage. She explains everything she will so at the begging and then let you relax. I really really loved it and I signed up for a couple more sessions!

First time at this location. I was greeted by Lisa the manager. Lisa is very welcoming knowledgeable and professional. I am considering joining. My Hydro facial was with Pam. Pam explained everything it made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Pam is also very knowledgeable and professional. I will be returning for another wonderful treatment in the future. Thank you

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Brand new spa, newly renovated, nicest staff ever, and very very clean. I walked in and was greeted so nicely by everyone. Did not have to wait long for my appointment. They take you back to a relaxation room with dim lighting, and very nice lemon infused water. My esthetician was Melissa. She did the best treatment on me and made me glowing by the time she was done with my treatment. I got a hydrafacial that day with some laser. It definitely helped my skin. I have adult acne and I feel like the treatment was well worth it, and I saw improvements the next day with no down time and it is non invasive. Melissa is very knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough with treatment. She will answer any questions you may have and will come up with the best skin care regimen that is personally for your needs. I walked out glowing and purchasing a series so I can come back.

The spa called to cancel/reschedule my appointment the day before and expressed no concern at all on how it inconvenienced my groups plans. I was able to reschedule and was very disappointed with the facilities. I was really looking forward to enjoying the steam room with my mom and sister but to my surprise the only single person shower was the steam room! I didnt enjoy my massage, it was more uncomfortable than relaxing. The locker room was small. The front desk receptionist was very nice.

Sydell needs an upgrade! My wife and I went for an anniversary couples massage at a price of $125 each. We went here as we wanted a SPA experience but what we learned was that the facility is the cheapest possible build out in a strip mall. The facility offers a steam room and shower, which we arrived 45 minutes early to enjoy. It wasnt working. Neither was the one in the ladies room. I went to the front and an attendent reset a fuse in the power box to get it going. It took 30 minutes to get hot and when it did, I wasnt sure I wanted to get in. It is tiny and I had no idea what was leaking out of that hole in the tile where the steam comes out. If you are just looking for a massage SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to La Vida or Massage Envy.

This place is amazing. Brand new location and my massage therapist, Ricki, was just perfect. She made me so relaxed and I felt like a melted stick of butter after thirty minutes of deep tissue therapy. I highly recommend her to anybody. Can get all the knots out and is also very friendly and gave me tips to help with my lower backaches. Give this place some love, I will definitely be back here very soon. I am excited to try the hot stone therapy here, although aromatherapy is still my favorite. Thanks for accommodating me at your relaxing new location.

My first visit, but not the last. Everything was excellent. Robert was very accommodating and gave an fantastic deep tissue. Toni did great work in my brows. The space was clean, relaxing, welcoming. The flash sale was a great idea!

I had a great experience at the spa. The massage was wonderful and Scott really attended to the areas I pointed out and he targeted some other areas he noticed while doing my massage. This really impressed me because the areas he noticed was bothering me but I forgot to mention them. He was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding activities that will help with my overall health and daily activities. I felt wonderful afterwards and can’t wait to go see him again.

I can NOT leave this parking lot until I share my experience! I had my first ever visit today at this Spa Sydell location. I scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage with Scott. Now...I don’t know if someone else was in the room or if a third arm came out of his back but when I tell you Scott did the damn thang-believe me! Extremely therapeutic. He was vey professional, very informative and I didn’t feel that my treatment was rushed. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Very welcoming and accommodating front staff also. I’ll be back for sure!!!

Ok! More like a store now, before when Spa Sydell was across the street it was more like a spa. So Inviting, serene & relaxing. The steam rooms & service were amazing. This was my 1st visit at the New Spa Sydell & I must say I was truly dissapointed! My wax service provided by Azeeta was rushed not only was she speeding thru & not being patient w/me she left so much hair on me I was disgusted. Not sure why she was in such a rush that day however she rush me to get dress afterwards as well. I Never make a scence or cause an issue I service you thru your tip! Not Ever returning to this location for any services!

I always love my experience at Spa Sydell in Cumming. Everyone on the staff is friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Pam is an amazing esthetician! I regularly get facials and eyebrow waxes from her but I just had a hydrafacial, and if you have never had one - indulge yourself! It is worth it. Throughout the process, Pam explained what was happening and what she was doing, which I appreciated. I am SO excited about the HydraFacial procedure and will definitely be scheduling future treatments. My skin looks and feels so much better!Pam also gave me the best manicure/pedicure that I ever had. She takes exceptional care of her clients, and always suggests the perfect polish color if you are undecided. In addition, I have had massages at this location and recommend them as well. :)

I had a facial and it was very relaxing and refreshing! The service and facility were excellent.

The service is awesome; HOWEVER,, I’ve tried to make this a monthly treat for me. Spa Sydell has canceled my appointment twice, and one of the appointments was a couples massage and birthday gift to my husband back in March.

Took husband to location to relax during valentines day weekend! Great ambient feeling upon entry. On way back to joint room had to use restroom must have been in there for at least 10 minutes due to monthly - freshening up- TMI, Im sure. However once I excited facility therapist rushed me back to table. Husband in next room had already started. No problem since I stopped to use facilities- understood. What I didnt care for was that I paid for 60 minutes but only got about 45mins. To add insult to injury I visually saw the tech signal other tech on time and my massage actually was complete 10 min before my husbands. Not to satisfied with being ripped off. Was looking forward seeing since covid have been in house working remote in one spot. Thought massage would be helpful to loose tight muscles and such. I did tip both but felt like I was taken advantage of overall. Not a good feeling!3/09- to clarify I was there 15 minutes prior and along with that the lobby was also a little congested with patrons. This was a good example of scheduling overbooking therapist and not giving any wiggle room to accommodate patrons in between. Guess money comes first and not patrons. Which makes me wonder how is the room being sanitized for the outlined time as prescribed if you are moving customers that fast in and out of rooms. Food for thought.

The new Perimeter location is a major downgrade from the previous location and it is clear that the new management is only interested in cutting costs while keeping the prices the same. I went in for a couples massage at the new location yesterday and was very disappointed by the whole experience.1. “Relaxation waiting room” - is attached to the main lobby and the back hallway and the staff comes in and out between the two every couple of minutes. Each time this happens noise and bright light poors in. Not relaxing at all.2. They no longer let you change into a robe and wait for your massage in the relaxation room. You wait in your street clothes and change once they bring you back to the room. So if you get there early it doesn’t matter, they cut into your massage time by having you change in the massage room at the scheduled time of the massage. This takes about 5min away at least.3. They put me at a table with no face support/pillow (ie just a table) so I had to lay on my stomach with my head laying sideways on the table. This killed my neck and I had to cut the back massage portion short (basically he whole reason I came there). The next day my neck was still killing me so the massage was completely negated.4. the locker room is way too small. One toilet and one shower. This means if there is anyone else there you will be waiting. This makes showering after the massage a hassle.I was given a $25 gift card towards future services for my troubles but I will never go back to this location (and possibly never to Spa Sydell again). Knowing how I feel physically today I regret not seeking a full refund since I will likely need a massage to fix the damage done yesterday.This is very disappointing. The previous Perimeter location was very nice and the experience was well thought out and worth every penny. The new location feels more like a doctors office than a spa. Everything is cramped and the decor is very sterile. I would be very surprised if this location is still open in a year unless they fix the problems mentioned above or drop the prices and focus on being a budget massage parlor (which does not seem in line with their brand).

I had the most wonderful spa day here! I was desperately in need of a relaxing and pampering day (mom of 2 under 2 who hadn’t slept in a week!) and they treated me so so well without even knowing that.I began with a deep tissue massage by Charles. Honestly, I wasn’t crazy about the idea of getting a massage by a man but he totally changed my thoughts on that. He was completely professional, only spoke to ask about pressure, and it was absolutely the most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had.Pam did my nails and was just so sweet and personable. She made sure to try two colors to see which I liked best, she buffed my nails and they looked so pretty when she was done I almost didn’t want polish! It was so nice chatting with her too.Third, I got my eye brows threaded, a body scrub and an air brush tan by Azita. She was delightful too! My brows and tan looked perfect. The tan was so natural looking and I didn’t have any streaks or orange palms or feet. She took care to wipe off my feet and palms and even each nail to keep my manicure and pedicure perfect. If I hadn’t just had a spray tan I would’ve bear hugged them all!It’s a very well run facility. Everyone is so friendly and the manager, Lisa I believe, was very kind too when I checked out. This is for sure my place to go now when I need a me day!Oh, and I thought the final cost of everything was very reasonable too! Thank you for a great experience!!

My serviced provider, Charles, was very good. He listened to my issue and really helped the spasm Id been having in my back. I have had many massages and found his to be top rate. Ive also always been a fan of Spa Sydell. I do wish theyd upgrade their ladies bathrooms, however. Compared to newer spas and competition, they need to keep a bit more up to date in this area. People are looking to really pamper themselves. when they seek a service at a spa. The after-service needs often include showering and/or hair, makeup, etc.. So renovating that space would help the overall enjoyment more and perhaps eventually pay for itself.

MaryBeth gave me a great massage focusing on the areas I pointed out needing extra attention. And Elena pampered me with a gentle facial. The staff was all welcoming and kind. The facility was very clean, well appointed and had a relaxing spa atmosphere.

Recently went for a facial and hot stone massage. Ive been going to Spa Sydell for 8 years, and the last few years have made it tough to continue. With all the locations closing, moving, etc.Work has been SO INTENSE and all I wanted was a chance to unwind and RELAX! The facial was WONDERFUL, and Alena (whom Ive had at other locations) is awesome, friendly and made my face glow. But the Hot Stone Massage was another thing...Between the loud club music in the next room, the fact that my massage therapist was delayed starting, then her cell phone was in the room and vibrating, then the stones were a mix between luke warm and slightly hot to quickly fading.... It was less than relaxing. The massage was only my back and shoulders. Overall it was a disappointment...I have a couple series remaining, but Im not sure Ill be able to return after that. For this amount of money, I expect more.

My services were Jan 2022. I had botox, lip injections and smile lines $2000 including an unforeseen automatic tip of $200. I had taken photos to show as to what I was hoping to achieve or similar. But what I got was a procedure as though I’d been in a car accident. My experience was below par and the results were awful. I was left with lumps on my lips and smile lines that I was assured would go away. I was so embarrassed of my procedure. Everyone asked “OMG what happen?” But not in a good way. Improper lip injections left my lips uneven on both sides. I emailed the office, sent photos. They offered to fix it but could not assure me I’d get the results looking for. I spoke with a manager sent email correspondence of the office back and forth communications and was immediately given a refund of $500. I had to find another office to have them dissolve the procedure done by spa sydell that cost way more than I was refunded and now I have to spend even more to go elsewhere. Please don’t mistaken great customer service with experience.take it from my experience go elsewhere and be satisfied.

A tranquil space nestled in the middle of a hustle and bustle shopping center. I was greeted by a pleasant customer service specialist and whisked to the ladies room where she explained where the robes and shoes were located. My massage therapist promptly greeted me and explained what kind of massage I was going to receive (it was a surprise from my husband). I enjoyed the massage and the steam room after that. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

Love this place Nazar is amazing for just about any Esthetic s,Scott is a great massage therapist. Azita does amazing micro blading and both Dr and Nurse are excellent at injections. I prefer Cheryl for fillers yet Ive never asked the Dr to do that for me. The Dr is a licensed plastic surgeon and the nurse has been doing this for decades. The front desk is very profecient and polite. You will love it!

The facial was great, but I didnt love the asking if I wanted an upgrade during the process. I was using a gift card my husband had given me and wanted to just have the service that had been paid for. Also, the gift card covered my facial with $5 left over, and they never offered to give me the $5 back. Then, the lady followed me out to my car to ask me if I wanted to leave for more of a tip. Made me feel obligated to give more money. A bit high pressure for me.

Loved the couples massage! We were scheduled for an 11am massage and the receptionist told us to come early to use their steam room. My fiance and arrived 30mins early at 1030 but they werent open until 11, so we had to wait in our car until they opened. Lost a star for this.

I was very disappointed with the result of.my !600.00 premium filler I was supposed to have received. In fact I believe I received hyalaronic acid because after a month there is no difference in the appearance of nasalabial folds. The doctor at the perimeter facility remade disparaging remarks about my health and the car I recently purchase. He was not professional and did the injection without sufficient numbing which was very painful. Although I had schedule a follow-up for another filler, I cancelled it after seeing no difference. The only reason I rated 1 star is because a staff member named Jonathan helped me to my car after I fainted at the front desk after the procedure..

I had a 90 minute massage yesterday with Greg. He has magic hands - amazing massage and I left there feeling Un-kinked and very relaxed. The new Spa sydell location has everything - a wonderful steam shower. Nice new changing area and lounge area. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Love the new Perimeter location.

I went to this Spa Sydell as part of a gift I received, and I am so glad I did! I really loved my massage by Teresa - shes fantastic!!! It was so relaxing but (per my request) firm enough to work out some more painful issues (but not deep tissue painful) related to my work. I am at a desk all day (and in addition work at a coffee shop) and get a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Teresa was so flexible and accommodating. After my massage, I felt like I was on cloud nine - and the pain was gone! Thank you, Teresa!

The WORST massage I have ever had!!!! I actually had to stop Scott because my massage was so awful!! Scott used my C7 vertebrae as a pressure point and my neck was swollen for two days and in constant pain for a week. He constantly massaged over my spine and would apply pressure over bony surfaces including my ankles. His movements were so sporadic that it felt like a toddler trying to wake me from a nap. I would NEVER go back again!

Very professional, personable, attentive, and friendly staff. Azita was amazing. I had the microdermabrasion, glycolic peel and collagen mask. She explained everything as she was performing the services. My face feels like a million bucks. I felt rejuvenated. I could feel the difference of the before and after. Always a warm welcome upon arrival by the front desk team and Dr. Kollinger is always right on time, which I appreciate because I usually visit during my lunch hour. I enjoy my consults with Dr. Kollinger- he is professional, engaging, thoughtful, honest, and has quite a talent for bringing life back to a very tired face. We always review my last visit and discuss what areas Im looking to target during my present visit. I never feel any pressure from Dr. Kollinger; he listens to my concerns and makes suggestions for me to consider, but, leaves the decision making entirely up to me. I always leave his office feeling and looking 100 times better than when I came in! Ill continue to return to Spa Sydell Perimeter and seek treatment from Dr. Kollinger- I trust him implicitly.

The Doctor was very informative, knoweldgeable and he seems as though he really know what he is talking about. Unfortunately, I was not able to get any service done because I traveled from Savannah to ATL for a groupon I had purchased thinking that it was a lip filler, when it wasnt. I was under the impression that radiesse was like Restylane or Juvederm. Very nice, sophisticated, clean clinic. Just make sure you know what you are paying for. The groupon was quite misleading. Luckily, I did get a refund. The front desk staff was nice.

While my services were phenomenal, I was overcharged. I booked my services on the websitefor the standard prices because we had not been in over 10 years. When we were done it was $400.00 for two basic deep tissue massages and one standard facial.The aesthetician kept trying to upsell me for a collagen and peel which I consistently refused. I do not appreciate confirming my services on your website and being charged something different 😒when I am in front of you. I never signed up for $400.00 and I want a refund immediately. I want to pay for what I booked on your website not something extra. It is not fair to your customers and it is unethical. I could not enjoy my facial because the aesthetician kept asking me me to upgrade. Your services need to match what is booked on the website. I could have gone somewhere else if this was what you were going to do.

Yesterday, I had a PHENOMENAL massage followed by Spa Pedicure & Gel Nails. The staff who provided services were GREAT, I especially loved my nail tech. She was amazing and we had some great conversation. The only reason I’m rating this 3 stars is for the price of Spa Pedicure and Gel Nails. For $55 each, I was REALLY expecting there to be some “Spa” like qualities to the services. It is literally a BASIC pedicure while sitting on a fancy couch with a fancy foot bath. I can pay $15 for that at ANY local nail salon. The same with the Gel Nails, VERY basic manicure with gel polish. I can get that for $25 at any local nail salon. I normally get pedicures every other week and pay $38 at my nail salon. However, my normal $38 spa pedicures include MANY extras. Such as paraffin foot dip, hot stone massage, warm towel leg wraps, massaging chair, etc... If I get ALL of this for $38, you guys REALLY need to step up your service to include more perks. Otherwise, you will not have repeat customers. And your nail tech is wonderful, she deserves a good clientele. But if you don’t add some “Spa” services to your expensive Spa Pedicure and Gel Nails, she will never get the clientele she deserves. Just my opinion. I’m glad I had gift cards for those services or I would have been IRATE to pay $110 for a $40 service.

Smaller new location, but nicely decorated. Disappointed with use of Groupon that was purchased for an Oxygenating Facial. When I called to make the appointment was told it was only for a 30 min facial NOT the 60 min as advertised on the Spa’s menu. Nowhere on the Groupon was it mentioned as a 30 minute treatment. So basically I paid $69 for a mini Oxygenating Facial, no discount at all.Complete bait & switch. Will not return.

The hours are not correct on Google I was suppose to have a massage and facial after coming out of my massage wait for 10 mins for the the person to come get me for my facial they tell me that the tech left because she has plans with her husband? but they are suppose to be open till 7 and I was scheduled for 545?then the refund for the facial I did not receive got got messed up first and last time I heard they where the best . not!

I received a facial at this location. The esthetician extracted my face and Im pretty sure I will now have scars on my face for the rest of my life. Its been well over a month and my face is still bruised. My facial wasnt relaxing AT ALL because she just kept telling me how bad my face looked from acne. The only reason why Im not giving this a lower score is because I have received a facial from someone different who was amazing. Im not sure if I will ever be back.

Sports Massage!If you do any kind of heavy lifting, I highly recommend a Sports Massage. After months of putting it off I finally went it.Scott was my Sport Massage Therapist and boy was he spot on. Dude hit all my jacked up areas. He released my tight Lats, Scapula, shoulder and hip flexor. Great service!

Filler nightmare. Did not inject where I asked, left with large bump of radiesse on the SIDE of my nose. Who injects filler on the SIDE OF SOMEONE’S NOSE??? When I went back for a follow up he claimed that my nose looked like that before. It has been 8 months and I’ve spent more money trying to fix it than I would have going to someone who knew what they were doing. Terrible. My nose looks awful and this has completely ruined my confidence and put me in the worst depression. CHOOSE ANYTHING BUT RADIESSE.

Marietta did an excellent job! If I return, it would be for that reason only. The telephone drill down to make an appointment was ridiculous. Having to call the general number multiple times to get a human to answer the phone. Inadequate parking. The lack of customer-centric authenticity at the check-in/out.

I absolutely loved my first experience their Melissa was awesome I got a resurfacing treatment, facial and dermaplaning done. It was epic. I will be back again to try the microneedling.

The staff and management are super attentive. The facilities are clean and inviting. I was a long time Sydell patron and then the service declined. This location in particular brought me back, specifically Greco Styles. He made me believe again.

Do not go here! I was I injected with OLD BOTOX and incorrectly. I woke up to an eye that I could not open because the Botox was injected too low. The effects only lasted few days which is how I knew it was old. Do not go here! The doctor also told me my top lip was too small and I needed fillers.

Services were AMAZING! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The new location was a bit out of the way for me, but it was worth it. Rooms were clean. Will definitely be coming back.

I just purchased product. Some of the staff was rude. I dont feel like anyone really wanted to help me. But that didnt stop me from buying to keep up my beauty regimen. Ill buy online next time though.

First time at this location. The facilities were a bit smaller than what I was used to and not much privacy while you wait, but none of that really mattered after a great massage.

They were closing, permanently (moving to a new location) so I couldnt get an appointment but they were so friendly and sweet. Ill schedule at the forum when I can make time! Great place!!

Horrible customer service! The women are rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Dont get cheated like i did. Did show for appointments and there way to make it right was give the lady a extra 20% tip! Horseshit!!!

Got a spray tan did not last at all and was uneven and this was with someone applying it on me, ovepriced.
