We really enjoyed the spa! I think I had the best facial EVER.

I loved my experience at the four seasons spa! Every time I come they exceed my expectations. They have a beautiful aesthetic and my massage therapist Chloe always listens to my focus areas and is very knowledgeable. Definitely come early and bring a swimsuit to enjoy the whirlpool!!

I had an exceptional time at Four seasons Atlanta. First I had breakfast, oatmeal and salmon and bagel both were great, coffee and fresh juice were simply amazing. When it was time to check out the new spa area it did not disappoint. My deep tissue massage and hydro facial were simply amazing. Most importantly I was treated like a special guest by everyone I came in contact with!

I stayed at the Hyatt and was disappointed to find out they didnt have a day spa. I looked around and found the Four Seasons where I was able to get a pedicure and massage! Katie did an amazing french pedicure, and Tawny was my masseuse gave an amazing massage! Everyone was friendly and smiling. It made my experience even better.

I’ve only had 3 massage sessions in my whole life at 3 different places. So take this with that in mind. I think this place was great. The staff was so kind and attentive. The massage was AWESOME. I had a sprained shoulder and they helped so much I have more mobility and comfort. I plan to go back 100%

Phenomenal experience, even as they renovate their real spa center. I had a hydrafacial, which I highly recommend for deep-cleaning of the pores! My therapist was communicative but still allowed me to have the relaxing experience I needed. Looking forward to seeing their new space one renovations are complete!

I cannot day enough wonderful things about The Spa at The Four Seasons!I needed some self-care and wanted the best massage so I booked “The Midtown” massage because it was rated as #1 on multiple websites. I now understand the hype - the entire staff was incredible, my massage had the perfect amount of pressure, and I enjoyed all of the amenities of the spa including the eucalyptus showers, steam room, huge indoor pool, and hot tub.If you’re looking for a way to get some quality R&R book a massage here at The Four Seasons!(Pictured is the poolside delivery of the incredible truffle fries and cocktail that I purchased; also me enjoying the big fluffy spa robe and towels after the eucalyptus shower.)

Such an amazing experience. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a spa day for both of us. I got the message with hot stone, my therapist Chloe was amazing. I felt relaxing after my session. Defiantly recommend, and we will be back soon!

The director of the spa messed up my appointments. The assistant director, who was there when I checked in, lied to me blatantly about the situation and blamed me. There was no accountability taken or effort to remediate. My expectation would have been an apology with a solution. This was a bad customer experience and very aggravating start to what was supposed to be a relaxing day. Certainly not Four Seasons level service. Book elsewhere.Update: I appreciate the director of rooms met me at the end to apologize profusely and comp services. A gentleman from the front desk found me midway through to apologize as well. The services themselves were very good. Suggest this results in better training or re-assignment out of client services for the assistant spa director.

This is such a beautiful hotel. I received a gift card to the Spa and decided to take a day off from work and treat myself. The spa was under renovation, but I could not tell because they transformed one of the guest floors into the spa temporarily, and it still felt luxurious. Sarah was my masseuse, and she was amazing. I cant wait to go back after the actual spa reopens.

I went to the spa to have a nice relaxing day and to celebrate my wedding weekend. I really was pretty disappointed. The front desk staff were not friendly at all, they seemed pretty miserable. I had a massage that was okay but not worth the price we paid. The manicure and pedicure was nice.But, the overall attitude of staff was unfriendly. You wouldve thought they would be a bit more attentive or try to make it a special visit but, it wasnt at all. I do not recommend.There is no way that service is what The Four Seasons would want representing them. I hope they change. Very disappointing.

Spa therapists are great! Services not so much but overall pretty good

My wife had an amazing experience with the services she purchased (massage and facial), the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, the steam room was broken on the day she was there and she was very disappointed that she was unable to use it. She was not notified before hand so she could have come on a different day.

Great relaxing Spa experience. Service was at a maximum. Amenities are reduced, however. My massage was outstanding and I had a nice facial. But the robes, pool, furniture, tea, snacks, etc were just ok. Not what I expected for a Four Seasons experience (Or price point). Water was plentiful and towels were plentiful. Facility is small.

What a relaxing experience! I went with my mother to get the Springtime Radiance treatment and it was such a great experience. Our skin was glowing and soft afte the Eucalyptus treatment. We were able to enjoy the sauna, steam room and pool. I cant wait to return.

Tiffany is the best for pedi and manicure.She is professional and friendly.They have the dazzle dry which is very new great products, that means they are updated and know the trend. You will be warmly welcomed from the chech in desk. She is friendly too.Welcome tea and mimosas are the best.I will be back definitely soon.

Amazing! The massage therapist was very experienced! The best body scrub, polish and massage I have ever had. We all have our favorites. But if you are going for the first time ask for Linda.

The five star is for the esthetician Corinna who did my bikini wax. The first time in my history of waxing my lady bits that garnered little to no pain. Corinna was so professional and calm. I also had a 100 minute massage, but it was average. The bikini wax definitely made up for it. Corinna also does facials and nails. I’ll def be booking a facial with her!

Saw Chance for a honey detox; great experience. Real honey used in the service, wrapped in a warm cocoon, followed by a hydrating massage. Also had access to all amenities, limited food menu, but the sun bathing, hot tub, steam room, gym, all make for a true day spa experience in ATL.

I LOVE this place. It is soooooo relaxing. The spa offers amazing quality of service and many options added with the experience that far exceeds other day spas in the area. I love the small touches and products/snacks/beverages offered complimentary to guests. It is by far my top choice in Atlanta. You will not be disappointed.

As expected the Spa was amazing. Casandra is one of the best! Take advantage and spend the entire day, it is worth it!

The staff at this location is amazing! The massage and experience was exactly what I was looking for, since we’re from Miami and have been to many spas. I lost my glasses here and they found them and returned them to me quickly!

Had a fantastic massage. There were a couple of services unavailable due to equipment not working, but other than that everything was great. I’d definitely return.
