Vape 911 Atlanta Vape, Smoke, CBD and Hookah

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops in Atlanta area!!! And while this location might be small but after speaking with employees !!! Let me tell you I have yet to see an informative vape spot like this one. I neglected to visit this place for the last 5months and I can say if I ever need anything related I will definitely stop in!!! Hearing them say we like to keep things that are sellers vs letting vapes sit for months or years. Hand down sold me because this lets you know whatever you purchase will be on the newer side then most places you buy vapes !!!

Great shop with an amazing selection and the friendliest most helpful staff in all of Atlanta. They took their time to show us and explain the differences in the options and my wife and I walked out with 2 new Swag Mods and we couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of their amazing flavors. I would definitely recommend this shop

Great selection, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, prices arent bad. They have a juice tasting bar with too many flavors to count, and theyre happy to give you recommendations on juice and equipment. Loyalty cards get you free juice after a few visits, too.

I live in the New York area and had traveled to Atlantaand came across your shop .Britton assisted us and is very friendly, outgoing and was very knowledgeable regarding the flavors and products. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

This place is the reason I haven’t had a cigarette in over two years. They only carry the best stuff and they are excellent to their customers and extremely friendly. I moved miles away but this place is my favorite vape shop in Atlanta and so I still come here all the time. They are awesome and give great advice. I can’t say enough good things about Vape 911!

This was by far the best experience that I have ever had with ANY Vape Shop, hands down. Im new to Georgia so when I come across a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere - Im SOLD! Britton was an absolute doll. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to help me find exactly what i needed in a Vape so hopefully I wont go back to cigarettes. Brittons service was remarkable, and he has no idea how his friendly smile helped my entire day! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and if youre lucky Britton will be there with his warm smile to help!

This is a nice shop, I usually purchase glass or tobacco products.I went in today to see about the Mods they had. My sister had on that I liked. I seen the exact one. The guy behind the register didnt seem eager to make a sell.I figured after the 3rd or 4th question I asked hed give me the run down on prices or at least a sales pitch for the different mods, batteries, etc..I say the employee didnt want to make a sell because if I didnt ask he didnt tell or explain different options or his general opinion.So, my suggestion is to please inform your team members that, everybody that walks into your shop has not worked at a Vape shop.I feel that team members should be knowledgable about the product they sell and how they work, and have a drive to share that knowledge with customers to make a sell or not.I would have gladly bought one, but I got tired of trying to figure out what other questions I needed to ask the guy for basic information, as I know some mods dont come with batteries, juice, or tanks. 🤷‍♂️Sorry, but you lost a sell today because of this.

Very personable and great staff! I came in with a broken tank and they helped me fix it and improve it, all while smiling and making my experience extremely pleasurable. Also sold me some great juice! Love this place!

Clerk was very relaxed, personable and knowledgeable. I purchased 1000MG of Delta 8 Tincture. I started out talking to him about the store product just out of curiosity.

Screw everyone that didnt give this place a 5 star, maybe its a you problem. Chris at Vape 911 just spent 30 or more min on the phone with myself (Im 2 hours from Atlanta) answering my stupid questions. He was so helpful Im definitely going to go out of my way to stop by his shop and spend some money and shake his hand. GREAT PLACE, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRULY DONT MIND HELPING.

Hands down the best vape shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to meet your needs! I prefer to buy my CBD products in the store because you know you are getting a quality product (unlike some of the stuff our there on the internet). They have a great inventory of CBD products in a variety of flavors. I love this store!

Lot of the gear is overpriced. You could buy the same stuff online for much less. Custom juice they sell have a lot of variety but the nicotine they use seems to be harsh on my friends and my throats.Basically, the staff is nice. But the product and pricing is subpar.

Although vape 911 is smaller than most of the other vape shops in the Atlanta area, it still has a great selection and everything you will need to live that life. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good Vape setup which I am happy with still. The location also is a plus

Yo I love this shop. It’s so close and convenient, not just to me but to the midtown and GA Tech community. They have a superb selection of vapes. I know that they’re a smaller store and that’s why I prefer to give them my business, so they can grow and expand their inventory. They offer great customer service, a plethora of flavors, and treat you well and regulars like family. Bet I’mma stay fw y’all and comin back.

Visited Vape 911 in Atlanta. Had a great experience. Nice space and good variety. The associate that helped my fiancé and I out was Britton Posey. He was able to answer all questions we had with out hesitation. He was friendly and made us feel the good down south hospitality. I give him all thumbs up. The owner has terrible customer service. Just bought a vape two days ago and 30 minutes after I get home, the coil is already burnt up. Went in to ask for a replacement since it was clearly a defective vape they sold me. And was denied and given the justification that coils burn up when they do, not our problem.I will never be returning despite the fact that the next closest vape shop is 15 minutes further

This place is the best vape shop around town. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of vape places have this shady vibe where you walk away feeling ripped off. This place is the exact opposite of that. Plus the in-house juices Ive tried are great and they have a wide selection of inventory.

Way over priced. Small selection. Store seams dirty. Was looking for tfv8 replacement coil. Here priced over 30 bucks for a 3 pack. Gave some b.s. about not being able to sell singles. Shop elsewhere.

Ive been in their location several times buying vaping equipment and juices which are awesome by the way. Ive been in several different vape shops and vape 911 is by far my favorite place to go for vaping supplies. Their customer service is very high class and very nice. Everyone in there are very knowledgeable and have helped me understand a lot about vaping where I have been steered wrong in the past by other vape shops. I highly recommend just dropping in and checking it out. Im sure your experience will be as awesome as mine was.

Worst Vape shop in town. In-house juices are inconsistent and dont vape well. Pre-packaged selection is complete garbage. EVERYTHING IS HIDEOUSLY OVERPRICED. Employees make you feel as though youre being scammed. Steer clear if you can help it.

I went in this vape shop today looking to replace my Atomizer. I gave them the specs of the Atomizer that came out of my mod. They when and found a six pack of Atomizers that had a slightly different specs and said it would work just fine. I brought the 6 pack and on the way home I stopped by a different vape shop that sold Atomizers individually. They found the exact Atomizer that I needed. I called them up to return the 6 pack Aspire Atomizers and they said there return policy states all sales are final. So beware of what you purchase, and make sure its the right part because even if its the same day and not opened, they wont help you

Soo..I am on lunch break and I go to my normal vape shop around the corner, and they are CLOSED! I am not exactly screaming about my normal shop, but they are convenienet.However, Vape 911 encapsulated what a vape store should be. The dude behind the counter took time to find out what I liked, etc, which enabled him to make hyper-targeted and informed suggestions. I tried his first suggestion and purchased a 50 ML bottle.Even though I have been vaping for like 2 years, I never really understood the VG/PG thing, but he explained it to perfection. Best of all, their prices are super dope! I bought a 50 mL bottle for around 20 bucks of juice that tastes and smells premium!Thanks

I shattered the glass piece of my vape and Britton helped me find a new vape. The place is clean and he was super friendly and the service was fast. Also their not overpriced...nice place to shop. Thank you guys so much.

Great vape store. Theyre staff knows all about everything you need to know about vaping. Their selection of e juice is huge. Definitely a reliable source of information. Their prices are not cheap, but you pay for a great values
