Augusta Smoke Shop

First time here. Have been looking for anything with mushrooms in it. Finally found it! They had a big selection and my boyfriend was able to find what hes been searching for. The guy who helped us was very friendly and seemed to know a good bit about the products. Will definitely be back.

Honestly worse shop in town. DO NOT GO! They never have any products of convenience or that you may be looking for. They are very rude and have awful customer service especially the guy who works nights with the dreads! Just very bad customer service. This place is legit terrible! I hate visiting here and I recommend nobody coms here either! There are many other great shops in town! This just is not one of them.

All it takes is one bad experience to lose a customer and their family members. I shopped here every other day for the past two years and had a good experience. So I bought an $8 lighter two days prior. When I got home to use it I realized it was empty. It literally lit one time and was empty. I took it back today on my regular trip, two evenings later. I asked them the option of replacing or filing it up. They chose neither. The clerk claimed to have called a manager and said they told him I could buy a can of butane as my only option. Really?,,, because I expected a full zengas lighter when I bought it. I asked if he were sure they wanted to lose a customer versus making it right. I cant shop where I feel like Ive been taken advantage of and not treated fairly; slight or major. It was fun while it lasted. I left the (new) empty lighter on the counter and well call that my warning before it became a major issue with a major item out of there that I have trouble with. Those lil buys of mine added up, take that revenue out 2 years. 🤷‍♂️

2024-02: Went in to check out several things since I had never gone. Ended up talking to Martin, who was very chill and knowledgeable. This place isnt flashy like some of the tobacco/vape/CBD stores around. Its relatively small, but my impression is this is a quality over quantity business. Id definitely give them my business again.

Unhelpful staff, feels like they dont want to help you find what you need, just get the most money off you at once that they can.

Three years in and this is still one of my favorite businesses in general. All this time and after plenty of expansion they still carry exclusively high quality products, they still have extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and they still offer excellent deals. Its exceedingly rare to find a business this good and I am so grateful that they are a part of this community.

EXTREMELY helpful. I think I worked with the owner the first time I went in (I was later told he was the guy to talk to about bringing in new products, so I assume hes the owner), and he was way more helpful than I would expect any retailer to be. Helped me fully understand what I was buying and gave me tips on safe consumption. Also, the kratom price is WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than Ive seen at some other local shops. No lie. Ive been back multiple times since my first visit a few weeks back, and Ive recommended the place to a few friends as well. Definitely going to be coming back long-term.

The policy of having to buy an entire new device when they are already more expensive than most other places when one breaks is annoying. I was told I could try a new one there in front of them to not swap out but buy full price. the device i bought from here just shot hot wax in my mouth. clearly the first few hits are gonna work. Just annoying to spend 40 dollars for no reason. I get some people may take advantage, but I bought this thing two days ago and brought it in with me to show them it’s obvi broken.

Most friendly and helpful staff. Extremely good variety and quality . By far the best ran shop in the area . They know their product well so they are able to answer any questions I may have every time I go in . Highly recommended.

I’ve spent plenty of money in this store but the counter guy wanted to get smart because he thought i was talking to him and got disrespectful and wanted to fight me in front of the store after i proved him that i wasn’t saying anything to anyone but his co worker stopped him for trying to fight a woman. Also they overcharged for everything and never had quality customer service.

Im doing the additional space next to the shop a couple of weeks and they will have a larger space

Overpriced, 320 for an oz, all carts were 39.99 or 2 for 80 per my salesperson. I didnt see a savings but that math wasnt mathin when l went in. I felt a little ripped off.

Love this place, thought about working here once or twice.

Prior to this incident I haven’t had any issues. Nice store with nice employees but after learning they don’t stand behind the products they sell I won’t be coming back. Complete loss of time and money on my end.

I travel around the South and Eastern part of the country for work usually a few months at a time. That can make it difficult nailing down a shop I’d prefer to frequent up until I found Augusta Smoke Shop. It’s the only place I’ve found that stocks up on any alternative cannabinoid I’ve asked about. The prices are right at or commonly below the state standard and the staff are very friendly. (The kind gentlemen who helped me both times gave me a name but I’m forgetful. Shout out to the whole crew though. They’re very knowledgeable). I’ll definitely be traveling back to Augusta frequently to stock up when I can.

I was just listening to the commercial on the radio. They talked about how much knowledge the employees have. What I ask a question on different products the only answer I ever receive is I dont know. They never offer to call another store to find out. Absolutely no knowledge of their products.UPDATEAGAIN I JUST COME IN HERE TO GET A BATTERY FOR MY E-CIG AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE GENTLEMAN WORKING THE COUNTER ISNT FAMILIAR WITH THAT DEPARTMENT HE CANT REALLY TELL ME IF THEY SELL THAT TYPE OF BATTERY OR NOT. THATS SOME FdUP CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Open early and open just late enough. They have a good variety and keep expanding stock.

Had okay experience before, but the last visit I had they charged me 55 bucks for gummies that was 35 at the highest everywhere else I saw. I’m not going back to get ripped off.

This is the best vape store in Augusta. They have friendly staff, as well as a large selection of vaping devices, CBD and Kratom! I recently had an issue with an item that I purchased. The customer service that I received was exceptional!

Good place, good variety and fair pricing.... the only reason its 4 stars is the pricing was lower on the packaging but they did verbally quote the correct price before I purchased. Guess inflation is hard to stay up with.

This place had a good selection of vape juices that I dont have in my state, and decent amount of accessories. The guy was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked but he was still fantastic personality wise and a big help.

I recently went there and noticed after looking at several items that nothing was being properly stored at temperatures so some of the product was ruined they were still selling it they didnt even seem to be aware that they were storing their products inappropriately wrong temperatures too hot

Went over the weekend. Ive never been to a CBD Dispensary before, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Felme was very helpful with answering every question I had. She is very informed and knowledgeable. The CBD I bought helped immensely with a lot of stress and paranoia Ive been having. Even though its a dispensary, they are still technically a smoke shop, so besides the CBD they also have several shelves of smoking accessories, butane refills, lighters, pokers, etc. I was surprised by how fairly everything was priced. They have definitely turned me into a recurring customer!

Once again a stop here only to learn they didnt get my Just freeze Roll-on relief gel in. Mark said he can get it online from other suppliers. Still love Augusta Smoke Shop ❣️

Has plenty of juice, coil selection may be somewhat smaller - didnt have what i need, but that happens sometimes.Decent enough store and prices, I will stop again.

Be careful here, a lot of their stuff has a 50% markup. Found a lot of there products online for half price.
