I started coming here when I moved across the street & fell in love! Now we live in Evans and still make the drive pretty often to support this establishment! No matter what you need, Kure is the spot! We love the wide array of options for disposables, flower, and pre-rolls! Everyone working there is always helpful and friendly! Def recommend! BEST. STAFF. Staff is always nice and puts up with all me questions. They will always work with you about broken merchandise. Plus if they dont have something you need they will do their best to get it in for you. Hard to know whats my favorite things they have, from the Juice flavors to the Mothership rolls. Love it all!!!

Had $10 off so I bought a $15 item. With the discount, the cost came out to... $15... not sure, but that seems sus to me. When I asked about it, the worker told me the discount was added and the price was that way because taxes. I have bought from here before and a gram with tax was about $16-$17.I didnt want to go back and forth on it or get frustrated, so I just shrugged and left. I usually dont have a problem with this place, but this time was odd.EDIT: they reached out and they refunded my points. Next time I came in and the whole thing was explained to me. It was definitely a misunderstanding on my end. Ive changed my score to a 5!

2024-07: Im so glad I found this place and was able to check them out. Tariq was working on. Sunday afternoon when we went in and he was a really awesome person, knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and just good natured in general. He sold both of us some things and Ill be returning in the near future to upgrade my vape.And Tariq, Ill bring some stickers next time. 🥳I definitely recommend checking this place out for yourself. Kure Emporium wmis professional and makes customer care the priority.

Used to be my go to vape store but they must have gotten a new supplier or something because the juice and coils I used to get no problem have been frequently out of stock and they are constantly waiting for a delivery. Staff is awesome though.

This is my favorite shop in Augusta but as of late they have been having supply issues. When ever I go in they are almost out of all of the Twist Juice that is my favorite, also they have been out of my coils the past few times I have gone in. I hope they fix this soon.

Very friendly staff. Just outside Gate 1 of Fort Eisenhower. They also have a customer loyalty/points system. I just picked up some VooPoo pnp coils and some Sqweezed eliquid.

This is the ONLY vape store Ill go to! Best customer service! The prices are very reasonable and sometimes even cheaper! They are very personable and extremely knowledgeable! I knew NOTHING about vaping and they have helped so much! Their patience with me has come a long way! They arent trying to sell you the most expensive stuff for profit and will be flat out honest with you if you are gonna waste your money on something!! Obviously they cant read your mind and everyone has different tastes but they definitely respect that! If I could give them more stars I would!!!

I went back the next week to buy the salt refill at a lesser strength as the first one I picked was too strong. They explained everything and now I’m good to go. This is my go to place. This is the best place I’ve been to! I went in and requested that they order/carry some of my favorite juice that is mainly sold in San Antonio, Texas or online. A week or two later, they’re carrying my favorite salt nics! I don’t have to wait for shipping times or take a flight to Texas just to pick it up! The best part is that this is also THE local shop so I don’t have a far drive and I wouldn’t come to any other place anyway. (P.S. they can mix you your very own custom flavored juice (with or without nicotine) in store)

I have many vape shops closer to my home but I make the drive in order to shop there, I highly recommend at least checking them out.

Liam was friendly and extremely helpful. Gave me a lot of information about multiple different mods and was knowledgeable about virtually every item in the store. Overall great experience, highly recommend this shop. Plus they carry Excision Paradox on the rocks (menthol version of Excisions awesome grape flavor).

Top notch customer service and top notch products. You will get a wealth of an education here if you come here. They know everything about everything. There is a bar there where they can mix you a cocktail of your very own custom-made vape liquid. There is a wonderful Community here and having this vape shop located right there off of Jimmy dyess is a gem.

He answered all my questions and made me two 30 ml and two 50ml custom tobacco blends . I bought the extra two 50s because the Kools flavor which I wanted with a dash of RY4 was perfect and his customer service is top notch.They also have a military discount.... hard to beat that

This vape shop is the number 1 best shop I have ever been too all over Georgia. The set up, everything that is offered and especially the insane niceness and professionalism / knowledge presented by the employees and regional manager all together. The manager provided us with juices and coils and even helped out a good friend in a dilemma. This place really helped me out. The tank on my Zeus shattered and they were the only shop in the five I called that had a replacement in stock. The guy at the counter was great and spotted me a coil in case any shards of glass had gotten into the old one. Anyone I know that is going to Augusta, I will be telling them about this place. Nicest, most personal experience I have ever had in a vape shop. William is amazing. He is super friendly, knowledgable, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase. Tons of flavors and he can mix up any combo you want (I suggest strawberry watermelon). My sister came in with me and decided to try vaping solely based on the interaction.

Im new to vaping but not new to customer service, as a business owner I take customer service and knowledge of your products very serious. Upon entry an employee literally STOPPED what he was doing and came over to assist me, turns out it was the manager Ryan. He was able to inform me of what the best products are and how to use them. He even did my initial setup for me and was able to correctly price rate me without having to check. After dealing with many other vape shops from the California coast to here in Georgia, THIS was my best experience!

I visited this shop over thanksgiving weekend while I was 600 miles from home on vacation. It had great reviews so I decided to check it out well it turns out there juice selection is very small they guy helping me was very helpful though. I also needed my RTA rewicked which they did at no cost but shortly after leaving tank was leaking everywhere.

So, lemme tell yall! I just went to 4 diff vape shops looking for a replacement glass for my vape and I was about to give up. This shop was my last resort. Not only are they open later than the other shops, they actually had the replacement glass!! Ryan was so helpful & also told me that my fav juice is cheaper at this location. I WILL BE BACK...SOON!

I really like this shop. Only shop I go to now. Always have what Im looking for and they want you to open and try it in case there is a problem with product. Very friendly and informative about products and flavor.

While the stocked selections arent plentiful, the house mixes are damn good. I especially like that they keep old school flavors like RY4 and Boujee Bacco. Brian and the rest are more interested in customer satisfaction than just making a sale.
