LOVE them. I’m from San Francisco where there is a full day spa and/or bathhouse in every neighborhood. I’ve had the most difficult time in Austin finding something similar where there are amenities as well as services.I spent 3 1/2 hours here the other day and feel amazing. I did the package with the hydrotherapy, massage, facial, and pedicure. A nail technician was not on that day, so I extended the facial to a full instead of the advertised 30 minutes. Each tech was wonderful. My only thoughts are that it could use a little warming up in the way of paint or art. It was a little chilly, though I’m sure once it gets hotter outside that will be welcomed. And it would be nice if there were some toiletries in the bathroom for after services (i.e. spray deodorant, Q-tips, body lotion, maybe some mouthwash, tampons, face wash, and some hair gel and anti-frizz). I did not shower, so I’m not sure if they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. These things would definitely make it on par with other true day spas.Arrive early to take advantage of their steam room and resting lounge stocked with various teas, hot chocolate, and lemon water.I didn’t even miss the fact that there wasn’t a jacuzzi because I was able to do the hydro tub. I will definitely be back!
Loved my massage with Cheryl! I requested medium level strength and it was perfect. Her rhythm and and force felt like waves against me (the best)! I also enjoyed the shower and steam bath Will return again for a massageTip: domain residents get a percentage off, reserved spa parking is available
TOWED!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service, and on top of that this is the kind of treatment they implement on their clients. Went to go make a return across the street and then was making my way to the spa when I noticed my car was gone. Called the spa and they said it was towed because of the time sensitive parking. Like the Domain doesn’t have enough parking and that was going to somehow slow them down (btw: this is the only towed area at the Domain too!)! On top of that the towing is all the way in EAST AUSTIN in the ghetto!!!! That’s the kind of towing company they decided to go with and make their customers even more so satisfied! In addition to, the Towing company has several brakes (for an hour) and won’t process your transaction so if you Uber over here you’re just waiting outside by yourself in the ghetto be careful if you are a female!!!!Disgusted with the management of the Domain and Spa for having such disrespectful way of treating their customers and clients and putting them in DANGER!!!!!!!! (all for 10 min of parking.)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Spa is dated, products made skin on feet and cuticles made skin dry, only one foot jet out of 2 worked. Had to do a couple if steps to get in pedicure chair, not massaging or comfortable but more of a bench. Services were $150 for overall average services. Parafin wax was too hot and did not smooth correctly to cover hands or feet. Mini facial special , did not care for products as they were more drying vs hydrating . Staff were pleasant, this is just signs of inattentive owners. This should have been a luxurious experience and it was below average for the price due to aging salon.
The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It was my birthday and my boyfriend booked the Silk Road journey for me. The vinchi rinse, full body massage and pedicure was everything I needed and wanted. I’ve been in nursing school and it’s been stressful. I have a week break and he made sure I enjoyed my birthday. My first time there was absolutely amazing and I WILL be back! Also the massage therapist paid attention to exactly what I asked for during my massage.
I had such an amazing time! This was my second massage ever after having a disappointing first one on my birthday at another establishment and OMG! I came on a Monday afternoon, the place was clean, front desk was so friendly and basically had all the amenities to myself!Massage itself was a 10/10. Lin really took her time with me and was very intentional was the pressure she applied on all parts of my body. Will be coming back! And will be asking for Lin!
Spa Reveil has a nice ambiance. I paid for a couples massage package. The couples passage that gives you 90 min total, 60 min for a Swedish massage and 30 min in soaking jacuzzi tub. As we waited to go back to the room we could hear an employee coughing quite a bit. We hoped that wasn’t one of the masseuse. We were walked back to our room and given the briefing. The bath ended up being only 20 minutes instead of the 30 min time advertised. It was relaxing what time we did sit in there. Then it was time for the massages. Sadly my masseuse was under the weather. She claimed allergies. She did try hard not to cough and had to leave the room a few times to clear her throat, cough, and get her throat settled back down before coming back. I understand completely. I don’t feel I got the most effective massage compared to looking at my husband masseuse. Nice lady. But I paid $370 plus tip for this and I have to say I’m rather disappointed how it went . I’ve received better massages at massage envy for $50. I don’t think someone should be performing this service if they are slightly ill . I hope I don’t get sick
**Disappointing Experience at Spa Reveil**My recent visit to Spa Reveil was extremely disappointing. Despite having a reservation, I waited nearly 30 minutes at a small and dark reception area. The staff were uninterested and unprofessional, lacking the warm and welcoming demeanor expected at a spa. The manager is clearly extremely rude and unprofessionalThe facilities were underwhelming and in need of maintenance. Relaxation areas were noisy, clear general lack of cleanliness. My massage was the most disappointing aspect, with an inexperienced therapist providing a rushed and ineffective treatment.Overall, Spa Reveil failed to deliver on its promises of luxury and relaxation. I do not recommend this spa to anyone seeking a quality experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a true spa retreat.
I had the Vichy with the 90 minute massage upgrade. It was so relaxing. The massage therapist was very engaging about the style of massage and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure she was meeting my massage goals. She was thorough and consistent. I left there feeling relaxed and well cared for during my appointment. That VISHY was RELAXINGLY DEVINE! I highly recommend it and Spa Reveil.
I was a first timer at Spa Reveil and in desperate need of a timeout from life’s stresses. I was skeptical given the exterior of the building which is fairly non-describe and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is simple, clean, tranquil and serene. I had a deep tissue massage with Lydia and she worked out the physical toll this past year has taken on my body. I also had a Seluna facial and micro blading with Connie who was informative about my skin and shared her wisdom about life. The therapeutic tub and sauna were a sweet addition to my experience and I left feeling like a new person. I look forward to my next visit!
I had another relaxing experience today at Spa Reveil. Angela did a great job! I’ve have been coming to the spa since 2012.
Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever received. Nora was incredibly knowledgeable, strong, and calming. I left relaxed and empowered with information to help align my body and reduce pain. Thank you!!Oh also the facilities are great! The locker rooms have everything you need and the lounge was so peaceful!
Spa experience was great! I booked couples passage! 90 min couples massage with tub prior. It was super relaxing. I recommend for any couple looking to relax and unwind:)
My massage therapist was Lina Gomez. She was excellent. I got a deep tissue and it was amazing. She did exactly what I asked for. She communicates very well with what you need. Also I love the steam room.
I got a wonderful massage by Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable and she did a great job. I have really bad back pain and I feel much better. Thank you!!
Masseuse was okay but she started about 15 minutes late, no apologies and ended the massage 10 minutes early.I mainly went for my neck and lower back and wrote it down on the paper and told my masseuse in person as well, but somehow she completely forgot to focus on my neck. I was shocked when she said the session is over, because my neck had not even been touched. I am coming out with the same neck pain and needless to say I wont be returning. Will have to go find a neck massage tomorrow.
Came here with my husband for a couples massage but didn’t get the same experience as he did. I was excited initially but was so disappointed I eventually had to stop the session early. It started with dry brushing which would have been fine if the focus was everywhere on the body and not spent most of the time brushing on my upper right arm. A cream was rubbed on my limbs after, before a body wrap, but the girl working with me completely skipped my right arm and when I mentioned it to her, she didn’t seem to have enough cream left for it. She had to scrape the little bit left in the bottle while my legs and other arm were oversaturated. When I was asked if I’d be okay with using oil for a scalp massage, I didn’t expect oil to be poured directly on my hair. I’ve had scalp massages before but never like that. The brief foot rub was mostly having her push too hard on the arches of my feet which obviously hurt. I spent most of the time envious of my husband because he was noticeably relaxed while I was experiencing the complete opposite. I asked at the beginning of the session to have my upper back and neck worked for some tension I had and my girl focused mostly on rubbing my lower back in a way that I’ve also never experienced and that was her rubbing the left side of my back, top to bottom then my left arm before switching to the right side of my back then my right arm. But nothing done was equally timed. Everything was done unevenly and felt more like a weird body rub when what was expected was a Swedish massage. The longer the session went on, the more uncomfortable I was by how uneven everything was being done and the longer I spent hoping it would get better, the more disappointed I was. I finally decided to ask for restroom break and took that opportunity end the session. I initially thought the girl working with me was new but when she told me she wasn’t, I didn’t feel a need to continue. I honestly wish I would’ve stopped the session sooner because the cost of the whole thing was a waste of money. The girl at checkout was nice enough to give a small 10% discount for my session but I still feel my husband spent way too much for what I received. He fortunately had a great experience while I left with a headache and am still trying to get the oil out of my hair. Before leaving I even tried shampooing it out in the shower room but that didn’t work. I left with wet hair, stressed, and on the verge of tears.I just wish I could’ve had the same amazing experience my husband had as well as everyone else who has left reviews.
Have visited Spa Reveil several times and enjoyed it but was very disappointed this time. Have had 20 minute hydrotherapy several times and was excited to try out that new tub but was extremely disappointed in it and wanted to get out after a few minutes. I was not impressed at all. Enjoyed the old tub much more. The water reached only to my waist which meant the my upper body got cold and I had to keep splashing water up to stay warm. Usually asked what fragrance of oil I would like, given a small cold wet towel, and a bottle of water. None of that was provided this time. My husband and I paid over $700 dollars for a spa day and were not treated to a relaxing enjoyable spa day. One of the reasons I would go to Spa Reveil is for the hydrotherapy but I was so miserable this time that I will not be returning.
Loved this Spa! Very Relaxing & Elegant! Professional with wonderful accommodations & spa options....various facials, massages, mani-pedis!Purchased a massage for myself and one as a gift for my brother, who later told me he loved it & needed it due to built up stress & tension in his shoulders & back.
I had a great first experience at Spa Reveil. My facialist was very experienced and listened to my concerns. My second one was not worth the money at all. I didnt say anything at the time, but I came home feeling ripped off. If youre looking for consistency, look elsewhere.
Stay away. This is the most unprofessional place in town. Staff is unqualified and allegedly used altered products. They are rude and the place is overpriced. All around the most awful experience. My girlfriend left traumatized by the visit and what she witnessed
Spent the day in this nice Spa with peaceful surroundings. Attractively decorated. Nice robes and slippers provided. Very clean.Staff was just lovely, Except for facial technician who cut short my session under false pretenses (claimed I was late; I was there for the day and had come to her directly from another treatment )When I discussed that with the front desk staff they immediately offered compensation that I felt was more than fair. I have a sense that there have been problems with this facial technician before. I would have preferred the complete facial however.Enjoyed the Vichy Treatment which was new to me as well as the manicure (which turned out to be less than durable; issues after 4 days) and pedicure. Massage was good; more gentle than anticipated but I left the spa feeling simultaneously relaxed and energized. Especially helpful during my out-of-town preplanning was Racquel. Special thanks to her for looking out for us. Overall a good experience; will return when next I am in Austin.
Made an appointment for my girl. Stopped by and parked in front of the spa. Went to grab a quick coffee and found my car towed by them. My girl was inside getting her services done and I came back to my challenger gone. 240 bucks down the drain.
Absolutely incredible experience. I booked the Perfect Day package and it was one of the best spa days I’ve had in my life. Lin is the best massage therapist also, make sure to ask for her. I will be back!
Absolutely love this place. Everyone here is so nice and awesome. Definitely recommend if you are trying to find the perfect place to relax and get pampered.
I truly enjoyed my experience. The facility is clean and well appointed. The changing room was a tight but provided nice robes and shower sandals. The steam room was delightful. The relaxing music was too loud and too much literal music ( piano, etc) I hoped for more ambient sound. I loved that they provided parking directly outside the building, it eased any stress worrying about finding a place to park or walking very far.I will definitely be back.
This place is wonderful! The only reason for 4 stars is because I wanted to book the best package they have and they dont have a nail tech right now, so they had to downgrade my package. Not a big deal, except I asked in lieu of that situation, can I get hot stones added on to my massage? The girl at the front desk said yes, but it would cost an additional $40. You think they wouldve thrown that in due to them not being fully staffed and for my inconvenience, but nope. Overall, services were great!
My children birthday gift was to have a deep tissue body massage. I am 72 and never experienced this before. It was so fantastic, so relaxing I loved it. Since I walked through the door I felt special, I know I will never forget it and definitely I will be going back. Thank you.
The place feels like it needs a little more care. Both showers were not working. They only have one steam room. The waiting/relaxation area was nice, but offered gummy fruit snacks, peanuts (odd as many may have allergy to it), and chocolate chip granola bars. For a spa, I think they would offer fruit or something. They did have coffee, tea, and water. As for services, I got a facial, which was okay. I didnt feel like my skin was any different. My friend got a Vichy massage, which she loved that. Another friend got a regular massage, which she thought was average. This is a place not to really hang out with friends. Perhaps just to get a vichy massage or something and leave.
Go to Woodhouse Spa instead its so much better there! We usually go to Woodhouse but my husband surprised me with a couples massage here mainly because the location is more convenient. I assumed since it was at the Domain it would be nice. Its more expensive than Woodhouse but this spa is so much smaller and doesnt have the luxury relaxing experience you expect from a spa. Everything is cramped, the robes are so thin and everything looks worn out. The lockers were dirty and bathroom wasnt in great condition! They dont have a good range of slippers sizes so I had to force my feet into slippers that were several sizes too small. The actual massage was supposed to be a relaxing swedish massage but felt a lot more like a deep tissue massage, I ended up being super sore after. I couldnt wait to leave. After all that they boldly asked for a 20% tip on top of their already high prices. I wont go back
I came in after a work trip and Abby took the time to hear my “woes” and reasons for needing an all-in massage for my entire body, we got to do a 90-min deep tissue massage and I added a head and scalp and a foot massage enhancement so we spent 2 hours together and I felt so relaxed and so much less stressed as I walked out of their spa doors. Definitely worth stopping in, and if you’re staying at the Westin at the Domain, you even get a discount :) soo worth it!!!
Im honestly just very disappointed with my experience... I purchased the Egyptian package for me and my fiance, and I feel like the description of what you were going to get was deceiving and (my) massage wasnt good. It was actually rather odd, non relaxing, and incomplete. In the description of the package, it says several things, one of them being that you will get a luxurious milk bath. Because it says a milk bath and the name of the package is called Egyptian etc. I honestly expected a milk bath, I thought it sounded super cool and it was one of the reasons I chose it. When we got there we were presented with a half full tub (with WAY too hot PLANE water (that you could adjust, but still), and they then dump less than a cup full of something that they called milk something?? It did next to nothing to change the water and certainly did not make it into a milk bath. For me that would be the same as dumping a handful of dirt into water and calling it a mud bath... at least call it what it is... our package was also to include a beverage service for two. Keep in mind that any customer is offered, water, coffee, and I believe tea (things you usually would get from anywhere from a dentist office to your mechanic) and some cheap granola bars and nuts. Our additional service that I purchased, turned out to be 4 chocolates and Apple cider... apple cider was the ONLY choice...So at this point the common area and its snacks and drinks were disappointing, the bath was a down right lie, and the drinks for two we were supposed to get.... was disappointing and none exciting, a tiny glass with apple cider does not qualify as a beverage service for two. Moving on to the messages. I had gotten the Swedish 2 hour massage for us. Both of us found the skull massage to be painful and none relaxing. My fiance really did like the rest of his massage, and his service provider paid attention to his problem areas and when she found knots she actually addressed them, which he really liked. My massage however, just wasnt good. She spend most of her time on my ower legs and bit feet, and when she finally moved to my back she only did one side of my back for a short period of time, only to slightly touch my other side for less than 60 seconds. And thats how she ended the massage. It was the oddest thing ever. And the parts of my body she did touch it was the oddest non relaxing experience. I told her medium to hard pressure and lower back pain. I got zero pressure, no attention to my lower back, and most of the massage was just her putting her hands or arms somewhere, holding them still or slightly moving them, only to move onto another spot to do the same??? There was also A LOT of random adjustments of my cover over and over, the same and the same, and up and down with the table or something?? She did a lot with out actually doing anything /massaging me. Honestly such an odd experience. Not for a minute did I relax, I was just laying there wondering what was going on and getting more and more sad. Also, when they did do things, there was no introduction of it e.g. we are now going to do xyz such as when they did the decadent silk body wrap and that made it confusing but also uncomfortable, for a person who has never experienced these things before and do not know what to expect. All of a sudden you are just tightly being wrapped like a burrito, and had there just been a little headsup like and now we will do the silk body wrap that would have felt a lot less claustrophobic and confusing. And then as they do that they push some button that makes a noise and you are like what is that? Heat, table adjustment, vibration, malfunctioning, like what is going on ??? And then throughout there is music that keeps getting stopped for longer periods of time, started, and skipped?? Not relaxing either. And just like that the massage is over. There was more to our experience but those were the big ones.I got out of the building crying, feeling like I failed in giving my fiance a nice birthday gift and having wasted money n been lied to.
I was not going to write a review until I saw they won 2023 Top Choice Award Winner. I loved this spa 5 years ago, but my recent experience in December was less than ideal. One of the bathrooms in the womens locker room would not flush and there wasnt any tissue paper. There were no q-tips, lotion, or any toiletries in the locker room and the steam room was not available. I was there for multiple hours and was not offered any food. My massage was great, so at least that went well. I let them know some of the issues via email and I did get a timely response. I hope that this was just a fluke in bad service, but it was enough to make me want to spend my money somewhere else.
I & my husband went for couples massage (couple’s tropical escape) at Spa Reveil . The experience was excellent. My massage therapist, Kishanna was amazing. I loved the coconut scrub that they used in the vichy and enjoyed the massage as well. My husband didn’t enjoy the hydrotherapy bath but loved the massage. It was very relaxing for both of us and my husband fell asleep during the massage :)
Did the body melt back therapy, 1/2 hour back/neck/shoulder massage along with some other nice touches, it was great, so relaxing! Usually even with a full body massage my fave part is just the shoulders/ neck and back so this was perfect. Danny was amazing!
The over all experience was not good for the pricing. The facial was nice but mid.The massage therapist didnt read my paperwork. The front desk wasnt very helpful.
I LOVE Spa Reveil, and I highly recommend the 90 minute hot stone massage! Its EPIC! Be sure to spend some time in the Hamaan after your treatment. You wont regret it!
Reveil has a beautiful relaxation lounge and lovely couples massage rooms. So far I have tried Lydia, Lin, and Michael for massage. They are great! Connie is great for facials and has lots of experience. I like Annie as well as she is gentle with my sensitive skin. I am looking forward to trying the other technicians and having a party here! Def my fav spa in the Domain.
Ive been coming here for almost 10 years and Dani was amazing! The massage felt custom to me, and she communicated as needed during my massage. I will be asking for her every time! As always, the space offers a relaxing oasis with separate rooms for check in, lockers and lounging/waiting for services.
My daughters surprised me and set up a spa day for my birthday. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly. They each explained the process of my treatments and made be feel cared for and did a great job on their services, that massage was the best (Brandi)! This was very first time to experience a spa day and it was fantastic. Definitely seeing myself coming back to Spa Reveil.
This was my first experience with a spa service and it did not disappoint. I had an amazing massage and the most wonderful facial. The facility is beautiful, peaceful and serene. There were CDC guidelines enforced and I felt very safe. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My overall experience was outstanding and I will return.
While I understand the current state of the world, Im leaving this review as a return customer. This round Im rather disappointed in my experience. Spa Reveil has always been my go to spa in the Austin area.First I called three weeks ago to try and book a 90 minute couple massage, the first week they couldnt not find two therapists, the second week they called to confirm and I believed we were all set for Monday. I called the Saturday before to confirm and I was told our time slot had already been filled. This was frustrating as I had to work out childcare each time. Finally I was able to get booked for the third week. Also each time I called I informed them I had a gift card I would like to redeem. The first time I called they said they would have to check with a manager. The second time I called they approved the use of the gift card, looked up the number to attach to the notes on file. The third time I called I tried to verify the use of the gift card and was told they didnt know if they would honor it and had to look up the information again. Advising I would be told the day of if I could use the gift card or not. (The gift card was kind of the whole reason for returning) Also all three times I called to schedule and then when I finally booked I asked for a prenatal massage for myself and a Swedish for my husband. The day of my husband and I show up, fill out all paperwork and get changed. We were told we were required to wear our masks while in session but one of the therapists didnt wear one the entire time. Before we began treatment my husband again informed the therapists he would like a Swedish massage. After our massages we went to our perspective locker rooms. I went to shower, there was only one shower in service the second had a sign. As I started the shower I saw one of the shower heads was broken. I stood waiting for the water to warm up but after seven minutes the water was still cold therefore I forfeited the shower. I later talked to my husband and he expressed the showers in the mens room were similar and the water was lukewarm at best.At check out I went to pay, as the bill was read to me I was informed we were being charged for a deep tissue massage for my husband. I informed her he received a Swedish massage and that was what I had booked all three times I called. I was told she would verify with my husband and then I could pay. While waiting, I texted my husband and asked him for clarification, he said he did get a Swedish massage and had to tell his therapist twice. As I went to pay, the gift card was honored after all the back and forth from the beginning. As I said at the beginning this has been my go to spa for years but I was very disappointed this time. I will not be returning for the foreseeable future which is unfortunate as Im looking to book something for my sisters bridal gift.
We had an appointment at 12 and arrived 10 minutes early just in case. We filled out our paperwork and the receptionist said “since you guys are late to your appointment that was at 11:45 we’ll see if we can get you guys back there” I showed the email saying our appointment was at 12 and they continued to blame us saying they would try to accommodate us best they could when it was their schedule that was wrong. So instead of having a nice relaxing expensive service it was rushed and stressful. The nail technician was also alone so instead of getting pedicures at the same time one person was always waiting but she did a great job! And she was very nice! Massage pressure was good. So overall experience was not good but the massage and pedicure were good, not worth what we had to pay.
Beautiful Spa, I love the way it set up. They even provides parking spots right at the front. The staff are all professional and courteous. I got Jennifer, she was amazing! I actually fell asleep few times and snoring! That’s how relaxing it was. I asked for medium pressure of Swedish massage. I feel so good afterwards. Definitely will be back.
Lin and Nora both did a great job. The receptionist was also very friendly. We will definitely be back! They also got us in last minute which meant a lot because I work most every day.
I have been to this spa several times and always had a nice experience until now. The service was great. My facial was of high quality and very professional. The esthetician was informative and helpful. The issues were the spas lack of open amenities and how rushed my daughter and I felt. No shower, no steam, no snacks, no relaxation time and no lockers,so they are making you carry all your belongings around. Pricing has remained the same. I understand there are measures in place to prevent Covid from spreading, but this is a bit much. I hope at least the lockers are available soon.
Really enjoyed myself and giving this new spa at the Domain a 4.5 for the following reasons:1. The experience starts at the front door and the staff were so very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome. Super important to me2. All the services my brother and I had that day were top notch - facial, massage and jet / bath therapy. The therapists were professional and also very friendly. Continued to make you feel welcome.3. The place is large, with a tranquil feel to it. Especially the Turkish bath, which was just huge, nice and warm.Areas which could be a bit better are minimal but hope they take some of my suggestions.1. Cloth baby diapers are softer vs towels to take off spa product from the skin2. Relaxation lounge was lovely, just wish they had a few dried fruits, nuts and infused water for snacks. Seemed sparse / basic3. The bi-level lockers are never easy to stuff all your gear.I’ll be back if ever again in Austin and good luck to you all.
Had an AMAZING day here with my daughter. Its clean, the staff is amazing, the hydro bath was fantastic and the massage Abby gave me was one of the best Ive ever had. Abby you are AWESOME.
I received a gift card as a birthday gift and used it to book a 60 minute massage. It was wonderful! First of all, just the fact that they have dedicated parking spaces for patrons is terrific. There is nothing LESS relaxing than trying to find parking at The Domain. I just wanted something calming, and my massage therapist created a wonderful relaxing experience while still working out some tough kinks in my shoulders. Everyone there was very professional and welcoming. Definitely give yourself enough time to enjoy the steam room, relaxation lounge and rainfall showers! Checkout was super easy because they already had my gift card on file (Im assuming it was attached to my name).
Such a great experience here! Had a wonderful massage. It was so relaxing and my masseuse got all of my knots out that have been bothering me for so long. I left feeling very relaxed and my body felt brand new! I will be returning soon for another
I scheduled the sugar waxing service and was very eager since Ive never tried it before. (Ive only received *traditional* waxing 2 times in my life, and so Im somewhat of a rookie when it comes to waxing.)Anyway, I had the sugaring service with Carissa, and she was absolutely incredible and professional! It was a much better experience than the traditional waxing Ive had done elsewhere. In the beginning, I was nervous and apprehensive, but Carissa was patient and responsive in making sure I felt comfortable at all times. The room was very clean and organized, and the music provided a nice calming environment. Carissa worked at a steady pace and was very in tune to minimize my discomfort. My skin responded much better to the sugaring and appeared healthier than it did with the traditional waxing which has caused skin irritation in the past. Most of the time people only post these reviews when they are negative, but I like to let businesses know when they are doing all the right things. I appreciate it when a professional not only performs quality work but has the keen awareness to make you *feel* good about the experience. I have a technology background and always try to do the same for my clients.I also want to mention that the front staff greeted me warmly and made the place feel inviting. I definitely plan to schedule another service in the future and highly recommend Carissa!
My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary. We did a couples massage and light therapy bath. Amazing!! The staff was super welcoming, and was even willing to adjust our appointment when we ran into car problems (drove in from Waco). My boyfriend was originally hesitant about the experience but loved it. We had an amazing time, and it was nice to spend the time relaxing together. Highly recommend, and we will be returning!
I’ve been here twice now and I can’t wait to go again. Both times I had the same lady for my deep tissue massage and it is seriously the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!) I also had a wonderful aesthetician for my facial, that was very informative and left my skin feeling amazing. Then second time we got a couples couples and it was perfect, relaxing, and romantic.
I had a wonderful experience. The facial by Connie was great. My Swedish massage by Jennifer was amazing. The Spa manicure & pedicure by Diana was fantastic. The parking right in front of their door is a brilliant marketing idea. My children gave me this wonderful Mother’s Day gift. It was perfect.
Love this place! Been going to is when I get some free funds for a few years now. It’s totally worth the cost. I talked my husband (boyfriend at the time) into joining me for the Egyptian Reverie and it was great! We went on our pre-honeymoon a few days after the wedding and it was just what we needed. The staff is always friendly and kind and knowledgeable! And all my experiences have been great (even once when there was equipment malfunction.)!!! I would totally recommend it!
When I first read the comments about this facility I was hesitant to schedule. HOWEVER, I am so grateful I did the service was phenomenal. I scheduled the couples passage massage for my fiances birthday and he was SO surprised. We both got sun burned the day so we were worried about being sore and the ladies did not skip a beat. The lotions and oils they picked were wonderful and helped soothe our pain. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. I will be a returning customer
One of my bridesmaids surprised me with a spa day at Spa Reveil and we both had an excellent experience. The Swedish massage was one of the best massages Ive ever had! As we drank our tea after our massage, we continued to relax in the relaxation room without feeling rushed. The staff is super friendly and the facility is really nice and clean. My mom and I are having a spa day this weekend and I cant wait to try the Vichy along with another Swedish massage!
Disappointed. Ended up with a rash and I have no allergies. The masseuse acted like she was not happy with her job. Not the best experience, however my wife really enjoyed it and it was really for her and not me.
Spa Reveil is an outstanding facility. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I plan to revisit often to select different services than I had on my first visit. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the the ladies who performed my selected services in the way that they consistantly make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. I particularly like the fact that the massage therapist considers your individual health situation and make sure they know about your pain level for different areas of your body before the therapy starts. I highly recommend Spa Reveil. This was first visit and will not be the last.
Pretty disappointed. I have been here before and overall mediocre decor and service. But today after having a very difficult month, and being very sick with a pregnancy, I just wanted a massage. A prenatal massage. I booked a facial to since I would be there. They do the facial and then when I get out tell me “I am a risk” because I am not 14 weeks. And I really just wanted a massage. So I have a sitter, go the spa, do the facial and come out and tell me I can’t have it. Not before I have the facial but after. Also how outdated is that - no massage until 2nd trimester. Research shows in the 1st trimester, massage can help with nausea and has little to no risk. Just disappointed in the fact they didn’t stop me from booking the appointment and then didn’t tell me until after I used their service and just decided to give me a free reflexology. Sadly I will return because I have a gift card. Also to reply to them, I booked via a phone call and they said I could get the massage. Doesnt matter what your website says when you people contradict it.
After my experience, I called and spoke with the manager who promised to resolve some of my concerns with the staff members individually and offered me a nice concession to offset the issues I experienced. Putting those aside as more isolated challenges, I would say that, overall, the quality of this spa has declined of the past several years. The front desk staff seems unpolished, overall treatments felt rushed, and groups of more than three overwhelm the place - other spa guests should be notified when this is happening. Additionally, regarding the facilities, Ive always loved the look and feel of the spa and think their treatment rooms are fantastic, but why are the towels so teeny? And every time Ive been there, people have accidentally locked themselves out of their lockers. Seems like an easy thing to fix. Additionally the recommended $92 eye cream was out of stock, but fortunately I found it later for $60 on Amazon. All in all, realize that there are sacrifices made for the convenience and location of this spa. I would strongly recommend visiting mid-week to avoid the bridal parties and other crowds.
Amazing from start to finish. Check-in was quality and according to CDC guidelines, provided overview and orientation to the facility. Lounge area was amazing, everyone was on time for each service I received and being able to relax in the lounge area between treatments was really nice. The truly amazing part was each person was top notch. My swedish massage was incredible - magic, pure magic. The best mani/pedi I have had in the city to date hands down. My facial put me to sleep and that’s a good thing. All in all, I will be back again..and again… and again. Kudos Réveil, you have something special.
I purchased a gift card after the staff answered questions and gave me information so I was informed what the spa offers and that the person receiving the gift card would be able to choose what she wants and when she wants it. The best thing about all of this is that the gift card is valid for a year. Every other spa I looked at wanted specific dates which as it is a gift to someone else is unknown at the time of purchase.Thank you for a stress free experience, this is the spa I will recommend not only to others but will myself be going to.
Massage therapist Lina was amazing. Generous use of the steam room and lounge area lifts the experience to a new level.
I had a 60 min Swedish massage and 30 min mini-facial this past weekend. This was my first time at Spa Reveil. My low star rating is not for the mini facial (which was actually quite nice), but for the Swedish massage. My massage therapist, April, spent the first half of my massage session talking and talking about what all acupuncture she could do on me ... while I was just trying to relax and enjoy my massage. The massage, though, was not relaxing at all. I’ve had better massages by my 10-year-old. It was the oddest massage I have ever experienced. I may give this place another try, just definitely not with April.
The front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming. I almost left at check in. The service providers I had were professional and I enjoyed the massage and pedicure.
Ive been here a few times to get my nails done and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The facility is centrally located in the Domain and is always super clean with a calming atmosphere. I have some friends who came here for spa services (i.e. - massage or facial) and they had a great experience as well. Definitely plan on going back!
Booked a swedish massage for an hour to give relief on back, neck and shoulder stress from working long hours.1. There is nothing great about the experience for being charged the amount they charge. I expected a better spa experience than regular spa. Agreed it’s located in the Domain, Austin , TX but still there was nothing luxury about the experience. We walked in and we were taken to a room and the massage began and ended2. 1. I ended up with bad pains a day after the massage and didn’t feel any better after either. Didn’t really address the purpose of my visit.
My husband booked a maternity spa day for my birthday this year. On my birthday they called to let us know that the roads were too icy and they would have to reschedule for the next week. A few days later we received a call and they informed us they didn’t have an opening for that day and rescheduled for a MONTH later.(I’m 8 months pregnant at this point) We went ahead and agreed to wait a month because we were offered an upgraded package for waiting. Today we received another call that they did not have enough staff to see me this month. I am extremely disappointed and will probably never use this salon because of the scheduling issues. I do understand staffing is a problem right now but 2 months? Less than a weeks notice every time ? Is no one being seen here because I would assume someone who had been put off for 2 months would be the first in line.
Thanks to my lovely man I was gifted a certificate, with that I chose the Pure Bliss package & Oh-My-Gosh... Amazing!!!! Staff is amazing from the front door to the exit... sweet and friendly! Connie did my facial and I just cant wait to go back to see her, Lleanna did my Vichy and Massage and she was so fantastic. I had the most relaxing day and will be back on a regular basis. They have made a forever customer! :)
The staff was really nice and attentive to all my needs. The location is unbeatable, and the installations sure look like a little piece of heaven. I truly enjoyed my Spa day there, specially the facial and the Renew and Restore Hydrotherapy. It made me feel so relaxed after a long trip. I would recommend Spa Réveil to anyone.
The facial room was chilly but service was very amazing and I will definitely be back!
My boyfriend booked a spa day for us at this place. The couples hot tub was so romantic, Swedish massage was so relaxing. We got pedicures and the nail technicians were professional and super clean. I have never seen the use of disposable tools before, so that was pretty impressive!
Everything was fine I had an awesome experience the massage was a bit rough but nothing super concerning UNTIL I GOT HOME. After I got home and took my shirt of there was a HUGE knot/bump on my upper back! The ball was the size of fist! Now I’m left wondering how trained are the massage therapist or if they’re even. Poor massage techniques apparently
My second visit was even better then the first and Im booked again in 3 weeks. Ive honestly never visited the same spa more then once but Spa Reveil and Brittany have earned my business! Staff is very friendly and accommodation and Brittany is the best massage therapist Ive been to. She really takes the time to understand what is happening with your body and adjusts her treatment to benefit you the most, plus gives great advise to use outside the spa in the continued effort to bring relief to troubled areas.
To preface my comments, the actual massage I received was great, they did a great job with the pressure and made it a comfortable experince throughout the massage. The reason for my low rating was 2 things....one, when I booked I asked if they take spafinder gift cards and they said yes (the main reason I booked the place) however when we left they did not take the gift cards and I had to pay out of pocket an expense I was not planning on incurring. Two, the showers and mens locker area had some mold on the walls and felt very hotel-like and not spa-like.
Spa Reveil is definitely a place I love and love to take my spouse here as well. The therapist is so knowledgeable and provides me with many tips each time I go. The receptionist are really pleasant and welcoming. Gosh is the facility nice as well, the location couldnt be better. If I could afford it I would definitely be there at least once a week.
My kids treated me to a mini facial and a deep tissue massage for my birthday and it was great! The best massage Ive ever had. Lovely atmosphere, excellent staff, a little oasis of calm and relaxation.
I have been three separate times to Spa Reveil and loved each service I have had. The environment is peaceful from the second you walk in the doors. The womens bathroom has a steam room that I love to sit in after my services are complete. The only reason I did not give a 4 star is because the first time I went in for a massage (about 2 years ago) I was sick at the time and over weight because of it. The massage therapist kept mentioning things related to diet and working out while giving me a message and I thought this was disrespectful seeing as she did not know my circumstance for the weight gain at that time. The other therapist that day were very sweet though so overall I still really enjoy this spa.
Abby provided a great experience in a lovely setting. She customized my massage and left me feeling rejuvenated. Thank you.
I have been to Spa Reveil several times and always have a very relaxing time. Get there early to enjoy the steam room and lounge with teas and coffees. My massage therapist did a good job and I would go to her again. I did not like my facial and wont spend the money on that again. I did enjoy a hydrotherapy bath and it was so nice!!
This was my first spa experience. I cannot wait to go back. Amber gave the best massage! My facial was amazing, I wish I remembered her name. She gave me a lot of tips. I also had a mani/pedi and that lady was extremely grounded and kind. This was a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend.
So, today is my birthday, and I fully expected to spend a good chunk of my day here, but sadly, my appointment was canceled half an hour before my start time. My husband set this all up for me and surprised me with the news yesterday. He said the start time had to be rescheduled a few times, but that it was now set for 10 a.m. and that I should be ready to leave at least 30 minutes beforehand. He took the day off work to take care of our younger children, so this was supposed to be a full day for me. I do completely understand that emergencies happen, as i have worked in 2 high end spas in downtown Austin, but this really sounds like an issue with communication to me. If there were so many issues with todays schedule, wouldnt it have made more sense to tell us yesterday as opposed to 30 minutes before the appointment? Proceed with caution if you really NEED to relax...Im unbelievably disappointed.
I went for a promotional spa treatment, hand and mini facial. It was a good experience but it was short and I did feel it was a little salesy on the product treatment part, but to be fair, that was why they were offering the special to showcase a new product line. The staff was friendly and I like that they have parking available. Since this was a short visit I am giving a more neutral rating. Wasnt bad, but was not great, either. I would be willing to go back and check them out again.
With all due respect this was the most uncomfortable massage experience ever. My wife treated her and I to a couples massage for my birthday. This was far from our first, but our first at Spa Reveil. To be honest its hard to explain, as odd as it sounds it felt like my eight year old daughter was rubbing me after she watched Mommy do it. Right after the therapist left I looked over to my wife and asked what did you sign me up for. Either it was the first man the therapist had ever touched or she had no clue what she was doing. It was as if she was pressing buttons or trying to find something. There was minimal rubbing and when she actually did find a spot that hurt she just glazed over it. Ive never left a massage feeling full of anxiety and worse than I did when I arrived. On the other hand my wife did enjoy hers, I guess it was just a bad experience for me.
I feel a world of deference walking out of this place. Clean, hospitable, and great job. Ill be back.
Spa Reveil is always a great experience. Ive been getting facials here for about two years, and finally booked a massage also. Amber was my massage therapist and I explained the pains and aches, she meticulously worked through the knots and tension in my back and I felt physical relief almost instantly.
I have been here a couple times... Went this past weekend and had a number of treatments done. The Facial was AMAZING!! The reason I gave only three stars is because the two massage therapists I have had did not listen to my needs or read the paper I filled out. I also only gave three stars because of the front desk woman (Hispanic Lady). After all of my treatments she told me I was required to give a 15% each (three people on a $475.00 bill) tip. Typically I wouldnt have a problem tipping but when you tell me it is required and it for each person.... that is a problem for me. Not only did she tell me that but then got snobby and rude when I explained I had no idea about their policy.
I enjoyed my first pedicure and massage after a year here. It was very relaxing and the staff was kind. When they’re fully open (May I think), I plan to go back to enjoy the sauna and other amenities.
This is my first negative review ever and I feel bad even writing it but there were some areas I felt need to be addressed for the price. First off, the location, ambiance, and staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. I took my gf here for the Egyptian couples retreat which started out great and then started to go downhill. My scalp massage was so aggressive my gf commented she could hear it after. Following the scalp massage we had the 60 minute massage, however both our chins kept hitting this cold metal bar in the headstand that we couldn’t fix no matter how many times we adjusted. After the massage, we were left to “relax” however all you could hear was people clinking glasses, dumping them in the tub we just bathed in, and more. It really took away from the experience. To top it off, when going to shower and sauna, the sauna would not start after 5 minutes. I asked another gentleman if he has the same problem, and mentioned he tried for 10 minutes and it barely was putting out steam. This may have just been an off hour or day as it was later however for the price of the experience, both my gf and I were underwhelmed. I’d like to reiterate how great the staff, location, and ambiance was though. Really top notch.
Very enjoyable experience. I had the Swedish massage, which was fantastic! Then I enjoyed some down time with a glass of hot tea in the lounge followed by 30 minutes in the hammam. Very relaxing. The staff was superb and I will certainly be returning.
The couples experience and massages were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be recommending to others.
We had an appointment scheduled at 1:30. Spoke with Chloe was extremely rude and interrupting me when I was in a middle of sentence. We also had this appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Poor customer service would recommend anywhere but here!
Usually I have great things to say about this place. Today I tried to get a gel pedicure and my son got a massage. The massage person talked to him the whole time. She kept asking him questions. He wouldn’t answer her and wished she’d get the hint he wanted quiet. This was his only day off in a few weeks and he was looking forward to just relaxing. Instead, she talked and talked about his work. (Like I said he only had today off.)He told her he just wanted to relax and not talk, so she talked the whole time anyway. He told her no heat, she kept putting hot towels on him.I got a gel pedicure. She told me I didn’t want a gel pedicure.I said yes I do.She said oh we use a vinyl.I said if you don’t have gel I don’t really want the pedicure. She said vinyl will stay on for 6 weeks!I said “at the beach?”She said well no. I said “I really do want the gel!”Weird conversation. I can’t understand why you would say don’t get gel if that’s what I booked.I get gel specifically because we travel a lot to beaches and regular polish doesn’t stay on.I’ve gotten countless gel pedicures and never had a problem with getting the gel off. Most places use a tool to zip it off. She said “we don’t use drills! We try to use natural gentle methods.”Except there was NOTHING GENTLE about this experience. She literally couldn’t get the gel off, so she used an emery board and scraped it. Then a big file like you use for artificial nails. The problem was the file was sharp and like sandpaper rubbing against my skin.As she used the emery board, she scraped it across my skin over and over.It HURT.After getting the gel off of 3 toes I was in pain, so I told her to stop.I put my shoes on and waited for my son. After all that, I asked the receptionist if I could use a gift certificate and just tip with my debit card. The gift certificate had just enough for my son to get 2 massages total and I wanted him to have enough for a second massage.Instead They made us charge the whole thing to the gift card. I kept asking can’t you do two separate charges? They said no.So now he’ll have to pay the extra to get the second massage.I had to buy acetone on the way home to soak my toes, but the edges of my toes are raw from the scraping of the file. So I’m in white hot pain trying to soak this off my toes.I’d never go back for a manicure or pedicure there. And massages are usually ok, but this experience had made me rethink my loyalty here.I have 3 painful non polished toes and 7 still polished toes with the top layer scraped off. There’s lots of nerve endings under the nail bed. All of mine hurt. After our gift cards are used we will find another spa.
I travel a lot and have visited numerous spas around the world. The experience at Spa Reveil was hands down the best that I have ever had. Luxurious setting, friendly and professional staff, and yes, awesome massage! I will definitely be back next time I am in town.
I have been to this spa almost a dozen times and love the experience. The staff are great and the atmosphere is relaxing. The steam room and the lounge are great add-ons to unwind before any treatment. I went for the facial most of the time and tried a few of their facial packages and love them all. The holistic enzyme is my favorite. I have pretty sensitive skin and do not have any issue with the products. I started using their naturopathica and PCA skin care products for my skin care routine now. My husband seems to enjoy his deep tissue massage and now he comes with me each time I get my facial.
My boyfriend and I have done 2 couples massages at Spa Reveil and both were wonderful--we wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. They are exceptionally professional and top rate at what they do.
I planned to end my best friend’s bachelorette weekend with a spa day. After a lot of searching for a spa, I found Spa Réveil. The offer a number bachelorette party package and we opted for the first package. From a list of available services, we were allowed to pick 2x 20 minute activities. We picked the hydrotherapy and massage.I called and made a reservation about 3 weeks prior to the desired date and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, A week before our spa day, the therapist I was booked with had an emergency and wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. The staff called me and they were very accommodating in finding a time that worked best for myself and the bride and were reschedule us to the day after our original appointment (which worked out better in the long run).Upon arrival, the lobby was calm and quiet, the ladies at the front desk talk softly, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. We were relaxed as soon as we walked in. Bride and I filled out our paperwork and the desk lady gave us a quick tour and introduction. We were instructed to change into robes and wait for our therapist in the lounge. Those robes were probably the softest robes I have ever felt.We were greeted by our therapists and guided to our fist activity. I was to be doing the massage first while bride was doing the hydrotherapy bath. My therapist had the most firm but gentle hands. Since the massage was 20 minutes, there was only enough time to focus on one area. On that note, I was so relaxed that it did not feel like 20 minutes. It felt way longer than 20 minutes but I’m not complaining. She was able to work on some knots without completely destroying my muscles with pressure like other massages I’ve had. After the first activity, we were told to wait in the lounge room and they would come back for us when our next activity was ready. During that time I was able to catch up with Bride. She said she felt that her hydrotherapy bath was WAAYY too hot and after the first five minutes, which were really relaxing, the heat started getting to her. In an effort to get up and out of the bath to check the time, she accidentally pressed the emergency button. Her therapist checked in on her and that’s when she told the therapist that her bath was way too hot and she wanted to check the time left. Instead of cooling down the bath, her therapist just said “ok” and left the room.We waited in the lounge until our next activity was ready. The lounge is fully stocked with a self serve beverage bar (water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc). The lounge has comfortable arm chairs and 8 comfortable lounge chairs. This area is meant to relax and unwind before and after your appointments. I managed to fall asleep between the 10 minutes it took to be called in for the next event. My therapist got me from the lounge room and took me to the hydrotherapy room. My experience was much different from Bride’s.My therapist offered me a shower cap and asked what essential oils I was interested in having and then gave me a quick overview of the bath. She showed me which knob to turn for cold water if the bath gets too hot. She provided me with a fresh glass of lemon water and also warned me about the emergency button. She turned on the jets and timer and left the room. I removed my robe and got into the bath. It was very relaxing. The jets were a bit much but they were fun. They tickled me and it made me laugh. It did get too hot, but I was able to adjust the temperature accordingly. I believe 20 minutes was the perfect amount of time for that bath. I felt relaxed and at ease. I went back to the lounge area and met up with bride. We felt so good and ended up taking a 45 minute nap on the lounge chairs. My experience was amazing and look forward to going back with her, her soon to be husband, and my SO. It would make for a great couples weekend.Thank you to the amazing staff for making this experience a memorable one for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend.
Great experience, beautiful, clean, relaxing environment with enjoyable and professional staff. My hydrotherapy treatment and Swedish massage were both amazing!!!
Today I had the perfect day package and the experience was Obsessional from the beginning to the end anyone whose just needs a day of relaxation and to free you mind this is Definitely it. The staff was wonderful and the place was extremely clean. I feel like a whole new women and I’m Definitely coming back.
Just WOW. My husband and I went here to celebrate our part of our honeymoon. It was a mini honeymoon celebration in Austin and hard to find a lot of things to do with the pandemic but I would HIGHLY recommend Spa Reveil!! It was so clean, professional, and relaxing. I would say this is the best massage/spa experience I have had. We did the Egyptian Spa Package. Was the best decision we made all trip. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable. It started with a milk bath, which had some chocolates to snack on next to it, and was just super relaxing with bubbles and hot water. After, we had some shea butter body wraps and scalp massages, and then the full massage. It was so romantic and fun to do with your significant other. If we ever visit Austin again, we will definitely go back. If you need a little getaway, some relaxation, or a romantic idea with your significant other, this is the place to be!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPA REVEIL! Thanks for an awesome experience!
Very nice spa, massage has always been great in the past. The last massage I received she cut my time short by 15min, I got dressed and then she came back and told me she had the time wrong and I had another 15 min left so I had to get back undressed. Ruined the relaxing feeling the massage usually leaves me with.
This was the BEST gift I have ever gotten.Im one of those people who has trouble sleeping (or relaxing for that matter) because my brain is always going a million miles an hour.A pedicure, a little time in the hammam, and by the time I got to my big Signature treatment I was so relaxed I wasnt thinking of anything. By the time my afternoon was done I was so relaxed I looked stoned in the pics my mom took.I cannot recommend the spa, or Mary, highly enough. Will definitely pinch my pennies so I can do it again.
So, I have been here maybe 5 times. One time (my last experience) was not my favorite but I am hanging on to the others and will go back again!1) The assistants checking you in are very warm. They show you around the place and help make me feel welcomed in each time. I also never have trouble scheduling with them. A+ service.2) The facilities themselves are very pretty. The locker room, while small, is very comfortable. Normally I am one of the only people in the whole room. They have a steam room which is a great way to start off your treatments.3) I had a facial once. Not great. I dont come here for facials, because it wasnt as good as other places I go and a lot more expensive.4) VICHY. AHHHH-MAAAAA-GGAAWWWDDD. Best thing that has ever been done to me. It is so relaxing and leaves my skin feeling like a just born fresh baby. I have never felt anything but comfortable, even laying there stark naked in front of a stranger. Its amazing and the reason I come here.5. Massage. I have had the best massage ever here (I have had over 100, so I am quite the expert ;) ) but I have also had the worst. Like wincing in pain, counting down the minutes until it is over type. I felt bad because the girl was nice. I will now ask for a specific person when I book.6. They offer other things here I have never tried like the hydrotherapy. I look forward to trying that sometime. Because of the amazing Vichy and massage from the one girl I will keep going back and back for more. Please try the Vichy and you will thank me!!
Spa Reveil is such an amazing spa treatment facility if you want to experience a total body relaxation that will rejuvenate your mind, beauty and wellness needs. My college friend and I had an awesome experience in facial and massages, such a relaxing experience, this was my fourth visits at the spa Reveil, and I will come again soon. I will highly recommend for anyone who wanted to experience total body relaxation. The facility is luxurious and the quality of the services are excellent, friendly and professional.
Everyone is professional and kind. Everything her is clean and well kept.
My husband and I did a couples massage in March. The massage therapist were nice but the massage bed was extremely hard and my therapist hand movements were very rushed. My husbands massage lasted longer than mine and we paid for the same service.
My amazing boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday and I never wanted to leave. The facilities were very clean and they had a steam room in the dressing area which I was very impressed with. We started in the relaxation area where we were offered an assortment of drinks. The relaxation area was just that, relaxing and peaceful. We were then greeted by our masseuses and shown to our private room. We first got to soak in a jacuzzi tub paired with truffles and champagne. After our soak we had our massages. I got a swedish massage and my boyfriend got a deep tissue. We were both very satisfied with our massages and how professional everyone was. Spa Reveil has got to be the best place in Austin to sit back relax and get pampered.
While I enjoy their facilities, my massage was terrible & pretty much ruined my experience. My husband got me a gift certificate when I had a baby in May. I was finally able to use it on my birthday in October. Ive been to Spa Reveil before & had a pleasant experience so I was really looking forward to the relaxing environment & a good massage. The facilities are very nice. The locker room feels a bit cramped, but youre not there to spend time in the locker room so no biggie. The Hamman is amazing. It takes it a bit to get going, but once it does, its amazing. Its probably my favorite things there. The sanctuary lounge is comfortable. I like the loungers & the fact that the sheers can be closed to give you a sense of privacy. The music was a little loud, but that was easily taken care of.The beverage selection is great. I suggest hot chocolate after your massage. My therapist, Mary, came to the lounge & called me by my last name. Typical? No. When I politely corrected her, her reply was oh, I didnt know. No. You did know. I filled out an intake form with my name on it & I have very good penmanship. I was scheduled for an 80 minute massage plus 15 minute reflexology. Once in the room, which was the worst room; it was next to the therapists area & I could hear their conversations through the wall, the only question she asked was what scent of lotion I wanted. She told me the names of them. Besides lavender, I had no idea what they smelled like. So I got a bottle & opened it to smell for myself. She didnt ask if I had any problem areas or injuries, other contraindications, what kind of pressure I wanted, nothing. She asked about the lotion & told me to start face down, thats it. With her hand on the door, I stopped her, told her the areas that were bothering my & that I didnt want the 15 minutes of reflexology, just 15 minutes of massage. When she came back in she put a hot pack on my neck, without asking & which I didnt want. She worked on my feet FOREVER! It was so annoying & I almost asked her to stop & end the massage. While she was working on my feet forever, she used one hand...a lot. This really makes me think she was on her phone. There is NO reason to & you should never just use one hand for that long. I thought it might get better & I really needed to relax. She did the same forearm stroke on my calf 12-15 times. There was basically no arm massage. The back work wasnt great & it felt like she was mainly just trying to push the knot in my shoulder under my scapula. I NEVER relaxed & stayed awake the entire time...that was a first. I was literally almost in tears after the massage. Its not what I needed or wanted & NOT what my husband paid for.I am a massage therapist & know how things should be done. Im not some high maintenance spoiled brat that gets massages at the spa all the time (even while working at one of the best in Austin). If I ever go back, I will ask questions (where they had their training, how long theyve been a therapist, etc.) about the therapists before making an appointment.Based on my experience, the places to relax there are the lounge & Hamman, not with a massage by Mary.
I am very disappointed with my experience here. I made an appointment with Andrew as my co-worker told me he does the best deep tissue massage. I thought the price was a bit high but if he was as good as she said he was, I felt it would be well worth it as I have been moving and my back is killing me! So I call Friday to make an appointment with Andrew. I get my appointment arranged for Sunday at 2pm. I am stoked! I get a call yesterday morning from the spa saying that Andrew is sick with a fever (totally understandable) and they tell me they can get me in with another therapist at 1:15pm. I said that sounds fine. They ask me to arrive by 1pm so I can fill out paperwork and get into my robe. I arrive at 1pm as instructed and I wait and wait in line to check in. There is a woman at the register who is trying to pay and the receptionist is having difficulty checking her out... Needless to say, by the time I get to the front of the line, it is 1:16pm. I mention to the receptionist at that time that I hoped that would not impact my massage time considering I arrived early as instructed and stood in line for 16 minutes... She said everything would be OK. She shows me to the locker room where I change into my robe. I rush as fast as I can as to not lose anymore of my 60-minute massage. This experience is already off to a stressful, non-relaxed state. I go outside of the locker room and am greeted by Sharon, the therapist who was going to work on me. I explain to her that I got there at 1pm as requested but was late getting dressed because of standing in line waiting to check in. She tells me that unfortunately she has another client right after me so she would do the best she could with the time we had. I make sure to look at the clock upon laying on the table -- it is 1:30pm -- already, 15 minutes have been lost. Upon the completion of the massage, I look at the clock and its 2:15pm so my massage was 45 min rather than 1 hour. Sharon told me that shes sure the front desk would make it right. I change into my clothes and go up front to check out. The two ladies behind the desk ask how my experience was. I told them I was extremely disappointed. I had specifically made an appointment there to get Andrew and when I found out he was sick, I asked that whoever his replacement was going to be, be as good as he is with deep tissue massages. Sharon was good if you want a Swedish massage but I wanted and thought I was paying for a deep tissue massage... Not so much. I then AGAIN expressed my frustration with the fact that I scheduled and was going to pay for a 60 min massage but only got 45 min because of the long line I had to stand in upon checking in. The ladies up front told me they were sorry and they would give me 10% off. Big deal! I still ended up paying $94 dollars (not including tip) and left really dissatisfied. I expected them to give me a complimentary certificate to apply towards another visit with Andrew so I could actually get what I paid for. I am very disappointed with this experience and needless to say will NEVER go back or refer to a friend.
My girlfriend and I visited Spa Reveil on December 19, 2015 for our anniversary, where we reserved the 110 minute Couple’s Escapade package for $350.00. A decent price considering it is for two people and for three items right? Well, that statement would be true IF Spa Reveil charged us correctly! We checked in for our 4:15pm appointment with no issues where we filled in the standard paperwork, got changed into our robes, and was guided into our private couples suite by Brittany (my masseuse) and Illeana (my girlfriend’s masseuse). The body brushing was neat, particularly for a guy like me who has never used one of those brushes before.Following the body brushing, I got the milk wrap wherein Brittany rubbed some sort of lotion on me and wrapped me up like a burrito in some plastic.Following the wrap, Brittany began the massage process, which was ON POINT! I get deep tissue massages normally and always equate Swedish massages with just rubbing circles on people, so I was pleasantly surprised with how hard Brittany was working me. I had my eyes closed the entire time, but at one point when Brittany was working me, I could’ve sworn she was on the table driving all her force on my back to get rid of my many knots (don’t worry, it hurt so good). Following the massage, I felt sore, but that good sore you get from a good massage; I was completely relaxed. My girlfriend, on the other hand, immediately told me how terrible her massage was; you can read Jessica B’s review of Spa Reveil on Yelp for more information. As my girlfriend was expressing her concerns over the service quality she received (with Brittany actually, as Illeana was nowhere to be found), I began to freshen up and change, as we had a dinner to rush to after our massage. The shower was ok—no crazy experience, but a nice, clean, comfortable place to freshen up and change.Following our services, I met with my girlfriend in the reception area where she was already expressing her displeasure with her service with the cashier. Do you remember how I said we signed up for a 110 minute Couple’s Escapade package for $350.00? Somehow, I paid $337.00 plus tip for it AFTER Spa Reveil apparently comped us 50% off for our service. The cashier said that I paid full price for my service while my girlfriend got the 50% off. So with that said, here’s how our breakdown SHOULD have been:Couple’s Escapade Package Total Price: $350.00½ Couple’s Escapade Package Price for Me: $175.00½ Couple’s Escapade Package for Girlfriend: $175.00/2= $87.50Total Price Should Have Paid: $175.00 (for me) + $87.50 (for girlfriend) = $263.00 + tipSo what actually happened? Did the cashier actually give us 50% off? Yes, but when does charging two people who come to the spa for the 110 minute Couple’s Escapade Package cost $225.00 per person? Only when the cashier charges you incorrectly! We got the 110-minute package, not the 150-minute package, as our receipt shows. If we had truly gotten the 150-minute massage, at a start time of 4:15pm, we should have just finished our spa treatment at 6:45pm, which wasn’t the case. We tried to explain all of this to the cashier, with me calmly explaining to the cashier that the price she was charging us wasn’t passing the common sense test, but the cashier would simply say to “call the spa director.” We wanted to talk to the spa director immediately, but the cashier said she was gone for the night. As we were already running late for our dinner downtown, we paid the price and let the cashier know we’d be in touch. In conclusion, Brittany= on point, particularly on how she tried to console my girlfriend when it should’ve been Illeana talking to her. Everything else about the place? Just ok. Customer Service, particularly from the cashier? Come on man, at least have some common sense and don’t just tell us “but my system tells me I gave you 50%”
Couple’s massage services exceeded my expectations. We were greeted promptly and did not feel rushed through in any way. Already planning our next booking
Ive been to Spa Reveil twice and both times it has been a perfectly relaxing and therapeutic experience. The specialists, technicians, and massage therapists are professional, courteous, and the ambiance is fantastic. The experience can be whatever youd like to make it. Id highly recommend.
I wish I could give zero stars. Worst business I have ever dealt with and I am about to report this to the BBB. Me and my boyfriend got the couples escapade for $350 which we where going to split for our anniversary. His was awesome and mine was AWFUL. HORRENDOUS. I had an allergic reaction to the body wrap so had to stop and go take a shower. I came back and we had the massage and it was the worst massage. Ever. The whole time I had to ask for more pressure and she did not listen. I got a glorified back rub. She never touched my arms, my neck, or anything. Just my back. I asked multiple times and directed her, but she kept ignoring me.I complained about this to the lady at the front and she called the manager who said to give us 50% off. But apparently she charged us all wrong. She charged us for 150 minute massage, when we only got the 110 minute massage. We got charged 100 dollars more! We should have been charged $350, not $450!!!So if we had been charged CORRECTLY, then the 50% discount would be as follow: Half of $350 is $175. We should have been charged $175 because my boyfriend was the only one who enjoyed the service. Well they split it up and said his service was $225 and mine was $112. So instead of taking half off of the advertised package, they separated the services and THEN took the 50% off. So I got charged $112 and my boyfriend was charged $225. Even if thats how they apply discounts. It is STILL wrong because we NEVER GOT THE $450 PACKAGE. WE WERE OVERCHARGED FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER GOT.Sneaky. Do not do business with this spa. I will make sure to spread my experience to every review site I can find because what they did to us was downright dirty. Everyone was super rude. They said that even though the massage was bad, I still got it, so I still was expected to pay even though the service was not good. Will not be back. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY ANNIVERSARY NIGHT.I also asked her to split the payment between two cards. Nope. Charged on one card. Asked her to refund and redo it. She got mad. We were so fed up at that point we just left after she yelled to take it up with the spa director. Do not yell at your customers.
I paid for add-ons with our 2nd couples massage based on the website description and a previous servcie where I received a scalp massage. The first time was great, the second time they didnt follow the website description and cheaped out on using oils. My husband had a terrible experience with his therapist and is still aching a week later. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. I wont be coming back here again.
I had a full body Swedish Massage that was heavenly and a facial that has my skin glowing. This was a treat that i dont do often enough but is a necessity and i will be treating myself more often. The staff are very professional and the environment is so relaxing. Parking you cant beat and accessible to great restaurants and shopping afterwards. Located in the hottest area of Austin at the Domain.
This is by far one of the greatest spas to get a full body massage and facial at. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they take care of you from the time you check in to the time you leave. Ive been a couple of time and plan on making this is my go to spa to visit for all my self care needs. Thanks so much Spa Reveil for such a great experience every time I I book a service.
Great experience for a facial and a massage! The spa is peaceful and I felt prioritized. There’s usually parking in front of the building. Friendly staff!
Very courteous staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Loved the free use of the relaxation room, sauna and locker room. My services were fantastic- aromatherapy hydrobath and foot scrub. Ill definitely be back, soon!
Brandy did an amazing job with making sure I was comfortable & massaging the spots that were tense. Overall her professionalism & the Swedish massage she completed was very relaxing.Thank you,
I highly recommend the Chi Balancing facial & Swedish massage. I couldnt be happier with my overall experience. From the employees skill and professionalism, to the decor, atmosphere, products and equipment, it all worked for me.Im 55 fair skin femal that has a history of never ending acne, large pores and skin that resist treatments from dermatologist to home remedies. I was pleasantly surprised to find one at Reveil that works for me. The Chi not only helped with my history skin problems, but has improved my aging skin.Equally amazing was the Swedish massage. Its been 48 hours and I still feel energized.I had Lori T. for the massage and Kristine O. for the facial. Im definitely returning to try other services and repeat the ones I had.
Everything is great about Spa reveil. The service, the ambiance, the privacy of the nail salon. The only thing that is almost a deal breaker is that there is no wifi there. I mean there is for the staff, but it is not shared with the clients. That together with the fact that my at&t signal does not work at the domain makes it impossible to use phone at all there. I think the admin should reconsider giving their clients access to their wifi account.
I had the most amazing massage at Spa Reveil. With a little one at home, I was able to relax and enjoy every second from the time I changed and made a hot cup of tea, to the end of my massage. I will definitely go back!
One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Massage therapist was Lin.
I got a gift card from a friend to try this place. I really liked it a lot. I got a massage and a facial. Both services were great. The front staff service was outstanding. I left this place feeling happy and relax. I will be back and I will take a friend with me next time.
Walked by this place many times at the Domain....glad I walked in this time...I will be coming back! Very nice setting up on the 2nd floor. Go early before your service to relax...I used the steam room....then 45 minutes just relaxing in their wonderful lounge chairs. Service was excellent! Enjoy a day or half-day...you will love it.
The services offered by this spa are phenomenal - hands down the best I have had in Austin (facials, massages, scrubs, soaks, pretty much everything). Crystal provides excellent massages and Connie provides excellent facials. The customer service is usually great too - however was disappointed when I arrived for my spa appointment yesterday and noticed that there were 4 cars in the reserved spa parking spots with their engines running (the individuals inside did not appear to be spa customers). I also saw two individuals (they looked like a father and son) come out of the Kona Grill Restaurant next door and get into their car (parked in a spa spot) and drive off. When I mentioned this to the receptionist I received a somewhat defensive response (we cant call security every 15 minutes and this is after all a shopping mall). I do not remember her name but she had black hair. Although her tone was pleasant, I dont think the choice of words was customer service oriented. I asked her not to take my feedback personally - it just seems that at the premium prices listed on the spas fee schedule and the dedicated parking which is advertised by the signs - it is not unreasonable to expect that the parking spots should be available to spa guests as advertised. Not to mention, I have been to several spas in shopping malls across the US and not had these repeated issues with availability of spa parking - this is at least the 4th time I have had this experience at Spa Reveil. As for not being able to call security every 15 minutes - the communication issues between spa management, mall management, and security services should not really be a customers concern. The end result of the customer experience should be what matters to the staff and management of the spa. When I was leaving, there was a different lady at reception who asked about my experience - I mentioned that as usual I had received impeccable spa services but was disappointed at the lack of follow through on the part of spa management when it came to dedicated spa parking - this receptionist was very kind and understanding - she simply indicated she understood my frustration (her understanding was evidenced by her expression) and simply apologized for my inconvenience (I do not remember her name but she had brown/blond highlighted hair). I appreciated her customer service oriented response and left the spa feeling like my concerns were at least listened to and understood - which was nice. I will be returning to this spa at least once more in hopes that the spa/mall management/security do a better job of managing the dedicated parking spaces.
Fraud!Came to the spa and got my vehicle towed.Had to pay to get my vehicle out.
I had been there many times and spent over 1000 dollars there. They overcharged me by 60$ and rather than giving me a credit on my next massage they said I was lying. I talked to a women named Raquel. I asked to talk to her manager Bibett and she said she had already discussed it with her. I will never go back.
I booked for a deep tissue. The website had details saying its for whole body. What I got is an oil massage for back and neck. Thats so unprofessional to cheat customers this way. Not delivering what is promised for a high price like that. I asked and they simply said sorry, nothing else. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.Very unprofessional, Dont go by reviews.
I went to Spa Reveil about one year ago. I felt the experience was enjoyable and the deep tissue massage was done with the right amount of pressure. The staff and the amenities were wonderful. I will want to go again for another massage soon.:)
I had a fantastic facial and scalp massage at Reveil. Ionie was wonderful. My whole experience was great and I appreciated that they werent trying to upsell me with facial products. Ill definitely be back.
Wonderful people and wonderful place! You will love you experience!
We loved every minute of it. The staff were professional and patience. We came out super relax. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back.
I was given a Gift Certificate to Spa Reviel and it was the best gift ever!! I had pinched a nerve in my neck a while back that causes lots of pain and after my full body massage at Spa Reviel my neck pain disappeared! I felt soooo good afterwards & would reccomend the massages!! I also got a pedicure and manicure but to be honest I have had better pedicures done at other cheaper places.
Spa Reveil is wonderfully relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. Their waiting sanctuary is private and cozy and my scheduled appointments always begin right on time. Crystal is a miracle worker! I was skeptical when I first heard about sugaring but it has changed my life.
I got the Egyptian ritual which includes a milk bath in jacuzzi tub, special lotion wrap and massage. it was such a nice way to spend 2 hrs. Plus they atmosphere is calm and there sauna room is amazing!!
Nice place. Covid safety enforced with no locker, no shower, and no hammam, which is why I really dont understand why they dont let us change is the treatment room. Services are limited for anything aquatic but massage and facial are still in.
The spa is consistently clean, well staffed, and professional. Its the only spa I go to now, if I have the opportunity to treat myself to a facial, massage, or remarkable mani-pedi. All of the clinicians are well trained and excellent.
45 minutes late on my appointment time, dirty robes, dirty facilities. Hopefully the pedicure I came for turns out better than the rest of the visit so far!EDIT ** The pedi came out very nice. Ill add a star for that.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I bought my wife a gift certificate. When she called to book her appointment she told them exactly which services she wanted. When they read back what they booked her for, they put it down wong. She corrected it then and told them. (I know, I was there when she called.) The person booking the appointment said it was not a problem nd my wife could tell them when she arrived and they could make the adjustment at check0in and she would get the treatment she wanted. Guess what! When she arrived the person at the desk said they could not give her the treament she wanted as there is only one person that could do part of the treatmnt she wanted. She could do one part of her treatment today, and schedule the other part another day, or shedule for another day and make her come twice that day. What good is a spa if you have to come in the morning for one part and come back in the afternoon for the rest. How is that relaxing? The only asnwer we got from the person at the front desk was that the person that booked the appointment was new and didnt know better. Then train your staff before you let them interface with your customers. This is not like waiting at McDonalds for them to cook up some more frys. I hope they have enought customers because, apparently they are not concerned with respecting the time of first time customer. This was supposed to be a relxing special occation for my wife. And to think we were discussing that this might be a nice this for her to do again. I think NOT!!!
This is a hidden gem in the Domain. Usually you think of the Domain as expensive but without real value/soul (or at least thats how I think about it), but Spa Reveil was a pleasant surprise!A coworker booked a group day, and I had a facial by Renee that was very relaxing and I felt it actually brightened my complexion. Sometimes facials are just relaxing, without a real benefit, but Renee did a great job and my skin feels great. Renee also addressed some specific concerns I have and gave me some good, easy advice. Then came a massage and vichy shower with Sharon. Both were just heavenly; she is a real Earth Mother type and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first vichy. The vichy was an enormous treat, very decadent. When I booked my appointment, they helped me decide what to choose and did a great job accommodating our group. I docked one star because I couldnt get the hammam to work; I didnt ask for help, though, because they were closing in 15 minutes so I just skipped it. Next time I will!
Deep tissue massage is good but facial and head massage is a complete waste of time and money
Went for an appointment that i got confirmation on and they told me that it’s booked a month from now. I showed them the email That their system sent me and they just said “oh sorry but our system shows it’s for 2/20 and it must have been a miscommunication”. Even with the email, they were trying to not take the blame. They said “well you could come back for a massage later in the day”, and i had booked a 2.5 hour service with them. Horrible customer service and didn’t offer anything for their mistake.
Absolutely recommend Spa Reveil for anyone interested in sugaring! Ive gone now a handful of times and each-time I leave more satisfied with salon services. Recently I was unable to schedule an appointment with my regular esthetician, Crystal, at Spa Reveil. Due to an occasion I made an appointment at another high-end salon and day spa and had a horrendous and traumatizing experience. I was so grateful when I was finally able to re-book a sugaring. Everyone from the front desk to Crystal are amazing! Crystal took the time to listen and assess my horrible waxing experience. Her warm, kind, and funny personality make each appointment go by quickly. Ive been waxing now for over 10 years and just started sugaring - so much better! Beyond the wax or sugar its also the esthetician thats providing/applying the service & skill. Crystal is phenomenal at her job! She takes great pride in her work and it shows!
I tried to book my 13 year old daughter a mani/pedi and facial as a birthday treat. I was on the phone (the first time) for 20 minutes and didnt get anywhere with the receptionist who finally said that her manager would have to call me back. 2 hours later the manager called me back to say that my daughter could not have any treatments at the spa until she was 17. I find this ridiculous. I understand if I was trying to book a massage but my daughter and I have been to spas all over the world and this is the first time we have been refused a mani/pedi. I even booked my daughters birthday when she was 10 at a local spa for her and a large group of friends to have their nails done. In my opinion, Spa Reveil is very backwards when it comes to customer service and should embrace the 21st century.
This really is my favorite pedicure in town! The ladies are always very attentive, the polish LASTS, and they even have the massaging chairs. Its a little pricier than my neighborhood spot, but its also way nicer!!! Worth a splurge.
Too expensive for not many amenities. Massage was nice.
I had a 80 minute deep tissue massage that was wonderful! The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. The masseuse was very skilled and did an excellent job. Overall a very good experience.
I received a 90min massage. Her phone was going off the whole time (yes on vibe but still) and for an expensive 90 minute massage, she missed my hands when I had asked for all. Not going back anytime soon.
I enjoyed a half-day treatment at this lovely spa! I loved my massage, facial and mani-pedicure! The technicians were all fabulous and the products were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️
My first trip to Spa Reveil was in December as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. IT WAS FABULOUS. I was not expecting the excellent service and amenities, and I was absolutely blown away. Ive been again once since then and I will continue to make appointments to spoil myself! Thanks!
GET AMBER FOR A MASSAGE! She was absolutely wonderful and took me out of my insane world at a rough time I was going through. I appreciate her beyond belief. The steam room was great, though I felt like it could be cleaned a little better.
I purchased a gift card for my spouse in December 2019 from Spa Reveil. Unfortunately my Wife passed away from Covid-19 and never used the gift card. As I have been going through her personal belongings I came across the unused gift card and formally requested a refund for the unused gift card because of her death. Their response was to give the gift card to someone else. They have refused a refund. I hope future customers of Spa Reveil will think about a company that is unwilling to take into consideration the death caused by Covid-19 for a gift card. Spa Reveil is not out any cost associated with the refund as they have not provided any service or product.
Great experience. I felt very relaxed.
Best pedicure ever! Its been almost a week, and my feet still feel so soft. Pedicures at other locations do not compare! Will definitely go here more often.
I absolutely love this place. It is a quiet, serene and beautiful get away. I moved from Austin but every time I visit, I always have to stop by Spa Reveil for a relaxing day. The staff is so friendly from the moment you checkin to your appointment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that quick getaway in the middle of your busy/hectic day.
The place was super nice! We got together for a girls day out and were able to bring our own drinks in and relax in the waiting area while our party got finished with their massages, facials, etc. Would recommend this for an all day outing with girlfriends especially for the price.
I really enjoyed my experience with Spa Reveil! It was relaxing and felt wonderful! From the lavish waiting area to the exhilarating bath and relaxing massage, I truly enjoyed my experience! I also loved the Sunday hours, which was super convenient!
Our travel club took 107 women on a DreamTrip vacation for the weekend at the Westin at the Domain. Our package even included a $75 gift certificates to the Spa, so we tried all your difference services. I cant believe you managed to squeeze us all in, and we all had a great time. Thanks so much!
Had a wonderful experience at Spa Reveil. My massage with Cheryl was amazing!
Ive had a deluxe pedicure and a therapy bath treatment. I like the waiting area and found that to be relaxing but the actual services themselves were just okay. I wasnt impressed with the quality of the products that they use and the facilities seem underwhelming.
Spa Reveil is luxurious without breaking the bank. The facilities are kept clean and organized and the staff is attentive to the needs of their guests. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready to conquer the day! I recommend Spa Reveil to all my friends and family.
I cancelled my appointment because of unprofessional staff. Was told “Well, we have your credit card on file and will charge the full amount because of late cancellation.”I walked out and they charged my card for $250 without my consent. I reported them to my bank, who made them return it. Holding a card on file is a privilege, not a license to treat customers unprofessionally.
I am in love with Spa Reveil~ It is like a small getaway in the middle of your busy day. Everyone there is friendly and the massages are wonderful! We will be going back VERY soon and spending a whole day there.
The JetPeel Facial is like a hydra facial on steroids! My skin just soaked up all the vitamins and minerals infused. Best facial ever with no down time at all. The lymphatic drainage was perfect for Austins allergies. I bought the series and cant wait to go back for my 3rd session. JetPeel is #1 in my book of beauty hacks! Kuddos to Spa Reveil for being on the cutting edge.
We had a wonderful experience at the spa. It was very clean. COVID precautions were taken. The staff were friendly and professional. Very relaxing and totally worth the couple hour experience.
My favorite place for a treatment -- staff is great -- totally relaxing -- Love having a hot drink and relaxing in the serenity room -- treatments have always been perfect -- Scrub, massage, facial, pedicure, manicure and even couples massages are amazing !highly recommend !
Great spot. Wonderful atmosphere with thorough and knowledgeable massage therapists, perfect for unwinding and releasing tension. Also, you cant beat dedicated parking in one of the busiest locations in town.
Very nice pedicure and manicure.
My husband and I tried to book a couples package at Spa Reveil three times on three separate days. We left two voicemails and submitted an appointment request form but were never contacted.
I had a fall time facial and it was AWESOME!!! I also had a hydrotherapy bath and didnt want to leave!!! The spa is immaculate and relaxing. Staff is enjoyable and friendly.
The beautifully comfortable space and a genuinely caring staff make Spa Réveil an absolutely necessary indulgence. I highly recommend the Vichy experience, the mani/pedi, and the couples packages.
Amazing staff, amazing couples massage.
My husband and I come here for couples massages as often as possible. We always have a great, relaxing, experience with professional staff and luxurious amenities.
Beautiful spa, great service provider (Krissy) and a very relaxing facial! So glad I had the opportunity to spend some time here this weekend. My skin feels great and looks it too!
Loved the experience! Awesome Swedish massage! Great team! I recommend to share it with your spouse. Will book again soon!
Love this spa!! Have been multiple times and has been great every time!! recently had a massage with Amber and she was great! Very relaxing! Will definitely return!!
Went in for hydrotherapy and sports massage, both great experiences! I had Brandy and she was great, quality massage and professional. Highly recommended!!
Ive visited Spa Réveil twice, once for a manicure and then a facial. The staff creates a very relaxed atmosphere. This is a really nice place to unwind!
Luxurious and clean facility with friendly & professional staff. Couples massage was great. Hammam before massage and relaxation lounge afterwards was truly wonderful. Simply Amazing Experience!!
My husband and I have been here two years in a row for a couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Spa Reveil.
Husband and I had a couple massage on our anniversary trip! Everyone was so wonderful and the massages was GREAT!! We didnt want to leave.
It was very professional, and relaxing. Love it!
Very bad customer service. The male in that location is very rude.
This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered. The worst customer service. They have so many policies that are not geared to help the customer experience. They dont tell you about the policies until its too late. They tell you how much you need to tip and dont let the customer decide on the service they received. Would not recommend for any occasion for any reason. They make sure they get their money even if there was never any service performed. Frauds.
My friends and I went to Spa Reveil for a bachelorette party. I had a massage and it was wonderful! The spa is very clean and modern. It was a little pricey but overall a great experience!
I had a wonderful spa experience and the services were fantastic. I only have one suggestion, the Sandals provided are super uncomfortable and slippery after treatments from the oil.
Very relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Spa Réveil. I do recommend this place this place for anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
After having eye brows done, I had to come home and pluck them myself. With the strong light these should have been seen and removed.
I purchased a massage for my daughter, to use after she had her baby. I researched online of course and she was pleased, service was wonderful it was as it should be.
I received a gift card for Spa Reveil at the Domain! It was the best service ever! I highly recommend the Chi Balancing facial & Swedish!
I came during the week so it was nice and quiet. The facility was clean and the massage therapist was professional. Will definitely come back.
My wife surprise me to this place and I love everything about it. The staff was fantastic. This will not be my last. I will request the same person, soft hand with such power to get the job done.
Everything was great, Christine does the best pedicures. However, I did not receive my scalp treatment. Thanks everyone
