Unknowledgeable front desk. He was no help in any of the add on features. When we got the gift card we were talked into add more on the card to get us an additional $20 Voucher which didn’t work. He said it most likely was used or not set up right… I definitely didn’t use it so don’t fall for that trick when purchasing. The lady who did my facial did a great job however I paid for a 60 minute and walked out after 50 minutes (including the consultation) .. so you don’t get the full time. It is what it is, but I won’t go to this location again. Pricing was good.
Enjoyed getting facials at this location but, I am very upset when it comes to the membership options. I can’t keep up with the membership due to my finances. My account was suspended due to my card on file expiring. I am very disappointed that when I called today to use my credits I had payed for, prior to the account being suspended. I was advised I couldn’t use them, that I would lose that credit so technically I lost $225 because my account has to be active in order for me to use these credits. Again, I cannot continue with the membership and its not fair that I am losing my earned money due to the membership options they have.
I was a little disappointed with my experience today. All the staff were really friendly, but my 60 minute massage was actually only 42 minutes long…I didn’t have the heart to say something because everyone was so friendly. But it’s an expensive massage and would’ve liked to get my full 60 minutes. I asked a few times for the pressure to be deeper but it didn’t really change. Still a good massage overall but slightly disappointing.

I was gifted a 60 minute massage 2 weeks ago and my appointment was for 3pm. I got there at 254pm and completed check in. Went to the bathroom and got to the room by like 302pm. The timer said 40 mins already 🤔 I did the massage gun add on for 10 mins. When finished she left me to change and timer said 38 mins 🤔. I asked for medium pressure repeatedly and she continued to do light. It didnt even feel like I was being touched. I was checked out and back in my car by 356pm. That was not a 50 to 60 minute massage. I called and complained to a staff and was told manager would call me back. They never did. Completely unprofessional and the experience was ruined.
Great prices, great massages, great people, great atmosphere! Ive had a membership for about a year and a half, and its worth every penny. The front desk staff are attentive, helpful and professional. Mary is most often who I choose for my massage therapist, and she really knows her stuff. I prefer deep tissue, and she is able to deliver! She is good at finding what ails ya and knocking it out :) Highly recommend
This location is constantly canceling and rescheduling appointments. I have had several times where they have either misled me into getting extra services that sounded complimentary but were fact were charged against my account, or had someone who had no idea what they were doing providing deep tissue massages that were dangerously wide of the mark. They were professional enough to refund my massage when they had unskilled people doing it, which is why they get 2 stars. I highly recommend you seek treatment elsewhere.
I drive to this location even though it’s not the closest to me because Cory Martin is that good. I like all of the therapists I have gone to at massage envy and always have a good experience, but now I only go to Cory because it’s next level. My body feels better, pain free, stress reduced for much longer after the massage than other therapists. He is also very friendly and kind, and remembers things about my life from visit to visit. Next level care-highly recommend!This location also has the best front desk workers! I’ve never met someone that is unpleasant at a massage envy, but these employees seem so authentic and genuinely caring. I look forward to all of my trips here for weeks in advance.
I have been going here for over two years. Mary is my masseuse and she is awesome! She is very attentive. She always pays attention to and gets every spot I tell her is ailing me. She is great for deep tissue, sports and regular massage. If you tell her what you prefer she will adjust. I prefer deep tissue and she is really great at digging in deep to get those pesky knots in your back or legs.Mary is also just fun to talk to if you are feeling chatty during your massage. If not, she’s also good about respecting your peace and quiet.If you decide to book with Mary be prepared to book in advance because her appointments fill up fast. Yes! She is THAT GOOD!The rest of the staff is always very kind and professional. They are great about asking me if I want to book another session in advance and taking care of any other appointments I would like to make. Overall just a great place for a massage!

The loving and healing hands at massage envy have always been there for my soft tissue pain and sore back after a long week. I am very grateful for there flexible schedule and multiple locations.They also offer packages to reduce the cost.This is my favorite location, it works great because I work in the arboretum and live in Southwest Austin so often times I can avoid traffic and the major delays on mopac heading south if I swing in and get a massage for an hour. My neighbors have also enjoyed me telling them about this amazing traffic avoiding strategy.Why be stuck in traffic when you can the soothing hands of massage envy 😁😁😁
Waste of time and money. The therapists are robotic, rushed, and seem very unhappy to be there. They do not listen to your needs or care about you as an individual. They are just herding cattle. This business nickles and dimes you every step of the way, and you leave feeling more stressed than when you started. DO NOT sign up for a membership. They will make it impossible to schedule, and they will NEVER refund one red cent. When they make your experience abysmal, and you try to get out of the membership, they make you wait a month and then jump through all kinds of hoops, collecting more of your money as you wait and beg to be set free. If they have to trick you out of your money, they must not provide a service people are willing to come back for. Dont bother!
Calm, relaxing atmosphere. Courteous, friendly reception staff. I usually get a different therapist each time to get a variety of treatment styles and techniques, which is nice. They have all done a good job and I have a satisfying experience each time. The heated tables are nice in the winter, and I like the optional add ons such as the foot scrub and the hot stone massage. I also appreciate their multiple locations and later hours. I can generally get in same day.

My review is different. Its not about massage....its about Massage Envy manager, Rachel, coming to my rescue when my purse was locked inside Mac Works two doors down. I didnt realize my purse was missing until later....I came back to the store and Mac Works was closed. I tried the AT&T store...hoping they would know the strip center landlord, who could contact the Mac store owners. No help. Went in Massage Envy and the manager, Rachel, instantly got how panicked I was. She immediately started making calls. In the second call, she reached the Mac Works owner at his downtown location. He came immediately and I got my purse. It was all because of Rachel. She has that special ability to take charge and help someone stay calm. She was so empathetic and kind. Massage Envy is extremely fortunate to have someone with her people skills on their team. Thanks, Rachel! You helped me solve a big problem quickly!
I work in the construction industry and work long, hard hours and suffered a pinched nerve in my lower back. My wife suggested a Therapeutic Massage. Massage Envy was the most cost effective choice but after my session, I wouldnt go anywhere else (no more pain)! We have been members here for 18 months and I regret not discovering the joy of replenishing/repairing/treating/spoiling the Only body I have.
Seriously addicted to this location and the services they provide! Anytime I need to relax after a dull day or difficult week I try and schedule with Romana or Josh. These guys know what they are doing!Also the staff is super friendly and make me feel comfortable scheduling appointments. The front desk is really outstanding and make you feel welcome and at home. Could not be happier with my membership...
I came in with my sister Lilo and the staff was so friendly up front. Were both definitely thinking about doing the membership and have our next appointments set up for me to see Valery the aesthetician (huge shout out to her! so talented and knowledgeable. Excited to try the chemical peel that she recommended for my breakouts, didnt even know they helped with that lol) and Lilos massage therapist! Kinda hard to find at first but worth the drive :))
Ive seen two therapists here so far, Larry and Hailey. Larry really helped my bad sciatica so I would definitely recommend him for chronic pain. Haileys massage was so relaxing but she still maintained a pleasantly firm, deep pressure! I was impressed by both.
*update* The manager Alicia was very helpful. Offered me a credit for a massage to make up for my troubles. They did nothing about the front desk girl Brianna who hung up on me and was super rude. Had good experiences with massages, but Im going to be honest that Im nervous to come back just at the thought of having to deal with the front desk.I was overcharged $60 and when I called back to try and right it, the front desk girl named Breanna was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me! She told me she spoke to managers who were in a meeting and that they couldnt get to a computer. She also told me she was the only one working. When I tried to call back she hung up again! Finally I got through to someone named Autumn (I guess Breanna wasnt the only one at the front desk afterall...) and was told there was no way to get in touch with the manager. So who was lying? Unclear, but not a way to treat someone with a membership. I will not ever be coming back to this location.
I have been experiencing sciatic pain and went to Massage Envy to get a deep tissue massage. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged an appointment for me with Jenna. She was excellent and I left not only feeling relaxed but with much more range of motion. Thanks!
Went there today and had a terrible experience. I was charged without my authorization and I was charged a lot more than I expected. I asked for an explanation and two very rude women at the front desk did not want to explain. I kept asking and they just stared at their computers. Just to clarify I am a foreigner so I have an accent but of course I understand English completely. Well, one of them looked at my husband and asked him: Do you understand? Ive never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected.The only thing I wanted was an explanation of the charges. If you have an accent avoid this place so you dont feel insulted.
I scheduled an appointment at this place because of some pain I have, and after the massage the pain was the same. The massage didnt do anything for me I felt a little better walking out of the place but soon after coming home, within the hour, I felt exactly the same. I got the body massage with the deep tissue massage and I still have the same kinks and soreness. The staff was friendly though
I had some lower back pain when I went in for my appointment. My therapist, Steve concentrated on that area and listened when he asked what I was feeling. He then suggested a few stretches that he did and I walked out feeling so much better than when I came in. Steve has been who I have been using for about the last year. He is very professional and asks the correct questions to make my experience always a good one
I dont want to tell you about Lorrell because it will make it harder for me to get an appt on her schedule!! She is an amazing therapist for deep tissue massages with attention to detail regarding your muscle connectivity and how it effects other parts of your body that you may not even realize. Excellent ability to target a knot and release it without just moving it to another spot that will flare up the next day! She has helped me out of lower back/hip pain and many stiff neck/shoulder situations. Highly recommend!
They lost my reservation & didnt have any availability when I arrived for my scheduled massage. The one person at the front counter didnt have the authority to do anything about it except to call her managers, both of whom were too busy to do anything about it. Of course, she didnt really press them, she was apologizing to them for calling and bothering them. As soon as someone can be bothered to call me back, Ill be cancelling my membership.
We are regulars at the Joe Battle location in El Paso, TX. When we visit the Hill Country, there is no other place we would rather unwind than at Massage Envy Mopac. Although we love the El Paso location, it always feels very business oriented. However, this location is potentially the best in Texas. Everyone at the front desk has a smile. I know comfort and serenity are just minutes away. Ive seen two different massuse in that location and both were excellent. My only regret is that we do not live closer! Thank you all for an exquisite location.
I have gone to Corey for massages for over 3 years, for my back injury, he is skilled and knowledgeable. He listens to exactly what I request and he gives me a clear explanation of how the various muscles affect the tightness in my back. Ask for Corey and you will see a huge improvement i your health.
The massage is amazing!!! But the front desk staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. They charge you money after the massage, No matter how much it is. You might want to go there with $1,000.
Poor customer service all-around -- Tried cancelling my membership through this location and was assured by the manager each time it had already occurred...NOT. Plus they mysteriously lost some of the credits I had already paid for, so I basically paid for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM MASSAGE ENVY.

I emailed this location 3 times and called them 5 times to cancel my membership. They continued to charge my card for 5 months and I had an extremely hard time getting the manager to call me back to resolve the issue. After a while it really felt that they were intentionally making it hard to cancel the membership.
Tom provides a fantastic deep tissue massage! I recommend 1 1/2 to work on tension areas needed then some relaxation. Im a repeat customer!
