Dimensions Massage Therapy

Ive been going to Dimensions for a couple years now. It started as my backup place but turned into my regular place. Cheyenne has been my massage therapist for a few months and shes excellent. She really knows a lot about the body (I have chronic pain) and is good at cupping too which I find helps me. I like that shell talk as much or as little as you want too, so should be a good fit for most people!

Dimensions is my go-to massage place for consistent, high quality massages. As a runner, I need expert care and support and Dimensions delivers every time. While I’ve experienced good quality and care from all of the practitioners I’ve had there, Ray is the best IMHO. He preps mefor my endurance events and then somehow puts me back together afterwards. Just finished a 50-mile race and Ray/Dimensions were an essential part of my care plan! 5 stars ⭐️ and then some!

Raymond was awesome! This was my first time at Dimensions. I plan on booking again.P.S. Since I prepaid, I was a bit confused about where/when to leave the tip. I ended up leaving it with the person at the front desk. I think we’re supposed to leave it in the room?

Great spot - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I’ve had 5-6 massages at Dimensions with a couple different massage therapists (I’m a terrible planner and usually opt for last minute openings). I love the massage package options and being able to share the package with my fiancé, too.All of the therapists have been great to work with. They are kind, caring, and professional. I have felt very comfortable each visit. Each therapist has matched the pressure I requested and tuned in where needed. The person that runs the front desk is super efficient and welcoming, too! All in all - highly recommend for affordable massages with a competent team.

Kate is amazing!!! Best massage I have ever had, and I get massages frequently. She knew exactly which spots were tense and even used a cupping technique to help with tension at no extra cost. Definitely recommend coming to Dimensions and seeing Kate if you like a deep tissue massage.

I had a great experience. Rachel was the best. I wish I lived in Austin. She would definitely be my therapist. She has healing hands and energy.

Ive had 2 prenatal massages with Doug so far, and its been awesome! Its so great that I decided to buy a package :) Ive been to other well-known Austin locations, and what I hated the most was spending so much money for something that feels more like a rubdown. Doug listened when I asked him to focus on certain things, massages with a good amount of pressure, and is really nice. Dimensions pricing is also really reasonable and if you get a package, its good for any type of massage for a whole year so you can try out different modalities. 100% would recommend.

I have been going to Dimensions for about a year now. I love that they offer massages that are a perfect balance of a sports massage and a relaxing massage. I highly recommend Kate if youre looking for that type of massage! Massages can definitely add up so I bought the 6 massage package deal at the end of last year and it has been SUCH a treat getting a massage every other month this past year.

Dimensions is a great, locally-owned small business with friendly, professional staff. Trevor was super nice and I had a fantastic hour-long massage with Jesus. I left feeling so good! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

I asked before hand about needing a strong massage, dont let up when I cringe and flinch. Every massage therapist goes light touch in response instead of working through. Dont be scared of hurting me. Try to hurt me please. To be fair Ive never been satisfied with any back massage from anyone. Always feel like I should get at least %50 $ refund.

Trevor, Ari, & Ray are AWESOME. Trevor helped check us in, get the paperwork that was needed and helped with check out. Super friendly, very efficient.My husband’s masseuse was Ari and mine was Ray. Both were fantastic! Communicated & responded well regarding pressure, areas of focus, and goals of the massage (relaxation, pain, etc).Wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

Dimensions is so great about reaching out and letting my know when my favorite masseuse has some time coming up. We dont have the same schedule so that has become a huge asset to me. Ari is the first therapist that I have seen that really listens to me and focuses on my problem areas with such precision and focus. Shes uses just the right pressure and I always leave feeling great! I almost dont want to press send on this review because I dont want it to become harder for me to get an appointment with her!

I’ve been in pain for over a year. One session yesterday with Ray and I’ve not felt better in a long time. I already have my next session scheduled.

Love Dimensions Massage! I have been with them since the beginning and will keep on coming! They have great therapists, great prices, and convenient booking. They also offer infrared sauna therapy which is a nice combo before massage to get the muscles warmed up for some deep work.

I went to this location on Friday and was greeted by a warm welcome from Trevor. Trevor gave me a quick tour of the facility, which was very clean and well maintained. I started my session with the dry sauna. The sauna was fantastic. The room had plenty of towels, a nice robe, slippers, water, coconut water etc. all laid out for me. Shortly after my sauna, I heard a knock on the door and it was Lana, my massage therapist. Lana walked me over to a different room. She asked a few questions about the reason for my visit and then provide a thorough Deep Tissue massage. The massage tables were heated and felt absolutely amazing. After a full 90-minute massage, I felt as if I was rejuvenated. Lana was very caring and considerate. Once the session was over, she offered me a beverage prior to leaving the room. When I existed the room, Lana greeted me once again and walked me to the front desk. Angela, the young lady working the front desk, was very warm and kind. She asked about my experience and proceed to take my payment. This was by far the best experience I had from beginning to end and I am looking forward to going back.

Update: I have since fallen in massage love with Doug. Seriously. He is the best massage therapist Ive ever encountered. I almost hate to say that because I dont want him to get too busy. Just kidding. Sort of. My husband has discovered Jennifers magic and is happily tortured by her deep work. Now I just need to win the lottery so I can afford to go all the time! Get a package. Its a great deal.I had a massage last week with Jennifer and she was terrific. I teased her about having fingers of death. Not really, but she does have super strong fingers and the ability to find and loosen up any tight spots you might have. My husband had a massage with Katie and also had good things to say. We ended up purchasing a multi-massage package to save some money. Will definitely be returning soon.

I was looking for a good massage place after not having one in a few years. I needed some help with recurring muscle pain in my shoulder and back.Trevor (the owner) was pleasant and professional. He was informative on the massage packages and answered any of the questions I had.Simone did an exceptional job on a shoulder adhesion that has caused a lot of pain over the last few years. She listened and focused on the problem areas and did an amazing job.I also like the convenient location. I will coming back here regularly. 😊

I googled massage places in Austin and luckily this place popped up in the search results! I was able to make an appt online easily and there was even availability for the same week. My massage therapist was Donna. Donna was amazing and so attentive to every detail throughout the whole massage. Donna provided complimentary aromatherapy. The massage table was heated which I thought was an amazing touch. I got the 90 minute massage and felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the session. I booked another appt before leaving! Definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

One of the best massage therapist I have been to (and Ive been to a lot!). Ray does wonderful deep tissue work, has a sense for what spots would benefit from pressure points and the entire session flows so nicely. Ray also frequently checked in to make sure the pressure was just the way I wanted. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This was my second massage from Jessie. I had a full body Swedish massage. It was very professional, relaxing and therapeutic. DMT is very clean, quiet and calm. The background music added to the tranquil mood. I decided to purchase the massage package. Looking forward to returning very soon. If you are needing a good massage for aches, pains or just to relax and get your circulation revved up this is a great choice.

A very welcoming atmosphere and superb massage. I had Sheri for my therapist who was amazing. I recently strained my lower back and she took her time and explained her techniques and I walked out feeling incredible. I’ve been going to Dimensions for a few weeks now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their reception desk staff is very sweet and friendly and the massage therapists services are wonderful! I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a good yet not overrated and overpriced spa experience. My muscle pain has definitely eased since my last few visits.

This place is great very professional, clean and most important amazing therapists! I have work done by a few here and all were great! I have very tight hips etc and been working with Ray who has helped me a ton! I Definitely would book this place as your next massage!

I had my session with Doug, and I literally had the best massage ever. I had an hour gift certificate bought for me as a Christmas present, which is what brought me here in the first place. I was always comfortable, relaxed, and he worked all over, but worked on the areas that I really needed. I feel amazing, like all my stress was taken away afterwards. Thank you!!!

I have gone to Dimensions a few times since they opened and each time I have a great experience. The therapists have all been excellent, the space is relaxing and very clean. The owner has been there each time and greets you and makes sure you are happy as you leave. 5 stars all around!!

I was looking at places close by on a Saturday night, attempting to book for the next day, Sunday- and I stumbled across Dimensions! I read great reviews so decided to give it a shot and booked for 10:30 the next day with Lana. I am BLOWN away!! Generally when I get massages I’m disappointed in the lack of pressure and leave unhappy- and Lana took what I said and EXCELLED!!! She got spots I didn’t even realize needed work. I still feel great and it’s only been a few days. I’m DEFINITELY going back to see Lana. My dogs name is also Lana so I feel really attached to her. Thanks Lana!!!!

It has been over 2 years since I had a massage. Saturday (4/10/21) I was finally able to get a much deserved massage. My masseuse did an amazing job working out the knots in my back and there were a lot of knots. I was able to sleep deep last night with no body aches. I woke up this morning feeling rejuvenated! Ill be enjoying my Sunday by being lazy and letting my body continue to unwind. Ill be going back to DMT within the next quarter to continue the progress on my back.

Reviews are subjective as people in general seem to feel the need to complain A LOT these days & for the most ridiculous reasons. BUT, Dimensions is small enough to feel intimate & serene, front office staff is friendly and the therapists are thorough & knowledgeable. Great South Austin location!

I was eager try Dimensions Massage Therapy since I go to yoga next door. The facility was relaxing & clean. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a fabulous 60 minute deep tissue massage with Alicia. Great experience overall.

I needed a massage so bad. My lower back was killing me from lugging around my twin almost 1 year olds. Jessie did an amazing job of giving me a relaxing massage that had just the right amount of getting into the areas that needed a little extra pressure. The business is clean and welcoming.

I was on vacation with my family, had a muscle spasm and needed relief. Trevor answered the phone, set me up an appointment with Lisa that evening. She worked wonders on my back, communicating what she was doing, making sure she wasnt using too much pressure, kneading out the knots. Very professional, clean setting, easy to find. I highly recommend them!

I hadnt had a massage in two years. By this time I was suffering with Plantar Fisciitis. I wasnt going to get my hopes up but its been five days and the pain hasnt returned. Im so happy and relieved. If you are in need of a massage I highly recommend this place.

Jesús stepped in today when Christy had to cancel and saved my day! I’d driven an hour into Austin in a lot of pain, and rather than take off when Christy’s cancellation created one for him, as well, he took me on later in the day. Only his second day at work, but he was thorough and knowledgeable and I left in much better shape than I arrived. If you’re looking for deep tissue work, I recommend!

Been going to Kate for a few deep tissue sessions now and I love the way she works out my knots in my upper shoulders and neck area. She listens to your concerns and works her magic. I always leave feeling like I got beat up yet relaxed if that makes sense 😅

Finally, a deep tissue massage that actually IS a deep tissue massage. Katie was exceptional. Of the hundred plus massages Ive had, this was in the top five. It felt like she had a street map of my injuries. Fantastic job- thank you!

I arrived a tad late, and was greeted very warmly by Trevor and Lana (my appointment was with Lana). It was absolutely the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. So much so, I immediately booked a second.

Reasonably priced, accesible location and very peaceful environment! Staff was welcoming and polite, offered water after massage and made me want to return again! The massage was excellent, my massuse and I got along really well and were laughing most of the session :) Excited to try out sauna soon!!

I had a session with Sarah who was able to tell me where areas of my body were stronger than others which can cause off balance posture. She also told me what exercises I could do to relax the stronger areas and activate the areas that need strengthening.

Massages arent cheap but they are so helpful for our body and mind. Dimensions is my go to when my body needs relief from the physical and mental strains of life. Do yourself a favor and visit this place.
