Right when you walk through the door, the atmosphere is relaxing and so calming. I have severe issues with herniated discs and have had many therapeutic massages. Lilah is amazing! I highly recommend her !

Her knowledge of the body, muscular system, nervous system and how to treat each is beyond anyone I’ve ever received a massage from. My husband and I went in for the 90-minute Ashi-Thai massage service offered by Lilah. She was incredible. With just the right amount of communication, she made sure we were comfortable throughout the process and answered my questions after we were done. Overall this was a very relaxing and liberating experience as I had new found freedom in my neck and shoulders. I also got a friend to sign up for an appointment at the end of the month because Lilah’s that good at what she does. I have also given her reference to colleagues at work! Lilah will definitely be my go to masseuse in Austin!

Lilah is amazing! I originally went in for a deep tissue massage but after she asked me a few questions she recommend the ashiatsu massage. Wow, I was so glad I took her recommendation! It was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I like a strong massage and she got the pressure just right, and she got out a lot of tension without hurting me. I booked a couples massage to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and we couldn’t have been any happier, Lilah was amazing!We were on vacation in Austin, our trip had gotten rescheduled from April to June and everyone at Pampering Pros was extremely accommodating and made rescheduling seamless. Their communication was second to none and the day of our massage was incredible. Very professional, easy set up & tear down and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I went to Pampering Pros to try their new cupping service and had a great experience.This was my first time having cupping done so I didnt know much about it but Lilah was very thorough in explaining the procedure process and its benefits beforehand.Ive had amazing massages from Lilah before and this spa service started no differently. You truly feel like you are pampered – the soft music, dim lighting, table preparation, aromatherapy and attention to pressure points all set stage for you to fall into a deep relaxation.Lilah did a full blanket of cups on my back and worked on my calves and thighs to address my ongoing knee pain. The sensation from the cups felt oddly good! She was careful and communicative and adjusted pressure per my requests.I went in with really no expectations since I had never done anything like that before so was pretty surprised when I felt instant results right after the session. I normally carry so much tension in my shoulders from working at the computer and I could tell right away that all of that tension was gone and my shoulders actually felt like they were relaxed and hanging lower than usual.The second thing I noticed was my energy level! I went home and spent the next three hours power cleaning my backyard and pool. That would NOT have happened on a normal day! HA!Its been two weeks since the service and now the last thing I want to mention is a result that I did not expect at all - my almost complete lack of allergies since then...during cedar season! This is huge for me.The idea of cupping is still very new to me but Im excited to share my experience with others and try it again soon.

Her massage was very relaxing and she gave ne some great tips for improving some issues that Ive had in my neck since I had surgery a number of years ago. I would recommend her highly! WOW! Is all I can say. Such a unique and powerful massage technique. I had an ashiastu massage with the owner Lilah, and it was really like nothing I have experienced before (and I have had a lot of massages!) It was phenomenal. The deep tissue but slow & steady pace of this style was perfect after serious lifting and fitness training the past two weeks. The experience was so relaxing, mentally and physically, and minimal pain & soreness after which is surprising for how deep the tension was relieved. She used perfect pressure, a heavenly heat pad and warm towels to prepare my body for the healign experience. I highly recommend Pampering Pros and Lilah. My boyfriend already booked his next week!

I went in for an Ashiatsu Massage with Rochelle, and it was much needed! My first experience with Ashiatsu was great, she was very communicative and pressure was adjusted well. I honestly feel like it was better than any other regular hand massage I had ever gotten. Sheets, aromatherapy and environment were also very relaxing. Rochelle is great.

Lilah is such a professional in her job, and well knowledgeable in her profession. I have been going to her for last 5-6 years, no other can compare to her. She has been integral part of my trainings as an Ironman athlete. She always has been a resetting and invigorating point in my long training seasons. I heard about Pampering Pros from a friend of a friend. Ive never had a massage before, so I was nervous. But my therapist (forget her name) was so sweet, and the atmosphere was so comfortable that I felt at ease right away.And since Im new to the whole massage thing, I dont have a basis to compare, but OMG, it was amazing. The therapist was obviously very knowledgable and experienced .. my 90 minute session went by way way too fast. She also did reflexology on my feet . Lately, I have had difficulty in finding a massage therapist who could actually work out the kinks I have dealt with for years. Ive consistently been using therapists the past three years but the pain always comes back. After multiple visits, Im already seeing a huge difference. Excellent massage and customer service. Emailed late on a Sunday night with extreme and sudden back pain and received a response very quickly. They worked me in right away on an emergency basis. I could barely walk and couldnt sit upright. The massage considerably helped the pain. I can at least walk and sit up now. Thank you so much, very grateful for your help.
