I am not a local customer, and can only use the online store .While Smoke ATX was not my first choice of authorized Mobius Retailers when I made this purchase in October 2022, the Owner Eddie won me over with his exceptional customer service. I immediately received contact, initiated by Eddie, responding to my order & I was tended to throughout the delivery process.I now keep an eye out for online drops at this store, for future purchases. This shop gets a strong recommendation from me & my squad 💪🏻

This has been our go-to neighborhood shop for a long time and it will continue to be! A bonus: After being a return customer for some time, I was happy to meet Adib, and learn that it’s not only a smart choice to shop there (which had already been obvious to me), but he also does good for the world and does a lot for humanitarian causes! in this day and age, getting a surprise about a place you spend money, it’s comparatively rare for the surprise to be a good one, so speaking with the owner of my favorite neighborhood smoke shop really made my day. Great place with friendly staff! I like to try out different edibles, and Izzy is super knowledgeable about their products. They have good selection of glass as well and have better quality items than other nearby Lamar smoke shops.

The team at South Lamar goes above and beyond - its kind of shocking. One manager, an ex-Nurse, recently responded to a customers life-alert, because authorities couldnt respond in time. Unfortunately the customer passed. She came back into work wearing her scrubs and told me the story. I bought a Lemon OG and Runtz pre-roll 🔥 🔥 .Another teammate gave my roommate a ride home in the pouring rain.Truly unreal. 10/10 would recommend

Ive been to alot of smoke shops but NOTHING tops this place, the customer service is amazing, i was informed well on the products i bought and they helped me stay in my budget. I felt like they cared about me being there and thats rare these days. 10/10! Thank You Smoke ATX!

Went to the vape shop to pick up some juice and the store employee walked up and asked how he could help me. I usually buy disposable vapes but I figured out how to recharge them so I just needed the juice.When Ive bought juice in the past it was usually expensive and had terrible flavor. So I asked him for any suggestions he might have.yeah man, theyre all pretty goodokay.... not helpful. So in another attempt to get some direction I asked what is popular?I dont know I usually smoke disposables.Okayyyyyy... well I can relate to that. Not helpful though. I could hear a couple other employees shuffling around in the back so I ask if there is anyone else available with more experience?theyre probably just gonna say the same thing:expressionless:OKAY... Well could you at least tell me which brand is the cheapest?theyre all the same priceBRO GET THESE ------- ------ OUT OF THE SHOP AND SET UP A GOSH DARN VENDING MACHINE BECAUSE THESE ------ ARE WORSE THAN ROBOTS

Amazing shop that supports American artists. One of the only shops in Texas I support. Top notch selection of some of the most sought after artists. The owner was kind enough to let me pay over time on an elbo piece. Cant recommend this place enough.

Had questions about a rig. Without hesitation, emailed pictures so further clarify what it looked like.Ended up copping it.Bought it on a Thursday and had it in my hands in KY the next Tuesday.Would definitely make another purchase from them.

ADVICE: Here can booted your vehicleMy car was booted in that place and in my spot didn’t have signal in front of my car with advisement. (Only those who were around me) I paid 100$ bad experience that place. I hope going to court for this case.

My order shipped quickly, and was packaged well. I had a small issue with my order but i didnt mind to much because they communicated quickly and helped me get the issues resolved. Even with the small hiccup i still say 5 out of 5 from my experience.

Only come here if you need smoking supplies for weed. They have cigars and lots of different rolling tobaccos but the staff are completely unwilling to discuss tobacco products. I used to love this spot and was excited to see some of their cigar selection or hear about some of the rolling tobaccos they had in stock but the guy with the red face tattoo totally shut me down and told me to try some place else. Sucks cause they still totally have the cigar wall, just no knowledgeable staff.

I placed an order online on December 6th. 5 days later I get a response and the piece had been sold but I was promised a custom piece before Christmas from the Eddie the owner. I patiently waited and on December 21 asked for an update. The piece wouldn’t been finished so Eddie then offere me a discount and said “ it will be shipped out tomorrow” which would be December 22. I waited patiently and never got any updated tracking information so he lied. Gotta love someone who does horrible business for a first time buyer. I will never recommend anyone to this shop and online sales. I am beyond dissapointed and the owner should be ashamed to say he does good business

I was planning to stop by this smoke shop while I waited for my food to finish. When I arrived my food was already done so I stopped next door to grab it. I was gone for a whole 1 minute and there was already a privately owned company putting a boot on my car. As I was talking to this sketchy company about how I now needed to now pay $100 to remove the boot some man from smoke atx started shouting at me(I assume he was the owner/paying the company to boot people the minute they leave the parking lot) He said Let this be a warning! I found this to be extremely rude and I found the speed and fee of the booting application to be extremely predatory and nearly scam like. Needless to say I decided to not go to the smoke shop after that. This kind of behavior should be illegal. Shame on this store for hiring such a predatory practice.

Bought a product here and it was 35% higher in price than literally every other shop in Austin. When I told him that they were charging way too much for this product he replied: Hey, we need to keep the lights on! As I will no longer shop here, I can care less if they keep the lights on, stay open. Seems like they have an excuse to screw their customers. AVOID at all costs! (as it will be 35% higher hike!) They lost a customer that is loyal and supports the freedom of individuals to shop at places like this.

The staff here is super friendly, and not in a fake way. They greet you when you walk in, let you know that theyre there if you need help, and then they generally leave you alone unless you ask for help or look confused. When you do ask even novice questions about their different glass-pieces they help you find your answer.The prices are really decent for most of their products, and Ive never felt unwelcome or ignored by any of the staff.

This is the BEST shop in Austin. Link provides excellent customer service and his generosity to sample makes the experience worthwhile. Serg is the master builder and his 3D printing art is AWESOME! He is customer focused and listens to what customers really want. All star team!

Bought 2 burned escobars from here and exchanged both for new ones that were also burned. I appreciate that they allowed the exchange, but it seems like they just have bad product for escobars. Not the place to buy disposables. Extra star for variety of glass.When leaving after having these exchanged, I overheard another customer that was trying out his escobar purchase, say that it was also burned. Started talking about my experience, and was told to leave and not talk to other customers about it. Unprofessional.Edit- There was no slander coming from my mouth. I was only stating my experiences I had with your shop. Furthermore, you were intentionally trying to sell these units even after knowing they were bad.(as you stated in your response) Although this does happen frequently, it should not have been placed upon the customer to figure out and deal with. This should have been told to the customer before the sale happened. Regardless, you will not be getting my business back due to your shady practices and poor customer care.

Wonderful and friendly owner!! Greeted me as soon as he saw I was looking a bit confused (I was looking for something a bit old school.) He is honest, keeps the shop tidy, and I have never had a problem with him at all. Unfortunately, I cant speak about the other employees, as I havent interacted with them, but the owner was extremely friendly... late on a Friday night!!! Stellar!

These guys will find what you’re looking for. I got a quartz piece made for me cause I wasn’t crazy about their current stock (which presumably rotates frequently). I had a conversation with Jay that day, ended up ordering something through their connections that was made locally. Payed half up front and the rest when I picked it up. Was told to wait a week and sure enough got a phone call it was ready the next Friday. The price was great and the piece is exactly what I was needing. Big thank you to Jay and Eddie. They’ll get you taken care of.Also stop going there to shop for stuff you’re just gonna buy on the internet. They can’t pay their rent and provide good service and selection to us when you do that. Support local. Buy something from them.

Really chill, yet very professional smoke shop! A couple of friends and I went recently and we all walked away with a purchase. There glass is pristine and the staff are super personable! Though if you are looking for a tobacco shop this is not the place to go. They have a mild selection of cigars, but only have your typical selection of loose tobacco (reason for 4 stars).

Such a well organized and tasteful store and the glass pieces are so mesmerizing! Usually smoke shops are hard on the eyes with all of the product on the walls, but this one is easy to navigate. I also really appreciate that this place and the other smoke atx store doesn’t have p*rn all over their walls just to sell a product. Service is always fast and friendly too!

Ray is like a sommelier of vape juices. He always gives me great recommendations and this shop almost always has everything I need, even for devices that hard to find parts for.

Smoke ATX is my favorite shop in Austin, by far. They have a huge selection (not the largest though), decent prices, and a wonderful staff.Almost every time I walk into their store, Im instantly greeted by one of their employees asking if I need help with anything. If no help is needed theyll let you be as you walk around the store looking at all the wonderful glass pieces.They also have replacement parts for just about everything they have in-store, thats probably the best reason to buy from them, for me personally. For example, I have an Extreme Q vaporizer that i bought from their store and I have accidentally broken connections, needed new custom meshes and everytime I go there, there is either the exact part that came with my item or a part that fits and works just as well, LOVE THAT.Stay classy ATX

This is the best shop in Austin, nothing but a pleasant experience every time I come in. Their collection of glass is on point and the best I’ve found in the city. Plus it’s dog friendly so I can bring my pups and their dog is super sweet too. 10/10 recommend.

Best place in town for all smoking needs. Huge selection of high end glass and plenty of budget options as well. The cigar room is massive and always full. Employees are all very knowledgable and will help you find exactly what you want and get you the best value for any budget.

Decently stocked and very neat vapo shop at around the heart of Austin downtown vicinity sans pretentious and arrogant store clerks employed. They seem to be totally bothered to have to help a customer walking in and asking even a simple question. If you go there, dont take it personally and just do this: in-and-out avoiding any unnecessary questions expecting a uncapritious treatment. Be quick or be bothered is the motto here!Final Grade : B+

Smoke atx is one of my favorite head shops in Austin. The people are great and very friendly every time I have gone in. Sad to see some one put down Ellen for she was the one who help me pick out my now favorite peace of glass! She was helpful and is very bubbly! The customer service is great there, everyone greats with a smile and is very very helpful. ! will continue to to bring my business and tell my friends to go there as well!

I stumbled in this establishment yesterday in search of a new pipe for my collection. I had never been there before but was greeted by a very happy and enthusiastic female employee. She was very knowledgeable and showed me all the pieces I wanted a closer look at and even let me air hit my dream water pipe. I ended up with a very unique local bubbler which is now one of my favorite pieces. The only con of this place is they sell Kratom, which brings some shady people around. Overall very pleased.

I love this store! I take kratom so I don’t have to use pharmaceutical pain killers and they have a great selection. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and hands down the staff...Link....Ian.... they’re great! Always friendly and incredibly helpful and well informed about product. For kratom in Texas there isn’t much in the way of choices.... but if you’re looking try this location first!

Always helpful and friendly. They let you take your time and answer any questions you may have. If you step off the deep end, they’re super knowledge about glass and can talk for hours. Prices are super competitive to online prices.

Friendly atmosphere every time I go there. Best prices Ive found in town on Al Fakher tobacco. Tried a few other shops that were closer to me (I remember at Planet K it was literally twice he price), but Smoke ATX is worth the drive even though its a little bit out of the way.

No one ever has the kind of coils I need they just dont need them! My vape is an OG! I called all over South Austin looking for them. Smoke ATX said yes we have them come on by when I got there Jayden (i dont remember HIS name) got all of my coils they had in the store and gave me an excellent deal on them!!! He was the Best! Great place until I had to replace a broken vape that I had less than a week. No help whatsoever with exchanging, paying a difference. NOTHING. I stopped by here because a friend needed to grab this weird specialty battery that is sold in stores like this. I purchased a few novelty items just for the hizzy-heckin diddly doo. I took them home and I am enjoying the sweet smells the products release into the air. The staff was courteous and knew a lot about the products, and when more customers came in and the business became busier, an extra staff came out to take care of all the customers

Id be wary of buying any type of e-cig devices from them.They sell very cheap cartomizers that there is a one and three chance right out the box they will be broken. Also, they never, ever refund for defective merchandise, even if you just leave the store and come back a few minutes later recognizing this.Their cartomizers are from China but they charge the same price of the might higher quality ejoy styled ones. Spending $6 per cart that might not last you more than a day or so gets very expensive and do not offer discounts on bulk purchases.One of the batteries they sold me exploded and burned a hole in my carpet - sorry no refunds.The staff is very friendly but my friends and Ill will suggest going to the Gas Pipe (even though its a bit out of the way) due to the higher quality products and better return policies in case of defection.Their glassware is HIGHLY overpriced, but of excellent quality.Very disappointed since Ive been a customer since they have opened - and will not be back.So trying to save a few dollars for their bottom line for a very very simple refund a few times cost them at least a dozen or so repeat customers.Not smart for smoke shop - since they are a dime a dozen in this town.

I bought my first e-cig from an online retailer. It had no instructions and I was using it incorrectly. It also immediately fell apart. So I quit. That is - I quit quitting, and quickly resumed pursuing an early and expensive tobacco-induced death. This afternoon I went into to Smoke ATX praying I could find something thats less like a laser pointer and more like a cigarette. The guy there (Brian) nailed it. He sold me an affordable e-cig and recommended a flavor I was allowed to sample. I had my money out and didnt ask for more help, but he showed me precisely how to prime the heating element and told me how often it should be replaced. I was also shown how to properly refill the cartridge and how to make the battery last. He was incredibly helpful and thorough. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare. Im a devoted customer already. Thanks Brian!

Scarce inventory and incompetent staff.The first trip we were told they didnt have lighters when they did. I even bought one, but wish I hadnt, since it doesnt even light. I asked for a Makers Mark corona cigar and the employee tried to give me a robusto or toro.The second trip I made to return the lighter that doesnt work and tried to pick up some other stuff as well. They dont have hot plates or natural coals. We had to teach an employee what a hose adapter with a ball bearing was. While checking out, the employee just left us to take a personal call on the personal phone of someone who had just walked in. After finally finishing with checkout, the employee ignored my request to return the lighter and kept trying to replace it. I said I needed one with an angled flame and pipe tools, just like the one I bought. When they didnt have any, not a single employee in the store could refund my purchase. I had to wait until some guy named Jay was there to get a refund, with no definitive answer as to when hed be there. So I guess Im just expected to keep going back and nauseum and hope hes there? Screw that.

Maybe its the general high cost of items in Austin but the prices here were really high compared to other similar stores Ive been in. Admittedly this is the first time Ive gone to a smoke shop in Austin so they might be normal for the market here. My biggest issue was that the item I asked for was not what I got. I picked a particular glass item and when the guy wrapped it in bubble wrap I didnt notice he had grabbed the wrong item. When I got home I unwrapped it and realized it was not the item I asked for. It was unusable for me because it doesnt fit the pipe it was bought for. So I dug out the receipt to find their phone number to call about exchanging it only to discover my receipt had multiple places where it said no returns and all sales final. Also this was the only time I have seen a tip jar in a store. Im used to tip jars in restaurants but to expect me to tip you for ringing up a purchase in a retail store is absolutely ridiculous.

I was sold the wrong battery to match the cartridge I bought at the same time and could not return either one. They didnt have the battery to match the cartridge or a cartridge to fit the battery, so I had to go to a different shop to get one to fit the cartridge. I do not recommend this shop.

This place is the cleanest shop with the best selections and Friendly staff whom are Very knowledgeable! All their shops are awesome and the new location is triple the size with a large cigar collection!I love smoke ATX and marvelous smoke! Thanks guys!

These guys sold me a box of coils for my worn out CROWN tank, that had leaked from the start...like every other tank I have purchased elsewhere. They suggested a different ohm coil and voila! No leaking after over a week and smokes better than the day I bought the original tank. Longer battery life and uuuge clouds. Plus, they sell UNFLAVORED. I like nicotine not strawberry cotton candy. Nor fake tobacco flavors either...why add extra chemicals when you don’t have to? It’s why I started vaping over cigs...damage control. VG PG and nicotine. That’s it...these are the same carriers w lung meds, used for the last hundred years. Granted not chronically, but just the same, evidence of being fairly benign. They carry all the great flavored brands too, so no worries for the flavored users out there. Shop here. These guys are pros and really nice to boot.

Ordered online, after a week with no contact called them to find out what was going on and was told it was out of stock and they sent me an email and refund already, which they did not. After contacting them again I got a cancellation and refund the next day.Would not recommend this shop especially their online website.

I have been a customer for over two years at Smoke ATX. My fiancee owns a handful of E-Cigs as well as the liquid which goes into these, probably spending in hundreds of dollars per month. While David, Eddie and Jay have been wonderful to deal with - it is Ellen who has no customer skills whatsoever. She is filthy in her hygiene, wiping her nose and then handling things like Kratom and other things which people would use in their mouths. Time and time again we have gone into ATX to purchase things including supplements and she actually insisted on counting these out with her own filthy hands. We asked her to clean them and she seemed shocked that we would do such a thing, but by that time i had seriously had more then enough! She is without any customer service skills and comes off as arrogant and rude when David is not around. She is determined to show off her authority with the clients who come into the store. Read these reviews and you will see a common theme, great ownership, shoddy service from a standpoint of Ellen. The only real disappointment I can say I have honestly had is that David hasnt properly dealt with this individual. She is single-handedly ruining the customer experience at ATX and as you can see, its endemic and pervasive in the overall experience.

Been a local in the Austin area for my whole life and I can easily say that smoke.atx has the best shops in town with a selection of high to low, quality and price. Smoke atx is also one of the few local shops that are retailers of sovereignty and mothership. The staff also actually care about you and will cater to whatever questions you have.

Nice, unique, & artful pieces. On the lower slope of expensive, but some signature pieces def dont come without a price. Well rounded. Not snobbish or gubertrendy. Just an Austin place i guess....

I love smoke atx and I just bought my new water pipe here. Pieces they have are unique af, with a price tag to match. Go for the eye candy, leave with what you can afford.

I miss having a smoke shop full of abundant smoking essentials around the corner from my house. Smoke ATX came through when I was in a clutch every time. Its a bit pricey but I figure its bc youre paying for convenience. I would pay more if I had a shop that close to me now.

Payed an insane amount for a vape that was supposed to be silver (as asked for) but ended being up baby blue. After driving 30 minutes in traffic to return the stupid thing they refused to let me return it and when I settled on an exchange they made me pay the tiny difference in the other vape.

I want to start by saying right off that I liked the staff and selection of products at Smoke ATX. What I did NOT like was the management overseeing the First Anniversary party last Saturday. The entire event was uncoordinated and the staff working the outside seemed very nervous. The poor kid who placed my wristband on was visibly shaking. I learned quickly perhaps why they were so nervous when I was standing NEXT to the line or the BBQ talking to a friend when I was very rudely told that I could not have any bbq without a ticket. I was not in line for the bbq anyway. I will not patronize that store again due to the blatant rudeness of the man who spoke to me. I assume he was the owner or the owners bouncer.

Worst experience I bought a puffco pen for 100 dollar and the manager said it was what I needed the pen did not work and I brought back just for him to tell me if it didn’t work it was my problem worst customer service and regret ever stopping here !!!
