This place is fantastic the best prices in town for disposable vapes. Geek Bar is my favorite and they have testers for Geek Bar vapes too.

This vape store is truly the best shop I’ve been in since moving to Austin.

Travis was super helpful. He was able to talk to the Hutto location and have some supplies sent between stores. the Vapor Studio has the BEST online store in the area.

I love the store. Travis is the best attendant and vape specialist. He’s a connoisseur of vapes. Hes a vape tender. He knows everything about all the vapes, including all the juices always has the best recommendations. I always know what I’m going to get is what I’m gonna be vaping- best choices in terms of juices and disposables, and all that jazz I love the store highly recommend

Always feel welcomed and greeted with a smile. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. I come in every 2 weeks for a new disposable vape. I love the fact they have a loyalty program. I love that I live literally across the street from them and affordable prices.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that they have. We must have talked about vaping and what we enjoyed about it for at least 30min before I even thought about buying anything. No pressure to buy cuz they love what they do. When I like the people at a business I will keep coming back and buy from them. Oh, and their in house vape juice is amazing! I bought 5 bottles last week and this weekend Im going back for more. If you cant make the drive they have a super easy to use online store as well. Also you earn points as you buy to bank for additional discounts in the future. I would give them a 10 star rating but this maxes out at 5.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with these guys. I walk in, they not only know me - but my mother, grandmother, partner, and siblings. The place is always clean, smells fantastic, even the other guests are fantastic when we interact with each other. They have a very welcoming vibe, and the one time an employee did goof and hit the wrong button accidently overcharging me just a couple bucks, they went above and beyond my expectations to fix the issue. (which really wasnt an issue at all, considering I knew it was a honest mistake.) Love the people, the vibe, and they have the BEST house juice in Austin. Prices are fair and definitely affordable. Super knowledgeable staff, and all around great company/people.

Customer service makes for a repeat customer. This morning I placed an order for same day delivery on a new device because I was tired of throwing money away every week on disposables. It was delivered quickly (within my time slot). When I opened the package I noticed that it also required a battery. I called the store and a gentleman answered the phone. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the products and stayed on the phone while I was ordering the batteries to make sure that I got the correct one. When it is time for another purchase, this store will be my go to one. Thank you so much for assisting me today.

Theres 1000 vape shops to choose from. This is the only one Ive been to since I moved to town. Chase at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I freaking love this place and tell my friends to go or order online, too. 🔥I’ve been visiting these stores for 10 years and sometimes know what I’m doing. Often I already know what I want or just need a replacement/refill, so the delivery option is fantastic; it’s through DoorDash so it’s quick. One of the owners even delivered orders to me at work for awhile. He was very knowledgeable, and patient while I tried to escape my desk 😂Any time I have called to ask a question, I got a genuine answer that actually helped me make a decision - not just a reading of boxes. It feels like they actually do care and want to help. I’m honestly always so glad that I called, even if I felt like it was a dumb question. They’re pretty funny, too.The website works well; ordering is easy. Online ordering has worked perfectly for me every time. They update and restock often. There are always good options with parts for the hardware sold. They have great deals on kits, but if you’re like me and still use older systems when they’re more convenient, you don’t feel abandoned.Great place, 10/10. Always a pleasant experience coming in! The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is super friendly. I was ready to switch from using disposables to the real deal but had no idea what I was looking for. The gentleman that helped me was so patient with all my questions and did not try to oversell me. He showed me how to set it up and use it and in the end I left with a great product (I found in research after the fact.) I bought enough juice and coils to acclimate with it till my next visit and I will definitely be a returning customer to this shop!

I am from out of town and came with a friend. This is HER spot and they knew who she was as soon as she walked in. I also got hooked up with some things and they are the nicest guys! The shop is super clean and smells really good when you walk in. They guys have a lot of knowledge, you tell them what you want and they provide the best advice. I love these guys! Went in, completely ignorant of all things vape, to see about getting a vaporizer/kit. The guys were beyond helpful in educating me and assisting me in picking out the perfect vaporizer. I appreciated that they took the time to show me everything and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the shop. We easily spend 30+ minutes there, not because we have to but because the environment is so nice! The decor is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, and their juices are mouthwatering (and excellently priced!) Fantastic place, would highly recommend!

Came in for the first time when my normal shop was closed and I was very pleasantly surprised. Counter folks were super friendly and knowledgeable about the products, offered help but werent too pushy, and chatted for awhile about their CBD products. My e-liquid and coils came out to less than Id pay at my normal shop too. Overall highly recommended.

Love this place, they make the best house-made ejuices Ive ever had! Plus the two guys I always see running the counter really know their menu. They have a whole bunch of flavors and the guys make really good recommendations as to which ones Ill like.Highly recommend them.Also they always have the coils I prefer, theyve got a good selection of vape products. Excellent service!! Needed a glass replacement for my cleito tank after breaking it at work, called about 4 other shops that were a bit closer but none of them offered much help so I called The Vapor Studio and although they didnt have the original glass they were able to hook me up with one that worked perfectly, in fact it might fit a little better than the original. Very nice shop and the guys there are super friendly and helpful!

Really the best employees and products! Dont mess around with trial and error to try and find cheaper products, they have good deals here and the knowledge to back it up. The reward program is really worth being enrolled in too. No matter what youre vaping or even making your own cartridges, you need to talk with them too.

Very helpful with my leaking issue. Tried many other shops but everyone just tries to sell you a new tank. Not here they will take the time to see if they can fix it first which they did. Went ahead and tried out several flavors while I was here, and I was blown away by how good they where. Try the mellow yellow you will fall in love!! You have my business for life thank you so much.

Excellent customer service with an upscale vibe and atmosphere. They mix custom juice flavors and sell starter kits, batteries , tanks and replacement parts. They happily let you sample any mix of flavors before you buy and they even let you bring back your juice if youre unsatisfied (as long as its still 2/3 full). Customer loyalty program gets you discounts the more you shop. I left with two juices a new tank and a battery for $50 one in my fav flavor strawberry milk!

These guys were so helpful! Went in looking for a new tank and they got me one that I really ended up loving! Also their juice is way good and they have different sizes which is nice. I would recommend the juice ‘Dynamite’. Its literally so good. Very good experience.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Vapor Studio since they first opened. We have spent thousands of dollars in this store because we are strong supporters of small local businesses. I bought a mod on Monday and it wasn’t a good set up for me. I went in there today to exchange it for something that’s better suited for me and gladly pay any price difference. I was told No that’s my problem that I didn’t like the mod and since it was open and they couldn’t send it back to the manufacturer that it was pretty much my problem. I’m very disheartened by how I was treated especially in front of other customers. Way to treat your loyal customers. We will no longer be shopping at your store.

This is my favorite go to vape shop! They always have any flavor you want and the prices are around $10 cheaper than other for the same size. They also have the tank replacements now thankfully. Even if you bend your tank like I did they will gladly fix it at no extra cost! Extremely friendly and professional. I recommend this vape shop to all my friends.

I love this vape store! The staff is so nice and helpful. I order from out of town online and my order comes in two days tops. Ive been ordering my juice from here for over a year now and have never ran into any problems. When I visit my family in Austin I usually go by to buy juice and say Hi, the guys up there always remember me :) This store and the people that work here has helped me in so many ways stay away from cigarettes. By far the best vapor store in the country. Never had any issues and their service is excellent. They are always knowledgeable and take their time to get you the things you need without the BS of other vape shops. Broke a tank? They can help you fix it. Broke a mod? They can help you fix it. This place is amazing! When I walked in, I was greeted by awesome people and the delicious smell of butterscotch. Travis and Chase were super helpful. I gave them a price limit and they really worked with me to ensure I didnt go over budget. Chase explained and showed me how my vape works and Travis explained their super lenient return/ replace policies. They showed me their amazing flavor menu, and were just all around very charismatic people. I highly recommend this location especially if you want great bang for your buck. I also never felt pressured to buy anything and I genuinely felt welcome. The flavor variety is also amazing. I could on about how fenominal this place is, but I reccomend you experience it for yourself.

The people that work here are absolutely amazing. I have come here three times now straight from other vape shops frustrated because the other shop either sold me the wrong thing or didnt help me at all (Im new and dont know anything about the vapes.) My husband and I started coming to the Vapor Studio last year and their customer service is above and beyond amazing!! I was always intimidated by Vape shops because they can be aloof but not the guys at Vapor Studio. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and they help me with whatever I need. They always take great care of me, make me feel welcome, and aim to please. I use their online ordering system as well when I cant make it the store. There was once a minor shipping snafu and they went above and beyond to rectify it immediately. If youre looking for a place that will take care of all your vaping needs while giving incredible customer service this is the place to go. Best experience at a vape shop ever. You know how some shops you walk in there’s an almost like, pretentious energy from the people in there? This is definitely not one of those places. They were not only welcoming, but when I asked for a flavorless juice, something I’ve never been able to find before, they were just like ”yeah we can do that!”. Highly recommended!

Communication and listening skills sorely lacking here. I wont be returning. Dont bother ordering online; I guess it brings out the worst. Pro tip: dont tell a customer the literal day before that local delivery (something thats bragged about every time I walk in) is possible when it isnt.And as the reply confirms, communication is horrible and you have accused me of situations that did not occur. I didn’t call any of your employees idiots, rather asked if they thought *I* was an idiot. I was told the package was there, that it was shipped, that it was in a car?? The language didn’t exceed anything you don’t hear in the shop on a daily. The fact is, I was told separate things from every employee I spoke to, and did not receive the services promised. Deal with that as you should, but my one star review remains.

Wonderful place. I purchased 330 Ml of Ejuice for $85! What a steal! I mixed several flavors, I have raspberry cheesecake, cinnamon apple pie, and Frosted Flake Cream, and they all taste incredible. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! This is my new go to place for all my vaping needs

Helpful staff with good gear knowledge. Good variety of semi-popular RDAs and RTAs that I havent seen at any of the other shops in town. Some harder to find mod styles as well as the standard fare. Try their Frosty house juice, its one of my favorites!

I dont vape, but I might just try it because of these guys!I went in looking for charger options for 18650 batteries. I called and they guy on the phone told me that they had options. I came down, and I was really amazed with the store.First, when you walk-in, you see that this store is completely different than the area that they are in. They want you to come in and take a few minutes and relax there.Second, they are about safety! I talked to them about the issues with 18605 wrappers being super thin. THEY WILL RE WRAP YOUR BATTERIES FOR YOUR THERE! YOU DONT HAVE TO GET RID OF A 10$ BATTERY!

This is my favorite vape shop in town, hands down. The owner and employees are helpful, generous, and very knowledgeable about whats new and upcoming in the vape market. They carry items for beginners and advanced users alike. They also have the best tasting house liquid Ive ever had in my decade of vaping. Ive literally vaped through liters and liters of their house juice over the past 2 or 3 years. Its very reasonably priced for the quality. I havent purchased hardware there but it seems like they are good about fixing peoples problems if they come up. Highly recommended!

I was recommended to The Vapor Studio by a friend whom purchased a new mod, several accessories and some juice. He had visited many other vape stores in the past and explained this place was one of the best experiences he had in his several years of vaping so I decided to check them out for myself. It was a great choice.I have vaped for over 5 years and have the same opinion in my 6 visits/purchases I have made from them. Definitely, my best vape store experiences have occurred here. Each employee is knowledgeable and will spend plenty of time to answer any questions you might have. Their attitudes have always been very pleasant. Even though its not very close to where I live, it IS worth the drive plus they have some of the best prices on juice you will find anywhere in the Austin/Round Rock/Pflugerville area.Do yourself a favor check this place out. Travis & Roj went above and beyond! I called around to local vape shops with them being annoyed by me calling if they had the lemon twist brand. Not only does The Vapor Studio have the brand they had every single product! (I personally was looking for the peach blossom lemonade flavor) Another awesome thing was, usually they come in packs of 2 forcing you to buy double the bottle. Not here, they have all the bottles separated so you can mix and match. I told them I would come from South Austin, for the trouble they told me they would take 15% AND stay there and wait for me if I came a little late. The only vape shop you will ever need. These guys are very knowledgeable and straight forward. They carry everything from smaller pod devices to the more advanced squonk boxes and RDAs. They now carry a large selection of CBD products to help with natural healing. They have commercial juices and in house juices. I am a salt nic guy, and they can even make your favorite flavors in that. They are always looking for the best brands and devices and offering them as soon as they hit the market. I have gone to a lot of shops in Austin, and once I found this place I dont go anywhere else. Yes, they do deliver too! I strongly suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a good vape shop.

Cj is the maaaan love this vape stop. Forever ago I came in on my break and looked at some of their vapes. I found one I liked but couldnt really afford. I went back to work and made enough money to buy it (I made tips) and by the time I was off they were closed. Luckily cj was there to open his doors and helped me out.
