I just had a massage with Louis, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Louiss professional and calming demeanor put me at ease. The massage itself was exceptional, skillfully targeting all my tension points. After the session, I felt an incredible sense of relief and relaxation. Louiss expertise and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

I got the deep tissue massage. I walked in with back pain and left feeling brand new! It was my first time trying this place as a walk-in and the staff were super sweet and did an amazing job on the massage. Highly recommend!

Best deep tissue massage I’ve had in a long time. The combination massages was exactly what I needed. The therapist Lisa worked out all my knots And tension spots. Feeling brand new after this massage! I’ll definitely be back and the price was not bad!

Giving this 2 stars because my masseuse did a good job.Here’s where the experience was sour for me…First of all I’ve had tons of massages from all different kinds of places for years. I was a bit startled when they ask you for payment and everything up front including tip. I found this to be a strange practice. But maybe they’ve had issue with theft. Not a problem and I obliged.What really didn’t sit right with me was when I was putting my clothes back on at the end a lady knocked I responded back “Hello” and she barged in. Although she was friendly, I was still putting on my clothes and 2 other people entered and started stripping the bed I was in before I could even get myself together and then pressuring me to do the QR code to leave a review.Overall, they were “nice” but this really turned me off and I have never had this experience. I was looking for a new place to go to monthly but I don’t think I will be back. Very sad because they could be great if they weren’t so pushy.

Wonderful experience! I went in as a walk-in, and didn’t have any trouble. Everyone was so friendly. My masseuse, Luis, was incredible. Perfect pressure, and melted the pain away. Will be coming back often!

Two stars for being nice upon entering the establishment. Sub par massage. Massage is advertised as “deep tissue” but was gently massaged, and one point Louis kept rubbing the top of my feet and ankles, and not massaging just rubbing. After the massage I wasn’t fully dressed before he came in even after I said hold on I’m not dressed. Then at the end they stand around you as you scan the QR code on the wall to make sure you leave a 5 star watching what you write. I went here based on all the good reviews but now I see majority probably aren’t true.

Overpriced for the service provided. Too much language barrier as well to have clarity of exchange. I give 3 stars because on a basic level, they give decent massages. But, if they want repeat customers like me, they better coach their providers better in the English language and/or lower prices for extras.

Came for an afternoon of relaxation and got exactly that! Suuny did a Diamond facial for me. It was cleansing, hydrated, tightening and everything my face needed. Louie did my full body message and it was the best I have had. It gave me a good stretch and loosened up all my tight muscles. I highly recommend the spa, Suuny and Louie!

I never do reviews but i called in looking for some help my shoulder was killing me they told me to come in see what they can do my expectations went through the roof they treated me so well i recommend anyone in pain to come here simple in and out exactly what i need especially driving from lakeisabella.. thank you guys!

We had a wonderful experience with the 45-minute couples massage! Lisa and Nana provided expert massages, giving us the choice of medium or hard pressure. Though the beds were head to toe, the relaxing atmosphere and skilled hands made up for it. Spending 30 minutes on the back and 15 on the front was just the right balance. We appreciated their professionalism and left feeling rejuvenated. A 20% tip was definitely well-deserved!

Me and my wife have tried a few message parlors around town. We always find ourselves coming back to this one. Price is comparable or better than others. The girls inside are always so friendly. Peaceful lighting and sounds the entire time. The two girls we got tonight Angelica and Nana ( might be spelling them wrong if so sorry) both did awesome. Made sure to continually make sure not to be to hard or soft.

If i could give this place less than one star i would. i never treat myself but i finally decided to with a massage and i go here and it’s immediately awkward. as soon as you walk in it’s tiny and hot and there’s a screen door like they lock you back there. I tell her i want a deep tissue for 45 mins and she just says “pay now” and i just say okay and give her my card. then she says cash or card for the tip and i said it would be on the card as well then she begins to ask me how much.. i then tell her i haven’t even got the service so how will i know how much. and the. she says something i can’t understand and she grabs someone else and i still can’t understand anything besides the word tip. then i just say honestly can i have my card back and shes just looking at me confused and then says if the massage is good you’ll give a good tip and i said no i asked for my card back and STILL just looks at me so i get more firm and louder and i said give me my card and she gives me MY card after i asked multiple times and i leave. do not go here it’s was sketchy and uncomfortable and obviously all they care about is the tip

They will harass you for TIP. My husband and I went for the 90minute massage, they started at 8:50, they stopped at 10:05. I didnt say anything. My husband went to my room and asked me for cash I said I left in the car, they did not let him leave the building till I came back with the money for tip.. lady said we paid her boss not them that her boss dont pay them, so they need tip. She pulled out a tip chart and she wanted $20+ I told her you owe me 15 minutes... apparently they only understand money 💰 because she acted dumb and made no comment about the 15 minutes that they did not do.I dont know how to feel about it. Just for sure Im not going back, if is true what she says then they are SLAVES and someone needs to look into this

Me and my wife visited this spa for a deep tissue massage. They are not fluent English speaking business but they do understand good enough. We made sure to talk to them a good deal to make sure they understand our need. I needed a good deep tissue massage but my wife needed a gentle massage. My wife made sure they understand not to go tough as my wife had a surgery last year. Both of us walked happy, calm and light headed. Please remember to convey what you need and make sure to get a response. Even during the massage session, keep communicating with your massage lady. You will have a great time! We have returned back to this massage center 2 times after the first visit. Yes, they do expect a tip but that is like a common thing among all massage centers. We tipped 30% of what we paid for massage, which is quite a BIG tip. I wish I would get such tips from my customers but I dont lol. Oh well!

They make you pay before the massage and if you use a card, they charge you a $2 fee. Ok understandable. But then if you need to tip on your card after the massage, they charge your card again with a $2 fee. Bad business to charge the customers card twice for a fee each time, when if you are going to pay a fee, they should only charge your card once. I did not feel comfortable paying a tip before a massage, but was required to pay for the message beforehand. Better communication needs to be made.

Walked in - they were able fit my wife and I for appointment. Pressure massage was intense but it was worth it. Great service!!!

I went in today for a deep tissue massage with hot stones and the massage was great! The woman did an excellent job. The only thing I do not agree with is the forced tip. Also, if you dont give them what they are expecting they point to their sign that states the tip amounts they want. I highly disagree with that. Tips are supposed to be out of a clients generosity and it should not be forced.

The people there are very friendly. It’s very quiet and empty. Although the workers were nice I did find the experience bittersweet. I liked that the rooms were dimed down but it was so dimed it was hard to see where to walk or basically anything. Then while getting my massage it was very rough. Of course it’s nice for them to be tougher in some areas to release our tense spots but for me almost the entire time was nothing but pain. They are extremely rough. I been to 2 different spas before in LA and they felt nothing like the one I felt here. I was in pain here but I tried to toughen it out. I thought it was just me but I even asked my boyfriend how he felt and he said it was rough for him too. I also noticed before opening the door to let us out, they opened their hands out for a tip. I was going to tip anyways but I don’t like when people feel obligated for a tip. I tipped then left. Today I woke up and my back is in pain. I can feel my body is sore in the places she massaged so rough. If you like people who give rougher massages I recommend here but I probably won’t be back because how painful it was to me. I only have 3 stars for how nice they were and for some few spots that felt relaxing.

If you want a massage that hurts, then this is the place to go. I told the receptionist I wanted a gentle, relaxing massage and honestly it was brutal! Very painful in my upper back and neck. I did not feel relaxed when I left. Also, they do not massage your feet. I will not be going back.

I’m paying with credit card.When it comes time to tip they have some sheet of paper on the counter that tell you how much to pay based upon how the job was. The minimum amount according to their sheet is $10. That’s a big tip. Most people would give half that for a $50 massage.I tell them I’ll give them the $10 for me and $10 for my wife. They then look at each other and and say you pay $4 more. Instead they charge $14 more than I authorize. Basically they give themselves a 34% tip. A $100 worth of work and you demand $34 in tips.This place is unethical. And their English is a 2/10. The communication is broken at best.I don’t think we will be coming back. These places are all over the place and when they charge you whatever they want, why would anyone come back.

I made the mistake of tipping before hand. I thought if I provided a hefty compensation for their time I would get just that in return, I was wrong. My masseuse, I’m assuming, was also the receptionist. So she was constantly going in and out the room anytime anybody walked in and engaged with coworkers throughout my whole massage. I’m in favor of getting both sides of my body massaged equally and due to her divided attention, I could tell when she would come back to me she would forget where she left off. That’s not really relaxing. I walked out more irritated than anything.

Very painful. When I asked lady to please lessen pressure or go softer she insisted no, Soft means no better. You pay up front so I didnt want to leave since you pay before masaage. Room was hot and she kept trying to jump on me at one point had her whole body weight kneeling on my back. I immediately said please get off.. Just use your hands... Worst experience ever!!! I will never go back!!
