Was a good experience they carry everything good prices love the products.

1. The employees are not at the store according to the store hours.2. The employees put up signs saying: “on break be back soon”. However, I’ve waited 30minutes before an employee returns.3. They make up prices on the spot. I have purchased the same vape, cartridges and juices at 3 different prices depending on who is working.4. They have a rewards program. I enter my number in every time, had over 200 points and an employee told me I could have 1 free cartridge ($5), or 50% off only a select few of juices that were already on clearance!Zero respect for their clients and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They lie, make-up prices, make up rewards and never have what I need in stock!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Go online and order!

One of the best shops in Bakersfield and they have the best customer service!!! The 2 guys that were working were really nice and they gave me a good deal and they were cool to talk to. Will most definitely be back!!

I have been a customer of the smoke scene for years both in the NW and the SW I have never met nicer young men and their families. They have A variety of products and their products are quality. They can meet all your needs from smoking to vaping. Go see them you’ll be glad you did.

I went to the location Ming which is close to my place but unfortunately they werent open so I went to the one on Olive drive so glad I went. I just got off of dialysis and I needed to find a good vap pen. Thank you for helping me I will definitely come back.

I used to love this place but their selection at their olive dr location is terrible! Not to mention multiple people there have promised to get something from the ming store for me and 3 weeks later still nothing. I wont shop at a store who ignores their customers like this!
