This place is pretty awesome they definitely have a lot of stuff to choose from they have a lot of the stuff that people seem to be looking for I will say that clothing is a little bit pricey in there but other than that they got great deals on glass art, they have Kratom, they have CBD in a wide variety. The staff is very knowledgeable theyre quick to answer a question and its a good place to go we normally go there at least once a month and its about a 40-minute drive one way if that says anything definitely one of the best head shops in the area

😡😡😡I was extremely disappointed in my last visit. The guy with long red hair was the most disrespectful person i have dealt with there. I cant wear a mask due to medical conditions and he treated me very ignorantly. Ive been there 4 times in the past 3 months and have been there periodically over the past few years. Never had a problem till now. First of all when I walked in I had to call out for someone 3 times, him and the blonde girl came shuffling out of the back. then he refused me service for not wearing a mask. After I told him the reason I wasnt wearing a mask he said not my problem. What a disgusting human. He humiliated me and I will never go back.

We were camping and Id left my CBD oil at home. I have spine issues that can only be tolerated with CBD oil, both of the gentlemen there were VERY informative, helpful & super nice, and the CBD oil I got is so good, I think Im going to switch!

Changing my opinion about this place. NO GOOD. SCAMMED ME. I bought a $50 vape pen from them- they told me if anything went wrong bring it back No Problem - I used the Pen about 10 times and it broke. When I went back the kid just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. I have the receipt and everything but they didnt care. Sad really because they seemed like they cared when I had money in my pocket.

Staff is always friendly. Their prices/mark up, especially on kratom is ridiculously high. I suggest order online, youll save a fortune!

Nothing but great. I needed synthetic urine because my doctor threatened to cut me off vivitrol because I smoke marijuana. Vivitrol is a medication that saved my life by blocking all opiates (I am a recovering heroin addict and this vivitrol keeps me clean). They would rather me die an addict than use marijuana and their medication.3 doors down on the other hand is the opposite, they showed me compassion and answered all my questions. The guy with the dreads who was previously bashed was very helpful and friendly. They explained the product and told me how to use it. We even chatted for a while after.And as for the price of glass... Its no more expensive than any other local shop. For the region and the fact it is a retail store the glass prices are quite fair

The service at the bay city store is outstanding and workers are very helpfull. Ive had issues getting products ordered on a consistent basis. Hopefully this problem can be resolved in a timley manner . p.s. the hugs are always inviting.

This was a really cool place. I recently went in because I needed a pen for vaping, and the guy behind the counter taught me how to use one by taking a vape out of the box, and taking it apart. It was really visual and he really knew what he was talking about in great detail.

Mehbought a dab rig. 20 bucks. used twice fell over once, like 2 inches it fell. its a small rig, and the neck where the nail slides into broke. after something minor. cheap products.pre stressed glass... high prices on a lot of items. probly just order off line

Recently visited this head shop for some smoking supplys. Severely disappointed with the stoned out staff. (Guy had dreads go figure) he must have smoked a fat one while on his break. Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH compared to any other smoke shop around the area. All other products were marked up EXTREMELY HIGH... just like their staff. Dont visit this place. Save your money and order from a retailer online!!! (Google online head shop or glass pipes) save yourself some gas and some money!

They have kratom and a nice selection. The staff is knowledgeable really like the place nice selection of pipes and bongs.

3 doors down head shop is a great place to stop if youre looking for variety and a helpful staff member to find you what your looking for, I cant say that Ive ever left disappointed!
